sVo Showdown 200
Live on the HOTv Network
Goodfellas Casino Arena, Las Vegas, Nevada
6th October 2024

The lights inside the Goodfellas Casino Arena are blinding, and the energy from the packed crowd is palpable as sVo Showdown celebrates its 200th episode! The camera pans over the electric audience, signs waving, chants echoing, and the excitement at an all-time high. Pyro explodes from the stage, kicking off this monumental night!

Julian Fiasco (commentator):
Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to a very special edition of sVo Showdown—the 200th episode of this legendary show, coming to you LIVE from the heart of Las Vegas at the Goodfellas Casino Arena!

Jeremiah Sloan (commentator):
Two hundred episodes, Julian! Two hundred incredible nights of action, drama, and unforgettable moments—and tonight, it just gets bigger with the continuation of the Victory Cup as the road to Global Takeover and Ultimate Victory heats up!

Julian Fiasco:
That’s right, Jeremiah! With both Global Takeover and Ultimate Victory looming large, the stakes have never been higher for every single competitor in this tournament. And tonight, we’ve got four massive Victory Cup matches that could change the landscape of sVo forever!

Jeremiah Sloan:
Let’s break it down for everyone watching at home, because tonight’s card is stacked!

Julian Fiasco:
In our first Victory Cup 3rd Round matchup, we’ve got the dangerous and unpredictable Victor Holland going one-on-one with the reigning Roulette Champion, ‘The Bully’ Danny Domino. Will Domino’s ruthless tactics carry him through, or will Holland’s raw aggression prove too much?

Jeremiah Sloan:
Then it’s the clash of styles as the Miami Maverick, Carlos Vasquez, who’s been on a tear in this tournament, faces off against the Hollywood-obsessed superstar Alex Sterling! Will Sterling’s big talk and flashy moves be enough to stop Vasquez’s rise?

Julian Fiasco:
And how about this blockbuster, Jeremiah? The sVo legend, the Japanese icon Night, goes head-to-head with Johnny Dorn in what could be a show-stealer. Dorn’s been chasing glory his entire career, but can he hang with the living legend?

Jeremiah Sloan:
Plus, perhaps the most anticipated clash of the night—Kenneth D Williams takes on the dark and unstoppable force that is Nightmare. The winner punches their ticket to the next round of the Victory Cup, but Williams will need every bit of his heart to survive against the monster.

Julian Fiasco:
And if that wasn’t enough, in our main event, it’s a match steeped in bad blood! The Legends Club—led by Curtis Knight, will see Buzz Marshall, and Drew Hendrix—will take on the unlikely alliance of sVo Champion Johnny All Star and his former tag team partner, Gunner Lang. With the shadow of Horizon’s return and the looming Global Takeover Organised Chaos match, there’s no telling what might go down in that ring tonight!

Jeremiah Sloan:
The Legends Club will be looking to send a message to Johnny All Star after weeks of confrontation, but can All Star and Lang even work together with all their history? It’s a powder keg waiting to explode!

Julian Fiasco:
It’s going to be an unforgettable night of action as we celebrate two hundred episodes of Showdown! Buckle up, because sVo is ready to make history yet again! Let’s get this show started!

The camera zooms in on the roaring crowd one last time as the stage is set for a night filled with high stakes, bitter rivalries, and shocking twists. The action is about to begin!

Organised Chaos Pt.1

The camera cuts to the locker room of the Legends Club. The scene is filled with intensity and purpose as Curtis Knight, the leader of the group, is standing in front of Athena, Drew Hendrix, and Buzz Marshall. The group is all gathered around, clearly discussing strategy for the upcoming main event tag match against Johnny All Star and Gunner Lang.

Curtis Knight (stern and focused):
Tonight’s not just about winning, guys. This is about sending a message.

He points to Buzz Marshall and Drew Hendrix, who nod in agreement, knowing what’s at stake.

Curtis Knight (continuing):
Johnny All Star and Gunner Lang are trying to run with their little crew, thinking they can stand toe-to-toe with us. But they don’t know the first thing about dominance. Tonight, you two need to make sure they don’t just lose—you make sure they’re taken out of contention. Period.

Athena (stepping forward, looking fierce):
Curtis is right. We’ve got a big match ahead at Global Takeover—Organised Chaos. If Johnny and Gunner think they can get in our way, they need to be put down now. No mercy.

Buzz Marshall and Drew Hendrix exchange confident looks, nodding in agreement with the plan.

Drew Hendrix (grinning):
You don’t have to tell us twice, boss. All Star and Lang are going to learn tonight that the Legends Club runs this show. We’ll take them apart piece by piece and send a message straight to Global Takeover.

Buzz Marshall (cracking his knuckles):
We make sure they’re not just beaten. We make sure they know their place, and that’s under our boot. This isn’t just a match. This is a statement.

Curtis Knight gives a satisfied nod, pacing back and forth as he addresses the group one last time.

Curtis Knight:
We’re not just fighting for the sake of fighting tonight. We’re fighting to ensure that Horizon doesn’t become a problem at Global Takeover. If All Star and Lang are out, it’s just us and the Legends Club standing tall at the end of this thing. And come Ultimate Victory, I’m taking that sVo Championship from All Star and making it mine. Tonight’s just the first step.

Athena (smirking):
We’ve got this, Curtis. We’ve taken out bigger threats before. Tonight’s no different. We’ll show them why we’re the most dominant force in the business.

Curtis Knight looks around at his group, locking eyes with each of them in turn. His tone is final and determined as he steps closer to Buzz Marshall and Drew Hendrix, both ready for action.

Curtis Knight (with authority):
You make sure All Star and Lang leave that ring battered and broken. This is the Legends Club’s house. And they need to remember that.

With a collective nod from the group, Curtis Knight turns and heads toward the door, ready to lead his team into battle. Athena, Buzz Marshall, and Drew Hendrix follow closely behind, their confidence and aggression palpable as they prepare for the main event tag match later tonight.

The camera fades to black as the Legends Club walks down the hall, ready to make their mark.

Hello to the New Boss

Backstage in the bustling corridors of the Goodfellas Casino Arena, the camera focuses on the ever-professional Katie Smith, microphone in hand, standing next to the confident and larger-than-life persona of the Miami Maverick, Carlos Vasquez. Dressed in a sharp, white suit and flashing his trademark smirk, Vasquez exudes swagger, his Scarface-like bravado practically oozing through the screen.

Katie Smith:
Ladies and gentlemen, I’m here with one of the competitors in tonight’s Victory Cup 3rd round—Carlos Vasquez, the Miami Maverick, who’s set to go one-on-one with Alex Sterling in just a few moments! Carlos, you’ve been on a hot streak so far in this tournament. How are you feeling about your chances tonight against Sterling and your goal of winning the Victory Cup?

Vasquez takes a slow, deliberate pause before answering, a devilish grin spreading across his face. He adjusts his suit jacket and slicks his hair back with an air of cocky confidence.

Carlos Vasquez:
Katie, chica, let me tell you something. Alex Sterling? He’s just another Hollywood wannabe. A man who thinks he’s some kind of star because he can quote movies, huh?

Vasquez chuckles, shaking his head.

Carlos Vasquez:
But here’s the thing, Katie—this ain’t the movies. This is real life. And in real life, I’m the star. I’m the one who runs this show, and tonight, I’m gonna show Alex Sterling that in the ring, the only script is the one I write, and it’s written in blood.

Katie looks a little uneasy at the intensity of Vasquez’s words but pushes on.

Katie Smith:
You’ve made it clear that you’re determined to win the Victory Cup. What does it mean to you to get that ultimate prize and possibly a shot at the sVo Championship?

Vasquez’s smirk fades as his expression turns more serious, eyes narrowing as he leans into the microphone.

Carlos Vasquez:
The Victory Cup? It’s more than just a trophy to me, chica. It’s the ticket to taking everything I want. It’s the key to this entire city bowing down to the Miami Maverick. I came here to Las Vegas to take over, to put my name on everything, and that sVo Championship?

He points toward the camera, intensity building in his voice.

Carlos Vasquez:
That’s the crown jewel, baby. And once I win the Victory Cup, I’m gonna walk up to Johnny All Star, Curtis Knight, whoever holds that title, and I’m gonna say, ‘Say hello to the new boss.’ Because that belt? It belongs to me. It just doesn’t know it yet.

Katie nods, feeling the intensity of Vasquez’s words.

Katie Smith:
Carlos, you’ve shown you’re more than capable, but Alex Sterling is a tricky opponent. He’s managed to pull off some big wins of his own. Are you at all concerned about his ability to surprise you in the ring?

Vasquez lets out a mocking laugh, adjusting his sunglasses before pulling them off, revealing cold, calculating eyes.

Carlos Vasquez:
Katie, mi amor, the only surprise tonight will be when Sterling realizes he’s in way over his head. You see, I don’t just beat my opponents—I break them. I make sure they never forget the day they crossed paths with the Miami Maverick.

He points to himself, swagger oozing from every word.

Carlos Vasquez:
Sterling? He’ll go back to quoting his little movies, but after tonight, the only line he’ll be quoting is, ‘I should’ve never messed with Carlos Vasquez.’

With that, Vasquez turns his back to Katie, smirking as he walks away, ready for his match.

Katie Smith:
Well, there you have it, folks—the Miami Maverick, Carlos Vasquez, ready to take on Alex Sterling in what promises to be an intense Victory Cup matchup. Will his confidence pay off, or will Sterling pull off the upset? We’ll find out next!

The camera fades out as the scene transitions to the arena, where the crowd is buzzing for the upcoming match.

Taking on a Hero

The camera cuts backstage at the Goodfellas Casino Arena, where Katie Smith stands in front of the Las Vegas Champion Johnny Dorn. Dorn, wearing his championship belt around his waist, looks calm but focused as he prepares for his upcoming match. His posture is respectful but resolute, showing a mix of admiration and determination as he speaks about facing the legendary Night in the Victory Cup.

Katie Smith:
Johnny, you’ve made it clear how much this Victory Cup means to you, but tonight, you face one of the most legendary figures in professional wrestling history—Night. How does it feel to be in a position where you’re facing a man who’s been an inspiration to so many, including yourself?

Dorn looks down at his championship belt for a moment before looking back up at Katie, a look of respect in his eyes.

Johnny Dorn:
Katie, Night has been one of my heroes ever since I started wrestling. The man has done it all. He’s a legend, an icon, someone who paved the way for people like me. I’ve always admired his style, his presence, and everything he’s accomplished in this business. But tonight… tonight, it’s not about admiration.

Johnny’s voice sharpens, his eyes steely as he speaks with conviction.

Johnny Dorn:
Tonight, it’s about proving myself. I may look up to Night, but I’ve worked my ass off to get to where I am today. And I’ll be damned if I let my respect for him stand in the way of me achieving my goals. The Las Vegas Championship means everything to me, Katie, and I’ve fought hard to earn it. Tonight, I’m going to show the world that I can go toe-to-toe with the best, including Night.

Katie nods, sensing the intensity in Dorn’s voice.

Katie Smith:
You’re about to face a man who’s been to the top of the wrestling world. But with that said, you’ve proven you’re no slouch in your own right. What do you think you need to do to ensure that you advance to the next round in the Victory Cup and continue your journey?

Dorn takes a deep breath, collecting his thoughts before answering, his voice steady but with an edge of determination.

Johnny Dorn:
I need to stay focused. I can’t let the moment, or the fact that I’m facing a legend, get to me. I’ve been in this business long enough to know that it’s not just about respect—it’s about winning. I’ve trained harder than ever for this match, and I know that if I can keep my head in the game, if I can keep my focus sharp, then I have what it takes to beat Night. It’s all about executing my game plan and pushing myself beyond anything I’ve done before.

Katie gives a small nod, clearly impressed by Dorn’s attitude.

Katie Smith:
You’ve talked a lot about how much this tournament means to you, and how much respect you have for Night. But ultimately, what would a win tonight, and potentially a victory in the Victory Cup, mean for you personally and your career?

Johnny looks down at his Las Vegas Championship belt again, before speaking with a quiet intensity.

Johnny Dorn:
Winning the Victory Cup? That would solidify everything I’ve worked for in my career. It’s not just about the title or the recognition. It’s about proving to myself—and to everyone out there—that I can hang with the best of the best, that I’m more than just a guy who holds a championship. I want to be remembered for more than just being the Las Vegas Champion. I want to be remembered as one of the greatest.

Katie smiles, sensing the weight of Dorn’s words.

Katie Smith:
Johnny, you’ve clearly put a lot of thought into this, and you’ve got the heart and drive to back it up. We’ll be watching closely as you step into the ring with Night tonight. Best of luck in your match!

Dorn gives a small nod, a look of determination on his face as he walks off down the hallway, ready for the match ahead.

Katie Smith:
There you have it—Johnny Dorn, a man on a mission, ready to face his idol, Night, in the Victory Cup third round. Will respect be enough to carry him through, or will the legend of Night prove too much? We’ll find out shortly, as the action continues!

The camera fades out as the scene transitions back to the arena, the fans buzzing with anticipation.

Still Together

The camera cuts to the locker room of Generation Joint, where Kenneth D Williams, Jay Adder, and Jacob Izaz are gathered. The atmosphere is tense but supportive, as the trio mentally prepares for the upcoming matches. Williams is lacing up his boots, his focus sharp, while Izaz and Adder talk amongst themselves in low tones. After a moment, Izaz, looking serious but resolute, turns to Williams.

Jacob Izaz:
Kenneth, I just want to say—good luck tonight. Nightmare is no joke, and you know that. But I know you’ve got what it takes to handle him. After everything we’ve been through, I’m confident you’re going to come out on top.

Williams looks up from his boots, nodding appreciatively at his friend and team mate. There’s a mixture of respect and determination in his expression.

Kenneth D Williams:
Thanks, Izaz. I know it hasn’t been easy between us since the last round, but that doesn’t change the fact that you’re still my brother in this group. Nightmare is a tough one, no doubt about it, but I’ve got a point to prove. I need this win if I want to keep pushing forward in this tournament.

Jay Adder, who’s been quietly observing, walks over and slaps both men on the shoulder, offering a reassuring smile.

Jay Adder:
It’s all about focus. Tonight, we keep our heads in the game. Nightmare’s dangerous, no doubt, but Kenneth, you’ve trained for moments like this. And Izaz, you’ve been a hell of a partner through all of it. We’ve got a chance to dominate this tournament, but it starts with you tonight, Kenneth.

Izaz and Williams exchange a glance, nodding in agreement. Williams looks determined, a fire in his eyes, while Izaz gives him an encouraging pat on the back.

Jacob Izaz:
After tonight, we’ll all be one step closer to making history. But tonight’s about you, man. Take care of Nightmare, and we’ll keep pushing forward, together. We all know what’s at stake here.

Williams stands up fully, his posture more confident as he looks at his two teammates. The bond between them is clear, and while they’ve faced challenges, their unity remains strong.

Kenneth D Williams:
Thanks, both of you. Tonight, it’s all about business. Nightmare’s a tough opponent, but I’ll handle him. After that, we’ll regroup and take this tournament all the way to the top. No matter what happens, we’re Generation Joint—no one’s breaking us apart.

The three men share a brief nod, the tension melting into focused determination. As they head toward the door, ready for the next step in the tournament, there’s a palpable sense of unity and strength in the air.

Jay Adder:
Let’s get to work, boys. We’ve got this.

The camera follows them as they leave the locker room, the intensity building for Williams’ upcoming match against Nightmare.

Two Weeks in A Row

The camera cuts backstage to a dimly lit area, where Night is standing alone, the tension of the night still hanging in the air. He’s just witnessed his brother Nightmare advance to the semi-final of the Victory Cup, setting up what will be an emotional and heated clash between them in the coming weeks. Katie Smith approaches, microphone in hand, her expression a mix of curiosity and concern.

Katie Smith:
“Night, you’ve just watched your brother, Nightmare, advance to the semifinals of the Victory Cup. And now, you two will face off against each other at the Global Takeover PPV in London, and again at the Ultimate Victory PPV in Las Vegas. How does it feel knowing that you’ll be facing your own flesh and blood, not once, but twice in two consecutive weekends?”

Night shifts his weight slightly, eyes locked forward, his face calm but his voice laced with intensity. He takes a deep breath, the weight of what’s coming clearly on his mind.

Night (quiet but firm):
“It’s not something I ever wanted, Katie. But it’s something I’ve known was coming. Nightmare and I—we’ve always been different. We’ve walked two separate paths, even though we share the same blood. Now, those paths are crossing.”

He pauses for a moment, his tone darkening with an edge of anger that seems controlled but still there.

Night:
“When I step into the ring against Nightmare, it’s not just about winning. It’s about showing him who’s stronger. Who’s really the better man. I don’t care if he’s my brother—when that bell rings, all that matters is the fight. It’s about proving that I’m the one who can carry this legacy, not him.”

Katie looks slightly taken aback by the intensity in his voice, but she presses on, sensing the deep emotion behind the words.

Katie Smith:
“But surely there must be some part of you that feels conflicted? You’ve always had a bond, even if it’s been strained. How do you push that aside and focus on the fight?”

Night narrows his eyes and exhales slowly, the frustration and anger building in his voice as he answers.

Night:
“Conflict? Look, Katie, I’ve been conflicted my whole life. Nightmare, he’s always had his own agenda, and I’ve had mine. We’ve fought side by side, sure. But we’ve also fought against each other, long before this tournament. And now, we’re gonna settle it, once and for all. This isn’t about family—it’s about dominance. About legacy. Who’s the stronger of us? Who’s the better fighter? That’s all that matters.”

He steps closer to the camera, his eyes burning with focus.

Night:
“Global Takeover, Ultimate Victory—those are my stages. Nightmare is just the next obstacle. He’s gonna find out what happens when you mess with me. And when it’s over, there won’t be any question about who the real Night is.”

Katie nods, understanding the gravity of what Night is saying. She knows this is going to be a brutal and personal confrontation.

Katie Smith:
“Well, it’s clear you’ve made your intentions known. And with both the Global Takeover and Ultimate Victory coming up, this will be one of the most anticipated matches in sVo history. Best of luck to you, Night.”

Night stares into the camera for a moment longer, then walks away, leaving the camera focused on his back as he disappears into the hallway, his steps determined and unwavering. The tension between the two brothers is palpable as the segment fades to black.

Fourth Man

The scene opens backstage in a dimly lit locker room, where sVo Champion Johnny All Star and Gunner Lang are gearing up for their tag team main event against Buzz Marshall and Drew Hendrix of the Legends Club. The two men are focused, lacing their boots and prepping their gear. Darwin Jones, the Project Violence star, is sitting nearby, his gaze intense. JD James, their manager, paces back and forth, looking at a phone with a worried expression.

Johnny All Star (looking up from his gear):
“Tonight’s about sending a message. The Legends Club want to play, we’ll show them how real men handle business.”

Gunner Lang nods in agreement, his usual smirk replaced by a rare serious expression.

Gunner Lang (flexing his fists):
“We take out these two clowns, then it’s on to Global Takeover. The Legends Club wants to pretend they’re the biggest game in town, but they haven’t seen anything yet. We’re about to turn the heat up.

The camera pans over to Darwin Jones, who’s looking calm, almost detached from the situation, but with a certain intensity in his eyes.

Darwin Jones (quietly):
“The Legends Club might think they’ve got the upper hand tonight, but they don’t know who they’re really up against. All Star, Lang, and me—we’ve got the power to take over both companies. And once we get through tonight, the Global Takeover’s gonna be ours.”

The camera cuts to JD James, who is pacing back and forth, still deeply engrossed in his phone, scrolling through something intently. All Star looks at him with a raised eyebrow.

Johnny All Star (impatiently):
“JD, you got a status on the fourth man for the Organised Chaos match? We need to lock this down before it’s too late.”

JD James looks up from his phone, his face suddenly turning serious. He exhales deeply, as if trying to put his thoughts together.

JD James (calm but focused):
“I’ve been working on it. I’ve made some calls, but it’s not as simple as I thought. People are hesitant right now, but I promise you, we’re gonna get the fourth man we need.”

Johnny All Star (looking frustrated but understanding):
“We don’t have time for hesitation. The Legends Club is stacking the deck, and we need to be ready. We can’t go into Global Takeover with any weak links. You’re sure you’re working on it, JD?”

JD James nods, his expression becoming more focused.

JD James:
“You know I’m always working, Johnny. This is just a matter of timing. You’ll have your fourth man by the time we hit that cage at Global Takeover, I guarantee it. But tonight, we need to focus on making sure Marshall and Hendrix don’t get any ideas about what’s coming.

Johnny All Star gives a stern nod, his focus shifting back to his match. He exchanges a look with Gunner Lang, who cracks his neck and raises an eyebrow as if he’s ready for the fight.

Johnny All Star (smirking confidently):
“Alright then. Tonight, we show the Legends Club why you don’t mess with Horizon. Let’s take care of business tonight, then we deal with the rest when the time comes. We’ll be ready for Global Takeover, with or without the fourth man. But I have a feeling JD’s got that under control.”

JD James gives a slight nod, returning to his phone with a determined look on his face. The camera zooms in on Johnny All Star as he stands up, adjusting the sVo Championship on his shoulder. Gunner Lang follows suit, clenching his fists in preparation. Darwin Jones remains seated, observing the scene silently.

Gunner Lang (smirking):
“Legends Club, you’re in for one hell of a night.

The camera fades out as the tension between Horizon and the Legends Club continues to build, leaving the backstage area in an air of anticipation for the main event.

Tag Team Match
The Legends Club vs. Johnny All Star & Gunner Lang

Ringside
The Era of the Legends Club

The camera cuts back to the ring, where the Legends ClubCurtis Knight, Athena, Buzz Marshall, and Drew Hendrix—are standing tall after their hard-fought victory over Johnny All Star and Gunner Lang in the main event. The crowd is buzzing with energy, some fans cheering, others booing, but all captivated by the display of dominance from the reigning sVo Tag Team Champions. Curtis Knight has a confident smirk on his face. The rest of the Legends Club stand proudly beside him, their collective aura radiating power.

The fans are heavily booing the Legends Club, and Knight soaks in the heat as he walks to the center of the ring, microphone in hand. The other members of the Legends Club stand behind him, their expressions grim, eyes locked on the defeated Horizon duo.

Curtis Knight (smirking):
“Well, well, well… looks like the so-called Horizon had their hands full tonight, huh? Johnny All Star and Gunner Lang, two of the most ‘dominant’ forces in sVo, and yet they couldn’t get it done against us.”

The crowd boos loudly as Knight chuckles to himself.

Curtis Knight:
“You see, Johnny, Gunner, I know what’s really going on. You’ve got a big problem on your hands. You can’t even find a fourth man for your precious Organised Chaos match at Global Takeover. And let me tell you something, Johnny, Gunner… that’s your biggest weakness. You want to know why? Because without that fourth man, you’re just a group of three guys who can’t get the job done, even with all the tools and money in the world.”

Buzz Marshall and Drew Hendrix nod in agreement, the cocky smiles never leaving their faces. Curtis Knight paces back and forth in the ring, building momentum.

Curtis Knight:
“We, on the other hand? We’ve got everything we need. We’ve got the power, the numbers, and the dominance. At Global Takeover, we’re going to put Horizon in their place. You think you can stand up to us, Johnny? You think you can really hang with the Legends Club? You won’t even make it out of the first round of that Organised Chaos match!”

The crowd continues to react with boos, but the Legends Club doesn’t seem to care. Curtis Knight now turns his attention directly to the sVo Championship that Johnny All Star holds.

Curtis Knight (serious):
“But the truth is, Johnny… this isn’t just about your little group. This is about the sVo Championship. You might be the champion now, but that doesn’t mean you’re going to hold onto it for much longer. I’ve got my eyes on that gold, and after we run through Horizon, I’m coming for you. At Ultimate Victory, I’ll take that title from you, Johnny. And when I do, it’ll be the Legends Club’s reign that defines this era in sVo history, not Horizon’s… not yours.”

The tension is thick as the Legends Club raise their fists in unison, the gold Tag Team Titles shining under the lights as Knight raises his hand high.

Curtis Knight (mockingly):
“But don’t worry, Johnny. You’ll still have a match at Global Takeover… a match where you can try to prove you actually belong in this company. But after the Legends Club is done with Horizon, we’re going to be the ones making all the decisions in this company. And Johnny, you’re going to be nothing but a memory.”

With that, the Legends Club toss their titles over their shoulders, and Curtis Knight throws a final smirk at the camera. The crowd’s boos intensify, but the Legends Club stands strong, their dominance clear as they leave the ring.

The camera focuses on Knight’s face as he grins wickedly into the camera, his voice ringing out as the lights dim around the ring.

Curtis Knight:
“The Era of the Legends Club… begins now!”

The camera zooms in on the group as they walk to the back, their music blaring through the arena, leaving the fans with a mix of hatred and awe at their dominance. The show fades to black, setting the stage for the monumental upcoming Global Takeover PPV and the battle for supremacy that lies ahead.
