DW Clash 70
📺 Live on the Sanctioned Violence Network
📍 The Stratford Arena, London, England
📆 30th June 2025

The show opens with thunderous cheers echoing through the Stratford Arena, the camera sweeping across a jam-packed crowd proudly waving signs like “CEDRIC TO TITANS!”, “CRUSH THE CRUSHERS!”, and “MIGHTY MCLEOD”. Pyro erupts along the entrance ramp as the electric opening theme plays. We cut to the commentary desk where the ever-energetic Steve Pringle and sharp-tongued Eddie Bates welcome us.

Steve Pringle (play-by-play):

“Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Dynasty Wrestling Clash 70! We are live from the Stratford Arena in London, and the countdown to Original Sinners is well underway—but tonight, all eyes are on the Road to Titans!”

Eddie Bates (colour commentator):

“That’s right, Pringle. Cedric Thornfield meets Jonathan Sullivan in a quarter-final match that could blow the whole bracket wide open! Plus, the DW UK Championship is on the line as Callum McLeod defends against Riley Smith—and let’s be honest, Smith’s been on a tear since aligning with Harrington!”

Pringle:

“And speaking of tag team action, The Sovereign look to prove they’re still in the hunt when they face longtime rivals, the Caledonian Crushers. Meanwhile, Union Jack and Stijn De Raaf open the night in a battle of grit and style.”

Bates:

“Don’t forget the main event: The Viking Bjorn Asulf returns to singles action against the scrappy and fearless Oliver Reed. You just know Asulf is still boiling after what went down last week.”

Pringle:

“Strap in, folks—Clash 70 starts right now!”

The camera cuts to the ring as Union Jack’s music hits and the crowd comes alive for the opening match.

Backstage

The camera cuts backstage to a dejected Rhys Morgan, still nursing his jaw after last week’s loss to Maxwell Blackwell. The “Welsh Dragon” is seated on a production crate, sweat on his brow, his eyes focused on the floor. He exhales sharply, clearly frustrated. Just then, a familiar face steps into the shot — it’s Jonathan Sullivan, the former DW UK Champion.

Jonathan Sullivan:

Taps Morgan on the shoulder.

“Hard night, mate?”

Rhys Morgan:

Sighs.

“Every night feels hard lately, Jon. Blackwell, the cheap shots, the smug grins… it’s like I’m swinging uphill every match.”

Jonathan Sullivan:

Nods knowingly.

“I’ve been there. I’ve had gold ripped from me, friends turn their backs, and worse. But you’ve got fire, kid. You’ve got heart. What you need—what I needed once—is someone to have your back.”

Rhys Morgan:

Looks up, cautiously hopeful.

“What are you saying?”

Jonathan Sullivan:

“I’m saying we watch each other’s backs. You’re too talented to be left swinging alone. Let’s start something. Let’s show them what happens when fire meets focus.”

Rhys pauses, then slowly nods as a grin spreads across his face.

Rhys Morgan:

“Alright. Let’s give them hell.”

The two shake hands firmly, the crowd watching from the arena popping in the background via the live feed.

Steve Pringle (on commentary):

“Could we be seeing the beginning of a brand new alliance here in Dynasty Wrestling?”

Eddie Bates:

“If I were Maxwell Blackwell, I’d be looking over both shoulders right about now!”

Fade to black.

Tag Team Match
The Sovereign vs. Caledonian Crushers

Backstage

DW branding fills the backdrop as William Smith stands with a microphone in hand, flanked by the towering, scowling presence of DW Heavyweight Champion, “Unbreakable” Angelo Anderson, who has the title belt slung over his shoulder.

William Smith:

“Ladies and gentlemen, I’m here with the reigning DW Heavyweight Champion—‘Unbreakable’ Angelo Anderson. Angelo, tensions are high with Titans 2025 fast approaching, but before we get to that, I wanted to get your thoughts on the Road to Titans tournament—”

Angelo Anderson (cutting him off):

“Thoughts? You want my thoughts, William? Here’s a thought: I’m starting to think this whole Road to Titans tournament is less a tournament… and more a petting zoo.”

He sneers and adjusts the title belt.

Angelo Anderson:

“You’ve got men like Rhys Morgan, Jonathan Sullivan, Cedric Thornfield—what, they’re supposed to be the future? They’re fighting each other like starving animals for a chance at this—” (he raises the title slightly) “—but all they’re really fighting for is the right to step into my ring and get fed to the slaughter.”

The crowd boos faintly from the arena, picked up faintly on the ambient mic.

Angelo Anderson:

“This isn’t a fairy tale. There’s no Cinderella story in Dynasty Wrestling. There’s just me—the most dominant champion this company has ever seen—and a line of desperate, delusional dreamers waiting to get broken.”

William Smith:

“Strong words, but some of those competitors—Eero Koskinen, Cedric Thornfield, even Bjorn Asulf—they’ve all pushed you to the limit.”

Angelo Anderson (laughs):

“Pushed me to the limit? William, I’ve allowed them to breathe. I’ve chosen to make this interesting. But when it’s time for business, when that bell rings at Titans? There’s only one outcome. And that’s me—still the Unbreakable, still the Champion, and still better than everyone in that locker room.”

He glares into the camera, the DW Heavyweight Title glinting under the lights.

Angelo Anderson:

“Let the lambs keep fighting. I’ll be waiting.”

He walks off, leaving Smith looking tense as the scene fades.

DW UK Championship Match
Callum McLeod (c) vs. Riley Smith

Backstage

The camera cuts to the backstage area where “The Mirage” Maxwell Blackwell leans confidently against a steel equipment crate, arms crossed and a smirk plastered across his face. Moments later, “The Essex Pretty Boy” Oliver Harrington strolls into frame, adjusting his designer jacket, still fuming from his loss at the PPV. Blackwell gives him a slow, almost patronizing clap.

Maxwell Blackwell:

“Well done, Oliver. You came this close to getting your hands on the DW UK Championship. But close doesn’t put gold around your waist, does it?”

Oliver Harrington (scoffs):

“I don’t need your backhanded praise, mate. I was robbed. Union Jack shouldn’t have been in that match to begin with.”

Blackwell (grinning):

“Ah, but see, that’s where you’re missing the point. While you were busy flapping your gums and throwing tantrums, Callum McLeod walked out still the champ. And Union Jack? He just proved he’s always going to be a problem. But I see potential in you, Oliver. You’ve got the flash, the ego… but what you’re missing is strategy.”

Harrington narrows his eyes, interested but wary.

Blackwell (steps closer):

“If you want McLeod, if you want that title—maybe it’s time you stop trying to do it all on your own. Maybe… you need someone who knows how to bend reality.”

Harrington (smirking):

“Are you saying what I think you’re saying?”

Blackwell (tilts his head):

“I’m saying… you and I? We could make magic. You want gold? Stick with me, and you’ll have McLeod eating out the palm of your hand.”

Blackwell extends a hand. Harrington pauses for a moment… then gives a small, calculated nod and accepts the handshake.

Blackwell (smirking):

“Let’s turn the mirage into something real.”

The camera lingers on the two as they walk off together, a new alliance seemingly born.

‘Road to Titans’ Quarter-Final Match
‘The Black Raven’ Cedric Thornfield vs. Jonathan Sullivan

Backstage

The camera cuts to the backstage area where William Smith stands ready, microphone in hand, as ‘The Black Raven’ Cedric Thornfield walks through the curtain after his hard-fought win in the Road to Titans tournament.

William Smith:

“Cedric! Cedric, a moment of your time—congratulations on an incredibly physical win over Jonathan Sullivan. That puts you one step closer to the main event at Road to Titans. What are your thoughts coming out of that battle?”

Thornfield, breathing heavily and soaked in sweat, slowly removes his elbow pad. His eyes, intense and focused, cut through the camera lens. His voice is low and deliberate.

Cedric Thornfield:

“Sullivan fought like a man with something to prove. But I came here with something far darker—to finish what I started. The Road to Titans is long… but it ends with me, standing at the top.”

Before Thornfield can say another word, the atmosphere suddenly shifts. The camera pans slightly as DW Heavyweight Champion ‘Unbreakable’ Angelo Anderson steps into frame, the championship slung over his shoulder and a smirk across his face.

The two men lock eyes—silent, electric tension building in the corridor.

Angelo Anderson:

“You keep winning matches, Raven. But don’t confuse that with being worthy of this.”

He pats the gold on his shoulder with confidence.

Angelo Anderson (cont’d):

“I’m still the end of every road around here… and I don’t break.”

Thornfield doesn’t flinch. He simply stares back, silent, unwavering.

William Smith:

“…Back to you at ringside.”

The camera lingers on the icy standoff as the screen fades out.
