First Challengers?

As the camera pans backstage, we find Ben Noble and Kandi Sparks standing proudly in front of their newly acquired DW Tag Team Championship belts. They admire the gold, running their fingers over the intricate details, clearly reveling in their victory.

Suddenly, the door swings open, and British Hospitality, comprised of Alexander Hate and Harry Black with Kyle McRae, enter the locker room. The trio eyes the championship belts with a mix of admiration and envy.

Alexander Hate steps forward, his eyes fixed on the titles. “Impressive,” he remarks, nodding towards Ben and Kandi. “But we’ve been itching for a shot at those titles ourselves.”

Ben Noble smirks confidently, adjusting his championship belt. “Well, how about this? Since you’re so eager, how about Kyle McRae faces me in a singles match later tonight? If he can impress us, maybe we’ll consider giving British Hospitality a shot at these beauties.”

The challenge hangs in the air, tension crackling between the two teams as they size each other up, setting the stage for an explosive showdown later in the evening.

Non-Title

In the bustling backstage area of the Stratford Arena, ‘The Mirage’ Maxwell Blackwell strides purposefully towards the office of GM Matt Anarchy, his expression determined. He knocks briskly on the door before entering, the anticipation evident in his eyes.

Anarchy, engrossed in paperwork, looks up as Blackwell enters. “Ah, Maxwell, what brings you here?” he asks, his tone businesslike.

Blackwell wastes no time in getting to the point. “I’m here for a match tonight. I need to get back on track after last week,” he says, his voice dripping with urgency.

Anarchy leans back in his chair, considering for a moment before nodding. “You want a match? Fine. You’ll be in the main event tonight, facing none other than Cedric Thornfield.”

Blackwell’s eyes widen in surprise at the announcement. “Thornfield? But—”

Anarchy cuts him off with a raised hand. “Non-title match,” he clarifies. “But make no mistake, Maxwell. This is your chance to prove yourself against the top dog in DW. Don’t waste it.”

With a curt nod, Blackwell acknowledges the challenge, his determination evident. He exits Anarchy’s office, already mentally preparing for the formidable opponent awaiting him in the main event.

My Kingdom

As the camera focuses backstage, DW Heavyweight Champion ‘The Raven King’ Cedric Thornfield stands tall, the championship belt draped over his shoulder, exuding an aura of confidence. William Smith approaches, microphone in hand, ready to conduct the interview.

Smith: Ladies and gentlemen, I’m here with the reigning DW Heavyweight Champion, ‘The Raven King’ Cedric Thornfield. Cedric, what’s next for you here in DW?

Thornfield smirks arrogantly, his gaze fixated on the camera as he begins to speak.

Thornfield: What’s next, William? More dominance, more victories, more reminders to everyone in this industry that I am the pinnacle of excellence. As long as this championship rests on my shoulder, there’s no one who can stand in my way.

Before Smith can respond, a sudden interruption cuts through the air, drawing everyone’s attention. Bjorn Asulf steps into view, his presence commanding, his eyes fixed on Thornfield with an intensity that sends a chill down the champion’s spine.

Asulf: Thornfield, I’ve been watching you closely. You may be the champion for now, but mark my words, your reign will not last forever. Tonight, I’ll be watching your match with great interest.

Thornfield’s expression darkens at Asulf’s words, a flicker of annoyance crossing his features before he regains his composure, his gaze locking with Asulf’s.

Thornfield: Keep watching, Asulf. But remember, this is my kingdom, and I rule it with an iron fist. Whatever plans you have, they’ll crumble before the might of ‘The Raven King.’

With a final glance at Asulf, Thornfield turns away, leaving Smith and Asulf in his wake. The tension in the air is palpable as Asulf’s gaze follows Thornfield’s retreating figure, his expression unreadable as the camera fades to black.

With a triumphant grin, Thornfield raises the title high above his head, the crowd erupting into cheers. The moment is his, and he revels in it, soaking in the adulation of the fans. But just as the celebration reaches its peak, a hush falls over the arena as Bjorn Asulf’s music hits.

At the top of the entrance ramp stands Asulf, his gaze locked firmly on Thornfield in the ring. The intensity between the two men is palpable, a silent challenge passing between them. Thornfield’s expression hardens as he meets Asulf’s stare, his grip tightening on the championship belt.

For a moment, the entire arena holds its breath, the tension thick in the air. Then, without breaking eye contact, Asulf raises a hand in a defiant gesture, a silent promise of things to come.
