Backstage
Ready to Dominate

[The camera pans to the entrance of the Goodfellas Casino Arena, where the bustling activity of the arena’s backstage area is on full display. A sleek black SUV pulls up to the entrance, and the door swings open to reveal the Tag Team Champions, the Canadian Connection, stepping out onto the scene.]

[Scott Cole and Jake Hughes, adorned in matching Canadian-themed attire, exude confidence as they make their way towards the arena entrance. Alissia Young, the third member of the group, walks alongside them, her steely demeanor adding to the air of determination surrounding the trio.]

Scott Cole: (with a smirk) Look at this, Jake. Another night, another chance for the Canadian Connection to show the world why we’re the absolute best in the sVo!

Jake Hughes: (nodding in agreement) Damn right, Scott. These belts aren’t going anywhere, especially not to a couple of no-good scoundrels like Michael and Lucas Sexton.

Alissia Young: (with a sly grin) You said it, boys. The Sin City Scoundrels may think they stand a chance against us, but they’re in for a rude awakening tonight. We didn’t become champions by playing nice.

[The Canadian Connection continues their confident stride towards the arena entrance, their eyes fixed on the task at hand. As they disappear into the depths of the arena, the anticipation for their upcoming title defense against the Sin City Scoundrels hangs thick in the air.]

[The stage is set for a clash of titans, and the Canadian Connection are poised to prove once again why they reign supreme as the sVo Tag Team Champions.]

Backstage
Blood Money vs. The Brothers

[Katie Smith stands backstage, microphone in hand, ready to interview the legendary former sVo Champion, Night. Night, clad in his signature attire, stands tall and composed, exuding an aura of determination and resilience.]

Katie Smith: Ladies and gentlemen, I’m here with the iconic former sVo Champion, Night. Night, it’s been a tumultuous few weeks for you, especially with the return of your brother Nightmare. How do you feel about having him back in the sVo, and what does it mean to have him by your side?

[Night’s expression softens slightly as he reflects on the significance of his brother’s return.]

Night: Katie, having Nightmare back in the sVo after all these years is… indescribable. We’ve been through so much together, good and bad. With him by my side, I know I’m never alone in this journey.

[Katie nods, acknowledging the deep bond between the two brothers.]

Katie Smith: That’s truly heartwarming, Night. Now, there’s been speculation swirling around the sVo Universe about the identity of those behind the attack that put you in the hospital and cost you your sVo Championship. Do you believe it was Blood Money?

[Night’s expression darkens momentarily, a flicker of intensity in his eyes as he responds.]

Night: Blood Money… They’re a dangerous faction, fueled by greed and deception. While I can’t say for certain who orchestrated the attack, their actions have certainly raised suspicions. But rest assured, Katie, I won’t rest until I uncover the truth and bring those responsible to justice. Tonight in the main event me and Nightmare will take on Moretti & Barone in a tag team match, and I intend on showing Blood Money how it feels to go against both brothers.

[Katie nods, understanding the gravity of Night’s words and the determination burning within him.]

Katie Smith: Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us, Night. The sVo Universe stands with you as you continue your quest for justice. Back to you at ringside.

[As the interview concludes, Night nods solemnly, his resolve unwavering as he prepares to confront the shadows of uncertainty looming over the sVo landscape, with his brother Nightmare by his side.]

Carlos Vasquez vs. Bronson Johnson

Backstage
Enforcer

[The camera cuts to the office of COO Amy Page, where the atmosphere is tense. Amy Page sits behind her desk, a look of frustration evident on her face, as she stares at the screen displaying recent footage of Carny Sinclair and Reznikov’s post-match attacks.]

Amy Page: (exasperated) This has got to stop, Rick. Carny Sinclair and Reznikov think they can run roughshod over everyone, attacking opponents after the bell rings. It’s costing us money and tarnishing the sVo’s reputation.

[Rick Reid, Amy Page’s trusted enforcer, stands nearby, his expression steely as he listens to Page’s words.]

Rick Reid: (nodding grimly) I hear you, Amy. It’s getting out of hand, and someone needs to put an end to their antics once and for all.

Amy Page: (firmly) That’s where you come in, Rick. Tonight, you’re going to step into that ring and show Reznikov what happens when you cross the line one too many times. Make an example out of him, and let everyone know that the sVo won’t tolerate this kind of behavior.

[Rick Reid’s eyes gleam with determination as he nods in agreement, fully understanding the gravity of the task at hand.]

Rick Reid: Consider it done, Amy. Reznikov’s days of causing chaos are numbered, and tonight, he’s going to learn that actions have consequences.

[Amy Page nods, a sense of satisfaction washing over her as she knows that her enforcer will handle the situation with ruthless efficiency. With their plan in motion, Amy Page and Rick Reid prepare to restore order to the sVo, one way or another.]

Single Match
Jupiter James vs. Alex Sterling

Backstage
Denial

[In the dimly lit locker room of Blood Money, tension hangs heavy in the air as sVo Champion Anthony Moretti, flanked by Joe Barone, Junior Gambino, and Nicky Columbo, paces back and forth. Their expressions are a mixture of frustration and disdain.]

Anthony Moretti: (gritting his teeth) This is unacceptable. Night and his brother think they can just waltz in here and accuse us of orchestrating that attack? Ridiculous!

Joe Barone: (his voice laced with irritation) Yeah, it’s bad enough we have to deal with this whole situation, but now we gotta face them in the main event? It’s a damn circus!

Junior Gambino: (clenched fists) They’re making a mockery of us, questioning our honor, our integrity. We didn’t lay a finger on Night, and yet we’re the ones taking the heat.

Nicky Columbo: (nodding in agreement) It ain’t right, boss. We got a reputation to uphold, and these accusations are tarnishing it. Something’s gotta give.

Moretti: (his jaw set in determination) You’re damn right, something’s gotta give. We didn’t come this far to let a couple of self-righteous brothers trample all over us. It ends tonight.

[As Moretti’s words hang in the air, the members of Blood Money exchange determined looks, a silent pact forming between them. Tonight’s main event is not just about victory; it’s about asserting their dominance and silencing their accusers once and for all.]

sVo Tag Team Championship Match
Canadian Connection vs. Sin City Scoundrels

Backstage
Poetic

[Katie Smith stands poised with her microphone backstage, ready to interview the Las Vegas and Roulette Champion, JVD. The camera focuses as JVD approaches, his championship belts gleaming under the bright lights.]

Katie Smith: Ladies and gentlemen, I’m here with the dual titleholder and sVo veteran, JVD. JVD, tonight you announced your intention to defend the Roulette Championship ten times and earn the right to challenge Anthony Moretti for the sVo Championship at the Countdown to Violence at the end of April. Can you share some insights into your strategy going into this monumental match?

JVD: Katie, it’s simple. I have won everything in the sVo there is to win, apart from the sVo Championship…. I had one shot ten years ago against the legendary Night after winning the Victory Cup, but came up short…. Moretti may have the title now, but that belt belongs around my waist. It’s someone poetic that it is Moretti that I will be taking the gold from. He is the one that kicked me out of Blood Money, he is the one that started my losing streak which caused me to put my title on the line in every match I compete in, so he is the one that has put me on the path for the biggest winning streak of my career! I’ve faced him before, I’ve faced his crew before, and I know what it takes to come out on top. He may think he’s untouchable, but he’s got another thing coming when he steps into the ring with me.

[Katie nods, acknowledging JVD’s confidence.]

Katie Smith: Strong words, JVD. But what about the potential interference from Blood Money? We know they don’t play by the rules.

[JVD’s expression hardens, but before he can respond, the familiar figures of Generation Joint step into view behind him, exuding solidarity and determination.]

Kenneth D Williams: Don’t worry about Blood Money, JVD. We’ve got your back.

Gunner Lang: Yeah, they try anything funny, and they’ll have all of us to deal with.

[Jay Adder and Jacob Izaz nod in agreement, their faces resolute.]

JVD: (smirking) Thanks, guys. But you know what? I won’t need it. Moretti, Barone, Gambino, Columbo—they’re all in for a rude awakening when they face me. And with friends like Generation Joint watching my back, they better be ready for a fight they won’t forget.

[With a determined nod, JVD and Generation Joint exchange nods of solidarity as the camera fades to black, setting the stage for the impending clash between JVD and Blood Money.]

Julian Fiasco: “Well, folks, Rick Reid has just followed through on Amy Page’s directive, but it looks like Carny Sinclair and Reznikov aren’t finished yet.”

Jeremiah Sloan: “That’s right, Julian. Carny Sinclair and Reznikov are closing in on Reid, looking for payback after that match.”

[As Carny Sinclair and Reznikov move in to confront Rick Reid, the atmosphere grows tense, the audience on the edge of their seats in anticipation of the impending clash. However, just as it seems Reid may be outnumbered, an unexpected interruption occurs, catching everyone off guard.]

Julian Fiasco: “Wait a minute! Who’s coming down to the ring?”

Jeremiah Sloan: “It looks like it’s the ‘Dogs of War,’ Nate McKenzie and Jack O’Connor! What are they doing here?”

[The Dogs of War, clad in their signature attire, storm down the entrance ramp with purpose, their presence injecting a new dynamic into the unfolding scene. Rick Reid watches on, his expression a mixture of surprise and confusion as the unlikely allies make their way to the ring.]

Julian Fiasco: “I have no idea what’s happening here, folks, but it seems the Dogs of War are coming to the aid of Rick Reid!”

Jeremiah Sloan: “This is certainly unexpected, Julian. Perhaps there’s more to these Dogs of War than meets the eye.”

[As the Dogs of War reach the ring, they stand shoulder to shoulder with Rick Reid, their defiance palpable as they stare down Carny Sinclair and Reznikov. The audience erupts into cheers, their excitement mounting at the unexpected turn of events.]

Julian Fiasco: “Whatever their reasons, it looks like the Dogs of War aren’t backing down from Carny Sinclair and Reznikov. This showdown just got a whole lot more interesting!”

[With tensions running high and alliances in question, the confrontation between Rick Reid, the Dogs of War, Carny Sinclair, and Reznikov sets the stage for a dramatic turn of events in the sVo landscape.]

Backtstage
Nightmare

[The backstage area of the Goodfellas Casino Arena buzzes with anticipation as the camera pans through the corridors, eventually settling outside a closed locker room door marked “Nightmare.” Inside, the masked figure of Nightmare, clad in red & black attire, paces back and forth, his expression intense and focused as he prepares for his long-awaited return to the sVo ring.]

Insurance Policy

[In the dimly lit office of COO Amy Page, Rick Reid paces back and forth, his frustration palpable as he vents his grievances to the formidable executive.]

Rick Reid: “Amy, I had Carny Sinclair and Reznikov handled out there! I didn’t need those Dogs of War sticking their noses in where they don’t belong.”

[Amy Page reclines in her chair, a knowing smirk playing on her lips as she listens to Rick’s tirade.]

Amy Page: “Oh, Rick, always so confident in your abilities. But you see, sometimes a little insurance policy goes a long way.”

[Rick halts mid-stride, his brow furrowing in confusion as he processes Amy’s words.]

Rick Reid: “Insurance policy? What are you talking about?”

[Amy’s smirk widens into a sly grin as she leans forward, her eyes gleaming with amusement.]

Amy Page: “I made a call to James Shepard, the Dogs of War’s manager. I had a feeling things might get a bit dicey out there, so I asked him to have his boys on standby, just in case.”

[Rick’s jaw clenches in frustration, his anger simmering beneath the surface as Amy’s revelation sinks in.]

Rick Reid: “You… You went behind my back? You didn’t think I could handle Sinclair and Reznikov on my own?”

[Amy chuckles softly, her demeanor unapologetically confident as she meets Rick’s glare with a cool gaze.]

Amy Page: “Oh, I have every confidence in your abilities, Rick. But sometimes, it’s best to cover all your bases. Consider it a lesson in strategic thinking.”

[With a dismissive wave of her hand, Amy gestures for Rick to leave her office, the implication clear that their conversation has reached its conclusion.]

Amy Page: “Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have matters to attend to. And Rick? Try not to let your pride get the best of you next time.”

[As Rick grudgingly exits Amy’s office, the tension lingers in the air, a silent reminder of the complex dynamics at play within the corridors of power in the sVo.]

[Danny Domino smirks, his tone dripping with disdain as he sizes up his rival, relishing the opportunity to ruffle Sterling’s feathers.]

Danny Domino: “It means you’re still the same old Alex Sterling, living in the shadows of the real competitors in this business. You may have won tonight, but don’t think for a second that it makes you anything more than a flash in the pan.”

[A tense silence hangs in the air as Sterling absorbs Domino’s cutting words, his resolve unshaken despite the verbal jabs. Katie Smith watches on, her expression caught between concern and intrigue as the tension between the two competitors reaches its boiling point.]
