A Question of Fate
The cameras head backstage to the office of Jon Page, where the sVo Owner is standing by with pretty red haired interview Katie Smith, who as always has a microphone in hand. Page is sitting behind his desk, dressed in a dark suit, but on the desk sits something that the sVo fans have not seen before, a brand new Championship belt! The belt, which has red and black diamonds in the front of it in the shape of a roulette wheel, glistens under the lights in the bosses office.
Katie Smith: “Mr Page, you wanted to start the show off tonight with an announcement?”
Page sweeps his hand over the belt, showing it off to the camera.
Jon Page: “That’s right Katie, I wanted to take the chance to introduce the fans of the sVo to this new prize that will be up for grabs for the sVo roster to compete for – the brand new sVo Roulette Championship!”
Smith nods her head, looking impressed at the belt as Page picks it up and shows it off to the camera.
Jon Page: “You see this will be a belt that will make some big names for the future of the sVo, I am sure of it. Not only will the holder of this championship belt have to defend it regularly, but they will also have the stipulation of their defense decided by the spin of a roulette wheel!”
Page puts the heavy belt back down on the desk, facing the camera.
Jon Page: “Now competition is sure to be hot for this belt, which is why tonight an eight-person tournament will begin with the first half of the first round, with the finals being held at the Seasons Beatings PPV on the 26th December where the inaugural champion will be crowned! To all the competitors I wish you the best of luck and for the odds to be in your favor!”
The camera zooms in on the new Roulette Championship belt, before fading out.

The Uprising of Opportunity
We head backstage where sVo interviewer and correspondent Katie Smith in standing in front of the Uprising backdrop.
Katie Smith: “We all know that Uprising is the place to be and where you can catch the newest crop of up and coming stars. And my guest is here, just like last week, catching a glimpse of the future… He is the sVo Champion, “The Hollywood Rockstar” Cody Williams.
The crowd erupts as the shot zooms out revealing Cody Williams, wearing a navy suit with a maroon tie and white pocket square and his signature designer sunglasses.
Katie Smith: “Cody, welcome back to Uprising.”
Cody Williams: “The pleasure is all mine.”
Katie Smith: “Last week, you defended your championship against Kyle McRae and afterwards, Johnny All Starr came out demanding a rematch. What are your thoughts on Jon Page allowing him the chance to pick a secondary stipulation for your upcoming title defense at Season’s Beatings?”
Cody chuckles.
Cody Williams: “I will address that in due time. But what I’m doing on Showdown and my title defense against All Starr isn’t important right now. That’s not why I’m here. This is Uprising, the proving ground, the show where the up and comers showcase their talent for an opportunity…”
Katie Smith: “Then I beg to ask the question, what brings you here to Uprising?”
Cody Williams: “I’m here for the same reason I was here last week. I wanted to see the future of the sVo. Since I came back I’ve been throwing around the word opportunity. And last Uprising I said that I was going to give people that normally wouldn’t get their chance to shine, the opportunity to do so. And after seeing the drive, the hunger, the passion of the wrestlers here last week…”
He removes his sunglasses and hangs them on his breast pocket.
Cody Williams: “I am here to announce that I will defend my sVo Championship against the winner of tonight’s main event at the next Uprising!”
The crowd cheers at the announcement.
Katie Smith: “What happens if the person who answers your Showdown open challenge defeats you for the championship?”
Cody smirks.
Cody Williams: “There’s no ‘if’… I will see you, the winner of tonight’s main event, and all of you…. At the next Uprising!”
“The Hollywood Rockstar” turns to the camera and winks, puts his sunglasses back on, and exits from camera view.
Katie Smith: “You heard it here first… Cody Williams will defend the sVo Championship against tonight’s main event winner on Uprising in two week’s time! Now, let’s get back to the action!”

Amy Page smirks and shrugs her shoulders.
Amy Page: “Wow what terrible luck! What you gonna do eh?”
The sVo Owner shakes his head in disappointment, as Amy Page puts a hand on his shoulder.
Amy Page: “Don’t worry brother, I will get an opponent sorted to make sure the show can go on… No doubt you need to head to the hospital with old CJ here?”
