A new Horizon
After the impressive victory for the Teacher over the young Dallas Jordan, the cameras head backstage where a long limo pulls up in the parking lot of the Goodfellas Casino Arena, the waiting cameras quickly focusing in on the door and the blacked out windows for a hint of who is inside!
The driver of the limo quickly jumps out and rushes around to open the passenger door, and after a few seconds JD James steps out! The crowd cheer for the sight of JD James, however as the former commentator straightens his suit, out of the limo behind him steps Johnny All Star, Gunner Lang, Darwin Jones & Hugo Ryzing!
The crowd in the arena go wild for the sight of the five stars, however one man who doesnt seem quite a thrilled seems to be standing waiting for them at the arena door, the suited sVo Owner Jon Page.
Jon Page: “Well, was wondering if you guys were going to show up here tonight….”
Page makes a show of checking the expensive looking gold watch on his wrist, not even looking at the time displayed. The five new arrivals at the arena all look around at each other, before JD James steps forward to speak for them.
JD James: “First sVo show of the year and another chance to make Anthony Moretti’s life miserable, we wouldn’t miss it for anything.”
Jon Page: “And you suppose you think I am going to let you all into my show after you two walked out just before the main event of my biggest show of the year and left me with no commentary team?”
The five again all look around at each other, with Ryzing and Jones looking ready to step forward and move Page out of the way if neeed, only for JD James and Gunner Lang to calm them down.
Johnny All Star: “Look Page, we gave you the chance to do something about Moretti, but you showed you weren’t able to. Someone had to step up and deal with that problem, and we all owe JD a lot in our lives, we were not going to let Moretti and his goons attack him like that.”
Page nods his head, looking like he took slight offence at the suggestion he couldn’t deal with Moretti on his own.
Jon Page: “Well I cant say I didn’t enjoy you all beating the crap out of Moretti after the main event…. But you two are on my shit list after walking out on me like that, so don’t expect any favours from me. You might all have history here, but as far as I am concerned you all start again at the bottom and work your way up. Any problems with that?”
The five once again look around at each other, before leaving it to JD James to speak for the group.
JD James: “Jon, this is a new Horizon for the sVo, I promise you that. All my boys are more than capable of working their way up and beating any one on the roster right now. If you want them to work their way up then so be it, although I thought that after Moretti attacked you before the PPV I would have thought that you would want that title off of him as soon as possible?”
Page nods and slowly smiles.
Jon Page: “Oh trust me I do, but there is already someone here in the arena that has a pretty good claim to that title. If we are all agreed then let me be the first to welcome you gentlemen back to the sVo officially….”
Page steps aside and pushes the arena door open, as once former but now again current sVo stars JD James, Johnny All Star, Gunner Lang, Darwin Jones & Hugo Ryzing all step past him into the arena, all taking a few steps to stop and eyeball the boss. It looks like the new horizon for the sVo is officially underway!
Single Match

The lights in the arena dim and the mood changes as ‘GTA’ by Meek Mill hits the sound system. As the base reverberates around the arena, the massive figure of Yoshi Ono slowly steps out onto the top of the entrance ramp and looks out at the arena. The crowd loudly boo the sight of Ono, but the Japanese star ignores the crowd and performs a sumo ritual dance at the top of the entrance ramp. Ono then slowly walks down to the ring at his own pace, before slowly climbing into the ring and staring out at the crowd from the corner of the ring with a snarl on his face as the lights slowly come back up.

Fox soon rolls into the ring under the bottom rope and steps onto the bottom rope before performing his signature taunt to the crowd, which brings out even more boos for Fox!
The referee calls for the bell to be rung and the match is officially underway, with Yoshi Ono trying to get some revenge for his stablemate Scott Washington after Fox cost Washington his sVo Championship shot at the Seasons Beatings PPV at the end of 2020! Fox looks like he wants to stay away from the massive bulk of Yoshi Ono, who waddles over to his opponent menacingly and throws some sharp jabs. Fox weaves the bobs to avoid the right hand of Ono before bouncing off of the ring ropes and hitting a clothesline on the big man! However the clothesline doesn’t even knock Ono off of his feet! Fox tries to repeat the move, but once again Ono stays standing!
The fans are behind Orlando Fox as he looks for another big clothesline, however Ono ducks out of the way of the third one, before turning and dropping Fox with a big head butt to send him down to the mat with authority! Orlando Fox holds his face in pain as he stumbles back up to a standing position, however, Yoshi Ono is straight onto his opponent with a big thrust kick. Ono rises up to his feet and tries to get in the face of the referee, but as he does Fox takes the opportunity to roll out of the ring and try and put some distance between himself and the big man!
Ono continues to argue with the referee, and doesn’t notice as Orlando Fox takes the time to walk over to the commentator’s table and grab a steel chair from Natasha Ortiz the ring announcer! Fox roll back into the ring with the steel chair in hand behind the back of his opponent, before landing a blatant chair shot on Ono right in front of the referee!
The referee immediately calls for the bell to be rung, but the chair shot doesn’t knock Ono off of his feet! The fans cheer Fox on as he lands another chair shot to Ono, this time to the face, however once again the big man stays on his feet! Fox lands a third chair shot, but once again Ono stays standing, despite being wobbly on his feet!
Fox lands one last chair shot that sends Ono tumbling over the top rope, but once again Ono lands on his feet! The fans cheer on Orlando Fox, who looks shocked at what little impact the chair shots seem to have had on Yoshi Ono, but still holds the ring as the winner by DQ Yoshi Ono slowly backs up the entrance ramp with an angry look on his face!

Bad Bitches
After the big DQ win for the big man Yoshi Ono, the cameras head backstage to the interview area where Katie Smith is stand by, microphone in hand with one of the newer members of the sVo roster, Jupiter James! The two red heads look in an excitable mood as the camera man signals to them that they are live!
Katie Smith: “Jupiter, at Seasons Beatings you shocked the world by making a surprise debut and beating Lucy Von Drake in your very first match. Surely it was a dream come true?”
James giggles at the question, excitedly nodding her head.
Jupiter James: “I grew up watching the sVo with the likes of Mike Best & Psyko Stevo, it was always my dream to compete here and in 2013 I thought that dream had died forever! But when the sVo came back and reached out to me it was unreal, especially when Page gave me the chance to have a match again Lucy Von Drake, someone that I have had so much history with out side the sVo”
Katie Smith: “Now Lucy von Drake has been very vocal about wanting a women’s division in the sVo…..”
Smith doesn’t get the chance to finish the question, as from behind Jupiter James is floored with a punch to the back of the head by Lucy Von Drake! Von Drake stomps away on Jupiter James on the floor, with the Las Vegas Champion JVD stopping anyone from stepping in and stopping the beat down!
After Lucy Von Drake has sufficiently kicked Jupiter James enough times, she picks up the microphone that was dropped by Katie Smith as she ran away from the scene.
Lucy Von Drake: “Listen here girl, there is no woman in the sVo who is on my level now, in the past or in the future. I am the baddest bitch in the sVo, and anyone that wants to test me will end up under my foot, just like you are right now!”
Lucy Von Drake gives one last stomp to Jupiter James, before walking away from the scene of the crime with her husband in tow!

Standing over the two big superstars is Amy Page, who looks in confident mood as she paces back and forth.
Amy Page: “Right, Orlando Fox is becoming the type of problem that needs a permanent solution, the idea was that you take him out Yoshi after what he did to Scott at Seasons Beatings….”
Page stares at the big man, who looks at the wounds inflicted on him earlier by Fox before staring back angrily.
Amy Page: “Never mind, we will deal with him properly next week. We still have CJ Dreamer to deal with this week. Scott, you need to get that job done so we can move up those rankings. Another shot at the sVo Championship and those Tag Team Championships is what I want for us by the time the next PPV rolls around, let’s get things done!”

Behind the sVo Champion is Katie Smith, camera crew just behind her and a microphone in hand. Joe Barone throws the gold into the car as Moretti climbs into the drivers seat.
Katie Smith: “Wait Anthony, can we get a quick word? Are you guys running from JD James and his new group?”

When ya don’t wanna wake up
Everything is fucked
Everybody sucks

But you wanna justify
Rippin’ someone’s head off
No human contact
And if you interact
Your life is on contract
Your best bet is to stay away, motherfucker
It’s just one of those days.”
‘Break Stuff’ by the Limp Bizkit blasts over the sound system as CJ Dreamer slowly walks out onto the top of the entrance ramp and stares out at the fans packed into the Goodfellas Casino Arena. Dreamer smirks at his hometown fans who are baying for his blood as he stops for a few seconds to signal to the fans, before briskly walking down the entrance ramp and rolling into the ring. Dreamer quickly rolls to his feet and skips in a circle around the ring whilst shadow boxing. Dreamer slowly returns to his corner of the ring as the music fades out and is replaced with the sound of just the boos from the fans.
With the two former Tag Team Champions turned bitter rivals staring across the ring at each other, the head referee Nick Jaxx calls for the bell to be rung and the main event of the night to get started!

Dreamer bravely tries to fight his way out of the corner of the ring with some right hands, before aiming a head butt at his former Tag Team partner to try and change the momentum of the match. With the main event over, as is customary at the end of the night the ring announcer Natasha Ortiz climbs into the ring and begins to thank the fans for their attendance and to have a safe trip home as the excited fans begin to rise to their feet and make their way out of the arena, and the sVo copyright information appears on the bottom of the screen for the fans watching at home.
However without warning, “Hillbilly Joke” by Hank 3 hits and the arena lights flicker red and white. After a few seconds, the crowd rush back to their seats in anticipation recognising the theme music! After around a minute of the atmosphere building, the man himself appears at the top of the entrance ramp, as William Vorheez walks through the curtain with his long cloak on and the old sVo Championship belt around his waist! As Vorheez marches towards the ring he is greeted with a wall of noise from the crowd! Vorheez climbs into the ring over the top rope and raises his arms up high.
Everyone in the arena is still in shock, including all of the sVo staff at ringside, as Vorheez, the last reigning sVo Champion before the 2013 closure, paces around the ring like a caged lion, before taking the microphone from Ortiz.
Vorheez holds the microphone to his lips for a few seconds, as the crowd begins to quieten down, waiting for the man himself to speak.
William Vorheez: “Las Vegas…. sVo…. It’s been a long time.”
There is a big cheer from the crowd, but Vorheez is unmoved.
William Vorheez: “But no matter how long it has been, I am here tonight because I have been made aware of an imposter. A false prophet claiming to sit on the throne of the sVo. Ladies and gentlemen, there is still only one rightful sVo Champion. That sVo Champion has been reigning for 2,820 days, that sVo Champion is the longest reigning sVo Champion in history…. That sVo Champion is me!”
Vorheez unstraps the old sVo Championship from around his waist and holds it up into the air, as Against All Odds finally heads off of the air with the crowd in shock!
What does the reappearance of William Vorheez mean for the sVo and current sVo Champion Anthony Moretti, who already has more than enough on his plate?
