29th September 2024

The camera opens on the roaring crowd inside the iconic Goodfellas Casino Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. The packed house is buzzing with anticipation as the Showdown theme song blasts over the arena’s sound system. The camera pans over the sea of excited fans, signs waving, and energy high as sVo Showdown one hundred and ninenty nine kicks off with a bang!

The screen transitions to the commentary table where Julian Fiasco and Jeremiah Sloan sit, both looking eager to break down the night’s action.

Julian Fiasco:
“Welcome, everyone, to sVo Showdown! We are live from the Goodfellas Casino Arena in Las Vegas, and what a night of action we have in store for you! I’m Julian Fiasco, here alongside my partner, Jeremiah Sloan, and Sloan—tonight’s all about the Victory Cup!”

Jeremiah Sloan:
“That’s right, Fiasco! We’re into the second round of the Victory Cup tournament, and things are heating up! Tonight, we have four huge second-round matches on tap, including what could be some of the most intense bouts we’ve seen yet!”

Julian Fiasco:
“Absolutely! First, we’ll see Johnny Dorn, the Las Vegas Champion, take on Bronson Johnson! Dorn’s been on a roll, but Bronson is hungry for a big win to make a name for himself in this tournament.”

Jeremiah Sloan:
“Then, we’ve got Ali Young stepping into the ring with a legend—Night! Ali Young has proven to be a rising star, but going one-on-one with an icon like Night? That’s a tall order.”

Julian Fiasco:
“And let’s not forget the all-Generation Joint matchup, as Jacob Izaz takes on his own teammate, Kenneth D Williams! These two are friends, but tonight they’ll have to put that aside with a spot in the next round on the line!”

Jeremiah Sloan:
“Plus, in what might be the most dangerous match of the night, we’ve got Puck going toe-to-toe with the brutal and unpredictable Nightmare! Will Puck be able to withstand the onslaught of the twisted Nightmare?”

*The camera cuts to highlights from last week’s show—Johnny All Star, JD James, and Gunner Lang standing tall as Horizon reunites to take on the Legends Club, leading to the announcement of the *Organised Chaos* match at Global Takeover! The steel cage with weapons looms large, an ominous sign of the war to come.*

Julian Fiasco:
“And speaking of chaos, last week’s announcement by COO Amy Page shook the entire sVo to its core! At Global Takeover in October, we’re going to see Horizon—Johnny All Star, Gunner Lang, Darwin Jones, and JD James—take on the Legends Club in an Organised Chaos match!”

Jeremiah Sloan:
“That’s right! This isn’t just any match—this is a four-on-four steel cage with weapons! It’s one of the most dangerous and infamous matches in sVo history! The winning team gets to decide the stipulation for the sVo Championship match between Curtis Knight and Johnny All Star at Ultimate Victory! The stakes could not be higher.”

Julian Fiasco:
“Tonight, we’ll see how the Legends Club reacts to that bombshell, and who will take one step closer to Victory Cup glory! It’s going to be a wild ride, folks—so buckle up!”

The camera zooms out to a wide shot of the arena, fireworks going off near the stage as the crowd explodes with cheers. The energy is palpable as the show cuts to the first match of the night.

Julian Fiasco:
“We’ve got no time to waste—let’s get the action started here on sVo Showdown 199!

The screen fades as the competitors for the opening Victory Cup match make their way to the ring, and the excitement of the night is just beginning!

Ringside
You’re Already Finished

The arena lights dim, and the booming sound of the Legends Club theme song echoes throughout the Goodfellas Casino Arena. The crowd erupts into boos as the Legends Club—Curtis Knight, Athena, and the sVo Tag Team Champions Buzz Marshall and Drew Hendrix—make their way down the ramp. Curtis Knight leads the charge, smirking at the negative reaction, followed closely by Athena and the tag champs, all basking in the hostility from the fans. Knight raises his hands arrogantly before grabbing a microphone as they enter the ring.

Curtis Knight:
Oh, you can boo all you want, but you’re just mad because you’re staring at the most dominant force in wrestling today!

The crowd’s boos only intensify as Knight relishes in the moment, pacing the ring with a smug grin.

Curtis Knight:
“*So, let me get this straight… Last night, Johnny All Star, Gunner Lang, JD James, and their little buddy Darwin Jones decided to take a little field trip over to Project Violence, huh? They tried to be the big heroes, showing up on *Oblivion* to help Darwin win the PV Heavyweight Championship from Adam Garcia! That’s right, they thought they could just waltz into another company and do what they do best… fail!*”

Knight pauses, as the audience boos and chants for All Star. He chuckles to himself, while Buzz Marshall and Drew Hendrix laugh in the background.

Curtis Knight:
Oh, but the best part? The absolute cherry on top? They didn’t even get to see Darwin lose! They got kicked out of the building by Project Violence’s General Manager, James von Drake! What kind of pathetic joke is that? They can’t even pull off a simple task like helping Darwin Jones win a title! How embarrassing…

Athena rolls her eyes dramatically as she adjusts the Legends Club jacket she’s wearing, clearly unimpressed by Horizon’s efforts.

Curtis Knight:
If that’s the best Horizon’s got, then they’ve got no hope—none*—when they step into the ring with us at Global Takeover in that *Organised Chaos* match! I mean, seriously, if they can’t handle one little title match in Project Violence, how are they going to survive in the most brutal, violent match this company has ever seen?*”

Knight pauses, letting the words sink in as the fans continue to jeer, but the Legends Club looks unfazed.

Curtis Knight:
Johnny All Star, Gunner Lang, Darwin Jones—hell, even that washed-up manager JD James—you’re all in way over your heads. You’re stepping into our world now. You’re stepping into our battlefield. You think you’re tough? You think reuniting Horizon is going to save you?

Curtis Knight grins menacingly, leaning against the ropes and staring out at the crowd.

Curtis Knight:
“*Here’s the reality—when you face the Legends Club in *Organised Chaos,* you don’t survive. We’re not here to fight fair. We’re here to destroy you, piece by piece, until there’s nothing left. And Johnny All Star, when we’re done, I’m going to take that sVo Championship from around your waist, whether it’s at Ultimate Victory or any other time! You can’t stop the inevitable, and you can’t stop the Legends Club!*”

Buzz Marshall and Drew Hendrix step forward, brandishing their sVo Tag Team Championship belts, raising them high as Athena stands confidently beside Knight, nodding along with his every word.

Curtis Knight:
So go ahead, Johnny—keep making your little plans, keep playing the hero. But just know that no matter what you do, no matter how many allies you try to scrape together, Horizon will fall.

Knight drops the microphone with a thud, raising his arms once again as the Legends Club stands tall in the center of the ring. The camera zooms in on the group’s confident expressions as the boos echo louder through the arena.

Curtis Knight (yelling over the noise):
You’re already finished, Johnny! You just don’t know it yet!

The scene fades as the Legends Club stands united, basking in the hatred from the crowd as they leave the ring, walking confidently up the ramp.

Backstage
On a Collision Course?

The camera cuts to the backstage area of the Goodfellas Casino Arena as the legendary Night, the Japanese wrestling icon, steps through the entrance. Dressed in his signature black and purple jacket, his presence is immediately felt. The production crew and backstage staff glance in awe as he walks past them with his usual focused intensity. Suddenly, sVo interviewer Katie Smith rushes over, microphone in hand, trying to catch up to the elusive star.

Katie Smith:
Night! Night! A quick word before you head to your locker room, please!

Night pauses, turning his head slightly to acknowledge Katie’s presence before fully stopping. His stoic expression gives little away as he faces her.

Katie Smith:
Night, tonight you’re under the same roof as your brother, Nightmare, after what’s been a very intense few months between you two. How do you plan to co-exist in the same building with him tonight, knowing the tension between you?

Night looks thoughtful for a moment, his face still composed, before responding in his deep, calm voice.

Night:
Katie, I don’t need to co-exist with him. Nightmare and I have shared many arenas, but the paths we walk are very different now. Tonight, I’m focused on one thing—advancing in the Victory Cup. What he does, how he acts… that’s none of my concern until it is.

Katie nods, sensing the cool confidence radiating from Night.

Katie Smith:
But with the Victory Cup progressing, if both you and Nightmare keep winning, you could be on a collision course in the semi-finals. What are your thoughts on potentially facing your own brother in such a high-stakes match?

Night’s expression darkens slightly at the mention of a potential showdown with his brother. He shifts his gaze away for a moment, as if weighing his words carefully, before locking eyes with Katie again.

Night:
Family bonds don’t change what happens in the ring. If it comes to that, Nightmare will find out that blood isn’t enough to protect him from what’s coming. We are no longer the same men we once were. I’ve seen his darkness, and he will see mine.

Night’s words hang in the air, filled with an eerie calmness that sends a shiver down Katie’s spine. He then nods, signaling the end of the conversation as he turns and heads toward his locker room.

Katie Smith:
Thank you, Night.

The camera watches as Night disappears down the hallway, leaving a sense of foreboding in the air as Katie stands speechless, contemplating the brewing storm between the two brothers.

May the Best Man Win

The camera cuts backstage to the locker room of Generation Joint, where Jay Adder is sitting on a bench, lacing up his boots. The atmosphere is a mix of tension and camaraderie as Jacob Izaz and Kenneth D Williams, who are set to face each other in a Victory Cup match later tonight, stand nearby. Both men look focused but conflicted, knowing the challenge that lies ahead. The group is still visibly affected by the recent departure of their long-time friend and partner, Gunner Lang, who walked out on them to rejoin Horizon.

Jay Adder:
Man, it still feels weird around here without Gunner…

He shakes his head, clearly frustrated. Izaz and Williams exchange a glance, both nodding in agreement.

Jacob Izaz:
Yeah, it doesn’t sit right. I never thought he’d just walk away from us like that.

Kenneth D Williams:
None of us did, man. But that’s on him. We’ve still got Generation Joint, and that’s what matters now.

The tension between Izaz and Williams, who will battle in the ring later tonight, lingers in the air. Both men know what’s at stake, but there’s a mutual respect between them that keeps things from boiling over. Jay Adder watches them, feeling the weight of the situation.

Jacob Izaz:
Look, Ken, tonight… I know we’re gonna tear the house down. I wouldn’t expect anything less from you.

Williams nods, a serious expression on his face.

Kenneth D Williams:
Same goes for you, Jake. We’re going to give it everything out there because that’s what we do. But when it’s all said and done, no matter who wins, Generation Joint is still standing strong.

Jacob Izaz:
Exactly. We’re brothers. This Victory Cup? It’s just business. We’ll go out there, give it everything, but at the end of the day, we’re still a team.

Williams steps forward, extending his hand to Izaz. Izaz looks down at the hand for a moment before smirking and shaking it firmly. There’s no animosity between them, just a deep-rooted respect as they prepare to collide in one of the most important matches of their careers.

Kenneth D Williams:
We’ll show them what Generation Joint is all about, win or lose.

Jay Adder:
That’s right. No matter what happens tonight, we stick together. We don’t need anyone else—Gunner made his choice, but we’ve got ours. We’re stronger together.

The three men nod in agreement, a sense of unity settling in despite the looming match. As the camera zooms in on Izaz and Williams, the tension returns, but this time it’s charged with the anticipation of battle, not division.

Jacob Izaz:
Let’s make it a match they’ll never forget.

Kenneth D Williams:
You know it, man.

The camera fades out as the trio, despite the looming match, remain united under the banner of Generation Joint.

Counting on It

The scene opens backstage at the Goodfellas Casino Arena as the Southern Boys, Dan Williams and Dave Miller, march down the hallway, looking determined and furious. They approach the door to Amy Page’s office, exchanging a glance before Miller pushes the door open without knocking. Inside, Amy Page, COO of sVo, is seated at her desk, looking up from her paperwork with a raised eyebrow.

Dan Williams:
Amy, we need to talk.

Dave Miller slams the door shut behind them, crossing his arms as he stands next to his partner. The tension is thick as both men are clearly still angry about last week’s brutal attack from Page’s enforcers, Scott Washington and Rick Reid.

Dave Miller:
Your boys jumped us last week. We want our shot at them tonight, right here. Let’s settle this.

A smirk spreads across Amy Page’s face as she leans back in her chair, amused by their aggression. She clasps her hands together on the desk, looking at the Southern Boys like they were merely inconveniences.

Amy Page:
Oh, I’m sorry, boys. I forgot to tell you—Scott Washington and Rick Reid aren’t here tonight.

Williams and Miller look even more frustrated, but before they can say anything, Page cuts them off with a sly grin.

Amy Page:
But don’t worry, you’ll get your chance at them.

Dan Williams:
When?

Amy Page:
At the Ultimate Victory PPV. You two against my enforcers, in a tag team match. You’ve been asking for it, and now you’ll get it. But here’s a little warning—those two don’t lose easily, and they definitely don’t play fair.

Dan Williams clenches his fists, clearly still fired up, while Miller takes a step forward, glaring at Amy Page.

Dave Miller:
We don’t care how dirty they play. We want this. We’re going to make them pay for that attack last week, and we’ll do it on the biggest stage.

Dan Williams:
Tell your boys to bring everything they’ve got, because we’re coming to take them down at Ultimate Victory.

A cold smile spreads across Page’s face as she stands up from her chair, looking at the Southern Boys with thinly veiled amusement.

Amy Page:
I like your fire, boys. I really do. But don’t say I didn’t warn you when you’re lying flat on your backs at Ultimate Victory. Now, if you don’t mind, I’ve got business to attend to.

With a dismissive wave, she motions towards the door, clearly done with the conversation. Williams and Miller exchange a glance, their fury still burning as they reluctantly turn to leave the office.

Dave Miller (over his shoulder):
We’ll see you at Ultimate Victory, Amy. You’ll regret this.

The Southern Boys walk out of the office, determined and ready for revenge, as the camera zooms in on Amy Page, her smirk growing wider as she watches them leave.

Amy Page (to herself):
Oh, I’m counting on it.

The scene fades out, leaving the promise of a heated tag team clash at the Ultimate Victory PPV looming on the horizon.

Victory Cup Round 2 Match
Jacob Izaz vs. Kenneth D Williams

Ringside
Same Page

The crowd at the Goodfellas Casino Arena is electric after an intense second-round Victory Cup match between Jacob Izaz and Kenneth D Williams. The bell rings, and Kenneth D Williams stands tall, his arm raised in victory as the referee signals his win. However, the atmosphere in the ring is tense as Jacob Izaz, still catching his breath, slowly rises to his feet, locking eyes with Williams. Both men, teammates in Generation Joint, seem torn between frustration and respect after a hard-fought battle.

The fans are on edge, sensing the tension between the two wrestlers. Kenneth looks at Izaz with a mix of pride and caution, while Jacob, clearly frustrated by the loss, clenches his fists. The two men stand face to face in the center of the ring, neither backing down, the energy thick with the potential for things to escalate.

Julian Fiasco (commentary):
It looks like things could explode between these two teammates right here! Generation Joint might be falling apart after this one!

Jeremiah Sloan (commentary):
This was always going to be a tough moment, Julian. They’re brothers in arms, but at the end of the day, it’s every man for himself in the Victory Cup.

The tension builds, and the crowd is now buzzing with anticipation. It looks like Kenneth and Jacob are about to come to blows when suddenly, Jay Adder sprints down the ramp, sliding into the ring. The crowd gives a mixed reaction, unsure of how things are going to play out. Adder quickly gets between the two, putting his hands up and facing each man in turn, trying to calm the situation down.

Jay Adder (shouting):
Whoa, whoa, whoa! Come on, guys! This isn’t us! We’re better than this! We’re Generation Joint!

Kenneth D Williams and Jacob Izaz both take a step back, breathing heavily and glaring at each other, but not moving to attack. Adder stays between them, eyes darting back and forth, making sure things don’t escalate. The tension still lingers in the air, but the heat between the two starts to cool as Adder continues speaking.

Jay Adder:
Look, I get it. That was a hell of a match, but we knew this was going to happen. We knew we’d have to face each other at some point. But this isn’t about who wins between us, it’s about sticking together! It’s about Generation Joint!

Kenneth D Williams looks down, still trying to gather his thoughts, while Jacob Izaz wipes the sweat from his brow, taking a deep breath. The crowd starts to rally behind Adder’s words, clapping in support of the group staying united.

Jay Adder (continuing):
We’ve already lost Gunner. We’re not going to lose each other, too. Kenneth, you won fair and square, man. And Jacob, you gave it everything you had. But we can’t let this tournament tear us apart. Generation Joint is stronger together.

The crowd begins to chant, “Generation Joint! Generation Joint!” as the two men finally take another step back, the tension finally dissipating. Williams offers a nod of respect toward Izaz, who reluctantly extends his hand. After a moment’s hesitation, Kenneth D Williams shakes his teammate’s hand to a pop from the crowd.

Julian Fiasco (commentary):
There we go! That’s what you want to see! Generation Joint standing together after a war like that!

Jeremiah Sloan (commentary):
It takes a lot to put your pride aside, especially after a match like that. But Jay Adder’s got these guys back on the same page!

The three members of Generation Joint—Kenneth D Williams, Jacob Izaz, and Jay Adder—stand together in the ring, united once more. They raise each other’s arms in a sign of solidarity, showing the world that despite the outcome of the match, they are still a team.

The scene fades with the fans chanting “Generation Joint!” as the trio exits the ring together, stronger than ever.

When the Lights are Brightest

Backstage at the Goodfellas Casino Arena, the camera follows as Lucas and Michael Sexton—the cocky and confident duo known as the Sin City Scoundrels—stride down the hallway. Their trademark smirks and swagger ooze arrogance as they reach the door marked “COO Amy Page.” Without knocking, the brothers push the door open and walk into her office.

Amy Page, seated behind her desk, raises an eyebrow as she looks up at the interruption. She leans back in her chair, unimpressed by their lack of manners but clearly expecting their arrival.

Lucas Sexton (smirking):
Amy, we don’t have time for formalities, so we’ll get straight to the point. We’ve been running through this tag division, and it’s about time you give us what we deserve.

Michael Sexton (grinning):
That’s right. The Sin City Scoundrels are on a roll, baby. Win after win, dominance after dominance. We’ve proven we’re the best in this company, and now, it’s time for those sVo Tag Team Championships to come home with us.

Amy Page glances between the two brothers, tapping her pen against the desk as she listens to their demands. The Scoundrels’ confidence is undeniable, and their recent success in the ring backs up their claims. After a few moments of silence, a small smirk crosses her face.

Amy Page (coolly):
You boys think you’re ready for the Tag Team Championships, huh? Well, I’ve been keeping an eye on you, and I’ll admit, you’ve impressed me.

Lucas and Michael exchange smug looks, clearly pleased with themselves.

Amy Page (continuing):
So here’s what I’m going to do… you want your shot? You’ve got it.

The brothers grin, clearly liking where this is going.

Amy Page:
At the Ultimate Victory PPV later in October, the Sin City Scoundrels will challenge for the sVo Tag Team Championships. But be warned, boys—this isn’t a cakewalk. The champions are no pushovers.

The Sextons exchange cocky glances, unfazed by the warning.

Lucas Sexton:
Champions or not, they’re stepping into our territory. The Sin City Scoundrels always cash in.

Michael Sexton:
We run this division, Amy. Ultimate Victory is just the stage where we finally get our crowns.

Amy Page nods, amused by their bravado but content with her decision. She leans forward on her desk, looking directly at the Sin City Scoundrels.

Amy Page:
Well then, you boys better deliver. Ultimate Victory is a big stage. Don’t choke when the lights are the brightest.

The Sextons turn to leave, their confidence not shaken in the slightest.

Lucas Sexton (over his shoulder):
We’ll see you at the top, Amy.

The camera lingers on Amy Page as she watches them leave, a knowing smirk on her face, before cutting away to the next segment.

Victory Cup Round 2 Match
Puck vs. Nightmare

Ringside
The Only One That Can Stand Against Him

The camera cuts back to the ring where the main event of Puck vs. Nightmare has just concluded, with Nightmare standing victorious. But the chaos isn’t over yet. Instead of celebrating, Nightmare lingers, staring down at the fallen body of Puck. His expression remains cold as he hoists Puck back to his feet and begins delivering vicious stomps, the fans booing loudly in disapproval.

Julian Fiasco (commentator):
Oh come on, this is uncalled for! The match is over! Nightmare has already won!

Jeremiah Sloan (commentator):
But it looks like that’s not enough for him, Julian! He’s sending a message tonight!

The crowd’s boos intensify as Nightmare continues his brutal assault on Puck, showing no signs of stopping. Just then, Ali Young, Scott Cole, and Jake Hughes, Puck’s allies, rush down the ramp, trying to rescue their partner. But Nightmare is relentless. One by one, he dismantles each of them with cold efficiency, throwing them aside as if they were nothing.

Julian Fiasco:
Ali Young! Scott Cole! Jake Hughes! They’re all down! Nightmare is on an absolute rampage here tonight!

Jeremiah Sloan:
There’s no stopping him! He’s an unstoppable force right now, but someone needs to get out here and do something!

As the carnage continues, Nightmare stands tall in the ring, surrounded by the wreckage of Puck, Ali Young, Scott Cole, and Jake Hughes. It seems like nothing can stop the rampaging monster…

Suddenly, the arena lights dim and the entrance music of Night, Nightmare’s brother and the legendary sVo icon, blasts through the speakers! The crowd erupts into cheers as Night bursts onto the stage, sprinting down the ramp.

Julian Fiasco:
Here comes Night! Finally, someone who can put a stop to this madness!

Jeremiah Sloan:
Night’s the only one who might be able to stand up to his brother, but does Nightmare even care?!

Night reaches the ring, but as he slides under the ropes, Nightmare immediately steps out, avoiding confrontation. The brothers lock eyes, tension thick in the air as Nightmare walks backward up the ramp, refusing to engage. The crowd roars, wanting to see them clash, but Nightmare simply smirks as he exits the ring.

Julian Fiasco:
What’s this? Nightmare doesn’t want any part of Night right now!

Jeremiah Sloan:
It’s like he knows Night’s the only one who can stop him, and he’s not interested in that fight just yet!

Night watches as his brother retreats, but he’s not about to let Nightmare off the hook. He picks up a microphone, his intense gaze fixed on his brother.

Night (into the microphone):
Nightmare! You think you can run from me forever? You think you can keep hiding behind the shadows? We might be destined to meet in the Victory Cup, but why wait until then? How about we settle this once and for all… at Global Takeover! You. Me. One-on-one!

The crowd erupts at the challenge as Nightmare pauses at the top of the ramp. He turns his head slightly, considering his brother’s words, but then continues to walk away, leaving the challenge unanswered… for now.

Julian Fiasco:
Oh my! Night has laid down the challenge for Global Takeover, and the entire wrestling world is waiting for Nightmare’s response!

Jeremiah Sloan:
The battle between these two brothers might just be the most personal and brutal one we’ve ever seen, and I can’t wait to see what happens next!

Night remains in the ring, staring after his brother as the camera zooms in on his intense expression before fading to black, closing the show.
