As for facing Joe Barone, I know he’s a tough competitor, and I won’t underestimate him for a second. But let’s not forget who’s standing here with these titles. I’ve fought tooth and nail to get where I am, and I don’t plan on letting anyone take these championships from me without a fight.
JVD’s confidence is palpable as he speaks, his eyes gleaming with determination.
Katie Smith: Last week, we saw Generation Joint come to your aid when you were outnumbered by Blood Money. Do you consider them allies now?

Jupiter James: What happened? What happened is I lost again, Katie! That’s what happened! I’m sick and tired of coming up short every damn time I step foot in that ring!
Her voice rises with each word, frustration and disappointment evident in her tone.
Katie Smith: But Jupiter, you’ve faced some tough competition lately. You can’t let one loss–
Jupiter James: I don’t want to hear it, Katie! I came here to win, not to make excuses. I need to figure this out on my own.
