Career History: sVo (sVo Champion X1, Tag Team Champion X1), oWo (Heavyweight Champion X2), AAW (Heavyweight Champion X1), HOSTILITY, SHOOT Project

Other Information: Anthony Moretti is the son of sVo owner Jimmy Moretti and entered the company in 2008 after completing wrestling training at only 21 years old. Not afraid to use his father’s reputation to get what he wants, Moretti formed the ‘Bad Religion stable and immediately set his sights on the sVo Championship, working his way into a position to challenge Psyko Stevo for the belt at Showdown #20. However in truth the opportunities that came his way were too early for Moretti as he lacked the experience to take advantage of them.

Moretti stepped away from the sVo and outside of his comfort zone as he made his way to HOSTILITY, however again failed to make his mark on the federation. It wasn’t until Moretti reached the oWo that he started the build his skill and experience by fighting week in and week out. Moretti started at the very bottom of the card, however after a few years was able to build himself up into the main event and eventually capture the oWo Heavyweight Championship.

At the height of his powers in the oWo, Moretti made the shocking decision to jump ship whilst holding the Heavyweight Championship for the second time, moving back to New York to compete for the AAW in 2020. Moretti was the inaugural AAW Heavyweight Champion, however the decision proved to be a bad one as the AAW folded after a few months and Moretti was forced to head back to the oWo with his tail between his legs.

Towards the end of 2020, Moretti heard the rumours that the sVo was opening back up and headed back to Las Vegas to take a crack at doing what he failed to do twelve years ago. Moretti finally successfully captured the sVo Championship at the end of 2020 at the sVo Seasons Beatings event.

Moretti formed the ‘Blood Money’ stable and dominated the sVo landscape by also holding the Tag Team Championships with Joe Barone, before finally losing both the belts at the Countdown to Violence 2021 after competing in two matches in one night.

In 2021 Anthony Moretti also joined the Shoot Project along with Joe Barone, extending Blood Money’s reach across both promotions.
