[Fade Out]

[In the bustling backstage area of the Samurai Summit Arena, the camera focuses on the elegant Rei Yoshida, microphone in hand, as she prepares to interview Hiroshi Fujimoto, the COO of Rising Sun Pro Wrestling. With a warm smile, Rei turns her attention to Fujimoto, who stands nearby, ready to address her questions.]

Rei Yoshida: “Hiroshi Fujimoto-san, thank you for taking the time to speak with us tonight. As we reach the midway point of the tournament to crown the first-ever RSPW Champion, how do you feel about the start of RSPW over the last three shows?”

Hiroshi Fujimoto: [Nodding thoughtfully] “Thank you, Rei-san. It’s been an exhilarating journey thus far, witnessing the incredible talent and passion on display in every match. The response from our fans has been overwhelmingly positive, and I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve accomplished together.”

Rei Yoshida: “Indeed, the excitement surrounding RSPW has been palpable, Fujimoto-san. However, there have been rumblings of a potential alliance forming between two of the American heel wrestlers, Colt Thompson and Hugo Ryzing. How do you think this alliance might impact the tournament moving forward?”

Hiroshi Fujimoto: [Furrowing his brow slightly] “The prospect of an alliance between Colt Thompson and Hugo Ryzing is certainly… intriguing. While alliances are not uncommon in the world of professional wrestling, we must remain vigilant to ensure that the integrity of the tournament is upheld. Any attempt to manipulate or disrupt the competition will not be tolerated.”

Rei Yoshida: “Understood, Fujimoto-san. With the tournament reaching its critical stages, it’s crucial to maintain fairness and integrity in every match. Thank you for your insights.”

Hiroshi Fujimoto: [Offering a reassuring nod] “Thank you, Rei-san. Rest assured, Rising Sun Pro Wrestling is committed to providing a fair and competitive environment for all our wrestlers and fans alike.”

[With their interview concluded, Rei Yoshida and Hiroshi Fujimoto exchange a respectful bow before going their separate ways, each focused on ensuring the continued success of RSPW. The camera fades to black, leaving viewers pondering the potential impact of alliances and rivalries on the tournament’s outcome.]

Group A Match
Hugo Ryzing vs. Hiro Ryuu

[The ring is filled with tension as Hugo Ryzing and Hiro Ryuu stand opposite each other, their faces twisted in frustration as the match they poured their hearts into ends in a time limit draw. The crowd murmurs with disappointment, sensing the brewing storm between the two rivals.]

Ring Announcer: “Ladies and gentlemen, the result of this match is a time limit draw!”

[Hugo Ryzing’s frustration boils over, his eyes blazing with anger as he charges towards Hiro Ryuu, looking to vent his pent-up aggression. Sensing the impending attack, Ryuu braces himself, ready to defend against Ryzing’s onslaught.]

Hugo Ryzing: “This ain’t over, Ryuu! You’re gonna pay for wasting my time!”

[Before Ryuu can react, Ryzing launches himself at his opponent, aiming a vicious strike. However, Ryuu anticipates the attack, sidestepping at the last moment and countering with a lightning-fast kick to Ryzing’s midsection. The impact sends Ryzing staggering backward, stunned by the sudden reversal.]

Hiro Ryuu: “You want a fight, Ryzing? You’ve got one!”

[With determination blazing in his eyes, Ryuu charges forward, unleashing a flurry of powerful strikes and punishing blows. Ryzing struggles to defend himself against Ryuu’s relentless assault, each strike driving him closer to the edge of defeat.]

[Just as it seems Ryuu has gained the upper hand, the arena erupts in shock as Colt Thompson, Ryzing’s fellow American heel, sprints down the ramp and slides into the ring. With a wicked grin, Thompson joins forces with Ryzing, launching a brutal two-on-one assault on Ryuu.]

Colt Thompson: “You picked the wrong fight, Ryuu! Now you’re gonna pay!”

[Together, Ryzing and Thompson rain down blows upon Ryuu, overwhelming him with their combined strength and aggression. The crowd’s boos fill the arena as security rushes down the ramp, desperately trying to intervene and restore order.]

[Despite the odds stacked against him, Ryuu fights valiantly, refusing to back down in the face of adversity. With each strike, he pushes himself to the limit, determined to stand tall against his attackers.]

[As the chaos ensues, the camera captures the intensity of the brawl, highlighting the fierce rivalry between Ryzing, Ryuu, and Thompson. The scene fades to black as security finally manages to separate the combatants, leaving the crowd buzzing with anticipation for the next chapter in this gripping saga.]

Group A Match
Sota Tokunaga vs. Umi Urabe

[In the backstage area of the Samurai Summit Arena, Rei Yoshida stands ready with her microphone, awaiting her interview with the fiery competitor, Akari “Osaka Ember” Tanaka. As Tanaka approaches, her expression is steely, her eyes ablaze with determination.]

Rei Yoshida: “Akari Tanaka-san, thank you for joining me. There has been speculation among fans and pundits that you were jealous last week when watching Mei Nakamura’s victory in the main event against Takeshi Kobayashi. Can you comment on those rumors?”

[Akari’s jaw clenches, her anger simmering just beneath the surface. She shoots Rei a piercing glare, her response sharp and dismissive.]

Akari Tanaka: “Jealous? Ridiculous. The only thing on my mind is my match against Haruki Hayashi later tonight. Mei Nakamura’s victory is irrelevant to me. I’m focused on my own path and my own goals.”

[Rei nods, sensing the tension in the air, but presses on with the interview.]

Rei Yoshida: “Understood, Akari-san. With your match against Haruki Hayashi looming, what are your thoughts on your opponent and how do you plan to approach the match?”

[Akari’s expression softens slightly as she shifts her focus to the task at hand.]

Akari Tanaka: “Haruki Hayashi may be my opponent tonight, but he’s just another obstacle in my path to success. I’ll approach the match with the same intensity and determination that I bring to every bout. Hayashi may think he has what it takes to defeat me, but he’ll soon learn that the Osaka Ember burns brighter than ever.”

[With a final nod of determination, Akari Tanaka strides off, her eyes ablaze with determination as she prepares to face her adversary in the ring. Rei watches her go, knowing that Tanaka’s focus and intensity make her a force to be reckoned with in Rising Sun Pro Wrestling.]

Group B Match
Riku Hayashi vs. Hiroshi Takagi

[In the bustling backstage area of the Samurai Summit Arena, Akari Tanaka stands focused, her muscles tensed as she warms up for her upcoming match. Dressed in her signature ring gear, she exudes an aura of intensity and determination. Nearby, Mei Nakamura approaches, a genuine smile lighting up her face as she extends her hand in a gesture of sportsmanship.]

Mei Nakamura: “Akari-san, good luck in your match tonight. I know you’ll do great out there.”

[Mei’s words are genuine, her voice filled with sincerity as she offers her hand to Akari. However, Akari’s expression remains stoic, her eyes fixed ahead as she brushes past Mei without acknowledging her gesture.]

Akari Tanaka: “Save your well-wishes, Nakamura. I don’t need luck to win my matches.”

[Mei recoils slightly, taken aback by Akari’s cold response. Despite the rejection, she maintains her composure, offering a small nod before stepping back, allowing Akari to continue her warm-up in silence. Akari’s refusal to engage in pleasantries with her rival speaks volumes, emphasizing the simmering tension between the two competitors as they prepare to face off in the ring.]

Group B Match
Akari Tanaka vs. Haruki Hayashi

[In the backstage area of the Samurai Summit Arena, Rei Yoshida spots the energetic and charismatic Hiroshi Matsuda, known to fans as “Swift Surge,” as he prepares for his upcoming match. With a smile, Rei approaches him, the excitement of the evening’s events palpable in the air.]

Rei Yoshida: “Hiroshi Matsuda-san, it’s always a pleasure to catch up with you. You’ve got a big match coming up against Kenshiro, aka ‘the Ronin.’ How are you feeling going into tonight’s showdown?”

[Hiroshi Matsuda flashes his trademark grin, his eyes sparkling with enthusiasm as he responds.]

Hiroshi Matsuda: “Hey there, Rei! Thanks for stopping by. As always, I’m feeling pumped and ready to go! Kenshiro may be a tough opponent, but I thrive on challenges, you know? Tonight, I’m gonna bring the energy, the excitement, and of course, a whole lot of fun to the ring!”

[Rei nods, impressed by Matsuda’s positive attitude and infectious enthusiasm.]

Rei Yoshida: “That’s the spirit, Matsuda-san! Your fans are always behind you, cheering you on every step of the way. What can we expect to see from you in tonight’s match?”

Hiroshi Matsuda: “Oh, you can bet it’s gonna be one heck of a show, Rei! I’ll be flying high, hitting ’em with my signature moves, and making sure everyone in that arena has the time of their lives! So buckle up, because Swift Surge is about to bring the house down!”

[With a playful wink, Matsuda returns his focus to his preparations, his energy contagious as he gears up for his match against Kenshiro. Rei watches him go, a smile tugging at the corners of her lips, knowing that Matsuda’s boundless enthusiasm is sure to light up the arena and electrify the crowd.]

Group C Match
Ryujiro vs. King Neptune

[In the bustling backstage area of the Samurai Summit Arena, Rei Yoshida approaches the cocky and arrogant Katsuhiro Kaneda, known for his brash personality and disdain for his opponents. With a professional smile, Rei prepares to conduct the interview, despite knowing Kaneda’s penchant for veering off topic.]

Rei Yoshida: “Katsuhiro Kaneda-san, thank you for taking the time to speak with me. Tonight, you have a crucial match in the RSPW Champion tournament against Mei Nakamura. What are your thoughts going into this highly anticipated showdown?”

[Katsuhiro Kaneda chuckles dismissively, a smirk playing on his lips as he brushes off Rei’s question.]

Katsuhiro Kaneda: “Mei Nakamura? Please. That’s hardly worth my time, Rei-chan. What I really want to talk about is King Neptune’s latest embarrassment in the ring. Did you see it? He got absolutely demolished by Ryujiro out there! It was almost too easy.”

[Rei’s expression remains composed, though she inwardly sighs at Kaneda’s predictable diversion from the topic at hand.]

Rei Yoshida: “While King Neptune’s match was certainly noteworthy, Kaneda-san, let’s stay focused on your upcoming match against Mei Nakamura. She’s proven to be a formidable competitor in this tournament. Are you underestimating her abilities?”

[Katsuhiro Kaneda waves off Rei’s concerns with a dismissive wave of his hand, a smug grin plastered across his face.]

Katsuhiro Kaneda: “Underestimating Mei Nakamura? Not at all, Rei-chan. I know she’s got some skills, but let’s be real here. She’s no match for the likes of me. Tonight, I’ll make quick work of her and show everyone why I’m destined to be the next RSPW Champion. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got some celebrating to do. King Neptune losing never gets old!”

[With a self-satisfied chuckle, Kaneda saunters off, leaving Rei to shake her head in exasperation. Despite his arrogance, Rei knows that Kaneda’s confidence could prove to be his downfall if he underestimates the tenacity of his opponent in the ring.]

Group C Match
Kenshiro vs. Hiroshi Matsuda

[In the executive office of Rising Sun Pro Wrestling, Hiro Ryuu strides in with purpose, his expression a mixture of determination and simmering anger. Across the room, COO Hiroshi Fujimoto looks up from his paperwork, acknowledging Ryuu’s presence with a nod.]

Hiroshi Fujimoto: “Hiro Ryuu, what can I do for you?”

Hiro Ryuu: “Fujimoto-san, I need your help. Earlier tonight, Hugo Ryzing and Colt Thompson ambushed me in the ring after my match. I want revenge.”

[Hiroshi Fujimoto listens attentively, his brow furrowing in concern as Ryuu recounts the attack.]

Hiroshi Fujimoto: “I understand your frustration, Ryuu. Rest assured, I will address this matter with Ryzing and Thompson. Their actions were unacceptable, and they will face consequences for their actions.”

[Hiro Ryuu’s eyes flash with determination, his fists clenched at his sides as he awaits Fujimoto’s response.]

Hiroshi Fujimoto: “However, I’m afraid I cannot grant your request for immediate revenge. The tournament to crown the first RSPW Champion is our top priority, and we cannot afford any distractions at this critical juncture.”

[Ryuu’s jaw tightens, his frustration bubbling to the surface as he struggles to contain his emotions.]

Hiro Ryuu: “But Fujimoto-san, they attacked me! I can’t just let this slide.”

[Hiroshi Fujimoto offers Ryuu a sympathetic look, understanding the gravity of the situation.]

Hiroshi Fujimoto: “I hear you, Ryuu. And believe me, justice will be served. Ryzing and Thompson will be fined for their actions. But for now, I need you to focus on your matches in the tournament. Once it’s over, you’ll have your chance for revenge. I promise.”

[Ryuu’s expression darkens with frustration and anger, but he knows Fujimoto’s words ring true. With a resigned nod, he turns to leave, his mind already plotting his next move.]

Hiro Ryuu: “Fine. But they better watch their backs.”

[With a determined stride, Ryuu storms out of the office, leaving Hiroshi Fujimoto to contemplate the volatile situation at hand. As the door closes behind him, the tension in the air lingers, foreshadowing the inevitable clash to come.]

Group D Match
Katsuhiro Kaneda vs. Mei Nakamura

[In the bustling backstage area of the Samurai Summit Arena, Rei Yoshida stands poised with her microphone, ready to interview the imposing figure of “the Boss” Akeno Watabe. As Watabe approaches, his presence commands attention, his stature towering over Rei as he exudes an aura of confidence and authority.]

Rei Yoshida: “Akeno Watabe-san, tonight you have a crucial match in the main event against Takeshi Kobayashi. A victory would propel you to the top of Group D in the tournament. How are you feeling going into this pivotal showdown?”

[Akeno Watabe offers Rei a reassuring smile, his eyes gleaming with determination as he responds.]

Akeno Watabe: “Rei-san, tonight is a big night for me. Takeshi Kobayashi is a formidable opponent, but I thrive on challenges like these. I’ve worked hard to get to this point, and I’m not about to let this opportunity slip through my fingers. Tonight, I’m going to show everyone why they call me ‘the Boss’.”

[Rei nods, impressed by Watabe’s unwavering confidence and focus.]

Rei Yoshida: “You’ve certainly earned your reputation as one of RSPW’s top competitors, Watabe-san. What can we expect to see from you in tonight’s match against Kobayashi?”

[Akeno Watabe’s expression turns serious, his gaze piercing as he speaks with conviction.]

Akeno Watabe: “Tonight, you can expect nothing but the best from me, Rei-san. I’ll be bringing my A-game, leaving everything I have in that ring. Takeshi Kobayashi may be tough, but I’m tougher. I’m going to give it my all and come out on top, for myself and for all the fans who believe in me.”

[With a determined nod, Akeno Watabe strides off, his focus unwavering as he prepares to face his opponent in the ring. Rei watches him go, knowing that Watabe’s relentless drive and unwavering determination make him a force to be reckoned with in Rising Sun Pro Wrestling.]

Group D Match
Akeno Watabe vs. Takeshi Kobayashi

[The electrifying atmosphere of the Samurai Summit Arena pulses with excitement as Akeno Watabe stands victorious in the center of the ring, basking in the adoration of the cheering crowd. His hard-fought victory against Takeshi Kobayashi has propelled him to the top of Group D in the tournament, and the fans roar their approval, their voices echoing throughout the arena.]

Ring Announcer: “Ladies and gentlemen, your winner… Akeno Watabe!”

[Akeno Watabe raises his arms triumphantly, a triumphant grin spreading across his face as he revels in the moment. But suddenly, the joyous celebration is shattered as the unmistakable sounds of chaos erupt throughout the arena.]

[Without warning, Hugo Ryzing and Colt Thompson storm down the ramp, their expressions twisted with malice as they charge towards the ring. The crowd erupts into boos, their cheers turning to jeers as they realize the duo’s intentions.]

[Akeno Watabe’s eyes widen in shock as he turns to face his attackers, his instincts kicking into overdrive as he prepares to defend himself. But before he can react, Ryzing and Thompson launch a vicious assault, pummeling Watabe with a barrage of ruthless strikes. With Colt Thompson tied on points at the top of Group D, it looks like Thompson is looking to get an advantage heading into Carnage 5 and secure his place at the top of the Group!]

[As the onslaught continues, the arena descends into chaos, the air thick with tension and anticipation. But just when it seems all hope is lost, a lone figure emerges from the backstage area, charging down the ramp with purpose.]

[It’s Hiro Ryuu, his eyes blazing with fury as he rushes to Akeno Watabe’s aid, evening the odds against Ryzing and Thompson. The crowd explodes into cheers as Ryuu throws himself into the fray, unleashing a flurry of powerful strikes and devastating blows.]

[With the ring now a battleground, the two sides clash in a chaotic melee, the sounds of the brawl echoing throughout the arena. The cameras capture every moment of the intense confrontation, the screen filled with the sight of fists flying and bodies colliding.]
