sVo Showdown 236
📺 Live on the Sanctioned Violence Network
📍 Goodfellas Casino Arena, Las Vegas, Nevada
📆 10th August 2025

[OPENING VIDEO PACKAGE]
We fade in on a breathtaking aerial shot of the Las Vegas Strip at night — neon lights flashing, fountains dancing, and the electric buzz of Sin City in the air. The camera sweeps past iconic landmarks before zooming in on the glowing facade of the Goodfellas Casino Arena.

Voiceover (dramatic, cinematic tone):
“In the city where fortunes are won and lost in the blink of an eye… the stakes have never been higher.”

We cut to a fast-paced highlight reel — grainy clips of sVo legends from the past: Mike Best landing a knockout kick, Night hoisting the sVo Championship, Psyko Stevo diving from the top rope, Roscoe Shame delivering a bone-rattling spinebuster, Johnny All Star standing tall with the fans roaring, Jay Wildman’s intense stare, Cody Williams’ high-flying offense, and Nathan Paradine locking in a brutal submission.

The footage transitions into the present day stars — Anthony Moretti smirking with the Roulette Championship, Carlos Vasquez pointing to the camera after a win, Danny Domino snarling mid-promo, Alex Sterling delivering a crisp superkick, and Victor Holland flexing after a hard-fought victory.

Voiceover:
“The road to Roll the Dice 2025 has begun… and in Las Vegas, you never know what hand you’ll be dealt.”

[LIVE SHOT – GOODFELLAS CASINO ARENA]
The cameras cut to a sold-out crowd, signs waving and fans chanting. The lights sweep across the sea of faces before focusing on the commentary table where JULIAN FIASCO and JEREMIAH SLOAN are standing by.

Julian Fiasco:
“Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the heart of the action, welcome to the gamble of a lifetime — welcome to sVo Showdown 236! We are live from the legendary Goodfellas Casino Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, and broadcasting around the world on the Sanctioned Violence Network!”

Jeremiah Sloan:
“And Julian, we are on the fast track to sVo Roll the Dice 2025 on August 31st — every match, every rivalry from tonight onward could shape the championship picture and the high-stakes showdowns we’ll see at that pay-per-view!”

Julian Fiasco:
“You’re absolutely right, Jeremiah. Tonight’s card is already stacked — we’ve got Money Malone looking to cash in with a win over Michael Sexton… we’ve got ‘The Bully’ Danny Domino taking on CJ Dreamer in what promises to be a heated clash… and Frankie Malone going head-to-head with Lucas Sexton!”

Jeremiah Sloan:
“And let’s not forget, more matches could be added before the night is over! In sVo, you always keep your eyes open — you never know who’s going to show up, who’s going to make a statement, or who’s going to change the game.”

Julian Fiasco:
“Folks, the atmosphere here is electric, the players are ready, the stakes are high — and the gamble starts now!”

The camera zooms into the roaring crowd as the sVo Showdown opening pyro explodes over the entranceway, officially kicking off the show.

Ringside

[FADE IN – ARENA]
The lights in the Goodfellas Casino Arena dim to a deep crimson. The opening riff of “For the Love of Money” by The O’Jays hits the PA. A spotlight sweeps the crowd as boos fill the air. Slowly, through the curtain, the three members of BLOOD MONEY emerge — ‘The Problem Solver’ JOE BARONE leading the way in a tailored black suit, JUNIOR GAMBINO and NICKY COLUMBO flanking him in their own slick attire. The trio walks with deliberate menace, the sVo Tag Team Championship belts notably absent from their shoulders.

[CAMERA – WIDE SHOT]
Barone pauses at the top of the ramp, glaring down at the ring as if surveying his territory. The trio then makes their way down the aisle, ignoring the jeers of fans. A ringside camera catches a fan holding a sign reading “BLOOD MONEY = BROKE MONEY,” which Gambino snatches and rips in half before smirking at the lens.

[IN-RING – CENTER]
Barone steps through the ropes first, motioning for a mic. Gambino and Columbo stand behind him, slightly off to each side like bodyguards awaiting orders. The music fades, replaced by the steady hum of the crowd.

JOE BARONE
(deep, measured tone)
Last week… I gave orders.
And when I give orders in Blood Money… they’re not suggestions. They’re not requests. They’re law.

(pauses, turning to glance at Gambino and Columbo)
But what happens when soldiers… fail?

[CAMERA – CLOSE UP ON BARONE]
Barone’s brow furrows, his voice low but dangerous.

JOE BARONE
In my world… failure has consequences. You don’t just walk away. You don’t shrug it off. You pay… in blood, in sweat, in pain.

(turns to face the hard camera)
Last week, Nicky… Junior… you dropped the ball. You embarrassed me. You embarrassed us. And I don’t tolerate embarrassment. Not in my crew. Not in my ring.

[CAMERA – SPLIT SCREEN]
On one side, Barone’s intense face; on the other, Gambino and Columbo looking uneasy, but still trying to stand tall.

JOE BARONE
So tonight… you’re gonna make it right.
Because tonight… you two are gonna step in this ring… against Jake Blackwood… and Dylan MacLeod.

(points to each of them in turn)
You’re gonna take ‘em apart. Limb by limb. Bone by bone. And you’re gonna make sure the whole world knows that Blood Money don’t choke twice.

(leans in toward Gambino and Columbo)
You win tonight… or else.

[CAMERA – CLOSE UP ON GAMBINO & COLUMBO]
The two exchange a tense look — a mix of determination and the awareness that failure tonight could mean more than just losing a match.

[BARONE – FINAL LINE]
(turns back to hard camera, voice cold)
Because in Las Vegas… the house always wins. And I am the house.

[BARONE THROWS THE MIC DOWN]
The sound echoes through the arena as “For the Love of Money” hits again. Barone exits first, his soldiers following behind, both men visibly hyped but with the weight of their boss’s warning hanging heavy. The crowd buzzes with anticipation for the upcoming match.

Backstage

[FADE IN – BACKSTAGE]
The shot opens on the plush, neon-lit backdrop of the sVo interview area, designed to echo the glitz of the Las Vegas Strip. Standing in the center is KATIE SMITH, dressed in a sharp black dress, microphone in hand. Beside her is ALEX STERLING — ‘The LA Luminary’ — wearing a tailored gold blazer over a designer T-shirt, sunglasses perched on his nose despite being indoors. The sVo Las Vegas Championship rests on his shoulder, gleaming under the lights.

KATIE SMITH
Ladies and gentlemen, joining me now is the reigning sVo Las Vegas Champion… ‘The LA Luminary’ Alex Sterling.
Alex, at ‘Roll the Dice,’ you’ll be defending your title against ‘The High Stakes Hero’ Jason Martel — a man who’s been on quite a winning streak lately. The question everyone’s asking is — are you taking him seriously?

[CAMERA – CLOSE UP ON STERLING]
Sterling slowly pulls down his sunglasses, peering at Katie over the frames before breaking into a knowing smirk.

ALEX STERLING
Katie… did you ever see Sunset Boulevard?
There’s a line in that movie — “You’re trying to write the big comeback story… but the problem is, the star was never that big to begin with.”

(Sterling chuckles to himself, adjusting the championship on his shoulder.)

ALEX STERLING
Jason Martel… he’s got the hometown crowd, the underdog momentum, the whole “High Stakes” thing going for him. Cute, right? But let’s call it what it is — a flash in the pan. A quick pop from the audience before reality sets in.

[CAMERA – MEDIUM SHOT, BOTH IN FRAME]
Katie tries to interject, but Sterling keeps going, his voice dripping with smug confidence.

ALEX STERLING
You see, Katie, the pressure of performing in your hometown… in front of friends, family, people who’ve known you since you were begging for autographs? That’s not a boost — that’s a weight around your neck. And at ‘Roll the Dice,’ that weight is going to drag Jason Martel straight down to the mat.

(leans closer to the camera, tapping the title belt)
And me? I’ve been under the spotlight my whole life. Los Angeles. Hollywood. Every camera. Every red carpet. Pressure doesn’t break me — it makes me.

[CAMERA – CLOSE UP ON STERLING’S SMIRK]

ALEX STERLING
So here’s your headline for after the show: “Sterling Shines Bright in Las Vegas — Martel’s Star Burns Out.”
I guarantee… I will walk out of ‘Roll the Dice’ still your sVo Las Vegas Champion.

(slides his sunglasses back up, turning to leave frame without acknowledging Katie again)

[CAMERA – HOLDS ON KATIE]
Katie glances at the camera, half-shaking her head as the crowd in the arena reacts audibly to Sterling’s arrogance over the feed.

[FADE OUT]

Ringside

[FADE IN – ARENA]
The Goodfellas Casino Arena is buzzing with anticipation. The ring is set up with a sleek table and two chairs. The sVo COO, AMY PAGE, stands center ring with a microphone, dressed sharply in business attire. To her left stand the reigning International Tag Team Champions, THE SIN CITY SCOUNDRELS — MICHAEL and LUCAS SEXTON — in matching leather jackets, sneering with arrogance. To her right are the challengers, THE MALONES — FRANKIE and MONEY MALONE — rugged, imposing, and stoic, dressed in workmanlike gear.

AMY PAGE
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the official contract signing for the International Tag Team Championship match at Roll the Dice.
Representing the champions, The Sin City Scoundrels — Michael and Lucas Sexton.
And their challengers, The Malones — Frankie and Money Malone.

(turns to the two teams)
Gentlemen, the contract is right here on the table. Once signed, this match is official. No turning back.

[CAMERA – WIDE SHOT]
Michael Sexton smirks, stepping forward and grabbing a mic.

MICHAEL SEXTON
You know, Frankie… Money… I gotta say, it’s cute you still think you’re relevant.

(Lucas laughs, crossing his arms)

LUCAS SEXTON
Yeah. You two are like your own damn antique shop — all show, no real value. How many kids do you gotta feed to keep this “family man” act going? Bet your grandkids are worried about you going over at Roll the Dice.

[CAMERA – CLOSE ON THE MALONES]
Frankie Malone’s jaw tightens but he remains silent, nodding to Money Malone, who steps forward calmly.

MONEY MALONE
We don’t waste breath on nonsense.

FRANKIE MALONE
You wanna talk family? We fight for ours — on every single night.

[CAMERA – MEDIUM SHOT]
Amy Page gestures toward the table, keeping control.

AMY PAGE
Enough talk. Time to make this official.

(The camera follows as Michael Sexton grabs a pen and theatrically signs the contract, smirking at the Malones.)

MICHAEL SEXTON
You see, this contract’s like your career — signed, sealed, delivered to the dustbin.

[CAMERA – CLOSE ON THE MALONES]
Frankie calmly picks up the pen and signs without hesitation. Money follows suit.

FRANKIE MALONE
We let the ring do the talking. No cheap shots here.

MONEY MALONE
You’ll see soon enough — at Roll the Dice, the Malones take those belts home.

[CAMERA – WIDE SHOT]
Amy Page folds the contract and holds it up.

AMY PAGE
There it is. Official.
The International Tag Team Championship will be on the line at Roll the Dice.

(turns to the teams)
Gentlemen, any final words?

MICHAEL SEXTON
Just this — bring your A-game… or get sent back to the sidelines.

FRANKIE MALONE
We’re ready. You’ll regret underestimating us.

(The two teams stare each other down for a tense beat as the crowd roars.)

AMY PAGE
That’s a wrap. Good luck to both teams.

Backstage

[FADE IN – BACKSTAGE ENTRANCE]
The camera shakes slightly, capturing the busy backstage area outside the Goodfellas Casino Arena. CARLOS VASQUEZ — ‘The Miami Maverick’ — strides confidently toward the door, dressed in a sharp white suit with gold accents, Cuban cigar clenched between his teeth (unlit). He exudes swagger, eyes scanning the area with a dangerous intensity.

[CAMERA – CLOSE ON VASQUEZ’S FACE]
He stops abruptly as TWO sVo SECURITY GUARDS step in front of the entrance, arms crossed, blocking his path.

SECURITY GUARD #1
(firm, professional)
Hold it right there, Carlos. You’re not coming in tonight.

CARLOS VASQUEZ
(leans in, voice gravelly, thick Cuban accent)
What? You crazy, man? I’m here to do business. I gotta get in.

SECURITY GUARD #2
COO Amy Page made it clear — with Danny Domino competing tonight, you’re banned. No exceptions.

[CAMERA – MEDIUM SHOT, TENSION BUILDS]
Vasquez’s eyes flash with fury. He clenches his fists, breathing heavily for a moment, then pulls the cigar out and flicks it away.

CARLOS VASQUEZ
(snarling)
You listen, hombre… Danny Domino, he think he bully? He think he run the place?

(pauses, voice dropping to a low growl)

CARLOS VASQUEZ
Tell that bully this from me — there’s nowhere to run at the PPV.

SECURITY GUARD #1
(nods, unflinching)
Message received. Now step back.

[CAMERA – CLOSE ON VASQUEZ]
Vasquez glares at the door for a moment longer, then slowly steps back, folding his arms defiantly. The camera lingers on his face — a mix of frustration and deadly promise.

[FADE IN – AMY PAGE’S OFFICE]
The office is sleek and modern, decorated with sVo memorabilia and Las Vegas skyline photos. AMY PAGE sits behind her desk, reviewing notes on a tablet. ‘Razor’ RICK REID and ‘The O-Town Outlaw’ SCOTT WASHINGTON stand opposite her, looking confident but attentive.

AMY PAGE
Gentlemen, I’ve been watching you both. Last week… impressive singles matches.

(pauses, leaning forward)

But singles wrestling isn’t enough anymore. If you want to make an impact in this company, I need to see dominance.

[CAMERA – CLOSE UP ON RICK AND SCOTT]
Rick nods, Scott crosses his arms, listening intently.

AMY PAGE
That’s why tonight, you’re stepping into a six-man tag match. You’ll be teaming with Alex Sterling against The Southern Boys and Victor Holland.

(smiles slightly)

Consider this a preview… a glimpse of the new era of champions in the sVo.

RICK REID
(grinning)
Sounds like a hell of a statement to make. We’re ready to bring the pain.

SCOTT WASHINGTON
No doubt. Teamwork’s the key — we’ve got Alex, and together we’ll take down anyone who stands in our way.

AMY PAGE
Good. Because the future of sVo isn’t just about one star… it’s about a new faction, a new power structure. And I want you two to be the cornerstone.

(she stands, signaling the meeting’s end)

Get ready. The spotlight’s on you tonight. Make it count.

[CAMERA – WIDE SHOT AS THEY EXIT]
Rick and Scott exchange determined looks, nodding as they leave Amy’s office. The camera lingers on Amy’s thoughtful face before fading out.

[FADE IN – BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW AREA]
JASON MARTEL stands relaxed but focused, wearing his ring gear with the Las Vegas skyline subtly printed on his jacket. The sVo interviewer, KATIE SMITH, holds the mic with a warm smile.

KATIE SMITH
Jason, earlier tonight Alex Sterling called you a “flash in the pan,” said the pressure of performing in your hometown would be too much. How do you respond?

[CAMERA – CLOSE UP ON JASON MARTEL]
Jason takes a deep breath, eyes steady, voice calm but passionate.

JASON MARTEL
You know, Katie… I get it. People see this city, the bright lights, the crowds… and they think it’s just pressure.

(smiles softly)

But for me? It’s not pressure. It’s motivation.

This city — Las Vegas — it’s more than just home. It’s family. It’s every single person who’s ever believed in me, who’s ever stood behind me when nobody else would.

(leans forward slightly, voice firm)

To have the chance to win this title… in front of my friends, my family, my people… that’s not a weight. That’s a fire.

[CAMERA – MEDIUM SHOT]
Katie nods, visibly moved by his sincerity.

JASON MARTEL
So let Alex keep talking. Let him laugh, let him underestimate me. Because on Roll the Dice? I’m bringing that Las Vegas Championship home where it belongs.

(raises his fist with quiet determination)

This city made me. And I’m gonna make history here.

[CAMERA – CLOSE UP ON JASON’S FACE]
Jason’s eyes glint with steely resolve as the camera holds for a beat.

Backstage

[FADE IN – BACKSTAGE MONITOR ROOM]
KENNETH D WILLIAMS stands alone in a dimly lit room, eyes locked on a monitor showing DANNY DOMINO’s match in progress. Domino’s brutal tactics play out on screen — vicious strikes, cheap shots, relentless aggression.

[CAMERA – CLOSE UP ON WILLIAMS]
Williams shakes his head slowly, lips pressed tight in disapproval.

KENNETH D WILLIAMS
(muttering to himself)
There’s a line, Danny… you crossed it.

[FOOTSTEPS APPROACH – CAMERA PANS]
JOE BARONE steps up behind Williams, voice low and confident.

JOE BARONE
He gets results. Something you’ll learn about soon enough.

[CAMERA – QUICK SHOT ON WILLIAMS AS HE TURNS]
Williams whirls to face Barone, eyes sharp, ready to respond — but Barone is already walking away, his back turned, leaving a charged silence.

[CAMERA – HOLDS ON WILLIAMS’ FACE]
Williams clenches his jaw, the weight of Barone’s words sinking in.

Ringside

[FADE IN – IN-RING]
The crowd cheers as THE SOUTHERN BOYS — DAVE MILLER and DAN WILLIAMS — stand side-by-side with VICTOR HOLLAND in the center of the ring. Each man looks focused and ready. Dan holds a mic and begins.

DAN WILLIAMS
Tonight, we step into this ring against some tough opponents — Alex Sterling and The Enforcers.

DAVE MILLER
(grinning)
We know Sterling likes to talk. Likes to play the Hollywood star, all flash and no substance. But this ain’t a movie. This is sVo. And we don’t fake anything here.

[CAMERA – CLOSE UP ON VICTOR HOLLAND]
Victor takes the mic, his tone serious but respectful.

VICTOR HOLLAND
I respect champions who fight with honor. Real warriors who give their all for the belt and the fans. That’s not Alex Sterling.

(pauses, eyes locking on the camera)

Sterling’s all smoke and mirrors. Tonight, we show him what fighting with heart really looks like.

[CAMERA – WIDE SHOT ON SOUTHERN BOYS]
Dave steps forward, voice rising with intensity.

DAVE MILLER
We’re ready for a fight. We’ve been waiting for a chance to prove we belong at the top of this division.

DAN WILLIAMS
And tonight… tonight we’re gonna give Sterling and The Enforcers a preview.

DAVE MILLER
A preview of the beating that’s waiting for them at Roll the Dice.

[CROWD CHEERS LOUDLY]

VICTOR HOLLAND
Bring everything you’ve got. We’ll be ready.

[CAMERA – HOLDS ON THE TRIO AS THEY RAISE THEIR FISTS TO THE CROWD]

[FADE OUT]

Backstage

[FADE IN – BACKSTAGE HALLWAY]
The narrow, dimly lit corridor hums with the distant roar of the crowd. ALEX STERLING paces back and forth, visibly agitated, barking orders to ‘RAZOR’ RICK REID and ‘THE O-TOWN OUTLAW’ SCOTT WASHINGTON, who stand silently in front of him, arms crossed.

ALEX STERLING
(snapping)
Listen up! Tonight, I call the shots. You follow my plan — no improvising, no messing around. We hit hard, we hit fast, and we win. Got it?

[CAMERA – CLOSE ON SCOTT WASHINGTON]
Scott’s eyes narrow. He steps forward suddenly, grabbing Sterling by the collar and yanking him roughly against the wall. Sterling’s breath catches.

SCOTT WASHINGTON
(low, intense)
You’re forgetting something, Hollywood.

(leans in, voice sharp)

We work for Amy Page, not you.

[CAMERA – STERLING’S FACE]
Sterling’s confident smirk fades, replaced by a flicker of doubt and unease.

SCOTT WASHINGTON
Tonight… you follow our lead in that ring. You trust us to get the job done.

(grips Sterling tighter)

Because if you don’t… this whole thing falls apart.

[CAMERA – WIDE SHOT]
Rick steps closer, arms still crossed, nodding in agreement. Sterling swallows hard, the arrogance draining from his posture.

ALEX STERLING
(reluctantly, voice quiet)
Fine. I follow your lead.

SCOTT WASHINGTON
(releases him, voice firm)
Good. Now let’s go win this.

[CAMERA – STERLING STRAIGHTENS, TRIES TO REGAIN COMPOSURE]

Sterling adjusts his jacket, trying to mask his shaken confidence as the three men head toward the locker rooms.

[CAMERA – RINGSIDE]
In the corner of the ring, THE ENFORCERS — ‘RAZOR’ RICK REID and ‘THE O-TOWN OUTLAW’ SCOTT WASHINGTON — stand seething with rage. They turn their fury toward ALEX STERLING, who is still inside the ring, catching his breath.

RICK REID
(shouting)
You screwed us, Sterling!

SCOTT WASHINGTON
(advancing on Sterling)
You cost us the match!
