Main Event
The scene opens outside the Goodfellas Casino Arena, with the bustling energy of fans entering for another night of sVo action. The camera captures the arrival of CJ Dreamer, determined and focused, ready for the challenges the evening holds.
CJ Dreamer: (walking towards the arena) Tonight’s the night we put an end to this Carny Sinclair and Reznikov nonsense. Teaming up with Bronson, we’re taking them down once and for all.
Suddenly, the atmosphere shifts as the camera captures the ominous presence of Carny Sinclair and Reznikov lurking in the shadows. Without warning, they strike, blindsiding CJ Dreamer with a vicious attack. The unsuspecting Dreamer is taken down, the sound of the assault echoing through the corridor.
Carny Sinclair: (smirking) You thought tonight was going to be your night, CJ? Think again.
Reznikov delivers a brutal kick to Dreamer, leaving him writhing in pain on the cold floor. The fans who witness the ambush express a mix of shock and anger as the assailants continue their assault.
Reznikov: (leaning over CJ Dreamer) This is a taste of what’s coming your way. You can’t escape us.
As Carny Sinclair and Reznikov stand tall, reveling in the chaos they’ve created, the medical staff rushes to attend to CJ Dreamer. The main event hangs in the balance, leaving the sVo Universe in suspense as Proving Grounds 16 kicks off with an unexpected turn of events.

Path to Ten
The backstage area of the Goodfellas Casino Arena is buzzing with activity as Katie Smith approaches Johnny Dorn, the newly crowned Roulette Champion, for an exclusive interview.
Katie Smith: Johnny, last week you pulled off a major upset by defeating Rick Reid and winning the Roulette Championship. How are you feeling after that unexpected victory?
Johnny Dorn: (smirking) Katie, last week was just the beginning. I’ve been around the block, and I know that in the sVo, opportunities don’t come knocking at your door. You have to kick that door down and take what’s rightfully yours.
Katie Smith: Your win also puts you on the path to a potential sVo Championship opportunity. Any thoughts on that?
Johnny Dorn: (nodding) You got it right, Katie. I know the deal. Defend this Roulette Championship ten times, and I earn a shot at the big one—the sVo Championship. So, my journey starts tonight. Ten successful defenses, and then I’ll be standing in the main event, gunning for the top spot.
Katie Smith: Speaking of tonight, do you have any plans for your first defense?
Johnny Dorn: (smirking) Plans? Katie, every defense is a new challenge, and I’m ready for Noah Rogan tonight. Just know this: Johnny Dorn’s reign as Roulette Champion has just begun, and I’m here to shake things up in the sVo.
Johnny Dorn confidently adjusts the Roulette Championship on his shoulder as he walks away, leaving Katie Smith with a sense of anticipation for what’s to come in the unpredictable world of the sVo.

Card is Subject to Change
In the backstage medical area, CJ Dreamer is seen sitting on a medical bed, receiving attention from doctors after the brutal attack by Carny Sinclair and Reznikov earlier. Amy Page, the sVo COO, is present, discussing the situation with Bronson Martinez.
Amy Page: (concerned) CJ, the doctors are saying you’re not cleared to compete tonight. Your health is our top priority.
CJ Dreamer nods, acknowledging the medical advice, while Bronson Martinez interjects.
Bronson Martinez: Amy, I get it, but we can’t let those two get away with this. I know CJ is hurting, but if I have to, I’ll take on Carny and Reznikov alone. We can’t let them dictate the terms.
Amy Page: (hesitant) Bronson, it’s a risk. You saw what they did to CJ. I can’t allow you to put yourself in danger, we have a lot of money wrapped up in your contract.
Bronson Martinez: Amy, I respect your concern, but we can’t let them run wild. The main event tonight was supposed to settle this, and we can’t let them disrupt the show.
CJ Dreamer, despite his pain, nods in agreement.
CJ Dreamer: (softly) Bronson’s right, Amy. They can’t get away with this. Let the main event happen. I’ll be fine.
Amy Page: (sighs) Alright, but Bronson, if at any point I feel this is too much for you, I’m stopping the match. We won’t compromise anyone’s safety & face a lawsuit.
Bronson Martinez: Deal. The only people that might want to file a lawsuit will be Carny Sinclair & Reznikov after the beating I am about to lay on them.
The doctors give a cautious nod, and Amy Page, albeit reluctantly, allows the main event to proceed with Bronson Martinez facing Carny Sinclair and Reznikov alone.

Destined to Lose
Backstage, in the warm-up area, Victor Holland is seen stretching and preparing for his upcoming match against Bronson Johnson. As he focuses on his warm-up routine, Danny Domino strolls into the scene, wearing a cocky smirk.
Danny Domino: (sarcastic) Well, well, if it isn’t the great Victor Holland. Warming up for another match you’re destined to lose?
Victor Holland looks up, unamused by Danny Domino’s presence.
Victor Holland: What’s it to you, Danny? I’ve got a match to focus on.
Danny Domino: (laughs) Focus? That’s cute. How about you focus on finding a new career? You’ve been nothing but a joke since you stepped foot in the sVo.
Victor Holland narrows his eyes at Danny Domino but remains calm.
Victor Holland: Funny, coming from the guy who couldn’t win a match without resorting to dirty tactics.
Danny Domino: (smirks) Dirty? It’s called doing whatever it takes to win, kid. Maybe you should take notes.
Victor Holland clenches his fists, clearly irritated by Danny’s taunts.
Victor Holland: I’ve had enough of your mouth, Danny. Save it for someone who cares.
Holland turns his attention back to his warm-up, dismissing Danny Domino. Danny, however, lingers for a moment, enjoying getting under Holland’s skin before eventually walking away, leaving Holland to finish preparing for his match.

No Threat from the Rising Sun
Katie Smith stands backstage, microphone in hand, ready to interview sVo COO Amy Page. The atmosphere is tense as Smith prepares to address the rising competition.
Katie Smith: Ladies and gentlemen, I’m here with Amy Page, the Chief Operating Officer of the sVo. Amy, there’s been a lot of talk about the recent announcement of Rising Sun Pro Wrestling opening its doors in early 2024. How does the sVo plan to respond to this new competition?
Amy Page, adorned in a sharp business suit, smirks confidently as she glances at Katie Smith.
Amy Page: Rising Sun Pro Wrestling, huh? (laughs) Katie, let me make one thing crystal clear. It doesn’t matter what new promotion pops up, whether it’s in Japan or anywhere else. The sVo has been and will always be the top dog in this industry. We’ve weathered storms before, and we’ll do it again.
Katie raises an eyebrow, sensing a hint of defensiveness in Amy Page’s response.
Katie Smith: But Amy, with new promotions come new talents and opportunities. Do you think Rising Sun Pro Wrestling could attract top-tier talent that might consider joining them instead of the sVo?
Amy Page: (smirking) Talent is one thing, Katie, but let’s not forget who we are. The sVo has a legacy, a history of delivering the hottest, most electrifying shows. Those who are serious about making a name for themselves know where they want to be — right here, in the sVo.
Katie hesitates, choosing her next words carefully.
Katie Smith: So, you’re not concerned about the potential impact of Rising Sun Pro Wrestling on the sVo?
Amy Page’s confident demeanor wavers for a split second before she regains control.
Amy Page: Concerned? Katie, the sVo thrives on competition. We welcome any challenge, but let’s be honest — there’s no competition. Rising Sun Pro Wrestling can try to emulate success, but they’ll never replicate the sVo experience. We’ve got the hottest talent, the most thrilling matches, and the unwavering support of our fans.
With a dismissive wave, Amy Page starts to walk away, leaving Katie Smith to process her words. The tension in the air is palpable as the sVo COO confidently heads toward the next challenge, real or perceived.

Save it for the Ring
Backstage, after his match against Bronson Johnson, Victor Holland is seen frustrated and disappointed with the outcome. As he catches his breath and tries to process the defeat, Danny Domino appears, wearing a smug expression.
Danny Domino: (mockingly) Well, well, look who couldn’t pull off a win again. I tried to tell you, Victor.
Victor Holland glares at Danny Domino, his frustration boiling over.
Victor Holland: You think this is funny, Danny? You think you’re some kind of wrestling genius?
Danny Domino: (smirking) I just call it like I see it, Victor. You’re just not cut out for the sVo.
Victor Holland clenches his fists, unable to contain his anger any longer.
Victor Holland: (shouting) Enough! I’ve had it with your constant trash talk!
Without warning, Victor Holland lunges at Danny Domino, and the two start exchanging punches. The backstage area erupts into chaos as staff and fellow wrestlers rush to break up the brawl.
Staff Member: Break it up, you two!
Despite the attempts to separate them, Victor Holland and Danny Domino continue to trade blows, each fueled by their growing animosity. The chaos ensues until additional security arrives to pull them apart, ensuring they’re kept at a distance.
Security Guard: That’s enough! Save it for the ring!
Separated and still seething with anger, Victor Holland and Danny Domino exchange heated glares as they are forcibly kept apart. The backstage area returns to relative calm, with the tension between the two wrestlers lingering in the air.

Bronson Martinez vs Carny Sinclair & Reznikov
Ringside
Handicap
The Goodfellas Casino Arena is buzzing with energy as the main event concludes, and Carny Sinclair and Reznikov emerge victorious over Bronson Martinez. The aftermath, however, takes a dark turn.
Carny and Reznikov, with twisted smiles on their faces, don’t seem satisfied with just the win. The duo circles the injured Bronson Martinez, who clutches his arm in pain after a brutal encounter.
Carny Sinclair: (maniacal laughter) We told you, Bronson! We warned you, but you just wouldn’t listen!
Reznikov grabs Martinez’s injured arm and wrenches it viciously, amplifying the agony.
Reznikov: (in a guttural voice) This is what happens when you cross paths with us!
Carny and Reznikov exchange satisfied glances before focusing their assault on the vulnerable arm of Bronson Martinez. The referee attempts to intervene, but the relentless pair pays no attention.
As the medical staff rushes down the ramp, Carny and Reznikov finally decide to exit the ring, leaving a battered and bruised Bronson Martinez behind. The boos from the crowd intensify as Sinclair & Reznikov stands at the top of the ramp, raising their arms in victory.
The show concludes with a somber scene in the ring, medical personnel attending to the injured Bronson Martinez. The unsettling image lingers in the minds of the viewers as the darkness envelops the arena and the sVo Proving Grounds 16 comes to an end.
