Smells Like…

The scene fades into the backstage parking lot of the Goodfellas Casino, where we see a stretch black limousine pull up. The chaffeur gets out and makes his way to the rear passenger door. He opens it and a pair of long legs, with fishnet stockings come out. He assists Sasha out of the limo, who is wearing a black dress, white fur half coat and white dress gloves. The chaffeur walks to the trunk and opens it up, taking out a Louis Vuitton rolling luggage.

Chaffeur: Here you go ma’am.

Sasha: Thank you.

A pair of Florshiem dress shoes hit the pavement and out steps “The Reflection of Perfection” Cody Williams, wearing a white with black pin stripes Giorgio Armani suit. He adjusts the cuff links on his dress shirt and reaches into his jacket pocket. He pulls out a $100 bill and tosses it onto the ground.

Cody Williams: Thank you Blauvelt, that will be all.

The chaffeur scrambles to the ground to pick up the bill. Cody grabs the handle of the luggage and Sasha’s hand and starts to walk towards the casino entrance.

Katie Smith: Cody… Cody?

sVo’s own Katie Smith rushes to Cody and Sasha, microphone in hand.

Cody Williams: Can I help you?

Katie Smith: I just wanted to congratulate you and Sasha on your engagement.

Sasha: Thank you Katie.

Cody Williams: Well, thank you, I appreciate it.

Katie Smith: Are you ready to get married tonight?

Cody Williams: Whoa whoa whoa… Who said we were getting married, TONIGHT?

Katie Smith: You did. You said so. Last week on Sunday Night Showdown.

Cody Williams: Hehehe. I will get married when I WANT to get married. Tonight? I don’t think so. But thanks for playing. Sasha tell her what she’s won!

Sasha: Some Sure deodorant… You need it!

Cody snaps his fingers in Katie’s face and walks off with a huge grin on his face. Katie looks on before looking to her right and then her left. She lifts up her arm and smells it, and then slowly lowers it back, covering her underarms.

Night’s Series Of Segs 1/4

Backstage at the Goodfellas Casino – the performer’s entrance to be specific. A large security guard minds the door as various people pass by, all presenting laminated passes to him.

This trend is broken as a man wearing a mask resembling the night sky and the sVo Hardcore Championship breezes past, waving his laminate towards the guard, while an elderly looking Japanese man in a suit guides him – but presents no pass.

The guard has specific instructions to stop any unauthorized personnel backstage, particularly at a pay-per-view event… you never know what kind of unsavory characters might try to barge in.

Guard: I’m going to need to see your pass, sir.

Akira Kimura: My name is Akira Kimura – I’m here with Night.

The elderly man indicates the masked man.

Guard: Night doesn’t have a manager.

Akira Kimura: No. I am not his manager, I was his original trainer – I am here tonight to guide him as he is… confused.

Guard: You expect me to believe that?

Night: Master, this is not the black knight – we have to move on. He might be following me.

The guard stares at Night, not sure if this is just an act or not. Night continues to stare off into the distance with a vaguely determined look in his eye.

Guard: I’ll tell you what… go talk to that lady over there, explain your situation and maybe she can organize a guest pass for you.

Master Kimura bows to the guard, the guard inclines his head awkwardly.

Akira Kimura: Thank you.

TRIPLE THREAT DEBUT MATCH
Brian Lee vs. Jason Fox vs. Nate Lamarta

“Shove It” hits and Brian Lee walks out from the back with his head down and hair dripping wet in front. He kneels down on one knee with his face in his fist and smoke rises around him. When it clears he pounds the ground twice and stands up throwing his hair back. He proceeds on down the aisle towards the ring walking with a an attitude that says “I dare anyone to touch me”. Once to the ring he walks up the steel stairs and along the ring apron. He stops and faces the fans in attendance. He stares at the fans for second and then spreads his arms out to each side yelling and triggering fireworks to explode behind him. He climbs on in between the ropes and leans back on them twice to warm up for the match.

As ‘Epic’ blares over the loudspeakers, Jason Fox stands defiantly at the top of the entranceway. He twists his neck as his pyro goes off and walks slowly to the ring. He leaps over the top rope and jumps to the nearest turnbuckle to await his match.

Pressure
Pushing down on me
Pressing down on you
No man ask for

The lights in the casino dim slowly as Under Pressure by Queen begins to blast over the speakers. Those in attendance rise to their feet, waiting for Nate Lamarta to emerge

Under pressure
That burns a building down
Splits a family in two
Puts people on streets

The lights return and the pyro stops, and Nate Lamarta jogs down to the ring. He pauses to slap the fans hands on either side of the ramp before sliding into the ring, a big smile on his face. He climbs to the top turnbuckle and raises both his arms, finally pounding his chest a couple of times for effect.

The bell sounds.

The match starts off with sVo newcomers Brian Lee, Jason Fox and Nate Lamarta standing in individual corners away from each other. The fans watch on and wonder what these 3 new faces to the Sanctioned Violence Organisation will bring as well as the rest of the roster in the back. Each man walk towards one another in the middle of the ring until Brian Lee strikes Jason Fox with a right hand and then he follows it up by nailing Nate Lamarta as well.

That doesn’t last long though as Lamarta and Fox work together and go after Lee themselves. They throw right hand punches, mid section kicks and open hand chops to him as they have him leaning up against the ring ropes. They both grab one of his hands and whip Brian Lee across the ring and to the ropes. As Lee comes back he is back elbowed in the face by both of them. Fox and Lamarta turn their heads and then look at each other as Brian Lee crawls off into the corner.

Jason Fox and Nate Lamarta now begin to do battle as Brian Lee grabs the ropes and helps himself up. He runs at both men and grabs both of their heads and smashes them together. Both Fox and Lamarta go their separate ways as Lee grabs Fox and whips him into the corner. He now grabs a hold of Lamarta and tosses him into an opposite corner diagonally across from where Jason Fox is standing.

Brian Lee looks to the fans who boo him and then to both his opponents until he runs at Nate Lamarta and clotheslines him in the corner. After that he turns around and runs at Jason Fox looking to do the same exact thing. Except for the fact that he is booted in the jaw. He takes a few steps back now as Jason Fox comes running out of the corner only to be power slammed down to the ring mat.

Brian Lee stands up and taunts as the fans boo him some more but from behind we see Nate Lamarta who grabs him and hooks his arms around his waist and lifts him up and down and over on the ring mat with a painful looking German suplex. As that goes on we see Jason Fox beginning to move after taking a wicked power slam from Brian Lee. Nate Lamarta gets on top of Lee for the cover but before he can even do so we see Jason Fox break it up by hammering Nate Lamarta down with an axe handle smash.

Jason Fox now grabs a hold of Nate Lamarta and whips him up and over the top ropes. He watches him as he then turns around is greeted with a boot to the mid section from his other opponent in this match up known as Brian Lee. He then follows it up with three left jabs to the face of Jason Fox followed by a right hook.

Fox staggers around a bit but doesn’t fall down from the maneuver until Brian Lee ends up grabbing him from behind and hooking his legs up and he attempts to plant him down with a finishing maneuver but instead Jason Fox reverses it and turns around his body and at his back side. He runs to the ropes and comes back with a hard lariat shot after doing a cart wheel. He catches him with a clothesline but grabs his body and hooks his arms up into a double under hook driver of some sort. He calls it his finisher – The Fox Driver. He has him sitting down and his shoulders on the mat as the referee makes the count.

3!!!

The other competitor was just too short to make the save and continue this match up. Great effort by all newcomers, the fans loved this match.

RESULT: Jason Fox def. Brian Lee & Nate Lamarta

WHEN DARKNESS FALLS

We go now to a shot of Candi Cross wearing a stunning blue dress with high heels. She is by the boiler room door, unusual for any reporter to be at, but she has to do her job. She looks into the camera and smiles as she begins to speak.

Candi: I don’t know what the hell I’m doing here but Peter Gilmour has asked me to come here to interview him.

Candi takes a deep breathe before heading inside. We see the room is dark and thankfully for Candi, the camera has a light on it so she doesn’t fall flat on her ass. Candi goes on and doesn’t see anything. She seems very scared but tries to keep her composure. We then suddenly hear some screeching from off in the distance. Candi goes over to investigate. The sounds get louder and closer. Candi moves on then the sound stops. Candi looks around and doesn’t hear anything. We see smoke now coming out of one of the boilers and fill most of that area. Candi is nervous.

Candi: I’m out of here.

Candi turns to get out of the boiler room, but walks right into Peter who is in his ABYSS mask. Candi stumbles then screams. Trying to get out, Peter stops her and puts a finger on her sexy lips.

Peter: Shhhh. I will not hurt you Candi. I’m glad you came.

Candi: Why did you bring me here to interview you?

Peter: It’s quite simple. I want to get into that moron Night’s head. And over the past few days I think I have. You see, Night may think he is all dark and mysterious. But, I am the MASTER of mind games. I can mess with someone’s head so easily that it drives them insane. That’s when I strike. And tonight, at ROLL THE DICE, I will ROLL THE DICE and you can bet your ass I am going to walk out of here the NEW sVo Hardcore Champion. Night makes me want to vomit uncontrollably. He is a disgrace to the Hardcore Division and is a disgrace to the sport. So tonight, I will take back what was rightfully mine in the first place Candi. I will take back MY title and defend it with HONOR and not disgrace it like that piece of rotting flesh Night. So Night, prepare for your own funeral. Prepare to ROLL THE DICE. It’s too bad that you will roll SNAKE EYES and LOSE that precious title you hold so dear to you. PREPARE TO BE TAKEN…..

Peter suddenly vanishes as the smoke has covered where him and Candi was standing. Candi starts to cough and then leave the room. The smoke then dies down and we see Peter again but this time, with a barbed wire sickle in his hand. He holds it up to the camera and puts the scythe’s blade near his tongue and licks it. He laughs wickedly as he begins to speak for the last time.

Peter: TO THE XTREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEME!

Peter growls as his eyes roll back in his head as blood starts to drip out of his mouth.

Night’s Series Of Segs 2/4

Akira Kimura paces back and forth in one of the locker rooms backstage. He had come to Roll the Dice tonight simply to look after his former student, known to most as Night.

Night is not a normal man by any standards.

And for some reason he was now somehow more different.

And thanks to a brief lapse in concentration on Akira’s part, he was now wandering somewhere backstage on his own.

Akira runs a hand through what remains of his snow white hair, when a knock at the door makes him jump. He opens the door to find a security guard guiding Night gently by the shoulder.

Guard: We found this one running through the press room trying to get away from the ‘archbishop’. When we stopped him he said he needed to find his master to defend his fortress against… a black knight? We figured he meant you when we went over the guest registry.

Akira Kimura: Uh… yes.

Guard: Everything ok? I know Night about as well as I guess most people can know him, but he doesn’t quite seem himself tonight.

Akira Kimura: He’ll be fine. Thank you.

The guard turns and places a concerned hand on Night’s shoulder. Night looks at him blankly and files into the locker room.

Night: I’m glad to see you still here, Master.

Akira Kimura: It’s good to see you too, Akumu.

A Change In Plans

The scene panned into the luxury press box of Jimmy Moretti’s for the evening.

The room was overlooking the entire Goodfella’s Casino and most importantly, the mayhem within the ring this evening.

Moretti was standing with his face nearly pressed up against the glass, looking out and into the stands where fans spent their hard earned money on tickets ranging from prices of $125 – $5,000.

He felt as though these fans deserved one hell of a show tonight and you could tell by the look on his face that he wasn’t too impressed at the moment.

Moretti turned back around to the camera to fill everybody in on the next upcoming match – the Las Vegas Championship Number One Contender Match.

“I thought I’d bring it to everyone’s attention that the Number One Contender Match for the Las Vegas Title will not have four combatants in the ring tonight like advertised.

“Oh no.”

He pauses.

“It will not even feature three competitors. Instead a competitor whose been around the sVo for quite some time in the name of – Joey Peyton. And another competitor whose been featured in many, many Las Vegas Divisional match-ups of late and has earned himself a credible name – Rex Fury…”

He takes a deep breath.

“That is all.”

He smirks.

“Have a good evening,”

sVo LAS VEGAS CHAMPIONSHIP #1 CONTENDERS MATCH
Joey Peyton vs. Rex Fury

“You could never be my envy”
“You could never be my jealousy”
Guitar riffs and solos kick in

The lights in the arena flicker multiple times, and then slowly dim down. The Jumbo Tron goes completely black as a faint blue hue overtakes the arena. In bold red letters, the phrase “Joey Peyton” appears, centered, on the pre-existing black backdrop of the Jumbo Tron. A loud blast of pyro erupts and is instantly followed by the continuing of ‘Gimme A.D.’ by Parkway Drive. The crowd showers the arena with cheers. “Joey Peyton” morphs into “The First Star”, and as if on cue, Joey steps out from behind the entrance curtain and onto the entrance ramp wearing black tights with “Adonis Di” written down his right leg in red lettering. He stands, perfectly centered at the top of the entrance ramp, and stretches his arms outward in a crucifix pose with his fists clenched. After a few seconds, he begins walking down to the ring, in a complete serious mode he ignores any and every fan. When he reaches the ring, he rolls inside, and leaps to his feet. He stands in the middle of the ring, looking out to the crowd. As he raises his arms, bright white pyro erupts on the four corners of the ring, stopping the music, and returning the arena lights to their original hue and brightness

The lights in the arena go down and the piano intro to the song begins. As the main guitar riffs explode into the amps yellow laser beams come from all angles of the arena and point to the ramp as if it were burning a hole through the metal ramp…smoke begins to come up and from out of the smoke jumps up Rex Fury with his hands extended in the air as if he was jumping out of a trampoline. Rex then jumps onto the security railings and onto the fans as he dives into the crowd and passed on forward by the fans until he reaches the ring area.

The action kicked off as the bell sounded and both competitors circled eachother in the middle of the ring. The look on Joey Peyton’s face was a look of pure demise, as a veteran to the sVo ring was not ready to let his first chance at sVo gold be stripped by a newcomer like Rex Fury. Fury may not be the type of write home about in terms of experience, but he remained calm in this one allowing Joey Peyton to be the aggressor and make poor decisions.

And poor decisions started with Peyton diving in at Fury who simply raised a knee into his mouth and induced blood loss for Peyton. As soon as Peyton tasted it, it was as if he were a shark and he didn’t just get need in the face because he literally turned Fury inside OUT with a clothesline.

Peyton didn’t allow his opponent a chance to stand to his feet and instead pulled him up by his hair to only kick him in the gut and send him back to the mats. Peyton kept on the attack, eventually spiking Fury’s head into the center of the ring with an Impact DDT.

Pinfall attempt.

1!

2!

Fury managed to raise a shoulder to save himself from being raped from the rights to Brock Alyas’ Las Vegas Championship. Both men got to their feet at roughly the same time when they both had the bright idea to charge at each other.

Fury through a clothesline that Peyton ducked.

They both bounce off the ropes again.

Fury came back with a baseball slide attempt to take Peyton’s feet out.

Peyton, of course jumps over it.

They bounce off the ropes again.

Peyton comes back to throw a diving back elbow smash.

Fury wisely ducks down and sends Peyton rolling over his back.

They bounce off the ropes AGAIN.

And this time they both took each other down with reverse bulldogs that put both men on their back.

Who’d make it to their feet first?

Fury. And he wasted no time charging at Peyton delivering punches, kicks, knees… virtually any type of strike at the facial area of Peyton who was not enjoying the punishment. Fury forced Peyton to his feet before his body was ready and took him over with a big-time suplex that spiked Peyton’s head into the middle of the canvas.

Fury looked up at the fans who were behind him when he grabbed onto the turnbuckle as if he were ascending the top rope.

Fury posed quickly for the crowd before jumping off and delivering a big-time Shooting Star Press that hit Peyton in the center of the ring, dead on.

1!

2!

3!

Noooo!

The ref’s reaction time was a bit delayed after that big time aerial maneuver and it cost Rex Fury the match. He showed his appreciation for late counts by getting in the face of the ref, allowing Peyton a minute to get to his feet.

A dazed Peyton even had enough time to German the FUCK out of Rex Fury.

1!

2!

3…NOOO!

Rex Fury really showed perseverance in the form of kick-outs this evening as he was just dropped right on his neck and should be seeking medical attention at this time.

Right now, it was Peyton’s turn to perform some acrobatics.

Peyton jumped to the top rope with no remorse and delivered a perfect corkscrew senton with a big time impact. The move took a toll on both men as Peyton bounced off his opponent, clutching his rib cage without even attempting to pin Fury.

Peyton slowly got to his feet and was followed by Fury not long after, both men dazed and looking as if they were both about to pass out on their feet. Peyton couldn’t even see, it was like it was the average Saturday Night at 3AM for him. Fury’s vision was blurry, but not blurry enough to run straight for his prey and smash him with an impact spear.

WHAM!

Peyton was slow to his feet, but quick to hit the ground again in the form of a pedigree named the ReXplosion.

1!

2!

3!

It was over.

Rex Fury would now face Brock Alyas for the Las Vegas strap.

RESULT: Rex Fury def. Joey Peyton

Making A Presence

Outside the camera focuses on a limo thats pulling up. The newcomer Shawn Christopher is making his first appearance at his new home. He has on a well tailored suit. At first site the interviewers rush towards him.

Interviewer1: So Shawn what made you come to sVo.

Shawn: “What made me come the excitement of being a superstar made me come. It was my long life dream to wrestle and look at me now” he says while smiling his brightest smile pulling some of his shades on his face.

Interviewer2: Do you look to lay your hands on some gold?

Shawn: “Not to be cocky but what wrestlers didn’t come wrestle without the vision of being a champ. Thats all the time I have, no further questions asked.”

He says as he splits through the crowd of people heading to the corridors of the main building.

sVo LAS VEGAS CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Brock Alyas © vs. Rex Fury

The amplified bass lines of “Everything Sucks” by Dope interrupted Rex’s entrance and just as the bass drops for three seconds, 0:18 into the song, pyrotechnics blast at the sound of guitar riffs and Brock Alyas came along with them. The fans gave a huge pop for Alyas, who has proven himself as an underdog since he came in and has had the odd’s stacked against him upstairs since week one in the sVo.

Brock came out with his Las Vegas title strapped over his shoulder and a bottle of water in his right hand, slapping fans the whole way down the ramp with his left. Brock slid underneath the bottom ropes and into the ring where he hoisted himself onto a turnbuckle and raised his hands into the air to get a huge pop from the crowd as they jam out to the mosh-pit type anthem.

There was electricity in the air as Brock Alyas was the heavy favourite in this one, for the FIRST time in his tenure at the sVo despite being on a 5 win mean streak.

Brock wasted no time exploiting Fury’s weakness, which was experience in the ring and sent the man flying into the ropes to come back and receive a stiff high kick to the chin. Fury was taken off his feet and sent to the mats as Brock followed up with a couple stiff stomps at Fury’s head.

Fury began to stir and wisely swept Brock’s feet from underneath him as Brock slowly pulled him to his feet. Alyas didn’t see this coming and Fury locked onto his ankles, somersaulting over him attempting a roll-up pin.

1!

2!

No!

Alyas would not lose his Las Vegas title THAT easily.

Brock and Rex both got to their feet at relatively the same time and Brock took advantage of a charging Fury to use a jawbreaker to his advantage and put Fury face up on the mats. Alyas picked him up to his feet once more and this time didn’t give the challenger as much time to react. Alyas took the air out of Fury with some stiff gut kicks that Fury would feel in the morning.

When Fury made it back to his feet on his own will, he was lifted into the air in the form of a suplex. Brock kept him there for a minute, his much smaller frame easy to hold up for the 275 pound behemoth. When Brock felt as though as much blood could enter Fury’s brain to give him an entire brain transfusion, Fury was rocked with a massive Falcon Arrow that Brock was oh so popular for.

This had to be it. Brock had enough of defending his belt and he was going to end it.

That is, until the sVo World Champ Mike Best made his presence felt for the third straight match Brock’s been involved in.

Alyas could literally smell the coward in Best as he looked up just as Best stepped from the curtains.

Best had his World Title over his shoulder and looked as proud as a peacock to be interrupting Brock’s match once again.

Alyas focused on his match still as his attention was drawn back to Fury who he would not allow to take his Las Vegas strap from. Brock picked him up in fireman’s carry position to signify what would be the end of Fury’s title shot. However, Brock lost his footing in the middle of the ring and the referee was caught behind the two men the force of both their weights knocking him windless.

Best ran down the ramp like a mad man and Alyas knew he’d be coming to interfere, however a Rex Fury who wisely slid out of the ring was no longer on Brock’s radar and he was desperately looking for him to ensure he wasn’t about to finish Brock off.

Just as Brock spent a second too long of his attention on Fury, the Mike Effect REALLY affected Brock’s title defense as a metal chair was wielded at Brock’s forehead and Best did NOT use the flat part of the chair.

WHAM!

Brock’s head was rung with the edge of the chair and there was absolutely no doubt that Brock received a concussion from that brutal shot.

Fury rolled into the ring at the perfect time as the referee began to stir and covered Brock up.

1!

2!

3!

It was over.

Brock Alyas was no longer the sVo Las Vegas Champion much due to Rex Fury’s hard earned victory through the night defeating Joey Peyton and then Brock Alyas… and Mike Best for swinging a chair like a baseball bat at the head of Brock Alyas who would need to seek medical attention without a shadow of a doubt.

RESULT: Rex Fury def. Brock Alyas

Night’s Series Of Segs 3/4

Tamara Boyd: Night, how are you feeling?

Night: I’m ready.

Backstage at Goodfellas Casino in Las Vegas, sVo wrestler Night sits with his former trainer, the famed Akira Kimura of the KIMURA Dojo in Osaka, Japan and sVo Interviewer Tamara Boyd. Night is fully attired for the ring and the sVo Hardcore Championship rests on the bench beside him.

Tamara Boyd: I mean, how are you feeling?

She indicates her head with her index finger.

Night: I’m ready.

Akira Kimura: I think she meant with your mental state.

Night: I don’t know what you mean.

Akira Kimura: Night, since I got here a couple of days ago you act more as if you are in dream than ever before.

Night: But I am.

Tamara Boyd: And neither of you is concerned about tonight’s title defence against ‘The Executioner’ Peter Gilmour?

Akira Kimura: I have known Night a long time, he has always overcome adversity, despite his, unique nature.

Night: I’ll be fine.

Tamara Boyd: I don’t think you quite understand the consequences of tonight.

Night observes Tamara with curiosity.

Night: What do you mean?

Tamara Boyd: Night – if you lose tonight you are going to lose your championship… what you worked so hard for and your finest achievement to date. Peter Gilmour is DETERMINED to beat you. He claims you robbed him and he is the rightful champion. He is focused and unless you are completely in this match, you will lose.

Night: Oh, that. Yes. Trust me, I know what is at stake tonight. And despite what some people think, I know what Peter Gilmour has been saying about me. But it’s just talk. The fact is that he and I fought before and here I sit with the sVo Hardcore Championship when all he has are claims of theft. He still hasn’t come to terms with the fact that I beat him a few weeks ago so he makes excuses. Saying he beat me when he chokeslammed me off the landing…

And Night’s eyes focus in more than most of us have ever seen them.

Night: … but you didn’t, did you Peter? You didn’t because I was able to stand back up – and after all of that, I still managed to pin you. Just like I will tonight.

With that Night stands and starts towards the door.

Night: I have to walk – I don’t want to talk about this anymore. Things will work out fine, just watch.

And with that he vanishes to meet whatever fate has in store for him tonight.

sVo HARDCORE CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Night © vs. Peter Gilmour

A whisper…

“I’m dreaming…”

The distant chords of Deftones’ “Knife Party” cut through the PA as the arena lights cut completely. The Tron sparks to life as the words “I’m dreaming…” float onto it. As the song erupts the words are replaced by one.

A name.

” N I G H T “

An explosion of purple light as a man in a black mask appears. At least, the mask appears black at first, but on closer inspection it appears to be made of the night sky. The mask does not entirely cover the man’s head and a head of black dreadlocks stream out, tracing the man’s jaw.

The man stands at the top of the entrance ramp – motionless for a moment, his stance elegant and mysterious, giving away nothing of his motives. As the music swirls away, the man only known as Night begins his walk to the ring – only, he doesn’t walk, it appears more of a graceful glide. Although he moves seamlessly, he moves deceptively quickly to the ring, sliding deliberately and headfirst into the ring.

The lights go out in the arena and the beginning chords of Lamb of God’s WALK WITH ME IN HELL begin to play. The lights then turn red and Max Masterson begins to make his way out to the ramp. He is dressed in a red suit and holding a Singapore cane. He looks over the crowd and begins to laugh. Soon after, Peter Gilmour comes out in a dark red cloak with no hood and the words “Xtreme” on the back. Peter meets Max and both of them throw up an “X” as fire emits in the same fashion behind them. The duo goes to the ring, ignoring the fans comments towards them. Max gets into the ring first and Peter follows behind him. Peter goes into the middle of the ring stretches out his arms and rolls his eyes in back of his head ala the Undertaker, as the lights come back on. Max takes off Peter’s cloak and Peter looks at the ramp intently, waiting on his next opponent.

The bell sounds.

The match begins with both competitors on each side of the ring. Night and Peter Gilmour have a long history together thus far in the sVo. It all began when both men were teamed together to take on members of Hostility Wrestling Federation. It seemed as if all was going well until Peter Gilmour turned his back on him and kicked him in the mellons. Night has retaliated back and things have continued to get even more heated up in the past few weeks. Tonight at Roll The Dice they go one on one with the sVo Hardcore Championship on the line. Will Night retain or will Peter Gilmour take it away? As both men stand across from each other, you know major hell is going to break loose in this anything goes hardcore rules match. The question is – who’s going to win?

A tie up begins. Peter Gilmour quickly pushes Night into the corner. He has him trapped in the corner until the smaller and quicker sVo Hardcore Champion – Night escapes out from under his legs and away from him in the corner. Night stands up and as he turns around we see Peter Gilmour turning around as he then proceeds to run at Night who trips him down with a drop toe hold. Night now stands up and runs to the ropes. He comes back and nails a drop kick across the face of The Xtreme Icon. Night continues the assault as he now runs to the ropes comes back and hit’s a flipping senton onto Peter’s body. He quickly hooks his leg, going for an early pin fall.

Peter Gilmour easily kicks out of that as he pushes Night so far up and off of him he goes flying into the ring ropes. The fans begin to boo Peter Gilmour and start a chant that he sucks aloud. He begins to get up and Night starts to climb the turnbuckle. He climbs up to the very top ropes and then as Peter Gilmour stands up completely and turns towards him, Night leaps off looking for a cross body. Instead though, Peter Gilmour catches him in mid air and then slams him down to the ring mat, causing the whole crowd to yell some profanity like holy shit aloud the Goodfella’s arena. Peter instead of continuing the opposition in this match up tries for a pin fall attempt.

Night gets his shoulder up after that pin attempt. Peter now gets up and chases the referee away and complains about the slow count. As Night lays motionless on the ring mat and he tries to catch his breathe and stay in this match up, we see Peter Gilmour leaving the ring and going under the apron. He seems to be looking for some weapons. He finds a trash can, a lid too it, a sledgehammer as well as a cookie sheet. He takes all three weapons and tosses them inside of the ring. As he grabs a table and brings it out and looks to toss it in the ring, we see Night back up and running to the ropes. As he comes back he baseball slides his two feet and legs into the table which connect with Peter’s head. He falls down and the table falls on him.

Night now see’s his opening as he grabs the ropes and hops out and down across the table that is on top of Peter. Whether or not that was a smart idea is hard to decide considering it hurt both men. Slowly Night begins to crawl away from the carnage and rubble as Peter tosses the table off of him. Night grabs the ring apron now and lifts himself up as he grabs the sledgehammer from the inside of the ring as it’s pretty close to the edge of the ring. As Peter tears off the table and stands up and turns around, Night clobbers him in the rib cage with the sledgehammer that could of easily damaged or even broken some ribs. Peter goes down to his knee’s as Night now smashes him across the face with it. After doing that he tosses it down and enters back into the ring.

Night instead of going for the cover grabs the chair and sets it up. He sits on it and looks to the crowd as he waits for Peter Gilmour to start moving again. The fans begin to make a chant about Night as they cheer him on. Night now stands up from the chair and goes towards Peter Gilmour who is leaning up against the ring now. He grabs Night’s feet and drags him to the outside floor. He clobbers him down with a clothesline, giving himself more breathing and thinking time on what to do next. Peter now grabs the steel chair that Night was going to use. He grabs it and brings it outside. He picks up Night now and drives his throat right into the chair! The fans are sickened by that as Night seems to be coughing up blood.

Peter doesn’t stop there though as he takes blood from his mouth and just puts it all over his chest while the fans boo him even more. He gets in the camera with his face and tells them he’s the most sick and vile person in the world and he has taken Night to the Xtttrrreeemmmeee!!! Either way, he’s not done just yet. He grabs Night now and tosses him head first on his shoulders into the turnbuckle post. Night falls off his shoulders as Peter Gilmour slowly but surely drags his carcus up the ramp way. As he reaches the top of the stage way we see Peter Gilmour going backstage for a minute. He seems to have a weapon in his hand as he brings out a baseball bat that is full of barbed wire around it. He brings it over to Night and is about ready to hit him with it.

He lifts it up high and tells the fans that Night’s career is over tonight as he swings it down. Night however rolls out of the way. Night quickly gets up and punches Peter in the gut. He also kicks him too. He then steps back and hit’s him with a super kick to the jaw. Peter goes stumbling back a bit as Night now follows him. Peter still seems to have the bat in his hand as Night walks towards him. Night now open hand chops Peter in the chest. He also begins to hit him with combinations of rights and lefts and uppercuts as Peter is close to falling off the side of the stage. Night now takes the bat from Peter and smokes him in the head with the bat. Peter begins to bleed as he stumbles back and falls off the stage and through a bunch of wooden tables.

The fans go nuts as Night looks down towards him. He then looks to the fans who begin to cheer for him. Night now drops the baseball bat full of barbed wire as he begins to climb up on the sVo titantron. As he climbs up on it and is about 15 feet up in the air, he looks to the fans one last time before jumping off and crashing down on Night after spinning his body in mid air as he crashes down on him with a major splash! The damage has really been done now as Night is on top of him and not even moving it seems. The referee notices it and begins to make a count.

1…
2…
3!!!

Night has retained the gold!

The referee calls for the bell as other refs as well as security comes out to try and help both men out from the rubble and carnage that just broke and happened within the match. Peter busted open from the barbed wire bat, Night busted open from offensive moves by Peter Gilmour, it’s all been a bloody mess and I have a feeling this won’t be the end of the battle for the Hardcore Championship!

RESULT: Night def. Peter Gilmour

Night’s Series Of Segs 4/4

Backstage in the trainer’s room at Goodfellas Casino. Night lies on a table as trainers work over his various injuries from the match. Clutched firmly in Night’s right hand – the sVo Hardcore Championship – unquestionably now HIS championship. A commotion can be heard outside the room before the elderly figure of Akira Kimura barges into the room, thrusting his arms over his head in celebration.

Akira Kimura: You did it! I am very proud of you, Akumu.

Kimura bows, Night returns the bow with his head as he is not yet allowed to sit up.

Night: Thank you master, I told you everything would work out.

Akira Kimura: It was not I who doubted you, you know that. I was simply here to help steer you in the right direction, you seemed lost.

Night smiles through the residual pain from the match.

Night: It’s been good to see you again, Master. Is it a dream?

Akira Kimura: No, Akumu, it’s not.

Perfection Goes International

The view of the Roll The Dice backstage backdrop can be seen. The shot begins to pan out backwards and we see sVo interviewer and correspondent Katie Smith standing there with a microphone in her hand and a smile on her face. The camera continues to pan out, revealing Sasha and “The Reflection of Perfection” Cody Williams wearing a golden fur coat, and a new pair of gold, white and black wrestling trunks.

Katie Smith: Ladies and gentlemen, in just a few short moments Alex Ross will defend his International championship against the man standing next to me, the number one contendor.. “The Reflection of Perfection”.. Cody Williams!

Cody Williams: Before we get started, let’s straighten things out her a bit. Did you put on some deodorant like Sasha told you to? I don’t want to be doing this interview with you smelling like teen spirit.

Katie Smith: I did.

Cody Williams: Alright, good. Carry on.

Katie Smith: Your last encounter against Alex Ross was an uneventful one. How do you feel going into your rematch against the man who beat you in a ladder match exactly three weeks ago?

Cody Williams: Ah yes, the preverbial question. Does Cody Williams think he will fare differently in his rematch against the International champion, Alex Ross. Well let me tell you how I feel Katie! Three weeks ago, I came to the Goodfellas Casino with the intention of relaxing, and taking the night off. I came here knowing that I would be able to rest up for the festivities of the following week. And what happens? Alex Ross and Paige Johnson decide to drop a bombshell on me and tell me I’m in the main event… In a LADDER MATCH!

He pauses for a second to regain his composure, he rubs his face and then places his hands on his hips.

Cody Williams: How do you prepare for an impromptu ladder match? How do you expect moi, to just step into the ring unprepared and try to win in a ladder match of all things?

Kaie Smith: Well, may I remind you that Alex Ross was unprepared as well.

Cody Williams: That’s what they WANT you to think. This is all a part of some sick plan to get rid of Cody Williams. Alex Ross was intimidated, frightened of me Katie. When I won the number one contendors match for his title, I had him shaking in his boots. He knew that I would be the one to take his title away. He knows damn well that on any given day, I would have my way with him in the ring. He knew about that match, and it was all a part of his plan to throw me off, make me think I had the week off. And it worked to his advantage. While he was probably off preparing for the match, training hard for the match, I was sitting back at home deciding what new vehicle I should purchase.

Katie Smith: What did you end up purchasing?

Cody Williams: 2008 McLaren SLR, black, 20 inch rims. But that’s not the point Katie.

Katie Smith: Okay. What’s your point?

Cody Williams: Don’t get smart with my lady!

Katie Smith: I’m not.

Cody Williams: The point is that tonight, I am prepared. Tonight is MY night. And that title around Alex Ross’ waist will be mine. As you can see, gold is a good look on me, and the International championship belt will be the icing on the cake. Ross, this is what you wanted. You called me out, and this is what you are going to get. You call the shots, and I bring it. I just hope you brought your A-game and your precious little belt.

He glares deeply into the camera, pausing for a brief moment.

Cody Williams: Enjoy every last second you have with it, because at night’s end, you will be leaving Roll The Dice empty handed and I your NEW…. sVo International champion!!! Because even on your BEST day, you will never beat “The Reflection of Perfection”…

Sasha: Cody Williams.

Cody turns his attention to Katie and then quickly snaps his head back to the camera and then lets out a small chuckle before leaving with Sasha by his side. The shot turns over to the Roll The Dice logo and slowly fades to black.

sVo INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Alex Ross © vs. Cody Williams

“Breaking The Law” by Judas Priest blasts through the PA system. The lights dim and at the entranceway a spotlight shines gold through fog. Alex Ross, in a gold suit with white pinstripes, emerges from the curtain and raises his right arm into the air. He makes his way down the isle and climbs the ring stairs. Once through the ropes, Ross steps up to the top rope and taunts the crowd. He hops down and slips his jacket off, tossing it ringside.

The sound of a THX Dolby Digital Surround Sound test fills the arena, synched to the slow dimming of the house lights. “Head Like A Hole (Clay Remix) by Nine Inch Nails plays on the speakers. Gold lights and lasers wander throughout the arena as smoke and the flashing of a strobe light covers the entrance way.

Bow down before the one you serve
You’re going to get what you deserve
Bow down before the one you serve
You’re going to get what you deserve

Out steps a long legged, vuluptuous, dark haired woman who stops at the top of the ramp. She looks at the crowd who is in awe of her beauty. She giggles then turns back and points to the entrance. Through the curtain comes “The Reflection of Perfection” Cody Williams. He moves to the right of the ramp and looks at the crowd before heading towards the left. He looks at his valet Sasha and moves close to her, embracing her and staring deep into her eyes. He kisses her on the lips and embraces her hand. The two make their way down to the ring, Cody taking his time with an overwhelming bit of confidence in his step. The two make their way onto the apron: Sasha slowly entering the ring, bending over and showing off her assets. Cody stares and makes motion of his heart beating fast. He slaps her on the ass and steps into the ring. He rushes to the nearest corner and raises his arms up and stares into the crowd. He jumps down and stands in front of Sasha who rubs his chiseled b ody while she takes off his fur coat and sunglasses.

The stage was set for what would most definitely be the best match-up in the night.

Alex Ross (6’2, 234 .lbs) the proclaimed International Champion who has been on an absolute power trip since becoming champion.

Cody Williams (6’2 235 .lbs) a man destined to become the next International Champion whose had a couple attempts at the belt and others contending for it, proving himself a worthy contender.

These men have met before, where Cody Williams was scheduled to main event for his first time in his short career last minute, only finding out when he got to the show.

Expect violence, ladies and gentlemen.

After the bell sounded, both men approached the center of the ring to start this contest off.

Cody Williams knew he’d have to be the aggressor in this one, gaining the first of two pin falls literally right off the bat. He wouldn’t want to go the distance with Ross, whose more experienced in the ring.

Alex Ross hell, it was just another day in the office. He was here to kick the snot out of Cody Williams, retain his title, drink a whole gang of booze and gamble his money away.

WHACK!

A big time overhand right caught Alex Ross sleeping and Williams wasted no time pouncing on the rebound with gut shots, luring Ross into a near by corner.

Williams finished up his assault with a smoothly executed drop kick catching Ross in the chin, forcing him to stumble out of the corner and hit the mats face first.

The Reflection of Perfection wasn’t about to let up either, after pulling Ross to his feet by the grip of his long hair. Williams gave Ross a couple quick gut shot kicks before running into the opposing ropes to come back and deliver a beautiful spinning neck breaker to a leaned over Ross.

Ross was a bit quicker to his feet this time and felt the need to attempt to turn the tables – with a clothesline using whatever he had in his tank at this moment, on the line. Williams wisely ducked the clothesline attempt and took Ross over with a BIGTIME German Suplex leaving the Champion with knees at his temples.

Cody definitely tried to cover this one up.

1!

2!

No!

The fans were on their feet for Williams who – isn’t the prototypical fan-favourite, but only because he’s matched up against what the sVo fans thought was the scum of the earth, went over pretty well here at Roll The Dice.

Williams was running away with this one, once again pulling Ross back to his feet. Just as Ross was about to be taken over by a grapple attempt, a gut-shot kick changed the pace of the match as Williams was bent over, giving Ross only enough time to deliver a snap suplex to buy some more time.

Ross rushed back to his feet and lifted Williams back up by the grip of his hair, shooting him into the opposing ropes to come back and receive an elbow to the face, taking him over.

Ross when for the pin-fall to catch Williams off guard.

1!

2!

No!

So each men had death defying close attempts at landing the first of possibly three pin falls this evening. Ross was the aggressor at this point in the match, forcing Williams back to his feet at all costs, not giving him any time to devise an attack plan to put the ball back in his court.

Proving that theory – a devastating suplex turned into face buster that left Cody Williams limp on the canvas.

1!

2!

3!

There she was. The first pin fall of the night, scored to Alex Ross. Ross stood up about as jacked as a juice-head and taunted the fans who showed their “appreciation” for his valiant efforts in retaining International Gold.

The rules to a best of 3 falls match-up is that after each successful pin fall, he who got pinned was given as much time as they’d need to recuperate and continue the action.

Therefore, a fleet footed Williams who signaled to the ref only seconds before charging at the Champ wasn’t looked down upon, it was in-fact strategy.

Alex Ross, facing the fans on his way to a turnbuckle was just devastated with a big-time Tornado DDT that Williams used the turnbuckle for extra leverage. Williams was fired up and not about to let what could be his last opportunity to gain International gold for a long time.

He immediately stood up as Ross was laid out for a second as his head was spiked off the canvas – Williams climbed the turnbuckle and delivered a picture perfect moonsault to a laid out Ross.

Williams remained on-top for the cover!

1!

2!

3!

The equalizer gives Cody Williams quite the advantage going into what everybody knew this match would come down to – the final pinfall. Williams kept his eyes on the prize as Alex Ross was rather slow to get up. He wasn’t about to let himself be attacked while trying to mock the fans and who they felt should be the decided winner.

Oh no.

Ross shook the cobwebs out of his head sooner than later and the bell sounded for what would set up the final pinfall. 10,000 + on their feet to witness who would walk away from Roll The Dice the International Champion – Cody Williams or Alex Ross.

Both men were pretty gassed up to this point – neither of which the aggressor any longer. Both just trying to hang in there.

Alex Ross was a bit frustrated with the outcome of the last pinfall and it was obvious as he charged at Williams throwing a deadly clothesline attempt at Williams face, but the youngster wisely ducked under it, ran into the opposing ropes to come back and deliver a REVERSE HURRICANARANA SPIKING ALEX ROSS’ HEAD INTO THE CANVAS!

Holy fuck!

Williams covered up!

1!

2!

3!

NOTTTT SOOO FAST.

Alex Ross with the timely kick-out saved himself from losing his championship here at Roll The Dice. Just as he was about to climb back to his feet, Cody Williams timed a run into the opposing ropes just as Ross stood to his feet and Williams attempted a flying elbow smash.

Attempted.

Ross bought himself enough time while getting to his feet to turn Williams’ feeble attempt to knock the Champ back down into a neck breaking full nelson suplex.

OH MY GOD!

Ross didn’t want the cover up, he didn’t want the heartbreak of Williams’ ability to kick out of pin falls and instead lifted Williams into the air in the form of a power bomb!

Cue – SPOT OF THE NIGHT.

However Williams reversed the powerbomb attempt into a hurricanarana!

But just as both men were about to hit the mats, Alex Ross came out on top with the effect of his powerbomb as Williams snapping hurricanarana attempt was reversed!

1!

2!

No!

Cody Williams used his lower body weight to press the shoulders of Ross back to the mats!

1!

2!

No!

Oh my god! Ross has also reversed this as he used his legs for leverage around Williams hooked arms!

1!

2!

Noooo!

Pinfall after pinfall was finalized with Cody Williams getting back to his feet, hooking Ross’ ankles and somersaulting over his opponent, so they were both perpendicular, each facing the roof.

Williams pinfall was nearly impossible to kick out of!

1!

2!

Noo!

Oh my god.

After a huge series of pinfalls, it was tough to call who had the advantage in the match at this point, however Ross’ big-time clothesline attempt was telegraphed much in advance as Cody Williams executed the “Picture Perfect” pump handle sit out cork screw tombstone.

1!

2!

3!

CODY WILLIAMS HAS WON HIMSELF INTERNATIONAL GOLD!

“Head Like A Hole” blasted in the background as Cody was handed his first ever championship in the sVo. It was a beautiful moment, the man coming off marriage to his newly established wife last week… to come into Roll The Dice and complete what he had set-out for since his debut here – to win International Gold.

It was a beautiful moment as it brought tears to the eyes of Cody who was celebrating with the fans as they ate up the loss of a championship belt from anyone associated with Mike Best.

But who knows how they’d react to Cody on Showdown?

RESULT: Cody Williams def. Alex Ross

Kelly Flawless Versus Kelly Flawless

Aerosmith’s ‘Dream On’ catalyzed a chorus of jeers that resonated through the arena like a gunshot. The SVO faithful had risen to their feet in unison to express their amalgamated detest. It seemed as though it was something that broke the bounds of kayfabe; they had a genuine hatred for Kelly Flawless. And the only thing that superseded the intense reaction he received, and the profound dislike that the fans shared towards him, was the disturbing smirk he wore as he parted the entranceway curtain. The Blonde Bomber actually enjoyed their reaction.

He marched down the steel ramp, cackling to himself – feeding off their resentment. He had taken multiple shots at them, but he didn’t care; in his mind, he was second only to God. And even that line was a little blurred at some times.

He rolled under the bottom rope, his hair sparkling like the death of a thousand stars. His mouth was a like an out of control automatic weapon – unloading at anything that came near.

He forcefully snatched the microphone away from the clutches of the ring announcer as he looked out across the crowd of thousands, wearing a subtle, yet menacing grin.

Kelly Flawless: “SVO fags; here’s the deal.”

They jeered.

Kelly Flawless: “For some reason, entirely beyond my control, the management in this place has decided that they can put on a pay-per-view broadcast without including ME on the card.”

They cheered.

Kelly Flawless: “Now, I know you’re all terribly disappointed by this fact; I saw some old bitch keel over and DIE when she heard the news. I’m near and dear to your hearts – I know, but there isn’t anything I can do about it.”

He shook his heart unhappily.

… Yes, an old bitch actually kicked the bucket because KFlaw wasn’t going to be wrestling.

Kelly Flawless: “I was backstage reading the real time updates of the buy-rate for this thing. It’s currently at zero. FUCKING ZERO. See what happens, SVO? You keep Kelly Flawless from tossin’ bitches and nobody buys your fucking show. After all, why else am I here? I’m here to toss bitches. I’m not here to prance around backstage and come out here on peacekeeping missions intended to keep the fans in the arena. It’s a sad day when a promotion thinks they can be successful putting on a card not featuring me.”

Again, they jeered.

Kelly Flawless: “I’ve sat idly by all week, knowing full well that I wasn’t going to be featured on this motherfucker, and watched as retards like Rex Fury, Joey Peyton, Peter Gilmour and that homo Night cut promotional videos comparable to plotless softcore porn.”

Softcore porn sucks. No vag shots; no tittyfuckin’; no ‘I’m gonna blow my load on yo face so many times that you’re gonna die via drowning.’

Kelly Flawless: “Like, WTF? Who do these clowns think they are? And who names themselves ‘Night’? Seriously.”

Yeah, seriously.

Kelly Flawless: “Like, ‘Hi, I’m Night; I’m about as creative as those guys that wrote Frasier after two or three tabs of acid and a few punches to the face.’”

/mimic

Kelly Flawless: “Fuck Kelly Flawless; I’m going to rename myself Morning. No – that’s gay. From now on you can all refer to me as Mid-Afternoon. No more KFlaw, no more Golden Boy; I am now Mid-Afternoon.”

Mid-Afternoon paused to let the concept of the rename soak in.

Mid-Afternoon: “So, you folks enjoy your SVO card without Mid-Afternoon; you enjoy watching matches like Rex Fury versus Joey Peyton versus about eighteen other fuck bags with about the same amount of talent. You enjoy watching that waste of skin Peter Gilmour wrestle a guy who’s named after a fucking time of day. And you enjoy watching Stevo get his brains mangled worse than Helen Keller. Should be a good time.”

That’s not enjoyable.

Mid-Afternoon: “Hmm. Ya know what narrator guy? You’re right. That’s not enjoyable.”

Fuckin’ rights, doggy.

Mid-Afternoon: “Sigh.”

=(

Mid-Afternoon: “I feel bad for you fans, I really do. You scraped together your bottles and your cans, drove your K-Cars all the way down to the recycling depot, cashed your shit in and bought a ticket to this bitch. So you know what I’m going to do for you, partly because you help pay my salary and what not? I am going to wrestle tonight. I am going to compete for all you. I‘m going to turn this from a clusterfuck of NOT awesomeness into a clusterfuck of SO MUCH awesomeness that you won‘t be able to keep your panties on.”

They didn’t give a fuck.

Mid-Afternoon: “Mid-Afternoon is on this fucking card. He’s gonna show you all what a real wrestling match looks like; and it’s gonna be a fucking TREAT. So, ladies and gentlemen, here it is; you’re unannounced Main Event.”

Drum roll.

Mid-Afternoon: “Mid-Afternoon versus… MID-AFTEROON.”

DUN, DUN, DUNNNN~!

Mid-Afternoon: “With special guest referee: MID-AFTERNOON.”

Chea, boyyy.

Mid-Afternoon: “Mid-Afternoon will be commentating this match so you don’t miss any of the action; ring the bell, sucka.”

The bell was rung.

Here we go.

Mid-Afternoon: “Mid-Afternoon and Mid-Afternoon pace the squared circle; cautious about making the first move.”

Mid-Afternoon lunged forward.

Mid-Afternoon: “AND THEY TIE UP. Mid-Afternoon pushes Mid-Afternoon back into the ropes, trying his best to gain the upper hand.”

A look of focus shot across Mid-Afternoon’s face as he slowly backed into the ropes.

Mid-Afternoon: “A quick break by Mid-Afternoon and a vicious kick to the midsection!”

Mid-Afternoon keeled over, in obvious pain.

Mid-Afternoon: “He’s working him over with forearms shots to the back, wearing him down.”

Mid-Afternoon screamed in agony.

Mid-Afternoon: “AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH~!”

Just like that.

Mid-Afternoon: “Mid-Afternoon grabs Mid-Afternoon by the arm and shoots him into the adjacent ropes.”

Mid-Afternoon quickly moved to the center of the ring, anticipating his opponent’s return.

Mid-Afternoon: “FIERCE BACK BODY DROP.”

Mid-Afternoon acted out the back body drop, finishing with a scream and a rather dramatic flex of his upper body.

GRRRRR.

=X

That’s his war face.

Mid-Afternoon: “Mid-Afternoon goes for the pin!”

Mid-Afternoon dropped to the canvas to make the count.

1…

2…

Mid-Afternoon: “KICKOUT! He kicked out! I can’t believe the resiliency he’s showing here! What courage!”

Mid-Afternoon pounded the mat in frustration; how in the blue hell could he kick out of that move? That move is the fucking BOMB.

Mid-Afternoon: “Oh, what’s he doing here? Mid-Afternoon is rolling out of the ring. He’s… He’s going for a steel chair!”

Mid-Afternoon tossed the timekeeper out of his seat and hurriedly re-entered the ring with the weapon.

Mid-Afternoon: “He’s stalking his opponent, waiting for him to return to his feet.”

Mid-Afternoon then raised the chair over his head.

A struggle ensued.

Mid-Afternoon: “The referee is trying to get ahold of the chair here, warning Mid-Afternoon – threatening to disqualify him if he uses the weapon!”

Suddenly, and with authority, Mid-Afternoon swung the chair through the air and stared down at the canvas.

Mid-Afternoon: “OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD! HE HIT THE REFEREE WITH THE CHAIR! HE TOOK HIS HEAD OFF!”

Literally.

Mid-Afternoon: “THERE’S BLOOD EVERYWHERE! OH MY GOD! HE DECAPITATED THE OFFICIAL! *VOMIT* SOMEBODY CALL THE EMTS… See if we can get this motherfucker’s head sewn back on!”

Another vile chair shot to the helpless air.

Mid-Afternoon: “OH MY GOD! MID-AFTERNOON JUST NAILED MID-AFTERNOON WITH THE STEEL CHAIR! THE REFEREE AND HIS OPPONENT ARE DOWN!”

Mid-Afternoon dropped to the canvas for the cover.

Mid-Afternoon: “He’s going for the pin, but he killed the referee; does he not realize what he just did?”

Suddenly, Mid-Afternoon rolled out of the ring once again. This time he charged up the entranceway and through the curtain into the backstage area – the fans didn’t know what the fuck to think.

Mid-Afternoon: “WAIT A SECOND! Our second special guest referee – Mid-Afternoon – has come down to the ring!”

Annnnnd he ran full bore back to the ring.

Mid-Afternoon: “He’s counting the pinfall!”

Mid-Afternoon dropped to the canvas and counted the pin.

1…

2…

3!

Mid-Afternoon: “IT’S ALL OVER! IT’S ALL OVER! MID-AFTERNOON HAS DEFEATED MID-AFTERNOON AND DECAPITATED A REFEREE IN THE PROCESS. MY GOD, WHAT A MATCH!”

Mid-Afternoon got to his feet and paused, resting the microphone at his side. The arena was silent, not a fan was stirring or saying a word.

A smirk spread across the face of the SVO superstar.

Mid-Afternoon: “And that’s how it’s done.”

Epic.

sVo WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Johnny All Star vs. Mike Best © vs. Psyko Stevo

Fallin’ asleep at the wheel again baby,
You’re driftin’ over the line (the line) Yeah.
Your hands are tight but you’re losin’ grip quickly
Fix me, can you read the signs?

Thumbin’ your way to Vegas, dirty
And Dreamin’ of the other side…
Save your tears and laughter because
It doesn’t matter what you find

‘Pretty Vegas’ hits the sound system and there is a mixed reaction from the crowd as the former sVo International Champion Johnny All Star steps out onto the top of the entrance ramp! All Star holds his arms high in the air, before slowly making his way down the entrance ramp and sliding into the ropes. All Star once again raises his arms high into the air as he leans forward against the ropes, causing a burst of pyros to shoot up behind him.

“Work it
Make it
Do it
Makes us

Harder
Better
Faster
Stronger”

The lights dim slowly in the arena as the Tron flares to life, an image of two dice roling towards the front of the screen. They come rolling to a stop on snake eyes, before the dots fade into the word “Mike” on one die and “Best” on the other. The dice explode into a highlight video as “Stronger” by Kanye West blares over the speakers, the bass shaking the arena Gold pyro explodes in the entranceway and the fans begin to boo and jeer, screaming insults as the confident face of ‘The Mike Effect’ Michael Best appears from behind the curtain. He raises two fingers to his lips, blowing a kiss out into the crowd as they hurl obscenities back in his direction. Mike stops for a moment on the stage, slapping his chest twice and pointing out at the crowd, raising his eyebrows and throwing out a wink. He makes his way down the ramp, rolling gingerly into the ring and stretching out as he awaits the start of the match.

“Sensation washes over me
I can’t describe it
Pain I felt so long ago
I don’t remember
Tear a hole so I can see
My devastation
Feelings from so long ago
I don’t remember”

“Remember” by Disturbed hits the sound system and the anticipation in the arena grows as a flash of pyros welcomes the arrival of ‘the best around’ Psyko Stevo in the sVo entrance ramp! Stevo raises his hands in the air to taunt the fans before slowly making his way down the steel ramp towards the ring. Halfway down the ramp Stevo stops and poses once again for the fans, with another burst of golden pyros firing up into the air behind him as he does. ‘The Ironman’ then slides into the ring and bounces on the second rope to once again signal to the crowd, before retreating to the corner of the ring for some last minute warm ups before the match gets underway.

The bell sounds signaling the start of the match….

The fans fill the arena with boo’s as Mike Best and Johnny All Star beat the living hell out of a relatively defenseless Psyko Stevo in the corner. It’s a combonation of right and left hand shots, followed by a double team boot stomping that send Stevo on his backside, his head propped up against the bottom rope. Once again the fans boo as Mike Best and Johnny All Star actually have the audacity to high five each other after the mugging has taken place.

After this is finished, All Star backpedals to the opposite turnbuckle as the sVo World Champ himself, Mike Best, gets in the face of the Psyko One. Best screams out insults towards Stevo as Stevo’s head drifts off towards the rafters. Unsatisfied, Best grabs the throat of the Psyko One and looks him directly in the eye. Best then tells Stevo, “you’ll never be the World Champ!” before slapping the taste out of his mouth. The fans boo as Best raises his arms in the air before directing traffic in the center of the ring. On Best’s command, All Star runs forward and nails Stevo in the face with a running knee. Psyko Stevo is now motionless on the far turnbuckle as Johnny All Star turns his back on Best and Stevo, instead choosing to mock the crowd. Mike Best notices this and immediately goes for the cover. One… two… foot under the rope! Psyko Stevo somehow got his foot under the rope and delayed what has turned into yet another Mike Best appreciation night”.
