9th January 2025

(The camera pans over the electric crowd inside the Samurai Summit Arena & Casino in Tokyo, Japan. Fans are on their feet, waving signs and cheering as pyro explodes on the stage, bathing the arena in vibrant light. The RSPW logo flashes across the screen as “Rising Glory” by ZENON hits, signaling the start of another unforgettable night of action.)

Hiro Tanaka: “Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to another edition of RSPW Carnage, live from the Samurai Summit Arena & Casino here in Tokyo, Japan! I’m Hiro Tanaka, joined as always by the incomparable Alex Mercer, and tonight, we are in for a night of action, drama, and wrestling greatness!”

Alex Mercer: “That’s right, Hiro! We’ve got a stacked card tonight, capped off with an absolutely colossal main event! The dominant RSPW Heavyweight Champion, Ryujiro, defends his title against the super heavyweight sumo wrestling legend, Yoshi Ono. Two powerhouses, one championship—this is the clash everyone has been waiting for!”

Hiro Tanaka: “And that’s not all, Alex! After weeks of tension and animosity, Takeshi Kobayashi and Kazuki Nakamura will finally settle their grudge in a one-on-one match. These two have been circling each other for weeks, and tonight, it’s time to find out who’s truly the better man!”

Alex Mercer: “Plus, we have an intriguing tag team match that could shape the Junior Heavyweight division’s future! Fan favorites King Neptune and Hiro Ryuu team up to take on the devious RSPW & IPWA Junior Heavyweight Champion Katsuhiro Kaneda and the brash Texan, Colt Thompson. With so much history and bad blood between these four, this one’s going to be wild!”

Hiro Tanaka: “And don’t forget, there’s so much more on the card tonight that we can’t wait to share with you! RSPW continues to bring the best wrestling action in the world, and tonight will be no exception. Tokyo is ready, the world is watching, and it’s time to kick things off!”

(The camera pans across the buzzing crowd one more time, showing fans with signs reading “Yoshi Ono for Champion!” and “Ryujiro: Still Undisputed.” The stage lights intensify as the opening bell rings in the background.)

Alex Mercer: “Let’s not waste any more time! Carnage 20 starts right now!”

Single Match
Mei Nakamura vs. Emi Sato

Backstage
Finally…

(The camera opens to Rei Yoshida standing backstage with Takeshi Kobayashi, who is pacing back and forth. He looks intense and focused, with a scowl on his face. His usual heel demeanor is evident as he sneers at Rei, who stands ready with a microphone in hand.)

Rei Yoshida: “Takeshi, later tonight you finally face Kazuki Nakamura one-on-one. After everything that has transpired between you two, this match is personal. How are you feeling heading into it?”

Takeshi Kobayashi: (snickers) *”How do I feel, Rei? *How do I feel?* Let me tell you how I feel. I feel like I’m finally going to get rid of this annoyance once and for all. Kazuki Nakamura… that boy is delusional if he thinks he belongs in the same ring as someone like me. He’s nothing but a whiny, entitled little brat who thinks his daddy’s teachings are enough to make him a top-tier competitor. But tonight? Tonight, I’m going to show him what real pain feels like. I’m going to break that little steel toy of his.”*

Rei Yoshida: “But you’ve had quite the history with Kazuki, especially with his sister Mei getting involved. Do you think this match will finally end your feud with them?”

Takeshi Kobayashi: (grits his teeth, visibly frustrated) “History? History is irrelevant, Rei. This is about ending him—putting Kazuki in his place, and showing him that no matter how hard he trains, no matter how many hours he spends in that gym with his sister, he can never match up to the power, the technique, and the brutality that I bring to this ring.”

(Kobayashi turns away for a brief moment, letting out a deep breath, trying to calm himself before returning his cold glare to the camera.)

Takeshi Kobayashi: “I’ve beaten men far more experienced than him. Kazuki Nakamura doesn’t know what it takes to truly hurt someone. Tonight, I’ll be the one to teach him that lesson. And when this is all said and done, Rei, when Kazuki is lying there, broken and defeated, he’ll know exactly why they call me ‘The Rising Dragon.’”

Rei Yoshida: “It sounds like you’re determined to make sure there is no escape for Kazuki tonight. Any final words for him before you step into the ring?”

Takeshi Kobayashi: (smirks) “Kazuki, you might think you’re a knight in shining armor, the so-called ‘Steel Samurai,’ but in reality, you’re just a child playing dress-up. And tonight, I’m going to tear that armor apart, piece by piece. Get ready for a lesson you’ll never forget.”

(Kobayashi turns and walks off screen, his cold glare lingering as the camera cuts back to Rei.)

Rei Yoshida: “Strong words from Takeshi Kobayashi, but can he back them up tonight? Kazuki Nakamura may have something to say about that. We’ll find out soon, but for now, back to you at ringside!”

(The screen fades as Rei watches Kobayashi walk away, leaving a tense silence in the air.)

Single Match
Hiroshi Takagi vs. Akari Tanaka

Backstage
Side by Side

(The scene opens backstage at the Samurai Summit Arena where King Neptune and Hiro Ryuu are preparing for their upcoming tag team match. The two men are standing side by side, both wearing intense expressions. King Neptune is still masked, as usual, while Hiro Ryuu looks focused, adjusting his gear. There’s a sense of anticipation and quiet determination in the air.)

Rei Yoshida: (approaching them with microphone in hand) “King Neptune, Hiro Ryuu, thank you for taking a moment to speak with me. Tonight, you two are teaming up to take on the powerful duo of Katsuhiro Kaneda and Colt Thompson. This is a big match, especially given your previous rivalry with Kaneda. How are you feeling about teaming up tonight?”

King Neptune: (adjusts his mask, staring directly into the camera, his voice calm but firm) “Tonight is about proving something, Rei. Not just to Kaneda, not just to Thompson, but to everyone who doubted me when I first showed up in RSPW. I’ve been in the ring with the best, and I’ve always come out on top. I’m not here to play games. I’m here to take what’s mine—whether that’s the Junior Heavyweight Championship or any other title in my future.”

Hiro Ryuu: (nods in agreement, stepping forward to speak) “We’ve both faced some of the toughest competitors in this business, but tonight isn’t about history. It’s about what’s in front of us. I know what Katsuhiro Kaneda is capable of, and Colt Thompson? He’s a stubborn one, but I’ve dealt with that kind of fighter before. The question isn’t if we can win—it’s how decisively we’ll make them regret even stepping in the ring with us.”

Rei Yoshida: “You both have history with Kaneda, and tonight you’re on the same side. Do you think that will give you an advantage, or will the tension between you and Kaneda be too much to overcome?”

King Neptune: (smirking slightly, his voice low and steady) “Kaneda’s a dangerous man, there’s no doubt about that. But I don’t need to like Hiro to know he’s got my back. When you step into that ring, it’s not about friendship—it’s about survival. Tonight, I’ve got a partner who understands that. We’re not here to make friends. We’re here to win. And Kaneda? Thompson? They’re going to find out what happens when you step into the ring with us.”

Hiro Ryuu: (steps forward with a focused expression) “Kaneda’s arrogant. He’s always been arrogant. He thinks he can walk into any situation and come out on top, but he hasn’t faced me at my best. And tonight, I’m ready to show him exactly what happens when you mess with the wrong people.”

Rei Yoshida: “Well, it sounds like you two are ready to make a statement tonight. The question is, can you take down two of RSPW’s top competitors in Kaneda and Thompson? There’s certainly a lot on the line tonight.”

King Neptune: (gives a final determined look) “We’ve got nothing to prove to anyone. This is our time, and we’re going to show the world just what happens when you put two forces like us together. Kaneda and Thompson? They’re in for a rude awakening.”

Hiro Ryuu: (clenches his fist, adding with a confident grin) “Let’s make this clear. We’re not just winning tonight. We’re dominating.”

(The camera cuts to a close-up of the two men standing side by side, their focus unwavering. The tension is palpable as they prepare for what is sure to be a brutal tag team match later on the show.)

Rei Yoshida: “Well, it looks like King Neptune and Hiro Ryuu are more than ready for this challenge. We’ll see if they can back up their words in the ring tonight. Back to you at ringside!”

(The scene fades as Neptune and Ryuu walk off toward the arena, ready for battle.)

Tag Team Match
King Neptune & Hiro Ryuu vs. Katsuhiro Kaneda & Colt Thompson

Backstage
Ready for War

(The camera fades in to the backstage area of the Samurai Summit Arena, where Rei Yoshida stands with microphone in hand. Standing next to her is the current RSPW Heavyweight Champion, Ryujiro. He is focused, wearing his signature black attire and the Heavyweight Championship belt around his waist. The tension is thick in the air as he prepares for his main event match later in the night against the towering, former sumo wrestler Yoshi Ono.)

Rei Yoshida: “Ryujiro, tonight you face one of the most physically imposing opponents in RSPW history—Yoshi Ono. A former sumo wrestler who towers over almost everyone. You’ve defended this title against some tough challengers, but how do you feel about facing a man of his size and strength?”

Ryujiro: (looks at Rei, his expression calm but intense, as he tightens his grip on the title belt) “Yoshi Ono’s size doesn’t intimidate me, Rei. In fact, the bigger they are, the harder they fall. I’ve defended this championship against every kind of opponent you can imagine—men who are faster, stronger, or just plain bigger. What matters is what happens in that ring, not how tall or heavy my opponent is.”

(Ryujiro glances at his title belt, his fingers grazing over the golden plate before meeting Rei’s gaze again.)

Ryujiro: “Yoshi Ono may be a super heavyweight, but tonight he’ll find out why I’m the Heavyweight Champion. He might think his strength will carry him, but I’ve got something he can’t match—experience. I’ve been to the top and I’ve stayed there because I know how to win. That’s what I do. And tonight? I’m going to show the world exactly why this title belongs to me.”

Rei Yoshida: “You’ve been an incredibly dominant champion, but many are calling tonight’s match a major challenge for you. Some even say that your victory over Ono will solidify your place as one of the most dominant champions in RSPW history. How important is this match in that context?”

Ryujiro: (pauses for a moment, his expression unwavering) “Every match is important, Rei. Every challenger that comes after me is a stepping stone. I didn’t get here by being lucky. I got here because I beat every challenger in my way—and that includes tonight. Yoshi Ono is a big guy, but he’s just another challenge, just another obstacle that I’m going to overcome. When this match is over, I’ll still be the Heavyweight Champion, and that’s what matters most to me.”

(Ryujiro’s eyes narrow slightly, his voice becoming more intense as he steps a little closer to Rei.)

Ryujiro: “I know what it takes to stay at the top. And trust me, Rei… Ono’s size isn’t going to be enough to dethrone me. Not tonight. Not ever.”

Rei Yoshida: “Well, it sounds like you’re more than ready for the challenge. But what do you expect from Yoshi Ono tonight? He’s known for his strength, and he’s not someone who will back down easily.”

Ryujiro: (smirking slightly, his tone confident) “I expect him to bring his best, Rei. I wouldn’t want it any other way. But it won’t be enough. Strength alone isn’t enough to win in this business. I’ll outsmart him, outlast him, and in the end, I’ll walk out of that ring with my title. That’s a promise.”

(Ryujiro pats his championship belt, looking down at it for a moment before turning his attention back to Rei.)

Ryujiro: “This is my time. Yoshi Ono’s just another name on my list. After tonight, everyone will know why this championship is mine.”

Rei Yoshida: “Strong words from the champion. Ryujiro, thank you for your time, and good luck in the main event later tonight.”

(Ryujiro nods, his focus never wavering as he walks off, heading toward the ring for his high-stakes match with Yoshi Ono.)

Rei Yoshida: “There you have it, folks. Ryujiro is ready for the challenge tonight, and he’s not backing down from Yoshi Ono. We’ll see how this epic showdown plays out. Back to you at ringside!”

(The camera cuts to the arena, where the crowd is buzzing in anticipation for the main event.)

Single Match
Takeshi Kobayashi vs. Kazuki Nakamura

Ringside
The Steel Samurai

(The camera cuts to the ring at the Samurai Summit Arena, where Kazuki Nakamura, the beloved “Steel Samurai,” stands tall in the middle of the ring. The crowd erupts in cheers after his hard-fought victory over Takeshi Kobayashi in a highly anticipated matchup. Kazuki’s body is bruised and battered, but he looks triumphant as he holds his arms high in the air, soaking in the adoration of the fans. His music blares over the loudspeakers as the audience chants his name, “Kazuki! Kazuki! Kazuki!”)

Alex Mercer (off-screen): “What a victory by Kazuki Nakamura! He fought with everything he had tonight against Takeshi Kobayashi, and the ‘Steel Samurai’ has emerged victorious!”

(Kazuki takes a moment to catch his breath, wiping sweat from his forehead before grabbing a microphone from a ringside assistant. The fans continue to cheer as he begins to speak, his voice calm but confident.)

Kazuki Nakamura: “Takeshi Kobayashi… you pushed me to my limits tonight. But this is what it means to be a fighter in RSPW. Every match, every opponent, they test you. And tonight, I showed the world that no matter the challenge, I will always stand tall.”

(The crowd roars in approval, chanting his name once more.)

Kazuki Nakamura: “Kobayashi… you’re a tough man, no doubt about it. But tonight… you came face to face with the Steel Samurai. And now, the world knows that I’m not just fighting for myself. I’m fighting for my family. I’m fighting for Mei. And I’m fighting for all of you here tonight!”

(Kazuki points to the fans, who respond with an even louder cheer. He pauses for a moment to let the moment sink in.)

Kazuki Nakamura: “This win means a lot, but I know it’s just the beginning. I’m not done here in RSPW. I’ve got my eyes on bigger things, and I’ll take on any challenge that comes my way.”

(The fans cheer, some of them chanting “Steel Samurai” in unison.)

Kazuki Nakamura: “Takeshi Kobayashi, you put up one hell of a fight. But tonight, I proved that when it comes to the Nakamura family, we don’t back down. I’m not just going to sit on this victory. This is the first step toward even bigger things. And I’m coming for them all.”

(Kazuki raises his arms in victory once again as the crowd chants louder. He looks down at the mat, then back at the crowd, his expression determined.)

Kazuki Nakamura: “Thank you all for your support. This is only the beginning of what’s to come. The ‘Steel Samurai’ is just getting started.”

(Kazuki raises the microphone above his head and then drops it, signaling the end of his victory speech. He salutes the crowd before exiting the ring, the cheers following him as he heads to the back.)

Alex Mercer (off-screen): “What a performance by Kazuki Nakamura! A true warrior! And with that victory over Takeshi Kobayashi, he’s made a statement here tonight!”

(The camera lingers on the crowd, who continue to chant and cheer for Kazuki as the scene fades out.)

Backstage
The Challenger

(The scene opens backstage at the Samurai Summit Arena, with Rei Yoshida standing in front of a monitor. She looks into the camera, ready to conduct her interview. The camera zooms out to reveal the imposing figure of Yoshi Ono, the super heavyweight former sumo wrestler, standing next to her. Ono, with his massive frame and intense demeanor, towers over Rei. He remains silent but looks focused and ready.)

Rei Yoshida: “I’m here backstage with the man who will challenge for the RSPW Heavyweight Championship in tonight’s main event: Yoshi Ono. Yoshi, this is a huge moment for you. You’re about to face the reigning champion, Ryujiro, for the biggest prize in this company. How are you feeling heading into this match?”

(Ono’s eyes narrow slightly, but he still remains calm and collected. His deep voice rumbles as he responds.)

Yoshi Ono: “Feeling? I’ve been preparing for this moment my entire life. The road to this title shot wasn’t easy, but I’ve walked it with purpose. Tonight, it’s not about how I feel. It’s about how Ryujiro feels when he steps into the ring with me. He’s been the champion for a long time, but tonight, he faces a different kind of competitor. I’m not here to play games or dance around. I’m here to fight, and I’m here to win.”

(Rei nods, clearly impressed by his confidence.)

Rei Yoshida: “Your strength and power are undeniable, but many critics are questioning your ability to adapt to the fast-paced style of the RSPW Heavyweight Champion, Ryujiro. He’s known for his technical prowess and agility. How do you plan to handle that?”

Yoshi Ono: “Ryujiro may be quick and skilled, but there is one thing he can’t deny, Rei. I have the strength of a thousand men. I’ve spent years in the sumo rings of Japan, where power, endurance, and discipline are everything. His speed won’t matter when I lock him in my grip. His technique will be useless when I’m tossing him around like a ragdoll.”

(Rei watches him intently, clearly fascinated by his unwavering focus.)

Rei Yoshida: “You’ve proven yourself to be a force to be reckoned with, but there’s also an element of danger in this match. Ryujiro is a dangerous champion, and he’s not someone who will give up easily. Do you believe you can overcome his aggression?”

Yoshi Ono: “I’ve faced countless opponents, many of whom thought they could intimidate me. But tonight, it’s not about fear or aggression. It’s about dominance. Ryujiro can bring his aggression, his anger, whatever he wants. But once he steps into that ring, he’ll realize something important: there’s only room for one man at the top, and tonight, that man is me.”

(Yoshi Ono looks down at the floor for a brief moment, gathering his thoughts. Then, he raises his head, his eyes filled with determination.)

Yoshi Ono: “I’ve worked my whole life to get to this point. I’ve earned the right to stand here and say that I am the strongest, the most dangerous man in this company. Ryujiro may be the champion, but tonight, I take that title from him.”

(Rei looks at him, a mixture of respect and intrigue on her face.)

Rei Yoshida: “A bold statement, Yoshi. The fans are certainly excited to see how this battle will unfold. You’re moments away from your match. Is there anything else you’d like to say to Ryujiro before you face him?”

(Yoshi Ono stares into the camera, his voice low and fierce.)

Yoshi Ono: “Ryujiro… tonight, your reign ends. The sumo titan is here to claim what’s rightfully mine. Get ready.”

(The camera lingers on Ono’s intense expression before cutting back to Rei, who looks ready to conclude the interview.)

Rei Yoshida: “Strong words from Yoshi Ono as he prepares to challenge for the RSPW Heavyweight Championship. What an incredible night it’s shaping up to be! Back to you, Alex and Hiro, at ringside!”

(The camera fades out as Rei steps away, leaving Yoshi Ono to prepare for his monumental match.)

RSPW Heavyweight Championship Match
Ryujiro (c) vs. Yoshi Ono

Ringside
You’re Welcome Tokyo

(The bell rings as the match between Ryujiro and Yoshi Ono has come to a dramatic, frustrating end. Both men are exhausted, their bodies battered and bruised from an epic 60-minute contest for the RSPW Heavyweight Championship. The crowd is still on their feet, buzzing from the back-and-forth action, but there’s an overwhelming sense of disappointment in the air. The time limit has expired, and neither man was able to capture the title. The official raises his hand, signaling the time limit draw.)

Hiro Tanaka (Commentator): “Well folks, this was truly an epic battle for the RSPW Heavyweight Championship, but unfortunately, after 60 grueling minutes, the match has ended in a time limit draw. Both of these warriors gave it everything they had, but neither was able to secure the victory tonight.”

Alex Mercer (Commentator): “And that’s not even the worst part, Hiro. Colt Thompson, once again, getting involved and ruining what was shaping up to be an incredible contest! He’s got no business in this match!”

(As Ryujiro and Yoshi Ono both lie on the mat, catching their breath, the fans are disappointed. Suddenly, the unmistakable music of Colt Thompson blares over the sound system. The crowd immediately erupts in boos as Thompson struts down the ramp, wearing a smug grin on his face. He’s holding a steel chair, clearly proud of the chaos he’s just caused.)

Hiro Tanaka: “What in the world is Colt Thompson doing out here!? He ruined this incredible match!”

Alex Mercer: “Thompson is nothing but a troublemaker, Hiro! He didn’t have to get involved, but as usual, he made sure to make a statement at the expense of the fans and these two men.”

(Thompson steps into the ring, completely unbothered by the loud boos raining down on him. He stands over both Ryujiro and Yoshi Ono, laughing to himself before he starts swinging the chair into the ropes, showing off.)

Colt Thompson (on the mic): “You fans think you’re gonna get something good tonight? Well, guess what, you’re welcome for me saving you from watching two has-beens try and beat each other to death for a title they’ll never deserve!”

(Thompson laughs again, taunting the crowd.)

Colt Thompson: “I’m the future of this company, not these two washed-up guys who can’t even finish their own match on their own time. You’re all welcome, Tokyo!”

(Thompson looks down at both men, grinning as he places the chair on the ground beside him. Ryujiro begins to stir slightly, but Thompson wastes no time in kicking him hard in the ribs, sending him crashing back to the mat. The fans boo loudly, some even throwing garbage at him.)

Hiro Tanaka: “Disgusting! Colt Thompson is nothing but a coward! He’s just made a mockery of this match!”

Alex Mercer: “Thompson might think he’s in control, but he’s got no right to interfere like this. He just ruined a moment that the fans will never forget—two of the best in the business, and it all ends because of his selfishness!”

(Yoshi Ono, still lying on the mat, begins to push himself up, visibly frustrated. Colt Thompson turns and swings the chair in his direction, but Yoshi Ono grabs the chair out of his hands and smashes it across Thompson’s back! The crowd erupts in cheers as Ono finally stands tall, a look of fury in his eyes.)

Hiro Tanaka: “Yoshi Ono showing some fight back now! He’s not going to let Thompson get away with it that easily!”

Alex Mercer: “Finally! Ono has had enough of Thompson’s interference, and he’s giving him a taste of his own medicine!”

(Thompson staggers back to his feet, but Ono throws him into the corner and follows up with a thunderous chop to his chest. The fans roar with excitement, but the damage has already been done.)

Hiro Tanaka: “Yoshi Ono is sending a message, but unfortunately, the match is already over. We’ve had an amazing 60 minutes of action between him and Ryujiro, and it’s been tainted by Thompson’s cowardly interference.”

Alex Mercer: “Thompson might have ruined the match, but the one thing we know for sure—Yoshi Ono is still standing tall, and he won’t be backing down from anyone, not even a guy like Thompson.”

(As the camera zooms in on Ono standing tall, staring down at Thompson, the crowd continues to cheer for the super heavyweight. Ryujiro, still recovering from the brutal match, slowly gets to his feet, glaring at Thompson, making it clear that this rivalry is far from over.)

Hiro Tanaka: “This is far from over, folks. It’s a shame that this incredible contest ended the way it did, but there’s no question—Colt Thompson has made an enemy of Ryujiro, and now Yoshi Ono as well.”

Alex Mercer: “We’ll see what happens next, but one thing is for sure: the RSPW Heavyweight Championship picture just got a whole lot more complicated.”

(The camera cuts to the crowd, who are still booing, as Thompson slowly retreats from the ring. Ono and Ryujiro stare each other down for a moment, neither man willing to back off. The show fades to black, with the fans’ mixed emotions echoing in the background.)

Hiro Tanaka: “And with that, ladies and gentlemen, we end another memorable night here in the Samurai Summit Arena. Thank you for joining us on RSPW Carnage!”

(The screen fades to black as the fans continue to react, the final image being a tense standoff between Ryujiro, Yoshi Ono, and Colt Thompson’s chaotic interference.)
