DW Clash 54
Live on the Sanctioned Violence Network
The Stratford Arena, London, England
16th December 2024
[The camera pans across the packed Stratford Arena in London as pyrotechnics explode on the stage. The fans are on their feet, waving signs and cheering loudly as the familiar theme of Dynasty Wrestling Clash blares through the speakers. The energy is electric as the show begins.]
Steve Pringle (commentator):
*”Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to another action-packed edition of *DW Clash!* We are live from the Stratford Arena here in London, and what a night we have in store for you!”*
Eddie Bates (commentator):
*”That’s right, Steve! With just weeks to go until *Collision Course, the stars of Dynasty Wrestling are looking to make a statement tonight. Every match could change the landscape heading into the final pay-per-view of the year!”
Steve Pringle:
“Let’s take a look at the matches we’ve got lined up for tonight. First, Maxwell Blackwell will step into the ring with ‘the Viking’ Bjorn Asulf, and after Asulf’s vicious antics last week, you can bet he’ll be out to send another brutal message!”
Eddie Bates:
“And in tag team action, we’ll see The Sovereign, Ben Noble and Kandi Sparks, taking on Riley Smith and Leo Lewis. Sparks and Noble are coming off a tough loss in recent weeks—can they bounce back tonight?”
Steve Pringle:
*”Union Jack will also face off against DW UK Champion Jonathan Sullivan in what promises to be a competitive bout. With Sullivan’s *Collision Course* title defense looming, a win tonight would keep him sharp heading into the big event!”*
Eddie Bates:
“Let’s not forget, Oliver Harrington, ‘the Essex Pretty Boy,’ will square off against the powerhouse Stijn De Raaf. Harrington’s cunning and cockiness will meet brute strength tonight—can he find a way to outsmart the Dutch Destroyer?”
Steve Pringle:
“And in our main event, ‘the Black Raven’ Cedric Thornfield returns to in-ring action to take on none other than the DW UK Championship #1 contender, ‘the Gentlemen’ Geoffrey Hobbs. With both men having plenty to prove, this one could steal the show!”
Eddie Bates:
*”It’s a huge opportunity for Hobbs to gain momentum heading into *Collision Course, but Thornfield is as unpredictable as they come. Angelo Anderson, if he’s watching, might want to take notes tonight.”
Steve Pringle:
*”The road to *Collision Course* continues right here on DW Clash! Buckle up, folks—it’s going to be a wild ride!”*
[The camera cuts to the ring, where the first match of the night is about to begin, as the fans roar with excitement.]

Maxwell Blackwell vs. Bjorn Asulf
Ringside
Do Better!
[The scene opens with Bjorn Asulf standing victorious in the center of the ring, his arm raised by the referee as Maxwell Blackwell lies outside the ring, still recovering from the brutal match. The crowd showers Asulf with boos, but he appears unfazed. As the referee exits, Asulf snatches a microphone from ringside and paces the ring, his expression seething with anger.]
Bjorn Asulf:
*”Is this a joke? Is this what Dynasty Wrestling thinks of *me?”
[The crowd boos louder, but Asulf waves them off dismissively.]
Bjorn Asulf:
“I am Bjorn Asulf—the Viking*—the most dangerous man in this company! And yet, Matt Anarchy has the gall to book me in the *opening match* of the night? Against someone like him?”*
[He gestures disdainfully toward Maxwell Blackwell, who is being helped to the back by referees.]
Bjorn Asulf:
“This is an insult to everything I have done here. I should be main-eventing every single show. I should be standing across the ring from champions, from legends, from anyone worthy of my time. But instead, I get fed scraps.”
[The crowd chants “You deserve it!” sarcastically, further fueling Asulf’s fury.]
Bjorn Asulf:
“Shut your mouths! I am not here to entertain you fools—I am here to dominate. And if Matt Anarchy thinks he can keep treating me like an afterthought, then he’s got another thing coming.”
[Asulf stops pacing and stares directly into the camera, his voice lowering but becoming more menacing.]
Bjorn Asulf:
*”Collision Course is just around the corner. Anarchy, you better have a top-class opponent lined up for me. Someone *worthy* of stepping into the ring with the Viking. If you don’t—”*
[He points toward the stage, his voice now a growl.]
Bjorn Asulf:
*”—then the blood of whoever you send my way will be on *your hands.”
[Asulf throws the microphone down with a thud, his music hits, and he storms out of the ring to a chorus of boos. The camera lingers on him as he heads up the ramp, his face a mask of rage and determination.]
Steve Pringle (commentator):
“Bjorn Asulf sending a chilling message to Matt Anarchy tonight. You’ve got to wonder—who could possibly be the ‘top-class opponent’ he’s demanding at Collision Course?”
Eddie Bates (commentator):
“Whoever it is, they better be ready for war, because Asulf is a man on a mission, and it doesn’t look like he’s stopping anytime soon!”
[The camera fades to a commercial break as Asulf disappears backstage, leaving an ominous air in the arena.]

All Out War
[The scene opens backstage in the bustling hallways of the Stratford Arena. British Hospitality—Alexander Hate and Harry Black—are strolling confidently, their DW UK Tag Team Championship belts draped proudly over their shoulders. The crowd cheers as they appear on the big screen, their smiles infectious as they share a laugh.]
Alexander Hate:
“We told them, mate. No one’s taking these belts from us!”
Harry Black:
“Not a chance! We’ve worked too hard, too long, to let anyone take this away. Last week was just the start—this reign’s going to be legendary.”
[Suddenly, from out of frame, Kyle McRae and Angus Blackhart charge in and attack from behind. The crowd’s cheers turn to boos as McRae smashes Alexander Hate into a nearby equipment crate while Blackhart drives Harry Black into the wall. The champions are caught off guard, dropping their belts as they try to fight back.]
Kyle McRae:
*”You think this is over?! You think *you’ve* proven something?!”*
Angus Blackhart:
*”This was *our* gold, and we’re taking it back, you smug bastards!”*
[McRae grabs Hate by the collar and shoves him against the crate, landing vicious punches, while Blackhart stomps on Black, who is down on the ground clutching his ribs. Security personnel rush onto the scene, shouting as they struggle to pull McRae and Blackhart off the champions.]
Security Guard:
“Break it up! Enough! That’s enough!”
[It takes multiple guards to restrain the enraged McRae and Blackhart, who continue shouting at British Hospitality even as they are pulled away.]
Kyle McRae:
“This isn’t over! You got lucky last week—we’re coming for those belts!”
Angus Blackhart:
“Enjoy them while you can, because next time, you’re not walking out on your feet!”
[Meanwhile, Hate and Black begin to recover, glaring at their attackers while still catching their breath. Hate picks up his championship belt from the floor, his expression turning from pain to determination.]
Alexander Hate:
“You want another shot? Bring it. We’ll put you down again, just like before.”
[The security team continues to drag McRae and Blackhart out of the frame, the tension thick in the air. Hate and Black straighten up, exchanging a nod as they adjust their belts and walk off camera, their resolve unshaken.]
[The segment fades back to the commentators at ringside.]
Steve Pringle (commentator):
“McRae and Blackhart are clearly not taking last week’s loss well. British Hospitality’s reign is already under fire!”
Eddie Bates (commentator):
“If they can’t settle this soon, it’s going to boil over—and when it does, it’ll be an all-out war for the tag team division!”

Jonathan Sullivan vs. Union Jack
Backstage
On My Own
[The scene opens backstage in the dimly lit halls of the Stratford Arena. Jonathan Sullivan, the DW UK Champion, is walking through the corridors, his title draped over his shoulder. He has just come off a victory against Union Jack and looks confident but focused. The crowd cheers as he appears on the screen.]
[Sullivan turns a corner and spots his friend, ‘The Gentleman’ Geoffrey Hobbs, stretching and warming up for his main event match against Cedric Thornfield. Hobbs is dressed in his ring gear, his face a mix of determination and focus. Sullivan approaches with a friendly smile.]
Jonathan Sullivan:
“Well, if it isn’t the number one contender himself! You ready for this, mate?”
Geoffrey Hobbs:
“Ready as I’ll ever be. Cedric Thornfield isn’t exactly a walk in the park, but I’ve got to handle this.”
[Sullivan adjusts the championship on his shoulder, his tone supportive but firm.]
Jonathan Sullivan:
“Look, I know what Thornfield’s capable of. He’s been playing mind games with Anderson for weeks. If you want, I can head out there with you. Watch your back, make sure he doesn’t pull anything.”
[Hobbs stops his stretches and looks Sullivan in the eye, his expression sincere but resolute.]
Geoffrey Hobbs:
*”I appreciate that, Jon, I really do. But if I’m going to challenge you for *that—”
[He points to the DW UK Championship on Sullivan’s shoulder.]
“—then I’ve got to prove I can do this on my own. No help, no excuses. Just me. Otherwise, what kind of contender would I be?”
[Sullivan nods, clearly understanding but not entirely thrilled with the idea.]
Jonathan Sullivan:
“Fair enough. Just know the offer stands. Thornfield’s no joke, Geoff, and I’d hate to see him get one over on you before Collision Course.”
Geoffrey Hobbs:
“Thanks, Jon. But tonight, I’ve got to show everyone—and myself—that I’m ready for you and that title. Win or lose, I’ll do it the right way.”
[The two share a firm handshake, a mixture of camaraderie and competitive tension in the air. Sullivan gives Hobbs a pat on the shoulder before stepping back.]
Jonathan Sullivan:
“Alright, mate. Go out there and show them why you’re ‘The Gentleman.’ But don’t think for a second that I’ll go easy on you when the time comes.”
Geoffrey Hobbs:
“I wouldn’t expect anything less.”
[Sullivan smirks and walks off down the corridor, leaving Hobbs to finish his preparations. The camera lingers on Hobbs as he takes a deep breath, his focus sharpening before he heads toward the gorilla position for his match.]
[The segment fades to black, building anticipation for the main event.]

Bad News
[The scene opens backstage in the interview area, where William Smith stands ready with a microphone. The backdrop proudly displays the DW Clash logo. The camera pans to reveal the imposing figure of ‘Unbreakable’ Angelo Anderson, the DW Heavyweight Champion. The massive belt gleams over his shoulder as the confident and smug champion adjusts it slightly, making sure it’s the centerpiece of the shot. The fans in the arena shower him with boos as his image appears on the screen.]
William Smith:
“Ladies and gentlemen, I’m here with the DW Heavyweight Champion, ‘Unbreakable’ Angelo Anderson. In just two weeks, at the Collision Course PPV, you’ll defend your title against one of the most enigmatic challengers we’ve ever seen, Cedric Thornfield. But before that, Thornfield steps into the ring in tonight’s main event. Angelo, what’s going through your mind as you prepare for what could be one of the toughest defenses of your reign?”
[Anderson smirks, his confidence radiating as he leans slightly toward the microphone.]
Angelo Anderson:
*”What’s going through my mind, William? Let me tell you. I’m thinking about how *this—”
[He slaps the title on his shoulder.]
“—isn’t going anywhere. You can bring out a creep who hides in the shadows, plays mind games, and talks in riddles, but at the end of the day, when that bell rings, I do my business in the ring. And my business? Dominating. Plain and simple.”
William Smith:
“Thornfield has been relentless with his psychological tactics, though. He’s had you in his sights for weeks. Are you at all concerned that his strategy could give him the edge at Collision Course?”
[Anderson lets out a deep, mocking laugh before leaning back in toward Smith.]
Angelo Anderson:
*”Concerned? Do I *look* concerned? Let me explain something to you, William. I’ve faced giants. I’ve faced technicians. I’ve faced high-flyers, brawlers, and everything in between. And guess what? They all fell to the ‘Unbreakable’ Angelo Anderson. Thornfield can bring whatever spooky nonsense he wants, but in that ring? Mind games don’t pin shoulders to the mat. Power, skill, and being the damn best in the world—that’s what wins matches. And nobody, nobody, does it better than me.”*
William Smith:
“Fair enough, but tonight, you’ll be watching closely as Thornfield faces the number one contender for the DW UK Championship, Geoffrey Hobbs. What are you hoping to see in this match?”
[Anderson adjusts his belt again, his expression now slightly more serious.]
Angelo Anderson:
*”I’m not hoping to see anything. I already *know* what I’m going to see. Thornfield’s gonna try to send some kind of message, to scare me or whatever it is he thinks he’s doing. But here’s the thing—messages don’t faze me. All he’s doing is showing me what I need to pick apart when I break him down at Collision Course. And Geoffrey Hobbs? Good luck to him. He’s stepping into that ring with a guy who doesn’t care about rules, limits, or consequences.”*
[Anderson turns his full attention to the camera, his tone growing more intense as he addresses Thornfield directly.]
Angelo Anderson:
*”Thornfield, I know you can hear me. You can stalk me, haunt me, do whatever you need to make yourself feel powerful. But in two weeks, at Collision Course, all the shadows in the world won’t stop me from walking out with this title still on my shoulder. You’re stepping into the ring with a champion who’s *Unbreakable. And that’s bad news for you.”
[He smirks one last time and glares confidently into the camera before walking off, leaving William Smith to wrap up.]
William Smith:
“Strong words from the DW Heavyweight Champion. And up next, we’ll see Cedric Thornfield in action against Geoffrey Hobbs in tonight’s main event. Don’t go anywhere!”*
[The segment fades out as the camera cuts to the arena.]

On the Collision Course
[The camera returns to the ring as Cedric Thornfield stands victorious over Geoffrey Hobbs, his dark, enigmatic presence filling the arena. The crowd is a mix of awe and cheers, appreciating the mystique and dominance of the “Black Raven.” Thornfield doesn’t speak, doesn’t gesture; instead, he rises slowly to his feet, his eyes fixed on the fallen Hobbs. The eerie silence he commands contrasts with the roars of the audience.]
[Thornfield steps back to the center of the ring, his head tilting slightly upward as if sensing something beyond the physical realm. The arena lights dim, a single spotlight illuminating Thornfield as he extends his arms wide, soaking in the atmosphere of his victory.]
[The camera pans away from the ring, slowly traveling upward to the top of the arena. Standing there, arms crossed and championship belt resting on his shoulder, is DW Heavyweight Champion Angelo Anderson. The spotlight catches the gold of the title, making it gleam in stark contrast to the shadowy figure of Thornfield below.]
[Anderson’s expression is intense, his usual smug demeanor replaced with a calculated seriousness. He doesn’t speak, doesn’t move—just locks his eyes on Thornfield, who stares back with equal intensity from the ring.]
[The visual of the two future Collision Course opponents—the reigning, dominant champion and the silent, enigmatic challenger—creates a striking tableau. The crowd buzzes with anticipation, knowing the clash between these two is inevitable and the stakes are monumental.]
[The camera lingers on the scene: Thornfield, still in the ring, arms outstretched under the spotlight, and Anderson, observing like a predator from above. The screen fades to black with the DW Clash logo and the words, “Collision Course – December 30th” emblazoned across the screen.]
[The show goes off the air.]
