P:V Uprising 72
Live on the HOTv Network
State Farm Arena, Atlanta, Georgia

6th April 2024

[The arena is filled with anticipation as the cameras pan across the electrifying crowd gathered at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. The atmosphere is charged with excitement as fans eagerly await the first P:V Uprising event following the unforgettable Ascension PPV.]

Zac Brindle: “Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to another thrilling edition of P:V Uprising! I’m Zac Brindle, alongside my esteemed colleague Johnny Kaos, and we’re coming to you live from Atlanta, Georgia!”

Johnny Kaos: “That’s right, Zac! Tonight promises to be action-packed as we witness the fallout from last week’s epic Ascension PPV. Adam Garcia shocked the world by dethroning Curtis Knight to become the new P:V Heavyweight Champion, and the repercussions of that monumental victory are sure to be felt throughout the entire P:V roster. Curtis Knight nearly made it to a full year as Champion, but tonight we will see ‘the Mad Bull’ get his Championship coronation!”

Zac Brindle: “Indeed, Johnny. And let’s not forget about Masafumi Satake, who is still recovering in the hospital, his status unknown, after a brutal last man standing match against Hate Watson. The landscape of Project: Violence has been forever changed, and tonight, we’ll see how the superstars of P:V respond to these seismic shifts!”

Johnny Kaos: “It’s going to be an unforgettable night of action, folks. So sit back, buckle up, and get ready for all the hard-hitting, heart-pounding excitement that only P:V Uprising can deliver!”

[The crowd erupts into cheers as the stage is set for another thrilling chapter in the ongoing saga of Project: Violence. With anticipation running high, the fans eagerly await the next wave of drama, rivalry, and unforgettable moments that will unfold before their eyes.]

Ringside
A Bloody Coronation

[It’s the beginning of a new era.]

[After all of the blood, sweat, and tears The Mad Bull successfully accomplished the very thing he had promised in his debut; to become the undisputed Champion of Project Violence. Over the months his winning streak in singles matches continued to grow week by week, despite the interference of The Legends Club and all other obstacles and challenges.]

[Yet, now, he finds himself standing amongst the cheering crowd in the middle of the ring in what seems like the first time in a long time, a feeling that he is still trying to get used to. He looks around the loyal fanbase, enjoying every moment of the coronation.]

[The Project: Violence COO JD James stands beside him, holding the Heavyweight Championship in his hands, smiling from ear to ear.]

[“You deserve it!” chants, accompanied by claps, echo throughout the State Farm Arena, making Garcia feel that this is one of the best moments of his young career. It takes a few minutes of merely listening to the support of the crowd before Garcia raises the microphone up to his lips and utters the first words as the new champion.]

Adam Garcia: “Of course I deserved it!”

[Garcia lets out a slight chuckle before he continues.]

Adam Garcia: ‘I’ve accomplished something that many on this roster will never be able to replicate. 16 straight wins, and not one loss over my singles career, a streak that will only continue to expand now that I’ve captured this beauty.”

[Adam points to the shiny piece of gold that JD James is still holding with a wide grin on his face. The crowd cheers again, congratulating the young champion.]

Adam Garcia: “I’ve carried the weight of this company on my back for the last few months, overcoming anyone who crossed my path. And now that I’m your champion that’s not going to change. Victories will continue to flow, records will continue to be broken, and hopefully James will continue to increase my paycheck. Because I intend to fight week to week, show to show. I don’t mind going around the world if I have to because a champion must uphold his title and demonstrate why he’s the number one in the business!”

[The Mad Bull raises his index finger to the sky as the crowd cheers.]

Adam Garcia: “I’ll be honest, when I first came to Project: Violence and promised to take this title it was a purely selfish thing to do. It was always about me. My only goal was for me to stay on top of the game, and remain the best there was and ever will be. And as the weeks went on, as you chanted my name, as the tweets of support kept arriving I slowly changed my outlook. All because of you…”

[Garcia pauses slightly, takes a deep breath and attempts to remain calm. For Garcia to be honest and transparent with his feelings is something he has not done in decades. His fear of opening up emotionally, and his fear of being vulnerable is strong. Yet, he changed. He had become strong, mentally and physically. The P:V Championship is proof of that.]

Adam Garcia: “That’s something which I haven’t felt in many years, and I appreciate the feeling. This title is not only mine now, it also belongs to each and every one of you. So thank you for supporting me in bringing forth a new era to Project:Violence. l promise not to let you all down…”

[For the first time in his career, Adam Garcia bows to the crowd. JD James approaches him with the Championship belt, and prepares to kick off the coronation with the Ace. He dramatically places the belt around his waist, and begins to slowly fasten the straps.]

Zac Brindle: “What a moment this is for the young Champion – no, wait! What is this?!”

[Suddenly, three unknown figures hop the guardrail, bypass the venue security, and slowly circle the ring. They close off any possible escape routes for both Garcia and JD James. James slowly scurries to one of the corners of the ring, while The Mad Bull stands valiantly in the center of the squared circle, watching the three sharks locate their prey.]

Johnny Kaos: “Who the hell are these outsiders? This is not going to end well…”

[The Champion has always been used to fighting against the odds, but this felt different. These three figures, shrouded in secrecy, felt unfamiliar and eerie. The methodical way they move around the ring is borderline hypnotic. The Atlanta crowd is in a panic and a frenzy, attempting to identify the attackers.]

[Quickly as a viper strikes, they simultaneously dive into the ring, and attack! The Champion easily fends off the first two intruders, but Garcia is overcome by the third. The attack is efficient and ruthless. Cold and calculated, and perhaps, with a bit of a flair for the dramatic. They only have eyes for The Mad Bull, completely ignoring the pleas of JD James from the corner.]

[Eventually two of the figures hold down the Champion on his knees, and the third hits The Mad Bull with a vicious diving knee strike coming off of the ropes. The three then continue to stomp and strike the felled Champion. The ring bell blares, and eventually the ring area is flooded with Project: Violence officials and the security team.]

Zac Brindle: “What an absolute disgrace!”

[The three assailants take this as their cue to depart, and exit the ring area, disappearing into the crowd of ogling fans. The job is done. The Champion lies writhing on the mat as medical professionals surround him. The fan base is hysterical as concern runs rampant for their newly crowned Champion.]

[The show cuts away as mystery fills the air.]

Not Us

[The backstage area is abuzz with activity as superstars and crew members prepare for tonight’s show. Athena, the imposing figure of the Legends Club, strides confidently through the corridors of the arena, her presence commanding attention wherever she goes. Suddenly, Elena Cruz, the tenacious backstage interviewer, rushes up to her, a determined look on her face.]

Elena Cruz: “Athena, Athena! Can I have a word with you, please?”

[Athena halts in her tracks, turning to face Elena with a raised eyebrow, her expression a mix of curiosity and impatience.]

Athena: “What is it, Elena? Make it quick, I’ve got business to attend to.”

[Elena takes a deep breath, steeling herself before plunging into her question.]

Elena Cruz: “There have been rumors circulating backstage that the Legends Club was behind the attack on Adam Garcia earlier tonight. Care to comment on that?”

[Athena’s eyes narrow slightly at the mention of the attack, her jaw clenching momentarily before she regains her composure.]

Athena: “Rumors, huh? Well, let me set the record straight, Elena. The Legends Club had nothing to do with that cowardly assault. We may be many things, but we don’t resort to cheap shots and sneak attacks.”

[Elena raises an eyebrow skeptically, clearly unconvinced by Athena’s denial. Sensing the doubt in Elena’s eyes, Athena’s tone grows more assertive.]

Athena: “Believe what you will, but I’ll have you know, I’m the only member of the Legends Club who’s not nursing injuries from last week’s chaos. And tonight, I have a score to settle with the man who cost us everything – Elijah Drake.”

[Athena’s words hang heavy in the air as she strides off, leaving Elena to ponder the implications of her ominous declaration. The tension is palpable as the stage is set for another explosive night of action in the world of Project: Violence.]

Backstage
Double Dipping

[The office of JD James is a modest yet authoritative space, adorned with framed posters of past P:V events and a large desk at its center. The atmosphere is tense as Katya Roux, accompanied by her silent protege Midas, barges into the room, her fiery demeanor unmistakable.]

Katya Roux: “JD, we need to talk, and we need to talk now!”

[JD James looks up from his desk, visibly taken aback by Katya’s sudden intrusion, but maintains his composure.]

JD James: “Katya, what’s the meaning of this? You can’t just barge into my office like this.”

[Katya crosses her arms defiantly, her gaze piercing as she meets JD’s eyes.]

Katya Roux: “Oh, I can and I will, JD. I demand to know why you’ve booked me in a match tonight against Setsuna Kojima. That’s not what we agreed upon, I am here as a manager to represent my client Midas only.”

[JD James sighs, realizing the gravity of the situation, but remains steadfast in his decision.]

JD James: “Look, Katya, I understand your frustration, but Setsuna Kojima is a rising star in P:V, and the match is happening. It’s time for you to prove yourself against top competition, after all it was pointed out to me that you have been double dipping, it seems you have signed up to a manager and wrestlers contract here in P:V during my leave of absence….”

[Katya’s anger flares at JD’s response, her voice rising in indignation.]

Katya Roux: “You’re making a big mistake, JD, and mark my words, you’ll regret crossing me.”

[With a final, steely glare at JD, Katya storms out of the office, her words hanging in the air like a warning. JD watches her leave with a heavy sigh, knowing that he may have just ignited a powder keg of controversy within P:V.]

Release Request

[Inside JD James’ office, the atmosphere is tense as JD reviews some paperwork at his desk. The door bursts open, and an enraged Teddy Rush storms in, his fists clenched and his expression furious. JD looks up, visibly irritated by yet another interruption, but maintains his professional demeanor.]

JD James: “Teddy, what’s the meaning of this? You can’t just barge in here like that.”

[Teddy Rush, his eyes burning with anger, ignores JD’s reprimand and strides forward, confronting JD directly.]

Teddy Rush: “I need answers, JD. What the hell is going on? Why did Bjorn turn on me at the PPV, only to show up on Dynasty Wrestling Titans just two nights later?”

[JD sighs heavily, realizing that he has to address the situation head-on.]

JD James: “Look, Teddy, I understand your frustration, but Bjorn’s contract with P:V expired, and he made the decision to sign with Dynasty Wrestling. There’s nothing I can do about that.”

[Teddy’s anger flares at JD’s explanation, his fists tightening even more.]

Teddy Rush: “So that’s it? He just walks away scot-free after what he did to me? I want my release, JD. I need to go after him and make him pay for betraying me.”

[JD shakes his head, his tone firm as he delivers the news.]

JD James: “I can’t do that, Teddy. Your contract with P:V is still in effect, and you have a match tonight against Boyd Jackson. You need to focus on that.”

[Teddy’s frustration boils over at JD’s refusal, but he knows there’s little he can do to change the situation. With a frustrated grunt, he storms out of JD’s office, his mind already consumed with thoughts of revenge.]

Last Person Standing

[The backstage area is bustling with activity as Elena Cruz stands poised with her microphone, ready to interview the P:V legend Elijah Drake. Drake steps into frame, his demeanor intense and focused, his eyes burning with determination.]

Elena Cruz: “Elijah Drake, last week you faced Angelo Anderson for the International Heavyweight Championship, but the match ended in chaos, with the Legends Club attacking you. What are your thoughts on that?”

Elijah Drake: “Last week was a travesty, Elena. The Legends Club thought they could meddle in my affairs and cost me my shot at championship glory. Well, they’ve made a grave mistake. They’ve awoken a beast within me, and now they must face the consequences.”

[Elena nods, her expression serious as she listens intently.]

Elena Cruz: “So, what’s next for Elijah Drake? How do you plan to deal with the Legends Club?”

Elijah Drake: “Tonight, Elena, the Legends Club will learn that their actions have consequences. Athena may be the last one standing with Knight licking his wounds at home and the two lackies on the injured list, but she’s not invincible. In the main event tonight, she will fall just like the rest of them. The Legends Club will pay the price for crossing me.”

[As the interview concludes, the camera pans out to reveal Darwin Jones lurking nearby, his eyes narrowed in thought as he absorbs Drake’s words. The tension in the air is palpable as the stage is set for a showdown between Elijah Drake and the Legends Club.]

Backstage
Earning Another Shot

[Backstage, in the dimly lit area reserved for wrestler preparation, Gentleman George Lancaster and Iron Mike Donovan, collectively known as the Masters of the Mat, are seen stretching and strategizing for their upcoming match against Rebel Society. The atmosphere is focused, with a sense of determination evident on their faces.]

Gentleman George Lancaster: “Alright, Iron Mike, tonight’s our chance to prove ourselves. We need this win to show everyone that we’re still a force to be reckoned with.”

Iron Mike Donovan: “You’re damn right, George. Last week didn’t go our way, but tonight, we’re gonna show the world why we deserve another shot at those Tag Team Championships.”

[Donovan cracks his knuckles, his gaze steely as he speaks with conviction.]

Gentleman George Lancaster: “We know Rebel Society won’t go down without a fight, but we’ve got to stay focused, stick to our game plan, and show them what the Masters of the Mat are made of.”

[The duo share a nod of agreement, their determination evident as they mentally prepare themselves for the upcoming battle.]

Iron Mike Donovan: “Let’s do this, George. Tonight, we show everyone why we’re the masters of this mat!”

[With their minds set and their bodies primed for action, the Masters of the Mat head towards the curtain, ready to step into the ring and prove their worth once again.]

Backstage
Take Two and Call Me in the Morning

[The shot cuts backstage to the ringside physician’s medical room. An extremely focused Doctor is tending to Adam Garcia’s knee, wrapping it delicately. Garcia winces in pain, rubbing his already bandaged ribs. Throughout the process he does not take his eyes off of the Project: Violence Heavyweight Championship that sits proudly by his side. Being the Champion, Garcia had already realized that a target is painted on his back, but he didn’t expect a group of miscreants to randomly attack him earlier tonight.]

[So many questions, and absolutely no answers. Suddenly, none other than “The Scumbag Superstar” strolls into the Doctor’s mini-facility.]

Hate Watson: “Well, well, well… if it isn’t the Mad Bull himself. What’s the matter, hermano? That rocket on your back causing some muscle strain?”

[Watson simply chuckles to himself. Both Garcia and the short, bald Doctor can only stare at the big man.]

Hate Watson: “Nah, just kidding, man. That attack was pretty rough earlier tonight. Who the hell were those folks that came and rained on your parade? Maybe some residual blow back from The Legends Club? Maybe it was even Jaks and her new crew?”

[Adam Garcia is perplexed at this point, and cuts off Watson before he can continue.]

Adam Garcia: “¿Qué coño quieres? And for those assholes who attacked me, no one messes with the bull and leaves unscathed, they will regret their actions soon enough. Either way, what the hell are you doin’ here?”

[Garcia smirks while Doctor Mazey continues to bandage his right knee.]

Doctor Mazey: “Watson, this is not the time. You were supposed to check in with me first thing tonight. As you can see, we’re pretty busy here. Why don’t you come back later?”

Hate Watson: “Tough shit, Doc. The boss man says he needs me in the ring later tonight. I need to be cleared by you now.”

[A determined look is plastered on Watson’s face. Through Hate’s leather jacket it is apparent that his left elbow is heavily bandaged. Much to the chagrin of the Doctor, “The Scumbag Superstar” does not appear to be going anywhere until he gets clearance to get back into the ring.]

Doctor Mazey: “Fine. Just let me wrap up here with the Champ’, and I’ll get to you as soon as I can… Although, I’m pretty sure you’re not booked tonight?”

[Hate Watson’s patience is literally non-existent. He throws his good hand up in the air, as if to say ‘don’t let me be a bother,’ and then begins to circle the small examination room while whistling slowly. Meanwhile, Garcia is just shaking his head in disbelief. Watson then turns his attention to the Champion.]

Hate Watson: “You know, Garcia… I can’t help but remember that I was one of your first wins last year over in Japan when you were just getting started…”

Adam Garcia: “Yeah, and if I recall correctly, you were Satake’s lapdog running errands for him. Still thinking I was the one who messed up his locker room?”

[García scoffs while glaring at Watson.]

Adam García: “You talked a hard game, but you backed it up, con un buen par de huevos, if I do say so myself. I thought you were just another death match junkie specialist, but you proved me wrong that night. I still got the win though.”

[Garcia gives Hate a quick wink, as he grabs a pack of ice from the doctor and applies it to his ribs.]

Hate Watson: “Did you hear what the Champ had to say about me, Doc? That’s some serious acknowledgement if you ask me…”

Doctor Mazey: “God damnit, Watson. Can you just leave my patient alone and wait your turn? I’ve never been so busy in my life until you popped up here. Now, what elbow was it that you messed up?”

[Watson clearly enjoys getting a rise out of the Doctor. He continues with his shenanigans and responds with a lie.]

Hate Watson: “My right elbow, Sir Doctor, sir.”

Doctor Mazey: “Ok. Now show me a full range of motion.”

[Hate Watson turns to Garcia and smirks. At this point he was just playing games with the examiner. Watson extends his right elbow with a smile.]

Doctor Mazey: “Any discomfort or pain?”

[Watson immediately responds more light-heartedly than it actually sounds.]

Hate Watson: “I’m fucking fine, Doc.”

Doctor Mazey: “Well, that was a complete waste of time. Just get out of here, and I’ll let JD James know that you’re fine to compete. Just don’t screw me.”

[At this point Hate Watson ignores the Doctor, and turns his attention over to Adam Garcia once again.]

Hate Watson: “Garcia, I know you have no reason to trust me right now, and I must admit, I want nothing more than a shot at proving that our first bout in Japan was nothing more than a fluke, but if you need someone to stand up against those weirdos with you… I’ve got your back.”

[Both Garcia and the Doctor look skeptical. Garcia then responds, mocking Hate.]

Adam Garcia: “Appreciate it big guy, but the Mad Bull works better alone.”

Hate Watson: “I mean what I said. I’m all for head games, but I’m here to even the playing field against those psychos. If you need it of course. Those ribs and that knee looked pretty fucked up to me, and those dudes were absolutely no joke…”

Adam Garcia: “Tell you what, you keep those wolves away from me next week. And, if you prove your worth, maybe, just maybe you can get the Spanish Ace mano a mano, just you and me. But, I’m telling you right now, don’t get your hopes up, there was no fluke in our match last year, and this title ain’t changing its owner in a long ass time.”

[Watson hears exactly what he needs to hear, and then slinks out of the exam room without a goodbye.]

Doctor Mazey: “I hate that fucking guy.”

[The irony is not lost on Garcia, laughing to himself, and then winces in pain as he rubs his bandaged rib cage. The shot fades out as there are now more questions than answers once again. Does Hate Watson really want to protect Adam Garcia, or does he simply want a match with the Champ? Who are the three thugs that performed an attack on Garcia earlier on the night?]

Tag Team Match
Masters of the Mat vs Rebel Society

Ringside
Respect

[In the aftermath of an intense and hard-fought match between the Masters of the Mat and Rebel Society, the final bell rings, signaling the end of the contest. The arena erupts with applause and cheers, acknowledging the efforts of both teams.]

Zac Brindle: “What a match, Johnny! The fans here in Atlanta are on their feet, showing their appreciation for the incredible athleticism we’ve just witnessed!”

Johnny Kaos: “Absolutely, Zac! Both teams left it all in the ring tonight, and it’s clear that they’ve earned the respect of everyone in attendance.”

[As Jai Marshall and Charlie Strickland of Rebel Society extend their hands in a gesture of sportsmanship, it appears that a moment of mutual respect is about to unfold. However, before the handshake can be completed, the mood suddenly shifts.]

Zac Brindle: “Wait a minute, Johnny! What’s happening here? It looks like the Masters of the Mat are refusing to accept the draw!”

Johnny Kaos: “Unbelievable! After such an incredible display of competition, it seems like the Masters of the Mat are letting their frustrations get the best of them!”

[With a sudden burst of aggression, Gentleman George Lancaster and Iron Mike Donovan of the Masters of the Mat launch a vicious assault on Jai Marshall and Charlie Strickland, catching Rebel Society completely off guard. The crowd’s cheers turn to shocked gasps as the attack unfolds.]

Zac Brindle: “This is despicable, Johnny! The Masters of the Mat are taking out their frustration on Rebel Society in a cowardly display of poor sportsmanship!”

Johnny Kaos: “Indeed, Zac! It’s clear that the Masters of the Mat are willing to stoop to any level to prove their dominance. This is a disgrace!”

[As referees rush to intervene and separate the brawling teams, the Masters of the Mat continue their assault, sending a clear message of aggression and dominance as the scene descends into chaos.]

Backstage
Forget About Them

[Backstage, the Starr Brothers, Darren and Simon, are seen closely monitoring the chaos unfolding in the ring on a backstage monitor. They watch with furrowed brows, clearly disapproving of the unsportsmanlike conduct displayed by the Masters of the Mat.]

Darren Starr: “Can you believe this, Simon? Those guys have no respect for the competition or the sport.”

Simon Starr: “I know, Darren. It’s a disgrace. We worked hard to earn these titles, and they think they can get another shot by acting like this?”

[Before they can discuss the situation further, Stevie Rigg and Edwin Ellis, the formidable duo who won a tag team match at the PPV last week, suddenly appear behind them. The Starr Brothers turn to face their challengers, their expressions hardening with determination.]

Stevie Rigg: “Well, well, well, look who it is. The so-called champions, sitting back here while your division implodes in the ring.”

Edwin Ellis: “You can’t ignore us forever, boys. We’re coming for those tag team title belts, and there’s nothing you can do to stop us.”

[Determined and undeterred by the chaos unfolding in the ring, Stevie Rigg and Edwin Ellis stare down the Starr Brothers, their eyes gleaming with confidence as they make their intentions clear. The tension between the two teams crackles in the air as the backstage area becomes a battleground of its own.]

Backstage
A Lesson in Respect

[Elena Cruz stands ready with her microphone as Boyd Jackson approaches, his swagger evident as he prepares to address the camera.]

Elena Cruz: “Boyd Jackson, last week you emerged victorious in a chaotic four-way match at the Ascension PPV. How are you feeling after that impressive win?”

[Boyd Jackson smirks confidently, adjusting his jacket before responding.]

Boyd Jackson: “Feeling? I’m feeling like the man who just shocked the entire P:V universe, Elena. Nobody expected me to come out on top, but I did what I do best – I proved the doubters wrong.”

[Elena nods, acknowledging Boyd’s confidence, but presses further.]

Elena Cruz: “You’re set to face Teddy Rush tonight, a man who’s undoubtedly looking for retribution after what transpired with Bjorn Asulf. How do you plan to approach this match?”

[Boyd’s expression turns serious, his tone dripping with disdain as he talks about his opponent.]

Boyd Jackson: “Teddy Rush. The man’s been whining and complaining ever since Bjorn Asulf turned his back on him. Well, tonight, he’s going to learn a harsh lesson in reality. While he’s busy crying over spilled milk, I’ll be the one standing tall, reminding everyone why they should respect Boyd Jackson.”

[Elena nods, wrapping up the interview as Boyd flashes a cocky grin, ready to make his mark once again in the ring.]

Backstage
Celebrations are in Order

[We jump backstage next where there seems to be a party of sorts in progress. Chiaki’s broken out a bottle of wine that’s clearly quite expensive, and both she and Jakucho have glasses. Setsuna, meanwhile, has just a bottle of water which she takes a swig as she continues to try and get herself to relax after her singles victory earlier in the evening. Hanging from the ceiling is a banner which reads ‘V5! CONGRATULATIONS!’ Jakucho lets out a proud holler, lifting her glass up in a toast.]

Jakucho Akechi: <To victory! Five successful defenses, a statement tag team win, and the unquestioned establishment of Power Ryse as THE power faction of Project: Violence! No matter who steps up with ideas of glory in their head and hope in their heart, they can’t change the fact that Jakucho-sama is THE face of Project: Violence!]

[Chiaki raises her glass up as well.]

Chiaki: <To victory! Not just in the ring, but in showmanship. That Ascension entrance we put together was the talk of the wrestling world.>

[Jakucho puts an arm around Chiaki’s shoulders and leans in with a big, seemingly buzzed smile.]

Jakucho Akechi: <Well we have you to thank for the props and costumes, Chiaki-chan. How you found the time to put all of that together while we were training is beyond me!>

[It’s at this point that Setsuna shoots an annoyed look at her unit’s leader, prompting Jak to chuckle a little.

Setsuna Kojima: <She didn’t do it alone, Akechi-san. I spent so much time detailing my armor I went cross eyed and got a migraine. It was worth it in the end, but it was hard to move in. And what about my victory tonight? I fought the mouthpiece for that silent monster you survived, but we’re celebrating V5?>

[Her eyes go icy and her tone pointed and firm. From the way she flexes her triceps it looks like she might have something bubbling up to the surface. Chiaki looks from Jakucho to Setsuna, then back to the Queen of Queer Style. Jakucho frowns coolly before suddenly cracking a big smile. Setsuna staggers a little as her leader throws an arm around her shoulders like she’s about to reveal a big secret.]

Jakucho Akechi: <Don’t think we didn’t notice! There’s no two ways about it, you went out there and put that weasley loudmouth in the ground. I think that deserves a reward, don’t you?>

[Setsuna nods eagerly in anticipation as Jak motions to the door; the camera pans there and we see a young woman in trendy casual clothes holding up a metallic gold jacket with blue and black trim. We can’t see the woman’s face in full detail as she’s wearing a medical mask. All the same Setsuna’s eyes go wide as she sees something completely unexpected before her.]

Setsuna Kojima: <That’s – that’s one of Bison-san’s entrance coats! I didn’t think I’d ever see one again! It’s really for me?>

[The mysterious woman hands the coat to Setsuna, who clutches it to her chest as if it were her deceased mentor in the flesh. Jakucho’s posture relaxes and her voice softens to something more kindly than her usual posturing.]

Jakucho Akechi: <Of course it is, Setsuna-san. I know how much she meant to you, and you’re becoming quite a force on your own. A rising power needs proper entrance gear don’t you think?>

[Setsuna doesn’t respond with words, instead just holding on to the jacket; she seems afraid it might disappear if she doesn’t. Jakucho pats her teammate on the shoulder gently before turning to the camera and grinning slyly.]

Jakucho Akechi: <And as a treat for all our lovely loyal lilies, let’s offer a special deal on all Setsuna Kojima merch! Right now on Jaku-do.com the code ‘RisingDragon’ will net you 15% off all of our young powerhouse’s merch! Of course Jakucho-sama’s merch is also still available for all the classiest ladies. But act now, it’ll be gone before you know it!>

[Jakucho holds up the Television Championship and smiles ferally while Setsuna’s gaze slowly rises from her new jacket to the glittering gold.]

Jakucho Akechi: <Soon it’s going to be time for V6 isn’t it? Or maybe another team would like to step up and find out how strong Power Ryse is for themselves? Regardless, we’ll be waiting. I’ll be watching, Setsuna-san will be continuing to show the world her potential, and that secret for Masa-kun? I guess it’ll have to wait until he’s no longer broken down into a dozen bloody little pieces. Too bad. I wanted to show him so bad. But there’s always next time.>

[She raises her cup in a mocking toast to Masafumi Satake and is joined by Chiaki. Setsuna though? Her eyes are on that belt.]

Single Match
Boyd Jackson vs Teddy Rush

Ringside
Win After Win

[The arena pulsates with energy as Boyd Jackson stands triumphantly in the center of the ring, his arms raised in victory. The boos from the crowd rain down heavily, but Boyd pays them no mind, reveling in his moment of glory. Meanwhile, Teddy Rush watches from the sidelines, his expression a mix of frustration and anger.]

Johnny Kaos: “Boyd Jackson certainly reveling in his victory tonight, Zac, but you can see Teddy Rush isn’t too pleased.”

Zac Brindle: “Absolutely, Johnny. Rush seems preoccupied, perhaps still reeling from what happened with Bjorn Asulf. Jackson, on the other hand, couldn’t care less about Rush’s woes. He’s basking in the spotlight all by himself.”

[Boyd Jackson continues to soak in the boos from the audience, egging them on with smug gestures. Teddy Rush, growing more agitated by the second, paces back and forth outside the ring, his frustration palpable. The contrast between the two men couldn’t be clearer as the scene unfolds in the ring.]

Johnny Kaos: “Well, it looks like Boyd Jackson is making it crystal clear who the victor is tonight, but you have to wonder what’s going through Teddy Rush’s mind right now.”

Zac Brindle: “No doubt, Johnny. Rush needs to shake off whatever’s bothering him and refocus if he wants to avoid more setbacks in the future. As for Boyd Jackson, well, he’s proving once again why he’s a force to be reckoned with here in Project: Violence.”

[The camera pans out as Boyd Jackson continues to revel in his moment of triumph, while Teddy Rush watches on, his expression one of determination as he mentally prepares for his next challenge.]

Backstage
Next Week

[Backstage, Elena Cruz stands ready with her microphone, preparing to interview Dutch Ramirez, the victorious biker who defeated Puck at the PPV last week in a grudge match. Ramirez approaches, his demeanor relaxed yet determined.]

Elena Cruz: “Dutch, last week you scored a significant victory over Puck in an intense matchup. What’s next for you here in Project:Violence?”

[Dutch Ramirez offers a small smile, clearly pleased with his recent success.]

Dutch Ramirez: “Well, Elena, first and foremost, I’m focused on continuing to ride the momentum from that win. But as for what’s next, I’m open to any challenge that comes my way. Whether it’s climbing up the ranks or defending my turf, I’m ready for whatever awaits.”

[Before Ramirez can elaborate further, the atmosphere becomes charged with tension as Brandon Snyder, a cunning and opportunistic heel, steps into the scene. He interrupts the interview, his presence injecting a palpable sense of rivalry into the air.]

Brandon Snyder: “Hold up there, Ramirez. I couldn’t help but overhear your plans for the future, but it seems like you’re forgetting something important—me.
