28th July 2024

[The camera pans over the buzzing crowd inside the Goodfellas Casino Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, as the fans are on their feet, ready for another action-packed night of sVo Showdown. The atmosphere is electric, with fans holding up signs supporting their favorite wrestlers and the energy is palpable. The show’s theme music blares through the speakers as the camera cuts to the commentary table where Julian Fiasco and Jeremiah Sloan are seated, ready to kick off the show.]

Julian Fiasco: (enthusiastically) Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to sVo Showdown 191, coming to you live from the iconic Goodfellas Casino Arena right here in Las Vegas, Nevada! I’m Julian Fiasco, alongside my partner Jeremiah Sloan, and we have one hell of a show lined up for you tonight!

Jeremiah Sloan: (excitedly) That’s right, Julian! Last week was absolutely explosive, and tonight promises to be no different. We’ve got a stacked card, including a main event that could change the landscape of the sVo once again. Danny Domino will challenge Anthony Moretti for the sVo Roulette Championship!

Julian Fiasco: (nodding) Moretti has had a rough couple of weeks, losing both the sVo Championship and the Las Vegas Championship in back-to-back weeks. Tonight, he’s got to defend the last piece of gold he’s holding against a very determined Danny Domino.

Jeremiah Sloan: (intensely) Moretti’s back is against the wall, Julian. With Blood Money out of action and the Legends Club running roughshod over the sVo, Moretti’s got no allies to rely on. This could be his last stand as a champion!

Julian Fiasco: (smirking) And let’s not forget the rest of tonight’s card. We’ll see the aftermath of the Southern Boys’ tough loss to the Legends Club last week, and the implications it has for the newly formed Sanctioned Violence Network International Tag Team Championships.

Jeremiah Sloan: (thoughtfully) Plus, we’ll have the fallout from Johnny All Star’s shocking alliance with the Legends Club and his controversial win over Anthony Moretti at Roll the Dice. The sVo landscape has been turned upside down, and I can’t wait to see what happens next!

Julian Fiasco: (nodding) Absolutely. There’s a lot of bad blood in the sVo right now, and tonight could be explosive. So sit back, buckle up, and get ready for another thrilling edition of sVo Showdown!

[The camera cuts to the entrance ramp as the pyro goes off, signaling the official start of the show. The crowd roars in anticipation as the first match of the night is about to get underway.]

Don’t Count me Out

[The camera cuts to a backstage area where the atmosphere is tense. The halls are bustling with crew members preparing for the night’s show. The camera focuses on the entrance as the door swings open and Anthony Moretti steps in. He is alone, a stark contrast to his previous grand entrances with Blood Money by his side. The Roulette Championship is slung over his shoulder, but the weight of his recent losses and the absence of his faction is visible in his eyes. He looks determined, but there’s an undeniable aura of a man who has been through a lot in the past weeks.]

Julian Fiasco (voiceover): There he is, folks. The once-dominant Anthony Moretti, now walking into the arena alone. No Blood Money. No sVo Championship. No Las Vegas Championship. Just the Roulette Championship he clings to desperately.

Jeremiah Sloan (voiceover): You can see it in his eyes, Julian. Moretti is a man on the edge. He’s lost so much in such a short amount of time, and tonight, he faces the very real possibility of losing it all.

[Moretti walks down the hallway, the camera following closely. He passes by several sVo staff members who give him sympathetic looks. Moretti ignores them, his focus straight ahead. He turns a corner and almost bumps into a backstage interviewer, Katie Smith, who seizes the opportunity.]

Katie Smith: (cautiously) Anthony, can we get a few words before your big match tonight? How are you feeling heading into what could be the most pivotal night of your career?

[Moretti stops, taking a deep breath before turning to face Katie. The camera zooms in on his face, showing the determination mixed with a hint of desperation.]

Anthony Moretti: (gritting his teeth) Katie, it’s been a hell of a few weeks. I’ve lost my titles, my faction, and my sense of control. But I’m still here. I still have this. (He taps the Roulette Championship on his shoulder.) And tonight, I’m going to fight like hell to keep it. I’ve been knocked down, humiliated, and left to fend for myself. But I’m not done yet. Not by a long shot.

[Katie nods, sensing the intensity of Moretti’s words.]

Katie Smith: You’ve faced a lot of adversity recently. With Blood Money out of action, how do you plan to go up against Danny Domino tonight?

Anthony Moretti: (with a steely glare) I don’t need anyone else to win. I’ve been the top guy in this company for a reason. Danny Domino thinks he can just walk in and take what’s mine? He’s got another thing coming. I’ve fought my whole life to get to where I am, and I’ll be damned if I let it slip away without a fight.

[Moretti starts to walk away but stops and turns back to Katie, his expression softening slightly.]

Anthony Moretti: And Katie, after tonight, people are going to remember why you don’t count out Anthony Moretti. Ever.

[With that, Moretti turns and continues his walk down the hallway, his resolve clear as he heads toward his locker room. The camera lingers on him for a moment before cutting back to the arena.]

Julian Fiasco (voiceover): Strong words from Anthony Moretti. He’s clearly a man on a mission tonight.

Jeremiah Sloan (voiceover): Absolutely, Julian. Moretti knows what’s at stake, and he’s ready to fight for his legacy. Tonight’s main event is going to be one for the ages.

What’s Best for the Legends Club

[The camera transitions to the locker room of the Legends Club, a group that has quickly become notorious in the sVo. The room is filled with an air of confidence and superiority as Curtis Knight, Athena, Drew Hendrix, and Buzz Marshall gather. Athena is still riding high from her victory over Noah Rogan in the opening match of the night, while Hendrix and Marshall are preparing for their upcoming match against the Sin City Scoundrels. The atmosphere is a mix of celebration and strategy, with a hint of underlying tension.]

Curtis Knight: (smirking) Athena, you were brilliant out there tonight. Just like we planned.

Athena: (smugly) Of course. Noah Rogan never stood a chance. Now it’s up to you two to keep the momentum going.

[Drew Hendrix and Buzz Marshall exchange confident nods, checking their gear and psyching each other up.]

Drew Hendrix: (grinning) The Sin City Scoundrels are about to get a lesson in real wrestling. They won’t know what hit them.

Buzz Marshall: (chuckling) Just like Blood Money. We took them out, and now we’re taking over.

[The group shares a laugh, but the camaraderie is interrupted by Curtis Knight’s serious expression.]

Curtis Knight: Remember, tonight isn’t just about winning. It’s about sending a message. We’ve taken out Blood Money, but people are still questioning if we’re really here for Johnny All Star or if we have our own agenda.

[The room falls silent as the members of the Legends Club exchange glances, the underlying question hanging in the air.]

Athena: (leaning back, crossing her arms) Curtis is right. All Star brought us in, but he’s not the one calling the shots here. We are. The question is, can he trust us?

[Drew Hendrix and Buzz Marshall look at each other, then back at Curtis.]

Drew Hendrix: (nodding) All Star thinks he’s using us to keep his reign safe. But the truth is, we’re using him to establish our dominance.

Buzz Marshall: (grinning) And once we’ve made our mark, who’s to say we need him at all?

[The group nods in agreement, the tension in the room thickening as their true intentions come to light.]

Curtis Knight: (smirking) Exactly. So, let’s keep playing the game. For now, we’re with All Star. But the moment he becomes a liability… (pauses) we do what’s best for the Legends Club.

[The group shares a knowing look, their unified purpose clear. The camera zooms in on Curtis Knight’s face as he speaks with finality.]

Curtis Knight: Tonight, we make sure everyone knows that the Legends Club is the true power in the sVo. Hendrix, Marshall, go out there and show the Sin City Scoundrels what real dominance looks like.

[Hendrix and Marshall nod, their expressions determined. They finish their preparations and head towards the door, ready for their match. Athena and Curtis Knight stay behind, watching them leave.]

Athena: (smirking) This is just the beginning.

Curtis Knight: (nodding) And when the time comes, Johnny All Star will realize he made a deal with the devil.

[The camera lingers on Curtis Knight and Athena, the sense of impending power shift palpable, before cutting back to the arena.]

Not Impressed

[The scene shifts to a backstage area of the Goodfellas Casino Arena. Alex Sterling, known for his Hollywood-inspired persona, stands in front of a monitor, watching as Victor Holland has just beaten Dallas Jordan in a singles match. Sterling looks unimpressed as the match concludes. Katie Smith approaches with a microphone, ready to get Sterling’s reaction.]

Katie Smith: Alex, we just saw Victor Holland secure a victory over Dallas Jordan. What are your thoughts on the match?

Alex Sterling: (with a smirk, quoting a famous movie) “You know, Katie, in the immortal words of Rick Blaine from Casablanca, ‘I’m no good at being noble, but it doesn’t take much to see that the problems of three little people don’t amount to a hill of beans in this crazy world.’ That match was just that—a hill of beans.”

Katie Smith: (raising an eyebrow) So you weren’t impressed with Victor Holland’s performance?

Alex Sterling: (quoting another movie) “Let me put it this way, Katie. If we were in the world of The Godfather, I’d say Holland’s win was as underwhelming as a ‘Luca Brasi sleeps with the fishes’ moment. It lacked the drama, the gravitas, and the impact. It was more ‘I’ll make him an offer he can’t refuse’ that turned out to be a cheap knockoff.”

Katie Smith: (pressing further) What do you think Victor Holland needs to do to make an impact here in the sVo?

Alex Sterling: (quoting a different film) “Holland needs to understand that ‘Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re gonna get,’ but he keeps picking the same old, stale candy. He needs to bring something new, something exciting, something with the flair of a Tarantino twist.”

Katie Smith: (nodding) So you don’t see him as a threat to your position here in the sVo?

Alex Sterling: (smirking, quoting yet another movie) “As far as I’m concerned, Holland is like ‘a car salesman trying to sell a luxury vehicle with a busted engine.’ He talks a good game, but when it comes down to it, there’s no horsepower, no vroom. And in this business, Katie, it’s all about the vroom.”

Katie Smith: (smiling) Thank you, Alex. It looks like Victor Holland has a lot to prove if he wants to impress you.

Alex Sterling: (with a final movie quote) “Absolutely. To paraphrase the great Maximus from Gladiator, ‘Are you not entertained?’ Well, I wasn’t. Holland better step up his game, or he’ll find himself ‘gone with the wind.’”

[Katie Smith steps back, giving the camera a knowing smile as Alex Sterling continues to watch the monitor with a look of mild disdain. The camera fades out, leaving the viewers intrigued by Sterling’s biting critique and Hollywood flair.]

Jackpot

[The scene cuts to the office of sVo COO Amy Page. The room is sleek and professional, with dark wood furnishings and a large desk in the center. Amy Page is seated behind the desk, looking over some paperwork. Her enforcers, Scott Washington and Rick Reid, stand intimidatingly nearby, ready for anything. The door swings open without a knock, and in strides Trailer Trash Terry, the chaotic heel known for his unpredictable behavior.]

Trailer Trash Terry: (swaggering in) Well, well, well. If it ain’t the queen bee herself.

Amy Page: (looking up, unimpressed) Terry, what brings you here?

Trailer Trash Terry: (grinning wildly) I’m here to let ya know that I’m throwin’ my name into the hat for the 30-man rumble match at the Jackpot PPV. I’m gunnin’ for that shot at the title.

[Scott Washington and Rick Reid exchange glances, ready to intervene if necessary. Amy Page raises an eyebrow, considering Terry’s declaration.]

Amy Page: (calmly) You think you have what it takes to win the rumble and go for the title, Terry?

Trailer Trash Terry: (leaning over the desk, grinning) Oh, I know I do. Ain’t nobody crazier or more unpredictable than me. Those other guys? They ain’t got a clue what’s comin’ their way.

Amy Page: (leaning back, a smirk forming on her lips) Chaos can be a powerful tool, Terry. But remember, this isn’t just about being unpredictable. It’s about strategy, endurance, and knowing when to strike.

Trailer Trash Terry: (laughing) Strategy? Endurance? Lady, I live for this kinda stuff. Ain’t no strategy can beat pure, unfiltered chaos.

Amy Page: (nodding) Very well, Terry. You’re officially entered into the rumble. But know this: I’ll be watching closely. I expect nothing but your best.

Trailer Trash Terry: (straightening up, his grin widening) You can count on it, boss. I’m gonna make sure everyone remembers the name Trailer Trash Terry.

[With a final nod to Page, Terry turns and swaggers out of the office. Scott Washington and Rick Reid remain alert, their eyes following Terry until he’s gone. Amy Page leans back in her chair, a thoughtful expression on her face.]

Amy Page: (to herself) This Jackpot PPV just got a lot more interesting.

[The scene fades out as Amy Page returns to her paperwork, a hint of a smile playing on her lips. The presence of her enforcers, Scott Washington and Rick Reid, underscores the tension and anticipation in the air as the buildup to the Jackpot PPV continues.]

[The scene shifts to a backstage area where Katie Smith stands with a microphone in hand, ready for her next interview. The camera zooms out to reveal the sVo Champion, Johnny All Star, clutching his championship belt tightly. He looks paranoid and nervous, constantly glancing around as if expecting someone to attack at any moment.]

Katie Smith: Ladies and gentlemen, I’m here with the sVo Champion, Johnny All Star. Johnny, congratulations on your victory at Roll the Dice. But given the recent events, can you tell us if you trust the Legends Club, the group that helped you secure your championship?

[Johnny All Star’s eyes dart around the room, his grip on the championship belt tightening. He looks visibly uncomfortable, sweat beading on his forehead.]

Johnny All Star: (nervously) Uh… thanks, Katie. Yeah, it was a big win, a career-saving win.

Katie Smith: (pressing) But Johnny, the Legends Club has a reputation for being unpredictable and self-serving. Are you confident they have your best interests at heart?

[All Star’s face contorts with anxiety. He hesitates, clearly conflicted about how to respond. He opens his mouth to speak but then closes it, shaking his head slightly. The tension is palpable as Katie Smith waits for an answer.]

Johnny All Star: (voice trembling) Katie, I… I can’t… (pauses, then quickly changes his tone) Look, I have to go.

[Without another word, Johnny All Star abruptly turns and walks away, leaving Katie Smith standing alone, looking surprised and concerned.]

Katie Smith: (addressing the camera) Well, there you have it, folks. It seems Johnny All Star is unwilling to answer questions about his relationship with the Legends Club. What does this mean for the future of the sVo Champion? Stay tuned to find out.

[The camera lingers on Katie Smith’s puzzled expression before cutting back to the action in the arena.]

[The scene shifts to the bustling backstage area of the Goodfellas Casino Arena, focusing on the locker room of Generation Joint. Inside, Kenneth D Williams, Jay Adder, Gunner Lang, and Jacob Izaz are gathered. They look both relieved and apprehensive, a mix of emotions playing across their faces.]

Kenneth D Williams: (with a smile) Blood Money has been decimated! This is a huge win for the entire sVo.

Jacob Izaz: (nodding) Yeah, it’s about time someone took them down a peg. They had a stranglehold on this place for too long.

Gunner Lang: (clapping Jay Adder on the back) And let’s not forget Jay here, stepping up tonight to face Curtis Knight. You’ve got this, man.

[Jay Adder nods, but his expression is serious, eyes reflecting concern.]

Jay Adder: (sighing) Thanks, guys. But let’s be real. The Legends Club… they’re something else. They took down Blood Money like it was nothing. Who knows what they’re capable of?

Kenneth D Williams: (crossing his arms) You’re right. Blood Money was bad, but the Legends Club… they’re on a different level. And they’ve got the sVo Champion in their corner. We need to be ready for anything.

Gunner Lang: (leaning forward) We can’t let them get a foothold like Blood Money did. We need to show them that Generation Joint is here to stay, and we won’t back down.

Jacob Izaz: (determined) Tonight’s just the start. Jay, you go out there and show Curtis Knight what we’re made of. We’ll be right here, watching your back.

[Jay Adder takes a deep breath, straightening up with a renewed sense of purpose.]

Jay Adder: (firmly) Alright, let’s do this. For Generation Joint.

[The group exchanges nods and supportive gestures, solidifying their unity. Just then, a crew member steps into the locker room.]

Crew Member: Jay, you’re up next.

[Jay Adder looks at his teammates one last time, then heads towards the exit, ready for his match. The remaining members of Generation Joint watch him go, their expressions a mix of hope and concern.]

Kenneth D Williams: (quietly) Let’s hope this isn’t just the calm before the storm.

[The camera lingers on the determined faces of Generation Joint before cutting back to the action in the arena, setting the stage for Jay Adder’s crucial match against Curtis Knight.]

Gang Warfare

[The scene shifts to the roaring arena, where the match between Curtis Knight and Jay Adder has just concluded. Curtis Knight stands victorious, his arm raised by the referee, while Jay Adder lies on the mat, clearly exhausted from the hard-fought battle. The members of the Legends Club — Athena, Drew Hendrix, and Buzz Marshall — stand behind Knight, celebrating his win.]

Curtis Knight: (raising his arms in victory) This is just the beginning, sVo! The Legends Club is here to dominate!

[The crowd boos loudly as Knight’s smirk grows wider. Suddenly, Kenneth D Williams, Gunner Lang, and Jacob Izaz rush into the ring, joining their fallen teammate, Jay Adder.]

Julian Fiasco: (commentating) Security is trying to break this up, but these teams are relentless! The hatred between Generation Joint and the Legends Club is palpable!

Jeremiah Sloan: (commentating) This is a powder keg waiting to explode! Who will come out on top in this war for control of the sVo?

[Finally, after several minutes of chaotic fighting, security manages to separate the two groups, pushing them to opposite sides of the ring. The members of Generation Joint, bruised but defiant, stand together, glaring at the Legends Club, who are equally battered but still exuding arrogance.]

Don’t Play by the Rules

[The scene shifts to the bustling backstage area of the Goodfellas Casino Arena. Vasquez, with his Scarface-inspired demeanor, exudes confidence, his Las Vegas Championship belt gleaming on his shoulder.]

Katie Smith: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome my guest at this time, the new Las Vegas Champion, ‘the Miami Maverick’ Carlos Vasquez! Carlos, you defeated Anthony Moretti last week to capture the title. How does it feel to be the new champion?

Carlos Vasquez: (smirking, adjusting the belt) Katie, let me tell you somethin’. When you look at me, you see a champion who took what he wanted, just like I did in Miami. This title right here? This is my empire now. Moretti was just the beginning. The world is mine, and I’m here to prove it.

Katie Smith: You’ve certainly made a statement, Carlos. What can the sVo fans expect from you as the Las Vegas Champion?

Carlos Vasquez: (leaning closer to the microphone) Expect the unexpected, Katie. I’m not just a champion, I’m a ruler. Anyone who thinks they can take this from me? They better be ready to go to war, because I don’t play by the rules. I make ’em.

[Before Katie can ask her next question, Johnny Dorn walks into the frame, his expression serious and determined. The crowd in the arena buzzes with excitement at the sight of the fan favorite.]

Johnny Dorn: (looking directly at Vasquez) Carlos, congrats on your win, but don’t get too comfortable. You might have taken out Moretti, but you haven’t faced me yet. And I’m coming for that title.

Carlos Vasquez: (laughs, sizing up Dorn) Johnny Dorn, huh? You think you got what it takes to step into my world? This belt, it ain’t just a piece of gold. It’s power, it’s respect, and it’s mine. You wanna come for it? Be my guest. Just remember, when you come for the king, you better not miss.

Johnny Dorn: (not backing down) I don’t miss, Carlos. You might think you’re untouchable, but I know how to fight, and I know how to win. Enjoy that belt while you can, because next time you step in the ring, it’s coming home with me.

Carlos Vasquez: (smirking) We’ll see about that, Dorn. Just remember, in my world, there are no rules, only winners and losers. And I don’t plan on losing.

[Katie Smith steps back, sensing the tension between the two competitors as they stare each other down.]

Anthony Moretti (c) vs. Danny Domino

Ringside
A New Era

[The camera cuts back to the ring where the aftermath of the brutal match between Danny Domino and Anthony Moretti is still playing out. The arena is buzzing with the shock of the night’s events. The referee hands the sVo Roulette Championship to Danny Domino, who holds it high above his head. The fans give a mixed reaction, with some cheering for the new champion while others boo the ruthless ‘Bully.’]

Julian Fiasco: (commentating) I can’t believe what we’re witnessing, Jeremiah! Danny Domino has done it! He’s defeated Anthony Moretti and captured the sVo Roulette Championship!

Jeremiah Sloan: (commentating) Moretti has lost everything in just a matter of weeks. First the sVo Championship, then the Las Vegas Championship, and now the Roulette Championship. Blood Money is no more, and Moretti is left with nothing!

[Danny Domino stands tall over the fallen Anthony Moretti, who is lying on the mat, looking defeated and broken. Domino revels in his victory, a smug grin plastered on his face as he taunts the crowd and soaks in the moment. The boos from the audience grow louder as Domino continues to mock Moretti, who struggles to pull himself up.]

Danny Domino: (yelling) This is my time now! Moretti, you’re finished!

[The camera then cuts to the backstage area where the sVo Champion, Johnny All Star, is watching the scene unfold on a monitor. He stands alone, clutching his sVo Championship tightly. A satisfied look spreads across his face as he sees the downfall of his rival.]

Katie Smith: (approaching Johnny All Star) Johnny, what are your thoughts on what we’ve just witnessed?

Johnny All Star: (smirking) You know, Katie, there’s an old saying: “Revenge is a dish best served cold.” Moretti thought he could run the sVo and dominate everyone, but now he’s lost everything. I wanted to make sure he felt the same humiliation he put me through. Tonight, he got what he deserved.

Katie Smith: (pressing) But Johnny, at what cost? You brought in the Legends Club, and now it seems like chaos has taken over the sVo. Can you really trust them?

[Johnny All Star’s expression falters for a moment, the weight of Katie’s question hitting him. He doesn’t respond, instead turning his gaze back to the monitor, where Danny Domino is still celebrating in the ring.]

Johnny All Star: (softly, almost to himself) Sometimes, Katie, you have to break a few eggs to make an omelet.

[The camera cuts back to the ring where Danny Domino is still holding the sVo Roulette Championship high, the arena echoing with mixed reactions from the crowd. Anthony Moretti is helped to his feet by officials, a look of utter defeat on his face. The show ends with a shot of Domino standing triumphant, Moretti’s fall from grace complete.]

Julian Fiasco: (commentating) What a night it’s been! The sVo is changing before our very eyes, and it looks like things are only going to get more intense from here!

Jeremiah Sloan: (commentating) Indeed, Julian. The landscape of the sVo has been shaken to its core. What will happen next? We’ll find out next week on sVo Showdown!

[The screen fades to black as the sVo logo appears, signaling the end of the show.]
