Backstage
Disrespected

Rei stands backstage, microphone in hand, with Takeshi “Rising Dragon” Kobayashi pacing back and forth, a determined look on his face.

Rei: [Smiling] I’m here with Takeshi “Rising Dragon” Kobayashi, who has a big match against Akeno Watabe later tonight. Takeshi, last week we saw you attempt to sneak up on the Heavyweight Champion, but Akeno stopped you in your tracks. How are you feeling heading into this match?

Takeshi Kobayashi: [Scoffing] Feeling? You want to know how I’m feeling? I’m sick of being disrespected! Akeno thinks he can play hero, but he has no idea what he’s gotten himself into. I didn’t just come here to play games; I came to make a statement!

Rei: [Nods] You’ve certainly made an impact in RSPW, but Akeno has proven to be a formidable opponent. What’s your strategy for tonight?

Takeshi Kobayashi: [Smirking] Strategy? It’s simple. I’ll show him why they call me the Rising Dragon. I’ll unleash everything I have, and when I’m done, Akeno will understand that he’s just another stepping stone on my path to the top.

Rei: [Concerned] You mentioned making a statement. Do you think this match will affect your relationship with the Champion, Ryujiro?

Takeshi Kobayashi: [Laughs darkly] Ryujiro? I’m not worried about him. If anything, I’ll show him that I’m the real threat in this division. Akeno is just a distraction—a fly to swat away on my way to the title.

Rei looks taken aback but presses on.

Rei: And what about the fans? They’ve been vocal in their support for Akeno. How does that affect you?

Takeshi Kobayashi: [Sneering] The fans? They don’t matter. Their cheers won’t save Akeno when I’m done with him. Tonight, I’m going to silence them all, and they’ll learn to respect the Rising Dragon!

With a final glare, Takeshi walks off, leaving Rei to turn back to the camera.

Rei: [Slightly stunned] Strong words from Takeshi Kobayashi. It’s clear he’s ready for tonight’s main event, and we can expect nothing less than a fierce battle. Back to you at ringside!

The scene fades as the camera cuts back to the ring.

Not Worthy

The camera cuts backstage, where Rei stands with a microphone in hand, ready to interview Katsuhiro Kaneda, the Junior Heavyweight Champion. Kaneda is leaning against a wall, arms crossed, looking unbothered as he adjusts his championship belt.

Rei: [Smiling] Katsuhiro, you’ve just heard Emi Sato’s challenge for a title shot. What’s your response?

Katsuhiro Kaneda: [Scoffing] Emi Sato? Please. I’m the Junior Heavyweight Champion, and I won’t be defending my title against just anyone. She doesn’t have what it takes to even be in the ring with me.

Rei raises an eyebrow, trying to gauge his confidence.

Rei: So you’re saying she’s not a worthy challenger?

Katsuhiro Kaneda: [Smirking] Exactly. And don’t even get me started on King Neptune. He’s a joke. I’ve watched him flounder in the ring too many times to count. I refuse to waste my time defending my title against someone who can’t even impress me.

He adjusts his belt again, the arrogance radiating off him.

Katsuhiro Kaneda: I’m the champion for a reason. I’ll only defend this belt when I find someone truly worthy. Until then, I suggest both of them focus on their little matches and leave the championship to the real competitors.

Rei nods, trying to maintain her composure in the face of his arrogance.

Rei: So what’s next for you, then? Are you planning to wait until someone comes along, or are you open to any potential challengers?

Katsuhiro Kaneda: [With a dismissive wave] I’m not in a rush. If they want to impress me, they can earn it. Until then, I’ll enjoy my reign as champion without the distractions of mediocrity.

As Kaneda turns to walk away, Rei watches him go, shaking her head slightly at his self-assuredness. The camera fades out, leaving the audience eager for what’s to come next in the Junior Heavyweight division.

Ringside
Wait for the Takeover

The camera cuts to the ring where Hugo Ryzing stands tall, having just defeated Hiro Ryuu. He raises his fists in triumph, soaking in the boos from the crowd, a smug grin plastered on his face as he revels in his victory.

Hugo Ryzing: [Breathing heavily, catching his breath] You all thought I’d lose, didn’t you? Look at me now! I’m back on track, and nobody can stop me!

Suddenly, the arena lights flicker as Colt Thompson’s music hits. The crowd erupts, sensing the tension. Colt Thompson bursts through the entrance, eyes locked on Ryzing, his expression fierce and determined.

Colt Thompson: [Shouting] Hey, Ryzing! You think you can just walk around here celebrating while I’m left in the dust? It’s time to settle this!

Colt slides into the ring and launches himself at Ryzing, the two men immediately engaging in a furious brawl. Fists fly as they exchange blows, the tension between them palpable. Ryzing pushes Colt back into the corner, but Colt quickly counters, throwing Ryzing across the ring.

The crowd is on their feet, cheering as the two continue to fight, ignoring the referee’s attempts to intervene. Security begins rushing down the ramp, but the chaos escalates as Colt and Ryzing keep throwing punches.

Hugo Ryzing: [Grunting as he fights back] You’re nothing but a coward, Thompson! You think you can take me down?

Before Ryzing can land a punch, security floods the ring, surrounding both men. The COO, Hiroshi Fujimoto, pushes through the chaos, his face filled with frustration.

Hiroshi Fujimoto: [Shouting] Enough! This ends now! You two have a big match at Global Takeover, and I won’t let you ruin it before it even happens!

Colt and Ryzing continue to struggle against the security personnel, but they’re eventually separated. Both men glare at each other from across the ring, their animosity still simmering.

Colt Thompson: [Breathing heavily, pointing at Ryzing] I’m coming for you, and when we face off, it’s going to be my time!

Hugo Ryzing: [Sneering, still restrained by security] You think you can take me down? Just wait!

As security finally manages to guide both men away from each other, the camera zooms in on their heated expressions, leaving the audience buzzing with anticipation for their inevitable showdown at Global Takeover.

Backstage
Eye on the Main Event

The camera shifts to a backstage area where Rei stands with the RSPW Heavyweight Champion, Ryujiro. He’s wearing a sharp suit, the championship belt gleaming over his shoulder as he exudes confidence.

Rei: Ryujiro, tonight you have your eye on the main event, where ‘the Boss’ Akeno Watabe is set to face Takeshi Kobayashi. What are your thoughts on Akeno as your future contender?

Ryujiro: [Smirking] Akeno has proven himself to be a formidable competitor, no doubt about it. But let’s be clear—this isn’t about him being my future contender. It’s about what I do in that ring as champion. I’ve worked hard to get this title, and I’m not about to let anyone just walk in and take it from me.

Rei: Akeno has made quite the name for himself, though. Do you think he poses a real threat to your reign?

Ryujiro: [Chuckling] Threat? Sure, he has potential. But potential doesn’t win championships. I’ve faced tougher opponents, and I’ve come out on top every time. Akeno needs to show me that he can handle the pressure, especially against someone like Kobayashi tonight.

Ryujiro leans closer, his tone turning serious.

Ryujiro: I’ll be watching closely. If Akeno thinks he can step into the ring with me and expect an easy path, he’s got another thing coming. I plan to make an example out of whoever stands in my way.

Rei: What if Kobayashi manages to pull off the win tonight?

Ryujiro: [Rolling his eyes] Kobayashi? Please. He’s just another obstacle. Akeno has the chance to prove himself tonight, but if he can’t handle the heat, then I’ll be more than ready for whatever comes next.

Ryujiro straightens up, his confidence radiating as he finishes his thoughts.

Ryujiro: At the end of the day, I’m the champion. I dictate the pace, and I’ll be the one who walks out victorious, no matter who my next challenger is.

As the camera zooms in on Ryujiro’s determined expression, Rei nods, wrapping up the interview.

Rei: Thank you, Ryujiro. We look forward to seeing how this all unfolds.

The segment fades out, leaving fans eager for the main event and Ryujiro’s future challenges.

A GLOBAL Takeover

As the camera focuses on the ring, the crowd is buzzing with excitement after an intense match. Akeno Watabe stands tall, celebrating his victory over Takeshi “Rising Dragon” Kobayashi, who is recovering on the mat.

Suddenly, Kobayashi sits up, a scowl on his face as he looks at Watabe, clearly seething with anger. Just as he prepares to launch an attack, the RSPW Heavyweight Champion Ryujiro’s music hits, and he rushes to the ring, stepping between Kobayashi and Watabe.

Ryujiro: [Microphone in hand, looking directly at Kobayashi] Whoa, whoa, hold on there! You’ve had your chance, and it’s time to move on.

The crowd cheers as Ryujiro addresses Watabe.

Ryujiro: Akeno, I respect you. You fought hard tonight, and you’ve earned your place as my next contender. But I want our title match to happen at the biggest stage possible—Global Takeover!

The crowd erupts in applause, excited at the prospect of this championship clash. Watabe nods in agreement, showing his determination.

Akeno Watabe: [Grabbing the microphone] Ryujiro, I appreciate that. I want to prove myself against you when it matters most. Global Takeover, let’s make it happen!

Just as the atmosphere is electric and the crowd is ready for the match announcement, the lights dim, and an unfamiliar tune plays. The audience buzzes with confusion until the masked figure of Espectro, the Estrella Suprema Champion from Lucha de Cinco Estrellas in Mexico, appears at the entrance!!

Espectro walks down to the ring, his presence commanding attention as he points dramatically at Ryujiro, then at the Global Takeover banner hanging above the ring.

The crowd begins to chant, sensing the tension rising.

Ryujiro and Watabe exchange glances, both clearly intrigued but wary.

Ryujiro: [Smirking] You think you can just take my spotlight? I don’t back down from a challenge!!

The crowd is on their feet, the atmosphere electrifying as the three wrestlers stare each other down. As the show comes to a close, the camera zooms in on the intensity in the ring, the Global Takeover banner looming large in the background, leaving fans eager for what’s to come.
