“Natural High” by The Union Underground hits the sound system as the sVo Showdown entrance video hits the screens of TV’s all over the world! The video featuring the likes of sVo Champion Jay Wildman, Roscoe Shame, Night, Bobby Dean and Samuel Amos shows some of the best action to have ever taken place on the flagship show of the Sanctioned Violence Organization.

As the video comes to an end, the camera cuts to the arena and pans around the sold out crowd as pyro’s shoot up from the entrance stage whilst the theme music continues to blast out over the sound system. The camera picks out several signs in the crowd as the fireworks continue to explode around the ringside area.

The camera then pans across to the entrance stage, where a video recap of last weeks action is shown on the giant Violence-Tron before tonight’s action gets under-way.

LAST WEEK ON SHOWDOWN #74Before the three can be counted Jay Wildman somehow manages to kick out! The fans cheer loudly for the sVo Champion as he bravely tries to climb up to his feet. However as he does Shame goes straight back to work on his opponents legs with a stiff kick to his knee. Wildman doubles over in pain and Roscoe Shame takes advantage with a military press slam in the middle of the ring to show off his power! The fans boo the big move from Shame as once again he makes the cover!

There is a big cheer from the sold out crowd as once again Jay Wildman is somehow able to get a shoulder up off of the mat before the three! Roscoe Shame looks down at his opponent wondering just what he has to do to put away the sVo Champion, before laying into him with some big mounted punches. The fans continue to boo Shame as he rises up to his feet and motions that it’s ‘Shame Time’! Roscoe Shame slowly waits for Wildman to rise up to his feet before placing him in the powerbomb position. However before Shame can hit his finisher, Jay Wildman counters with a back drop onto his opponent!

The fans cheer as Shame rises up to his feet with a shocked look on his face only to be hit with a big clothesline from Jay Wildman! Wildman lays into Shame with some quick kicks before dropping him down in the middle of the ring with a swinging DDT! The fans begin to chant for ‘Masked Justice’ as Jay Wildman slowly pulls himself to his feet using the ring ropes. As Roscoe Shame rises up to his feet holding his head in pain, Wildman limps across looking for the ‘Masked Justice’ superkick, however this time Shame is able to dodge out of the way! Roscoe Shame quickly spins Wildman around before landing a kick to the midsection! The fans boo loudly as Shame uses his strength to pull Wildman up into the air before tossing him back down to the mat with the ‘Shame Time’!

With the sVo Champion down, the Tag Team Champion Roscoe Shame makes the cover!

It’s all over and boos fill the Goodfellas Casino Arena as the former sVo Champion manages to defeat the current sVo Champion! Roscoe Shame slowly rises up to his feet and raises his hands in the air in victory as he soaks in the victory over Wildman, gaining some measure of revenge for Seasons Beatings back in December 2010!BACKSTAGE

A Plea for Help

Backstage at Goodfellas Casino in Las Vegas, former sVo World Champion Night is seen standing in front of an sVo backdrop with a Japanese flag suspended off to the side. Night wears a very solemn look on his face as he stares down the barrel of the camera. To his side is a surprising sight – none other than Night’s own brother and usual rival Nightmare also looking very serious from under his mask. To Night’s other side is the elderly figure of Akira Kimura, former mentor to both wrestlers and Night’s manager. He looks worst of all, his eyes red with severe bags under them.

Night: “Good evening. As I’m sure you are all aware, our homeland, Japan was recently besieged by a natural disaster the likes of which we have never experienced. Hit by an 8.9 magnitude earthquake and subsequent tsunamis entire towns have been wiped out. Thousands remain missing with little hope of being found alive with a death toll already over 5000 people and expected to climb steeply. Ryuu and myself recently returned to Japan to attend to family matters and were fortunate to leave mere days before disaster struck. We thank the sVo universe for your kind messages in this difficult time we are thankful that our family and friends are safe as our home was a long way from the epicenter of the quake and was, as a result, largely unaffected by the disaster – however many thousands were not as fortunate as we were.”

Nightmare: “The Sanctioned Violence Organization and the North American professional wrestling industry have a longstanding relationship with Japan and Japanese professional wrestlers. The Organization has very kindly given us this chance to speak with you all tonight. Rescue efforts are currently underway… however the operation is huge. The cleanup and rebuilding of property will take time, but in the north there are still thousands without food, water and shelter. Families have been torn apart. To add to that, thousands of survivors have to be temporarily relocated.”

Akira Kimura: “We are here tonight to beg of you, the sVo audience to support the rescue efforts currently underway. You have already been most generous to us over the years with your support and love and we must ask that you extend these good wishes to the people of Japan in this difficult time. Please contact the American Red Cross if you wish to help – for this you have our sincerest gratitude.”

The old man’s voice cracks as the scene fades.
Asesino vs. Greg Seiger”Head like a hole” by NiN begins to play over the PA system and the crowd are already getting to their feet to show anger.

“Bow down before the one you serve!”
“You’re going to get what you deserve!”

From out the back, Greg emerges walking to the ring, he seems to take an “I don’t care” attitude towards the ring, ignoring every jibe and comment by fans nearby. Walking up the steps, Greg casually ducks through the top and second rope, cocking his head from left to right, he enters the ring and lets the music speak for itself.

Boos begin to ring out around the arena as the entrance ramp lights up and Headstrong by Trapt hits the sound system. On the sVo-Tron highlights of Asesino’s sVo greatest moments play as Asesino slowly makes his way out from the backstage area and down the entrance ramp. Asesino stares out the crowd as he walks, before rolling into the ring. Asesino walks around the ring looking out at those in the crowd who are booing him, before jumping up onto the second rope of the nearest turnbuckle and taunting to the fans by throwing them an ironic kiss.

With the two men in the ring the bell is rung for the action to get started! Segier quickly moves towards his opponent, however the hired gun Asesino lays into him with some big right hands straight from the off. Asesino backs Segier up to the corner of the ring before sending him down to the mat with a fireman’s carry takedown. With Segier down on the mat, Asesino begins to choke his opponent before the referee reaches the five count and he is forced to break the hold.

Asesino grabs hold of Segier by the head as he pulls him to his feet, however Segier knocks away his hands and takes him down to the mat with a big belly to back suplex! There are boos from the crowd as Segier rises up to his feet with a cocky expression on his face before clotheslining Asesino back down to the mat as he pulls himself up. Segier lays into Asesino with some big stomps as he tries to get to his feet, before Asesino finally rolls out of the ring to escape the attack from the newcomer.

Segier rolls out of the ring to meet Asesino, however Asesino quickly cuts him off with a kick to the midsection before throwing him hard into the security barrier as the referee shouts at both men to take it into the ring. Segier staggers back up to his feet and away from the security barrier, but Asesino sends him down to the hard floor back first with a double arm takedown. With Segier down and hurting Asesino rolls into the ring to break the referees count before rolling back out and laying into Segier with some big stomps to the head.

Segier tries to struggle to his feet, but Asesino slams him face first into the ring apron before rolling him back into the ring. The fans boo the ‘Assassin’ as he rolls back into the ring himself and makes the cover on Segier.

Before the referee can count to three Segier is able to get a shoulder up off of the mat! Segier slowly begins to rise up to his feet as Asesino lays into him with some big kicks and stomps. Asesino bounces back off of the ropes and looks for a big clothesline on his opponent, however is able to duck under the arm of his opponent and take him down to the mat with an ‘Evil Killer’! The fans rise to their feet for the sight of the amazing move as Asesino looks in pain! A smile spreads across the face of Segier as he pulls Asesino up to his feet and lays into him with some forearm smashes to the face. Asesino looks like he is reeling, as Segier drops him down to the mat with a snap suplex before taunting to the crowd.

The crowd boo loudly, but Segier doesn’t seem to care as he grabs hold of the legs of his opponent and spins them into the ‘Segier Twist’! Asesino loudly shouts out in pain as Segier applies even more pressure to the legs of his opponent! Asesino does his best to try and roll the move over to apply the pressure back onto the legs of Segier, but Segier is able to keep the move locked in! After a few more seconds of pain Asesino has no choice but to tap!

Segier doesn’t look to keen to break the hold despite the bell sounding as he continues to punish Asesino! Referees stream down the entrance ramp and are finally able to pull Segier off of Asesino, as the fans loudly boo for the impressive newcomer.BACKSTAGE

Stacking the Deck

High above the Goodfellas Casino Arena perched in his skybox, Matt Anderson puffs on his cigar as he stares out the window at the action below. A knock on the door draws his attention as it opens slightly and a Company agent sticks his head into the room.

Agent: “Sir, Miyamoto is here at your request.”

Matt Anderson: “Good – send him in.”

No sooner has he uttered the words does the masked figure of Nightmare barge roughly past the agent into the room, slamming the door behind him in the unfortunate man’s face drawing a laugh from the Company manager.

Matt Anderson: “Ryuu – for you that could almost be considered a civil entrance.”

Nightmare: “Cut the shit, Anderson, what do you want? I should remind you I’m not booked tonight – why are you wasting my time dragging me up here?”

Matt Anderson: “You may not be booked, Ryuu… but I assure you you do not have the night off.”

The masked man stares at Matt, clearly unimpressed.

Nightmare: “Well I’m here. What do you want?”

Matt Anderson: “Don’t be dense, Ryuu. I’ve left you off the card tonight deliberately. As you know next week we have Organized Chaos… a match forced on my by that fucker Jon Page for control of the sVo. I need you and the rest of the Company boys rested and ready for war – and I’ve made sure to book the so-called ‘Rebels’ in tough matches tonight. It’s called ‘stacking the deck in your favor’.”

Nightmare: “Well, mission accomplished then. Good work… can I go now?”

Anderson scowls as he puffs on his cigar, surveying the man standing before him.

Matt Anderson: “Not quite yet. I don’t need to remind you that your brother… a member of the ‘Rebel’ team is the single-most successful competitor ever to step into an Organized Chaos match with two pinfalls… including the winning pinfall in the only ever match of its kind.”

Nightmare shudders.

Nightmare: “Don’t remind me…”

Matt Anderson: “It’s not something that we should allow ourselves to forget, Ryuu. What we need is to make sure Night does not arrive next week at full-health. As loathed as I am to admit it, they have a formidable team and with Night on-side, healthy and ready for action it certainly doesn’t leave us in a good position.”

Nightmare: “… what do you have in mind?”

The Company manager grins as he puffs away on his cigar again.

Matt Anderson: “I’m glad you asked…”

And with that, the action fades back to ringside.
Skiddalz vs. NeroThe lights go dim suddenly before a loud blast as one bulb breaks. Before the shattered glass even hits the floor, the lights go pitch black and the audience is silent. If only for a moment before the lights emerge even brighter than before. The opening cords to “The Red” by Chevelle blasts over the announce system and the crowd is on their feet, readying themselves for the mindfuck that will soon be here. The bright lights dim to near darkness once more save for a spotlight on the entrance area. Smoke soon begins to filter up from the ground and within the light emerges the darkness known as the “Leper Messiah” himself, Nero.

His distorted smile plastered across his face as he makes his way to the ring, his lambheads upon his shoulders. His gaze is locked upon the ring, his pale skin gleaming in the spotlight. The smoke continues to rise up to his knees, the fans booing loudly as he continues his mark to the ring. He treks up the stairs and steps over the second rope. Waltzing to the center of the ring, he stares out into the crowd, basking in their insane jeers. His smile becomes more ugly and sociopathic in nature before he waltzes over to a corner and removes his lambheads. He sets them down and slinks into the corner, awaiting the arrival of his opponent/match to start, smiling and laughing to himself sickly. The lights soon return to normal and the crowd continues their onslaught of boos and jeers.

Bad Chick, Lovin It by Babi Mac hits the sound system and there are cheers from the fans as Skiddalz makes her way down towards the ring.

With both competitors in the ring the bell is rung for the match to get started. Skiddalz makes her way towards Nero and quickly lays into him with some big right hands to back him into the corner of the ring. The fans cheer the offence from Skiddalz, however Nero is able to get his hands up to block before knocking his opponent away with a big headbutt. Skiddalz staggers backwards, and Nero knocks her down with a big flying forearm.

Skiddalz slowly rises up to her feet, however Nero takes her down to the mat with a side walk slam before trying to lock in a knee lock. However Skiddalz is able to fight her way out of the attempted submission hold with some big kicks before rising back to her feet. The fans cheer Skiddalz on as she bounces into the ropes and looks for a clothesline, however Nero is able to duck under the arm of his opponent before landing a dropkick on Skiddalz.

Skiddalz quickly rises back up to her feet, but Nero is there to send her hard into the corner of the ring. Nero tries to follow up with a clothesline in the corner of the ring, however Skiddalz is able to dodge out of the way causing Nero to hit the turnbuckle hard. Nero staggers out of the corner, and Skiddalz takes him down to the mat with a big reverse DDT. The fans cheer the big move from Skiddalz as she lays into Nero with some big mounted punches.

Nero manages to rake the eyes of his opponent before rising back up to his feet. Skiddalz holds her face in pain as she staggers forward and allows Nero to take her down to the mat with a big suplex. With Skiddalz on the mat, Nero tries to lock in the ‘Malediction’! The fans boo loudly as Nero tries to lock on the painful submission hold, however Skiddalz is able to fight her way out with some big back elbows to the face of her opponent. Skiddalz rises up to her feet, and as Nero looks for the ‘Call to Cagulia’ she is able to reverse the move into a neckbreaker of her own!

There are cheers for Skiddalz as she takes down Nero with a scoop slam as he tries to get to his feet, before dropping a leg across her opponents face. Nero struggles up to his feet, however Skiddalz lays into him with some stiff kidney punches before knocking him down with a big roundhouse kick! With Nero down the fans cheer as Skiddalz taunts to Nero to get to his feet. Nero slowly staggers up, but as he does he is grabbed by Skiddalz who locks him in the ‘Just Breathe’!

The fans cheer loudly for the sight of the move, but as Nero desperately tries to grab the bottom rope he looks to be close to passing out. The referee asks Nero if he wants to quit, and after one last attempt to get to the bottom rope he has no choice but to tap!

The fans cheer as Skiddalz rises up to her feet and throws her hands up in the air in victory. The referee checks on the status of Nero as Skiddalz celebrates her big victory in the corner of the ring by posing on the second rope.BACKSTAGE

Voices In The Wind

‘Must Kill’ by Cavalera Conspiracy begins playing and not even a second after that the entrance ramp begins flashing with a quick burst of white strobe light and Intrepid comes out quickly but stops on the entrance ramp as D.Filed and Virtue follow closely behind. He stares out into the crowd grooving to the beat of the music, glaring at them through the eyes of his mask. He suddenly thrusts his arm into the air and all three of them scream.

The Family: HEATHENS!!!

As soon as the crowd reacts, The Family strolls hand in hand down the entire aisle all the way to the ring. Intrepid slides onto the ring apron and into the ring on his stomach quickly pushing himself up onto his feet. He sits down on the second ring rope in order to create an opening for D.Filed and Virtue. All three members stroll into the center of the ring as the music stops. D.Filed collects a microphone from a sVo technician.

D.Filed: If you know what is good for you, you will be silent while my husband seeks counsel from The Voices. If you heed my warning you will be blessed.

The crowd isn’t tolerant of her comments or demands. Intrepid ignores them and kneels down into the corner and prays. D.Filed and Virtue stand solemnly with their heads lowered until Intrepid finally stands. He walks over to D.Filed and collects the microphone from her.

Intrepid: The Voices were not pleased by your lack of reverence and respect.

The crowd become even rowdier and begins booing at Intrepid and his Family. Some of their yells and insults carry up to the microphone in Intrepid’s hand. D.Filed and Virtue appear unaffected by this and continue standing firm in the center of the ring. Intrepid remains silent until the crowd grows tired of booing.

Intrepid: The wisdom of The Voices have guided me and my Family to this pathetic organization to be unto you a Herald of Fear.

Intrepid allows his words to hang in the air before he continues.

Intrepid: So I gathered together my household and journeyed into this foreign and hostile land.

The crowd reacts and collectively express their thoughts about Intrepid’s remarks and even some are heard yelling; “Go back where you came from you freak!”

Intrepid: So it was that when I entered this land of heathens and degenerates, The Voices had warned me to beware of those that do not call upon Them. They warned me to beware of these heathens and degenerates for they even sacrifice and give respect unto false gods and heroes.

The crowd doesn’t appreciate being called either a heathen or a degenerate.

Intrepid: So I have prepared, for I have great faith that The Voices will provide me with the wisdom and understanding that it will take to Herald Their Coming. I have prepared by listening to The Voices words with what I should do in order to hasten the destruction of the heathens and degenerates.

The crowd are becoming a little confused as Intrepid appears to ramble inside of the ring. Now, they are becoming irritated that this masked man and his so-called family are wasting their time. Intrepid actually stands there quietly absorbing their abuse and begins swaying slightly back and forth as if in a trance. Then suddenly he becomes rigid and his next statement is shouted into the microphone, bringing everyone in the venue to an absolute stop.

With this statement D.Filed and Virtue express their first signs of any emotion as they are enthralled Intrepid’s words and proudly stiffen their stance smiling.

Intrepid: By the command of The Voices I am to make an example of your precious Sheldon Hossteder.

Finally, something for the crowd to rally behind as Intrepid mentions Sheldon’s name.

Intrepid: I have been in the land of these foul-smelling heathens and degenerates only a week and I made sure to get this Secular Whore’s attention.

The crowd quickly returns to their booing as Intrepid has them recount the actions he had taken on Sheldon and even the woman who has been recently dating, Sara Pettis.

Intrepid: All that it took was to endanger his dear Sara. Your star Sheldon has demonstrated himself to be very vulnerable.

The crowd is beginning to tire of Intrepid’s rant and organize a chant for him to leave. It takes them a few minutes to come to be unison with their chant. Intrepid appears to be frustrated by this.

Intrepid: You heathens are so very swift to dismiss those things which you do not care to hear. Fine, have it your way, for the wisdom of The Voices is not worthy of your understanding.

Intrepid guides his family out of the ring and begins walking up the aisle, absorbing the abuse from the crowd. Turning back in order to face the crowd, Intrepid stands boldly at the entrance ramp raising the microphone in order to speak again.

Intrepid: Heathens and Degenerates know this, for The Great Campaign is soon to come. A Great House will be built upon the Grounds of those who had already won. We shall cause you to remember that Fear and Loathing are cut from the same cloth. There in The Contest for which One and One shall meet, a Third will appear in victory or defeat.

The crowd ends their chant and stares awkwardly at the masked freak and his family while he continues his rant.

Intrepid: I am the Herald of many and Sheldon is the key. For when I knocked upon the door aplenty, The Geek will open The Mystery.

‘Must Kill’ by Cavalera Conspiracy explodes from the P.A. system and the entrance lights up again as Intrepid and his family leave the ramp, disappearing backstage.
Scarlet Lady vs. Nirvana vs. Tyler Matthews vs. Cheveyo ParkerNewjack by Justice hits the sound system and the fans boo as the Godfather of Darkness slowly makes his way down to the ring! The mad villain Nirvana stares straight ahead as he walks down the entrance ramp before rolling into the ring under the bottom rope.

The screen flashes “The Scarlet Lady” as the arena is bathed in a purple glow. She gives glances left and right awkwardly, her eyes empty, her mind inward. She walks down the ramp, holding the billiard ball she has been using lately to assault her foes. The fans give her a mixed reaction when she does this, but the dark shirt wearing hardcore crowd cheer her. She takes a drink from a bottle, throwing it at the ground. She slips through the ropes, rolling the ball out of the ring. She leans against the far left turn buckle, grinning at the crowd as she spits fire at them.

6’7 by Lil Wayne begins to play out the pa system. As the beat hits, light’s all around the arena start flashing as the cameras pan to the stage. Tyler Mathews is seen standing with his arms folded. After about 30 to 40 seconds into the song, Mathews throws his arm up in the air clutching his fist. Mathews start’s his walk down the aisle with one thing on his mind. VICTORY. Once he reaches the ring, Mathews leaps onto the apron. Pulling himself upspinning around getting to his feet, Mathews climbs the turnbuckle raising his fist again before getting into the ring. After checking out the crowd, he removes his jacket and skull cap. Waiting for the match to begin, Mathews stretches until the bell rings.

As the intro to “Ratamahatta” by Sepultura plays over the loudspeakers the lights flicker from bright white to blue. From the entryway in Native American garb and head dress comes Cheveyo Parker. The fans give a loud cheer as the superstar stands atop the platform with his head down. As the entrance song gets heavy a burst of energy ignites the arena and the “Spirit Warrior” runs from end to end head banging and throwing his arms about in his Native American dance. Cheveyo makes his way running down the ramp, still dancing giving the fans slaps on the hand. He slides under the bottom rope of the ring and centers himself mid-ring before kneeling to one knee as if he were saying a prayer to his ancestors.

With all four competitors in the ring, the referee calls for the bell to be rung and the match to begin. However as it does Nirvana and the Scarlet Lady quickly rush forward and take down Parker with a double team clothesline! The fans boo at the two competitors working together in this 4-way match as the two begin to put the boots into Parker! Tyler Matthews just watches the action unfold as Nirvana pulls Parker up to his feet before nailing him with an ‘Embrace Nirvana’!

Parker looks in immense pain, however the beat down continues as the fans boo loudly whilst the Scarlet Lady makes her way to the top rope while everyone else in the ring just stands and watches! The Scarlet Lady stares down onto Parker, before landing the amazing Apocolypse Omega!

With Nirvana and the Scarlet Lady hitting their two most powerful moves straight away, there is confusion in the arena as they both roll out of the ring and make their way up the entrance ramp, leaving the downed Chevyo Parker to Tyler Matthews! Matthews seems to look confused himself as he slowly makes his way over and makes the cover on Chevyo Parker! Nirvana and the Scarlet Lady watch the action from the top of the entrance ramp as Tyler Mattews makes the cover.

Tyler Matthews has possibly just picked up the easiest win of his career in that fourway match, but what was it all about? Tyler Matthews doesn’t seem to know either as he rises to his feet with a confused look on his face as Nirvana and Scarlet Lady stand at the top of the entrance ramp looking down on him and nodding their heads.BACKSTAGE

The More the Merrier… the hype video comes to a close, the camera zooms out of the screen revealing the one and only Loki Synn! The crowd pops for sVo’s resident jester as he turns his back on the screen and looks into the camera.

Loki Synn: Livelihood stolen? Someone not forgetting?

Loki sighs and then continues…

Loki Synn: Another roster member coming to play in sVo. Let him come. Friend or foe, the more? The merrier…

Loki laughs as he shakes his bauble up and down as the scene fades to black.BACKSTAGE

A Word of Warning

Backstage at Goodfellas Casino, Night is seen in his locker room. The former sVo World Champion and Hall-of-Famer sits with his mentor and manager, Akira Kimura as he laces up his boots in preparation for his upcoming tag-team encounter against the Rodriguez Brothers. A knock on the door causes both men to stare at the door with suspicion – Night stands, preparing to defend himself.

Akira Kimura: “Who’s there?”

Voice: “Page.”

The two men look to each other questioningly before Kimura finally responds.

Akira Kimura: “Ok – come in.”

The door opens and sure enough, Jon Page enters the locker room. Night and Kimura visibly relax seeing that their visitor actually is Jon Page. Night sits back down to resume lacing his boots.

Akira Kimura: “Mr Page – to what do we owe the pleasure?”

A grim smile crosses Page’s face as he surveys the two men.

Jon Page: “You two certainly are jumpy tonight.”

Akira Kimura: “Can you blame us?”

Jon Page: “Between The Company being up to their usual antics, I suppose not – it’s good to see you back, Night.”

The sVo Hall-of-Famer looks up at Page – he seems close to saying something but merely manages a brief nod in response.

Akira Kimura: “Forgive us if we are not the most talkative people at the moment, Mr. Page.”

Jon Page: “Of course. I won’t stick around too long… I just wanted to wish you luck tonight, Night. I don’t need to remind you of the importance of Organized Chaos next week. We are counting on your experience and leadership to guide us to victory and drive The Company out of the sVo. It is of the utmost importance that you do everything in your power to come out of tonight unscathed and at one-hundred percent. Anderson’s deliberately booked all of our guys in tough matches this week and left The Company team off the card. We know he’ll be up to something. Stay alert… look after yourself.”

Night: “I understand.”

Page nods.

Jon Page: “I’ll keep my eyes open and will try to get help to you if needed. I just wanted to give you a heads up.”

Akira Kimura: “Don’t worry, Jon, I know better than most what Anderson is capable of… I was a Company member long before he was.”

Jon Page: “Good. Good luck tonight, Night, I’ll be watching.”

Night: “Thank you.”

With that, Page leaves the room, shutting the door behind him. He has only been gone a moment before there is another knock on the door.

Akira Kimura: “That you again, Jon?”

Without invitation or warning, the door once more bursts open, however this time it is a less-welcome sight. The masked figure of Nightmare, tailed closely by JVD and Benedict Wilson. The three Company men burst into the room and immediately charge Night who leaps up but is quickly dropped by a JVD enziguiri and slammed headfirst into the lockers. He scrambles to his feet but the three of them bombard the sVo hall-of-famer with a barrage of pounding fists and kicks keeping him off his feet. Kimura makes for the door, heading for help but is cut-off by Nightmare who grabs the old man by the throat and pushes him up against the wall.

Nightmare: “And where do you think you’re going?”

Akira Kimura: “You’re disgusting, Ryuu. With all that’s happened for you, your family and your home country you’re still here doing the bidding of a soulless man against your own flesh and blood.”

Kimura gasps for air, barely able to squeeze out a sentence.

Nightmare: “It’s called ‘stacking the deck’ in our favor.”

The masked man says with a smirk, only to be met by an slap to the face from his old mentor.

Akira Kimura: “There’s nothing you can do to change things, Nightmare – next week this ends.”

Nightmare: “You’re right… next week this will all be over. The Company will be in charge of the sVo without resistance and Jon Page will NEVER be able to show his face around here again.”

He drops the old man with a punch to the face before turning his attention to his downed and dazed brother, currently being restrained by JVD and Wilson. Mercilessly he drives a boot into Night’s face before grabbing hold of him and driving him head-first into the concrete with a Rogue Driver leaving the former World Champion down and out.

Nightmare: “Good luck tonight, brother.”

The three Company men laugh menacingly as the action cuts back to ringside.
Alex Brooks vs. Jack Heart

“Learn to Fly” by Foo Fighters hits the GoodFellas Casino Arena’s PA system. The Violence-Tron flashes “Alex Brooks” and the lights flash multiple colours as Alex Brooks bursts out of the curtains. He stands on the stage to take in the cheers of the capacity crowd. After a few moments, Brooks runs down the ramp slapping hands with fans on both sides of the ramp. He high-fives fans around the ringside area before removing his “Wrestling Spirit” t-shirt to a young boy in the front row.

Brooks rolls under the bottom rope and leans against the ring ropes, waiting for his opponent.

“Clubfoot” by Kasabian starts up with a single strobe in the centre of the stage. Jack “I am the father of your first born child” Heart walks onto the stage throwing his fist in the air before throwing off his ring jacket and running down the ramp with the strobe light causing him to be in slow motion. Jack slides into the ring popping back up via a luchador roll.

Alex Brooks points his finger at Jack Heart but Heart just laughs at him. Junior SVO Official Benny Lewis signals for the bell to be rung the match is under way.

Jack Heart and Alex Brooks circle each other sizing each other up, Heart lunges at Brooks but he sidesteps the move. Heart stomps his foot and stares at his young opponent. Both men lunge and start things with a collar and elbow tie-up, Brooks is quicker and is able to take control with a go behind, Heart swings and elbow which Brooks sees and ducks, Heart tries a second elbow and Brooks sees it again and ducks. Heart counters with a mule kick and Brooks doubles over, Heart turns around and drives a knee into the chest of Brooks, standing him up. Heart takes Brooks down with a reverse neckbreaker and rolls over for a quick cover. Lewis goes to count…

Brooks gets the kickout, so Heart drops his forearm into Brooks’ face and grinds it down, before pulling the youngster to his feet and sending him across the ring into the opposite corner. Heart charges but Brooks moves out of the way, Heart is quick enough not to crash into the turnbuckles. Heart turns around and waggles his finger in Brooks’ face, before Brooks kicks Heart in the gut and then hits Jack Heart with a swinging neckbreaker. Brooks quickly climbs to the top rope and tries for a moonsault, but Jack Heart is too quick and Brooks crashes into the mat.

Jack Heart laughs at the fallen Alex Brooks, before picking him up and connecting with a brutal looking hotshot that see Brooks’ head snap back viciously as he throat hit the top rope. Jack props Alex up onto his knees and kicks him in the head and follows it up with a soccer kick to the ribs. Heart goes to stomp on the back of Brook’s head, but Brooks rolls out of the way and out of the ring under the bottom rope. He leans on the apron to catch his breath before climbing back into the ring.

Jack Heart and Alex Brooks lock up again, but Heart quickly takes control and kicks Brooks in the gut and then quickly takes Brooks down with a dragon suplex. Heart look at Brooks and the crowd, and laughs a little before dropping down to make a cover. Jack slips his feet onto the bottom rope to achieve leverage.

No, Benny Lewis saw the feet on the bottom rope as his hand slapped the mat for the third time. Heart jumps up and is getting in Lewis’ face about the count, Brooks takes advantage and rolls Heart from behind.

Despite the surprise, Heart kicks out and bounces quickly to his feet and stares at Brooks who is a little slower getting up. As Alex Brooks gets to his feet, Heart runs in and connects with a running knee and quickly drops an elbow on Brooks. Heart picks Brooks up and grabs Brooks and connects with a Piledriver. Heart walks around the ring pointing at Brooks laughing at him as his lays on the mat. Heart drops down and goes for the cover, he looks the leg and grabs a massive handful of tights…

Benny Lewis spotted the handful of tights and waves away the count. Heart is furious. He is yelling at Benny Lewis, Heart backs the junior official in the corner. Heart is poking him in the chest, but Alex Brooks runs up behind Jack Heart and shoves him from behind, shoving the referee into the turnbuckle. Lewis drops like a sack of spuds. Brooks isn’t sure what his done, but he see Jack Heart is dazed and quickly looks him the headlock and then runs the ropes taking Heart over in his tornado DDT finishing move known as the Starburst!!

Alex Brooks covers him, but there is no referee to make the count. The crowd is cheering… ONE! TWO! THREE!! FOUR! FIVE! Alex Brooks looks around but Benny Lewis is still down on the mat.

Brooks gets up and rouses Benny Lewis, but it has given Jack Heart enough time to gather his senses. Heart low blows Alex Brooks from behind, Heart lifts Alex Brooks up onto his shoulders, he spins him around and drops him face first on his knee…

Jack Heart drops down and covers Alex Brooks…

This one is over!! Jack Heart has defeated Alex Brooks.BACKSTAGE

Personal Vendetta

The scene opens up to backstage area where we see sVo interviewer and correspondent Katie Smith standing in front of the Sunday Night Showdown backdrop. The screens above her head are showcasing the graphics of the upcoming pay-per-view, Vendetta. Katie flashes everyone a smile and raises the microphone up to her mouth.

Katie Smith: Ladies and gentlemen, allow me to introduce my guest, he is none other than one half of Second to None.. I am of course talking about “The Reflection of Perfection” Cody Williams!

As the camera begins to pan outwards it is revealed that it is in fact Cody Williams standing beside her, a medical gauze bandaged around his head. He is wearing designer jeans, a black leather jacket, an ash gray Vendetta t-shirt, (which is available now at the sVo Shop for only $24.95!!!) and his trademark designer sunglasses. He takes his hands off of his hips, wincing in pain a little, still suffering from the injuries he sustained last week.

Katie Smith: Cody, last week you were on the receiving end of a brutal beat down at the hands of Beautiful Bobby Dean, Roscoe Shame, and their accomplice Reaper. Do you think that you will be 100% come the Pay-Per-View?

“The Reflection of Perfection” reaches up to his face and slowly removes his sunglasses, his eyes filled with determination and pent up anger. He places his sunglasses into his left breast pocket and his face fills with a snarl.

Cody Williams: Beautiful Shame and Reaper must think that they have everything figured out. They think that they can sneak attack me from behind backstage, three against one, and have their way with me. They think that they can bloody up my face with a protective mask, and then proceed to powerbomb me into a concrete wall for good measure. They think that all of this will take me out of commission and leave them to defend the titles against Nathan Paradine alone.

He then turns his attention to the camera and glares deeply into the lens, as if he was talking to Beautiful Shame themselves.

Cody Williams: You may have beaten me up and bruised me up real good, but I am still standing! I am a warrior, I do not back down from anybody! Especially you Bobby Dean and Roscoe Shame.. The only thing you accomplished last week was light a fire inside of me. I was determined, hungry to win the tag team championship.. And after that little stunt you pulled I am more than willing to do whatever it takes to make sure Second to None walks out with the belts.

Katie Smith: Cody, due to the injuries you sustained last week your partner Nathan Paradine has been booked to wrestle your opponents at Vendetta in a handicap match.

Cody Williams: I know that my tag team partner Nathan Paradine knows what he is getting himself into and he is more than capable of handling himself in this situation. You can be rest assured I will be watching, and if they try to pull something like they did last time I WILL make my presence felt. That’s not a threat, that’s a promise!

Katie Smith: There you have it, you heard it here first. Thank you Cody for your time and I hope you get better. Let’s send it back to the ring for our next featured contest!

“The Reflection of Perfection” shakes Katie Smith’s hand and delivers one last cold stare into the camera before walking off to the side. Katie stands there smiling as the scene begins to transition to the ringside area.
El Locon vs. Reaper

The fans in the arena begin to cheer as ‘Ugly’ by Mudvayne hits the sound system, and the entrance video of the American wannaba begins to play on the sVo-Tron! After a few seconds El Locon, wearing a straight jacket slowly walks down the entrance ramp escorted by a man wearing a white jacket and a net. The fans cheer as El Locon stares down at the ring, before climbing into the ring. The man escorting El Locon begins to take off his straight jacket, as the entrance music begins to fade out. With the straight jacket removed, El Locon stretches out in the corner of the ring and prepares for the match to get under way.

The lights slowly dim as the crowd starts to get anxious. The electric chords of Follow The Reaper by Children of Bodom blares over the pa system as the man known simply as Reaper steps out onto the stage. Reaper stands center stage as a bright white spotlight shines on him. He raises his arms in the air taunting at the crowd. Reaper leans his head back and gives a primal roar towards the crowd as he snaps his head back. The cameras getting a close look at the intensity in his eyes as he starts to march his way down the ramp way. Reaper makes his way to the apron where he slides under the bottom rope into the ring. He uses the second rope to lift himself back up to his feet. Reaper rolls his neck as he goes to the near corner and awaits for the bell.

The two meet in the center with a tie up. El Locon manages to score the go behind and has Reaper in a waist lock. El Locon snaps his hips taking Reaper up and over with a overhead belly to back suplex. El Locon stays on his man dropping boot after boot to the downed Reaper. Reaper seems a little out of it as he landed right on the top of his head with that nasty suplex. Reaper is helped to his feet by El Locon who sends him off into the corner. Locon follows after with a corner splash. As Reaper is stumbling out of the corner El Locon hooks his head and runs out with a bulldog. El Locon with the cover attempt.

No shoulder up by Reaper.

El Locon stays on Reaper lifting him back to his feet and with a quick kick to the gut sets him up for a suplex. El Locon lifts Reaper up into the air where Reaper starts kicking his legs but can’t seem to bring himself down as El Locon brings him over and hits him with a nice suplex. El Locon gets back to his feet and locks in a rear chin lock wearing down the Lord of Hardcore. Reaper struggles for a minute or two before finally able to rock back and forth enough to get to one of his knees. Reaper stands up and changes the hold into a side head lock. He pushes El Locon off of him but Locon holds onto the side headlock! Reaper tries again but once more El Locon’s grip is just too strong. Reaper wraps his arms around El Locon and pops his hips taking him over with a suplex of his own. Finally breaking the grip of El Locon. Reaper gets to his feet slowly and tries to catch his breath for a moment. Locon isn’t having any of that as he gets to his feet and stays on the offensive.

El Locon catches Reaper with a right hand and then another. Reaper blocks the third and starts firing back with shots of his own backing up El Locon. Reaper knocks him all the way into the far ropes. Reaper sends him off the ropes. El Locon comes back towards him Reaper goes for the Kick of Death but El Locon baseball slides under the foot! El Locon pops up behind Reaper as soon as Reaper turns around he gets a massive boot to the stomach and then stuffed and picked up for a piledriver. Reaper appeared not to of landed well as he holds his neck. El Locon goes for the cover

No Reaper manages to get a shoulder barely up right before the three count.

El Locon gets to his feet and tries to pick Reaper up but Reaper doesn’t seem able to stand all the way up. So Instead El Locon leaves Reaper just sitting in the middle of the ring. El Locon runs and bounces off the ropes and comes back and drops down upon the sitting Reaper hitting a modified El Loco from Hell! El Locon goes for the cover again hooking the leg.

El Locon with the victory over the Las Vegas Champion
Night & Sheldon Hossteder vs. Chivo and Chezina RodriguezA whisper…

“I’m dreaming…”

The distant chords of Deftones’ “Knife Party” cut through the PA as the arena lights cut completely. The Tron sparks to life as the words “I’m dreaming…” float onto it. As the song errupts the words are replaced by one.

A name.

” N I G H T “

An explosion of purple light as a man in a purple tights with black wrestling boots bursts onto the entrance ramp. A head of black dreadlocks stream off his head, tracing the man’s jaw.

The crowd erupts as the sVo Hall-of-Famer stands at the top of the entrance ramp – motionless for a moment, his stance elegant and mysterious, giving away nothing of his motives. As the music swirls away, the man only known as Night begins his walk to the ring – only, he doesn’t walk, it appears more of a graceful glide. Although he moves seamlessly, he moves deceptively quickly to the ring, sliding deliberately and headfirst into the ring.

Sheldon rides out onto the stage on his segway and starts waving enthusiastically to the crowd. as he makes his way to the ring he shakes hands and high fives everyone that he can. He gets in the ring and removes his shirt, bow tie and pants then patiently waits for the bell.

‘My Way’ by Limp Bizkit hits the sound system and the arena fills with boos as the massive Chezina and Chivo Rodriguez step onto the top of the entrance ramp! Chezina holds his hands up in the air before slowly making his way down the entrance ramp towards the ring. Chivo towers over the fans lining the entrance ramp, and as he steps up onto the ring apron, he is able to step over the top rope with ease! Chezina struts around the ring for a few seconds to show his dominance before preparing for the match to get under-way.

With Night still showing the effects of the earlier attack by his brother Nightmare, Sheldon Hossteder gets the match started off against the massive Chivo Rodriguez. The referee calls for the bell to be rung and Chivo quickly moves forward and begins to lay into his opponent with some big uppercuts. Chivo backs Hossteder into the corner of the ring before laying into him with some big body punches. The fans boo loudly for the former Tag Team Champion as he grabs Hossteder by the arm and tries to send him into the opposite corner of the ring. However Hossteder is able to use the momentum of Chivo against him and throw him into the corner of the ring before knocking him down with a dropkick as he bounces back.

Chivo quickly rises up to his feet and is grabbed in a side head lock by Hossteder. Hossteder tries to wear down his opponent in the side head lock, however Chivo is able to use his power advantage by slamming him down into the mat. Hossteder slowly rises up to his feet, but as he does Chivo bounces into the ropes before nailing a big boot to the face of his opponent. The fans boo loudly for Chivo as he grabs Hossteder by the throat and pulls him back to his feet. Hossteder tries to fight him off with some big right hands, however Chivo knocks Hossteder down with a big headbutt.

Chivo staggers backwards before grabbing hold of the arm of Night and throwing him into the ropes. Night bounces back into the middle of the ring and hits a big twisting neckbreaker takedown in Chivo! The fans cheer loudly for Night as he waits for Chivo to get back to his feet before hitting him with a rolling double underhook DDT! With Chivo down and hurting, Night quickly makes the cover.

Chezina is quickly into the ring to break up the cover before the three can be counted. The fans boo loudly for the actions of Chezina as he is ordered out of the ring whilst Night holds his head in pain. Night seems to be showing the signs of the earlier attack as he staggers up to his feet holding his head in pain, allowing Chivo the time to stumble across and tag out to Chezina.

The massive Chezina quickly enters the ring and knocks Night down with a big haymaker. Night slowly staggers to his feet and tries to make his way to Sheldon Hossteder to make the tag, however Chezina is able to stop him in his tracks by grabbing him by the hair and spinning him around. Night throws a right hand at the direction of Chezina, but Chezina grabs the arm of Night and spins it around his back before throwing him up into the air and then down onto his face. Night looks in pain as Chezina bounces into the ropes and then drops a leg down across his opponent before making the cover!

Hossteder is quickly into the ring to break up the cover! Hossteder is ordered back out of the ring by the referee, and as he is Chivo and Chezina take the chance to double team Night behind the referees back! The Rodriguez Brothers throw Night into the ring ropes and look for a double flapjack as he bounces back, but as he does Night counters with a big double DDT! The fans pop for the move as Night crawls across and makes the tag out to Hossteder!

Hossteder jumps into the ring and lays into Chezina with some big forearm shots before taking him to the mat with a double leg takedown. The fans cheer Sheldon Hossteder on as Chezina slowly rises up to his feet, only for Hossteder to hit him with a side Russian leg sweep! Chezina looks in pain as Hossteder quickly jumps down and locks in a ‘Ctrl Alt Del’! It looks as if Chezina might have to tap out to the move until Chivo is quickly into the ring to break up the cover with a stomp to the head of Hossteder!

Hossteder slowly rises up to his feet as Chivo is ordered out of the ring by the referee. Chezina looks in pain as he rises up to his feet, but as he does Hossteder spins him around before taking him down with a ‘Defrag’! The fans cheer the big move from Hossteder, as he makes the tag to Night! There is a pop from the crowd as Night immediately heads to the top rope and stares down at Chezina! The spot machine Night leaps from the top rope looking for the ‘SSP’ onto Chezina, however Chezina is able to roll out of the way before the move connects!

Night staggers up to his feet, but as he does he is grabbed by the throat by Chezina, who slams him down to the mat with a massive chokeslam! There are boos around the arena as Chezina quickly makes the tag out to his brother Chivo who climbs back into the ring! Chivo pulls Night up to his feet before nailing a chokeslam of his own! Chivo makes the cover on the hall of fame member as the boos ring out around the arena!

The boos continue to ring out around the arena as Sheldon Hossteder is prevented from breaking up the cover by Chezina. The massive Rodriguez Brothers raise their hands in the air in victory as they stand over the bodies of two members of next Sunday’s Organised Chaos match.BACKSTAGE

The World Needs a Hero

The lights in the arena slowly fade down, leaving the building in near blackness. This doesn’t last long, though, as the V-Tron is emblazoned with these words, in blocky, 8-bit gold lettering:

This throwback style is accompanied by an 8-bit version of Megadeth’s “Holy Wars/The Punishment Due.” Shortly thereafter, beneath those words, these appear, in a smaller size:

A bit of laughter rises up from the crowd at this gag. Whomever is at the helm of this apparent video game does as he’s told, and the V-Tron is suddenly filled with a darkened 8-bit world, ripe with shadowy corridors and slinking, demonic presences. In the middle of this all, though, is a small sprite, about the same size as Mega Man. Colors are visible across his tiny body, but nothing specific can be discerned due to his tiny size. The sprite begins to journey throughout these foreboding hallways, stopping every so often to dispatch a hunching demon.

The screen begins to be filled with more and more dark demons as the music blazes on and the sprite tears through the world, his attacks increasing in intensity and grandeur as he goes. The dark figures are not all the same; some are huge, with massive power behind their attacks, and others, sensibly, are smaller than the sprite but move with unbelievable speed and agility. The sprite has no trouble with any of them, though, and shortly thereafter, he finds a door as the music hits the first bridge and slows down. Throughout the slow part of the song, which is cut down considerably, the sprite searches through a massive room too dark to see across, until he hits a light switch.

Far in the background is a wrestling ring, in the middle of a massive stadium. In the middle of the ring is a gigantic creature, its red eyes ablaze with hatred, its mouth twisted in a snarl of fury. The sprite leaps straight up and out of the scene he’s in, and a quick fade cut reveals he’s alighted right outside the ring, looking up at the creature without an ounce of fear in his eyes. Along the bottom of the screen, a life bar fills up, reaching all the way from one side of the screen to the other. Above the bar appears these words:

The song hits the second (more epic) bridge, leading into the (most epic) guitar solo, and the battle is appropriately epic, each combatant tearing into the other with every ounce of their prowess, the creature with massive blows and the sprite with smaller but still damaging ones. Finally, with each on their last legs, the sprite, from out of nowhere, throws a gigantic flying uppercut that catches the snarling creature right under its chin, rocking its head back, bloody pixels flying out of its mouth. The creature’s stance falters just as the sprite lands, and, with a massive 8-bit screech, the creature explodes in another shower of bloody pixels. The sprite poses with his back to the screen, and the “camera” in the game suddenly zooms in on the hero.

The graphics are still blocky, but since the zoom is so close now, his features are far more discernible. His hair is long, held fast in a golden sweatband. He has no shirt on, but wears loose pants flecked with gold and black, and golden boots. His face is cut hard, and he glares over his shoulder with a slight smirk at the “camera” that’s upon him. The smile barely widens, and he raises his fist slightly, and the image drops out instantly. The crowd murmurs with uncertainty, but another image appears on the screen:
Jay Wildman vs. Crippler + Samuel Amos vs. Chris Wrestling”End of Line” by Daft Punk plays over the PA system as the house lights alternate from green to black lighting and back again. After a few moments of playing, the house lights go out completely for a few moments before they flare to life again with Jay Wildman standing in the center of the ring, his hand pointed up in the air in defiance. He walks over to the corner, steps up to the second belt buckle and stares out into the crowd before hopping down, preparing himself for the match at hand.

“Last Resort” plays as Canadian Crippler comes out completely focused on the ring. He enters the ring and awaits the bell.

“Your Betrayal” by Bullet for my Valentine hits the sound system and the fans in the arena quickly begin to boo. After a few seconds red fireworks shoot up from the entrance stage as Samuel Amos walks out and taunts to the fans. Amos looks around at the crowd, before slowly making his way down the entrance ramp towards the ring. Amos ignores the outstretched hands of the fans as he climbs up onto the ring apron before turning to taunt the fans again. The fans continue to boo Amos as he steps into the ring by climbing through the ring ropes before preparing for the match to start in the corner of the ring.

“Last Resort” hits the sound system and on the big screen we see highlights of Canadian Perfect Chris Wrestling. Then Canadian Perfect Chris Wrestling comes out with a huge smirk on his face, trying to prevent the crowd from touching him.

With all four men in the ring, the two referees look ready to get the matches underway, with both matches taking part simultaniously under the double jeopardy rules! The bell is rung and thing are quickly underway as Wildman rushes across and lays into Crippler with some big right hands whilst Chris Wrestling takes down Samuel Amos with a hip toss.

Chris Wrestling pulls Amos up to his feet and nails him with some big knees to the midsection before taking him down to the mat with a snapmare takedown. With Samuel Amos in a sitting position, Wrestling lays into his opponent with some big knees to the back. Amos looks in pain as he staggers back up to his feet, but as he does he manages to take down an onrushing Chris Wrestling down with a Lui Thesz press followed with some big mounted punches!

On the other side of the ring Wildman backs Crippler into the corner of the ring with big punches before trying to lift him onto the top rope for a superplex. However before he can Crippler is able to counter by smashing the sVo Champion’s face into the turnbuckle. Wildman staggers backwards and Crippler takes him down with a rolling arm bar submission hold. Crippler tries to bend back the arm of his opponent, however Wildman is quickly able to grab hold of the bottom rope and force a rope break.

Samuel Amos allows Chris Wrestling back to his feet before firing away on him with some big right hands. Amos backs Wrestling into the corner of the ring before beating him down into a seated position with some fierce punches. The brawler then retreats across the ring before running and landing a knee to the face of Chris Wrestling in the corner!

Crippler releases the hold on Jay Wildman and pulls him up to his feet, but Wildman is able to knock away the arms of his opponent before sending him across the ring and into the ropes. Crippler bounces back into the middle of the ring and Wildman takes him down with a big flapjack in the middle of the ring. The fans cheer for the big move as Wildman quickly flips back up to his feet and bounces into the ropes himself. As Crippler rises up to his feet Wildman is able to catch him with a massive flying forearm to knock him down to the mat!

Chris Wrestling looks unsteady on his feet as he pulls himself up from the corner of the ring by the ring ropes. Amos runs at Chris Wrestling and catches him with a big uppercut before positioning him for a piledriver. The fans rise to their feet at the sight of the move, however Chris Wrestling is able to counter out of nowhere with a big back body drop onto Samuel Amos! The #1 contender for the sVo Championship rises back up to his feet, but he finds himself thrown across the ring with a big capture suplex from ‘Canadian Perfect’ Chris Wrestling!

Wildman lays into Crippler with some big punches to the forehead as he begins to get to his feet. The fans cheer Wildman on as he slowly retreats to the corner of the ring, before running at Crippler and looking for the ‘Masked Justice’! However Crippler is able to somehow grab the leg of his opponent and spin him around into an ankle lock! There is a mixed reaction from the fans as Crippler tries to break the ankle of the sVo Champion!

Wrestling pulls Amos up to his feet, and as he tries to fight away with punches is able to drop him to the mat with a short arm clothesline! Amos quickly pulls himself back to his feet and runs at Wrestling, however Wrestling is able to take the #1 contender for the sVo Championship down with a massive spinebuster! The fans give a mixed reaction as Chris Wrestling grabs the legs of his opponent and locks him into a sharpshooter!

Wildman and Samuel Amos are almost face to face as they shout out in pain at the submission holds they find themselves locked in by the Canadian Connection! Wildman and Amos both reach out for the bottom rope as the two referees ask them if they want to submit. With the biggest match of his career just seven days away, Amos decides not to risk injury as he pounds his hand on the mat!

There is a big cheer from the fans as Samuel Amos taps out to the pain of the sharpshooter from Chris Wrestling. Meanwhile Jay Wildman slowly manages to hobble up onto one leg, before spinning around and landing an enzuguri onto Crippler to break the hold! The fans cheer the big move from Wildman, but out of no where he is grabbed by Samuel Amos from behind! The fans boo loudly as Amos drops down Wildman with a DDT in the middle of the ring! As Chris Wrestling looks down at the sVo Champion on the mat, Samuel Amos shakes his head in disgust before jumping out of the ring and making his way back up the entrance ramp!

With Wildman now having to try and defeat Crippler with Chris Wrestling legal in the match and Samuel Amos able to rest up before next Sunday, will we see the crowning of a new sVo Champion?

Chris Wrestling makes his way over and pulls Jay Wildman up to his feet before tossing him into the corner of the ring. There are boos from the crowd as Crippler and Chris Wrestling take it in turns hitting big clotheslines on the sVo Champion in the corner of the ring. Jay Wildman slowly stumbles out of the corner, and is dropped to the mat with a double suplex from the pair. Crippler looks in control of this match with his tag team partner by his side as he pulls Wildman up to his feet and holds him with his hands locked behind his back. Chris Wrestling bounces out of the ropes and looks to hit a clothesline on Wildman, however Wildman ducks under the arm and Chris Wrestling nails Crippler in the face!

There is a cheer from the fans as Jay Wildman spins around and lands a Masked Justice to Chris Wrestling, sending him over the top rope and to the outside of the ring! Crippler slowly begins to pull himself to his feet, but he quickly finds himself on the end of a ‘Masked Justice’ as well! The fans cheer loudly as Wildman rolls Crippler up to make the cover!

It’s all over and it is Jay Wildman who picks up the victory over Crippler! Wildman quickly grabs hold of his sVo Championship belt and rolls out of the ring before making his way back up the entrance ramp! With resilience like that will Amos be able to snatch the gold away from Wildman next Sunday on PPV? As Wildman disappears around the curtain, Crippler and Chris Wrestling stare each other down from across the ringside area, with the the relationship between the two Canadian Connection members obviously on frosty grounds after the actions of Chris Wrestling over the past few weeks.RINGSIDE

Very suddenly, the lights go dark and the audience is abuzz with confusion. After a few moments of being plunged in darkness, the V-Tron lights up. The screen is almost blindingly white. Very slowly and eerily, the song “This Night” by Black Lab slithers over the PA system. The screen changes from white to an awkwardly angled shot of a mans’ legs. The footage is in black and white, very grainy and poorly lit. The shot zooms back a bit and stops short of you being able to see the back of the mans’ head. He wears a dark leather jacket and a black baton bag is slung over one shoulder. He stands stoically as other people bustle around him on the busy city street. He flicks a now finished cigarette to the ground and grinds it out with the heel of one of his combat boots. He begins to methodically work his way towards a clock tower in the distance. The camera follows behind him closely, still not able to see his head.

There are things

I have done

There’s a place

I have gone

There’s a beast

And I let it run

Now it’s running . . .

My way

There are things

I regret

To can’t forgive

You can’t forget

There’s a gift

That you sent

You sent it . . .

My way

He makes his way over to the clock tower and slowly opens the door to enter it. The camera continues to follow behind him as he purposefully stalks up the stairs.

So take this night

Wrap it around me like a sheet

I know I’m not forgiven

But I need a place to sleep

So take this night

And lay me down on the street

I know I’m not forgiven

But I hope that I’ll be given . . .

Some peace

The still unidentified man reaches the top of the clock tower. He pushes through some heavy doors and makes his way out on to the top of the structure. He sets the baton bag down and begins to assemble what appears to be a sniper rifle that was in pieces. He gently and carefully puts the weapon together and the camera now focuses on his fingers fiddling with the dials on the scope. He finishes and hefts up the weapon.

There’s a game

That I play

There are rules

I had to break

There’s mistakes

That I made

But I made them . . .

My way

The man slowly strides over towards the edge of the clock tower. He carefully positions himself, shouldering the weapon and taking aim at the dozens of people who are unknowing of his presence. The shot now drifts past the man, hovering out over the courtyard and looking down on the innocents below.

So take this night

Wrap it around me like a sheet

I know I’m not forgiven

But I need a place to sleep

So take this night

And lay me down on the street

I know I’m not forgiven

But I hope that I’ll be given . . .

Some peace . . .

Some peace . . .

Some peace

As the song begins to come to a close, the shot slowly circles around back towards the clock tower. The poor quality of the film obscures the man from view. And as the final moments of the song fade out, the shot fades to black. There is silence and darkness, before the loud report of a high caliber rifle jumps almost every audience member out of their seats. The V-Tron turns white again, and then a date slowly materializes in blood red lettering.

This fades off of the V-Tron and the lights almost immediately come back on. The audience is left in silent confusion…..
Nathan Paradine vs. Bobby Dean & Roscoe Shame

The fans in the arena boo as yellow and red fireworks shoot up into the air from the entrance ramp as “Drop Tha World” by Lil Wayne hits the sound system. A few seconds later Roscoe Shame appears at the top of the ramp pretending to play the guitar, and the fans show their hatred for the 6’6″ heavyweight from Kalamazoo, Michigan. Beautiful Bobby Dean emerges behind him, opening up his purple Ric Flair-esque robe that is covered in sparkling diamonds. The two of them make their way slowly down the entrance ramp heading towards the ring. Roscoe Shame and BBD both climb into the ring and stand on the turnbuckles, giving the crowd a moment to drown them with boos while they pose.

“Sorry, You’re Not A Winner” by Enter Shikari blasts around the arena as Nathan Paradine appears at the top of the ramp, his arms crossed over his chest and his head bowed. He glances up, the lights reflecting off his sunglasses and he points out towards the crowd, oblivious to their cheers. He marches down to the ring and slides in underneath the bottom rope, climbing to his feet and raising an arm up into the air as the music dies away.

The referee explains to both sides that this match up is being contested under handicap rules. Paradine nods his head and begins to bounce up and down, shaking out his arms and legs to limber up. Beautiful Shame stand across the ring from him with smiles on their face, knowing that they have the advantage in this two on one matchup. The referee calls for the bell signifying that this match is underway!

Paradine sprints to the center of the ring to meet Beautiful Shame and they start to go at it. Paradine delivers a hard right hand to the side of BBD’s face, rattling his protective mask. He then delivers a hard knife edge chop to Roscoe Shame. He continues to keep the pressure, alternating overhead punches and knife edge chops on his two opponents. He delivers another hard right hand to Dean and knocks him flat on his back. He turns around and clotheslines Shame down to the canvas. Bobby Dean scrambles to his feet and runs towards Paradine but Paradine instead uses Dean’s momentum and takes him up and over with a high angle hip toss, Dean rolling out of the ring upon impact. The Australian submission machine turns around to see Roscoe Shame running towards his way. He side steps and uses Shame’s momentum to toss him over the top rope and onto the floor. Paradine lets out a roar, clenching his fists to the delight of the crowd.

Beautiful Shame try to regroup outside, realizing that this may be a harder task than expected. They converse among one another trying to formulate a game plan, some sort of plan of attack. Paradine remains inside the ring, leaning against the turnbuckles anxiously awaiting Beautiful Shame to re-enter the ring.

He kicks off of the bottom turnbuckle and makes his way to the center of the ring, taunting Shame and Dean to come back and fight him. Bobby Dean begins to walk around the ring and Shame does the same but walks in the opposite direction. The two of them now stand on opposite sides of the ring, trapping Paradine between them.

Roscoe Shame is the first to slide into the ring, breaking the referee’s count. Paradine immediately kicks him in his head, dropping him flat on the mat. He kicks him one more time for good measure and then turns his attention to Beautiful Bobby Dean. Dean rushes towards him, Paradine bends down at the waist and back body drops Dean high into the air. Paradine turns around and eats a hard boot to the face that echoes throughout the Goodfellas Arena. Shame wipes the corner of his mouth and clutches the back of his head as he stares down at a fallen Paradine. Bobby Dean looks down at his fallen opponent and adjusts his mask. He hocks a big one and spits on the body of Nathan Paradine.

Roscoe Shame grabs him by his head and lifts him up off of the canvas. He then proceeds to toss him into the corner, his back colliding with the turnbuckles. Shame hits him with a hard right, followed by a hard boot to the midsection that causes Paradine to bend over. Shame shoves Nathan back into the turnbuckles and lifts his big boot and drives it into the throat of Paradine, using the ropes for leverage. Shame grabs Paradine by the arm and irish whips him into the center of the ring to a waiting Bobby Dean. Bobby Dean lifts him high into the air and drops him hard onto the ring canvas with a samoan drop and proceeds to non-chalantly make the cover.

TH.. NO! Paradine gets his shoulder up before the count of two.

Bobby Dean floats over to a mounted position and begins to hit Paradine in the head repeatedly with rights and lefts. Shame taps Dean on the shoulder and motions for him to move out of the way. Roscoe Shame picks Paradine up and Paradine comes back to life, breaking free of his grasps and hit him with a hard forearm shot to the face. He turns to BBD and hits him with a hard knife edge chop. He grabs Shame by the arm and irish whips him into the corner. He follows close behind him and hits a running clothesline in the corner. He comes out of the corner and heads towards Bobby Dean who is still clutching his chest. BBD rusn towards Nathan, who telegraphs it and sends him into the corner, his back colliding with his partner Roscoe Shame in the process.

Nathan makes his way into the opposite corner of the ring. He raises his arm into the air to the cheers of the crowd and winds up for a big maneuver. He rushes towards Beautiful Shame with a full head of steam and instead catches a boot to the face from Bobby Dean that staggers him. Shame comes out of the corner and grabs Paradine by the waist, he spins a 180 degree turn and send him flying halfway across the ring with an amazing overhead belly to belly suplex. He lays on top of him and hooks the leg.

THR… NO! Shame lifts Paradine off of the mat and shakes his head, as if he was signaling he wasn’t done with him yet.

Bobby Dean motions for Shame to pick him up off of the mat. Shame obliges and chicken wings Paradine’s arms, giving him nowhere to go. Dean rubs his hands together and hits Paradine with a stiff overhand chop. He follows it up with a hard boot to the midsection and immediately strikes back with a knife edge chop. He lifts his arm into the air to a sea of boos from the crowd in attendance and shakes his fist at them before hitting Paradine with a hard right to the face. Shame lets go of Paradine and he drops to his knees before falling flat on his face. Bobby kicks Paradine over onto his back and places his foot on his chest.

THRE… BBD breaks the count by removing his boot off of Paradine’s chest. The referee question the tag team champions but Bobby motions as if he is going to hit him, causing the referee to back up. Roscoe Shame lifts Paradine off of the mat and watches his eyes roll into the back of his head as BBD rolls to the outside. Shame knees him in the midsection and then proceeds to hoist him up into the air and drive him down to the mat back first with a pumphandle powerslam that rattles the ring. He lays on him and makes the pin attempt, pushing his head down into the mat.

THRE… NO! Shame lifts Paradine off of the mat to break the count once again. Bobby Dean slides a steel chair into the ring and rolls back in. The referee picks the steel chair up before BBD can get to it and tells him he cannot have it in the ring. BBD argues with the referee before stealing it away from him. The referee points to his striped shirt, telling BBD that he is the authoratative figure in this match and his word is final. He grabs the chair out of BBD’s hand to the delight of the fans. The referee is about to toss the chair out of the ring when Shame comes up from behind him and yanks the chair away. The referee grabs hold of the chair and struggles trying to retrieve it. Shame places his hand on the head of the ref and shoves him to the mat. The referee shakes it off and signals for the bell. The crowd erupts as Shame and BBD go ballistic.BACKSTAGE

Nowhere to Run

BBD shoves the referee into a corner and begins to argue with him, grabbing him the shirt. Paradine begins to show signs of life and slowly begins to make his way back to his feet. Shame watches on as he raises the steel chair into the air and awaits Paradine to turn around so he can take his head off. Just then, Cody Williams begins to run down the ramp way to save his partner. He climbs onto the ring apron and ascends the turnbuckles. The crowd goes crazy and just as Paradine stands up into a vertical position Shame turns around to see what all the commotion is about. He turns around to see Cody Williams leap off of the top rope with a front missile dropkick, kicking the chair right into his face.

Shame drops to the mat, while Cody rolls around the mat in pain still feeling the after effects from the brutal beatdown he suffered last week. Cody grabs the ropes and pulls himself up, holding his back with one hand and raising his other arm in the air. He turns around and is met by BBD who kicks him in the stomach. He looks to go for his patented maneuver STARSTRUCK!!! He wraps his arms around the waist of Cody and is about to go for it when Paradine comes out of nowhere and hits him in the back with a steel chair. BBD turns around and catches a chair shot to the stomach followed by another one to the back. He drops the chair and clotheslines BBD out of the ring. Cody picks up the chair and hits Shame in the back as he is standing up, he then grabs Shame by his tights and tosses him out of the ring. The crowd goes insane as Second to None has just cleaned house. Cody Williams removes his shirt and tosses it into the crowd, revealing his torso to be heavily bandaged. He retrieves a microphone from the ring announcer and heads towards the ropes closest Beautiful Shame who are making their way up the ramp.

Cody Williams: Hey.. HEY!!! BEAUTIFUL SHAME!!!

BBD and Shame turn around, clutching their every body part, Shame bleeding from the nose as they stare into the ring at the number one contenders for their tag team titles.

Cody Williams: You tried to take us out, but here we are! Still STANDING!!!

The crowd cheers.

Cody Williams: At Vendetta, we’re coming for your belts and there will be nowhere left to run, and nowhere left to hide. We WILL walk out of the pay per view the NEW tag team champions, and it will be at your expense!!!

“The Reflection of Perfection” drops the microphone and flashes a smile up the rampway. The tag team champions look on in disgust, shaking their heads and denying that their challengers will walk away with their championship belts in one week’s time. Cody and Nathan climb the turnbuckles on opposite ends of the ring and raise their arms into the air and motion that the belts are going around their waists.

"I make my own rules. I don’t follow orders from Jon Page. The scumbag disgust’s me, and since I make my own rules I decided that I won’t fight in any title matches unless it’s for the sVo championship. That’s giving up alot right. I may never see a World Title bout, but that’s all that matters to me. That title. I could’ve easily won the Las Vegas title here tonight, but that won’t make me. Only the sVo Championship will."
