6th July 2024
The cameras pan over the packed Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, capturing the excitement and anticipation in the air. The crowd is buzzing with energy, holding up signs and cheering loudly as the pyrotechnics light up the arena. The familiar voice of Zac Brindle welcomes viewers to the show.
Zac Brindle: (excitedly) Welcome, everyone, to P:V Uprising 82! We are coming to you live from the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, New York! Just one week removed from the explosive Dance of the Damned PPV, and what a night that was, Johnny!
Johnny Kaos: (enthusiastically) You got that right, Zac! Last week was off the charts! Adam Garcia retained his Heavyweight Championship against Hate Watson in a brutal steel cage match, Masafumi Satake overcame the odds to dethrone Boyd Jackson and become the new International Heavyweight Champion, and we witnessed a changing of the guard as Setsuna Kojima defeated her mentor Jakucho Akechi to become the TV Champion!
Clips from Dance of the Damned play on the screen, highlighting the key moments from the PPV.
Zac Brindle: (continuing) And that’s not all! The biggest shocker of the night was Darwin Jones and the Starr Brothers turning on Elijah Drake after their hard-fought victory against the Legends Club. The entire P:V Universe is still reeling from that betrayal!
Johnny Kaos: (intensely) Absolutely, Zac. The betrayal was unexpected and has sent shockwaves through the locker room. Everyone is wondering what motivated Darwin Jones and the Starr Brothers to turn on their own teammate.
The camera cuts to the ring, where the commentators Zac Brindle and Johnny Kaos are standing by, ready to kick off the show.
Zac Brindle: (seriously) Tonight, we hope to get some answers. We have a stacked card ahead, but the spotlight will surely be on Darwin Jones and the Starr Brothers as they explain their actions. What led to such a shocking betrayal?
Johnny Kaos: (confidently) And let’s not forget, the new champions will be here tonight! Adam Garcia, Masafumi Satake, and Setsuna Kojima are all scheduled to appear. The fallout from Dance of the Damned is going to be felt throughout the evening.
Zac Brindle: (excitedly) That’s right, Johnny! Buckle up, P:V fans, because Uprising 82 is about to begin, and it’s going to be one wild ride!
The camera pans to the entrance ramp as the crowd roars in anticipation, and the theme music for Uprising 82 hits, signaling the start of the show. The screen fades to black before transitioning to the opening match, setting the stage for an action-packed night.

The arena lights dim as the music of Darwin Jones hits. The boos from the crowd are immediate and deafening. Darwin Jones, flanked by Darren and Simon Starr, makes his way down the ramp with a smug expression, microphones in hand. The trio step into the ring, looking out at the hostile audience.
Darwin Jones: (raising his microphone) Alright, alright. Settle down!
The boos intensify, drowning out Jones’ voice. He scowls and waits for the noise to die down, but it doesn’t. He tries again.
Darwin Jones: (louder) I said—
The crowd boos even louder, chanting “Traitors! Traitors!” Jones looks frustrated, turning to Darren and Simon for support.
Darren Starr: (trying to speak over the boos) We have something to—
The boos cut him off entirely. Darren and Simon exchange glances, looking more annoyed by the second. The crowd shows no signs of letting up.
Simon Starr: (shouting) Hey! You all need to—
Again, the boos grow even louder. The trio paces the ring, trying to figure out how to get their message across. Darwin Jones raises his microphone one more time, visibly agitated.
Darwin Jones: (shouting) Listen! We—
The crowd erupts, completely drowning him out. Realizing they won’t get a word in, Darwin Jones shakes his head in frustration. He motions to Darren and Simon, and they nod in agreement.
Jones waves his hand dismissively at the crowd, signaling they are done trying. The trio drop their microphones, and the boos continue as they exit the ring, heading backstage without having explained their actions.
Zac Brindle: (commentating) Well, Johnny, it looks like Darwin Jones and the Starr Brothers had something to say, but the P:V Universe just wouldn’t let them!
Johnny Kaos: (commentating) Can you blame them, Zac? After what they did to Elijah Drake, these fans aren’t interested in hearing excuses!
The camera follows Darwin Jones and the Starr Brothers as they walk up the ramp, visibly frustrated. The boos continue to rain down as they disappear backstage, leaving the crowd still buzzing with anger and confusion.
Zac Brindle: (commentating) Hopefully, we’ll get some answers soon, but for now, it looks like Jones and the Starr Brothers will have to wait to explain themselves.
Johnny Kaos: (commentating) This situation is far from over, Zac. I have a feeling things are going to get even more intense from here.
The camera cuts to a commercial break as the P:V logo flashes on the screen, leaving the audience eager for more developments.

Rematch?
The scene opens in the bustling backstage area of Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum. The camera follows Boyd Jackson as he storms down the corridor, his face a mask of fury and determination. He reaches the door marked “COO JD James” and bursts through without knocking.
Boyd Jackson: (furiously) JD! We need to talk!
COO JD James looks up from his desk, clearly annoyed by the sudden intrusion. He takes a deep breath and leans back in his chair, trying to maintain his composure.
JD James: (calmly) Boyd, what is it now?
Boyd Jackson: (slamming his fist on the desk) You know damn well what it is! I want a rematch against Masafumi Satake for the International Heavyweight Championship. That belt is mine, and I want it back!
JD James sighs and stands up, meeting Boyd’s intense gaze.
JD James: (firmly) Boyd, I understand you’re upset, but you lost fair and square. I can’t just give you a rematch. You’ll have to work your way back up the rankings like everyone else.
Boyd Jackson: (angrily) Work my way back up? Are you kidding me? I am the best thing in this company, and you know it!
JD James: (shaking his head) That’s the way it is, Boyd. If you want another shot at Satake, you’ll have to earn it.
Boyd Jackson paces back and forth, seething with frustration. Suddenly, a wicked grin spreads across his face.
Boyd Jackson: (smirking) Fine, if I can’t have Satake, then give me the next best thing. I want a match against Satake’s little friend, Dash Diaz.
JD James looks at Boyd, clearly reluctant. He takes a moment to consider the request before finally nodding.
JD James: (reluctantly) Alright, Boyd. You can have your match against Dash Diaz. But remember, this is your chance to prove yourself. Don’t mess it up.
Boyd Jackson: (grinning) Oh, don’t worry, JD. I’ll make sure everyone knows who the real champion is.
Boyd Jackson storms out of the office, a smug look on his face as he heads towards the locker room to prepare for his match. JD James watches him go, a look of concern crossing his face.
JD James: (to himself) Let’s hope this doesn’t cause more chaos…
The camera fades out, leaving viewers eager to see what will happen when Boyd Jackson and Dash Diaz face off later tonight.

Settle it in the Ring
The camera cuts to a dimly lit backstage area. The tension in the air is palpable as Midas, the mute Egyptian masked monster, stands stoically with his menacing presence. Beside him is his feisty manager, Katya Roux, who looks ready for a confrontation. On the opposite side of the room stands Darrell Robles, the powerful wrestler known as the Dark Horse, with his manager Hellbender, a fierce and commanding woman. The two wrestlers lock eyes, silently staring each other down, the intensity between them almost tangible.
Katya Roux: (smirking) It seems our paths have crossed, Hellbender. I suppose it was only a matter of time before Midas and Robles found themselves in the same room. But let’s be honest, we both know who would come out on top in a match between these two.
Hellbender: (crossing her arms) Oh, Katya, you always did have a vivid imagination. Darrell is called the Dark Horse for a reason. He’s a force of nature, and there’s no way your masked monster stands a chance against him.
Katya Roux steps forward, her eyes narrowing as she matches Hellbender’s confidence with her own.
Katya Roux: (coolly) You underestimate Midas, Hellbender. He’s more than just a monster; he’s an unstoppable force. And I’m willing to prove it.
Hellbender laughs, a sound filled with confidence and challenge.
Hellbender: (smirking) Oh, I’d love to see that. But talk is cheap, Katya. Why don’t we settle this in the ring tonight?
The two managers stare each other down, their wrestlers standing like statues behind them, the silent challenge between Midas and Robles growing stronger by the second.
Katya Roux: (smirking) Fine by me. Let’s make it official. Midas versus Darrell Robles, tonight. We’ll see who the real powerhouse is.
Hellbender: (nodding) Agreed. And when Darrell wins, I expect you to finally admit that he’s the best.
Katya Roux: (with a sly smile) We’ll see about that.
The camera zooms in on Midas and Darrell Robles as they continue to stare each other down, the anticipation for their match building. The scene fades out, leaving the viewers excited for the clash of these two titans later tonight.

Rolling the Dice
The lights dim and a spotlight shines on the entrance ramp. The crowd erupts into cheers as Masafumi Satake’s theme music hits, and the new International Heavyweight Champion emerges, holding his title belt proudly. Satake makes his way down to the ring, slapping hands with fans along the way. He climbs into the ring, raises the championship high, and the crowd’s cheers grow even louder.
Zac Brindle: Here he is, the new International Heavyweight Champion, Masafumi Satake! What a victory last week at Dance of the Damned!
Johnny Kaos: Satake is a true champion, Zac. He’s got the crowd on their feet tonight!
Satake grabs a microphone and waits for the cheers to die down before speaking, his face beaming with pride.
Masafumi Satake: (smiling) Thank you, thank you! Arigatou gozaimasu!
The crowd chants, “Satake! Satake! Satake!” Satake nods appreciatively before continuing.
Masafumi Satake: Winning this International Heavyweight Championship is one of the greatest moments of my career. It was a hard-fought battle, and I couldn’t have done it without all of your support!
The fans cheer louder, showing their appreciation for the new champion.
Masafumi Satake: But this championship is not just for me. It is for all of you and for the spirit of competition. I want to defend this title against the best wrestlers in the world, and I want to prove that the greatest competition is right here in P:V!
The crowd erupts in applause and cheers, clearly thrilled with Satake’s declaration.
Masafumi Satake: (raising the belt) So, at sVo Roll the Dice in Las Vegas next week, I will issue an open challenge for this International Heavyweight Championship!
The fans’ excitement is momentarily dampened by the mention of sVo, leading to a chorus of boos. Satake acknowledges the reaction with a nod, understanding the rivalry between the promotions.
Masafumi Satake: (smiling) I understand your feelings about sVo. But I promise you, I will show them and the world that P:V has the best wrestlers, and this title will stay here where it belongs!
The crowd roars with approval, chanting “Satake! Satake! Satake!” once more. Satake raises the championship belt high above his head, soaking in the adulation of the fans.
Zac Brindle: What a champion! Masafumi Satake is ready to take on all comers and prove that P:V is the premier wrestling promotion!
Johnny Kaos: I can’t wait to see who steps up to the challenge at Roll the Dice! Satake is a fighting champion, and he’s going to make sure everyone knows it!
The camera focuses on Satake as he continues to celebrate in the ring, the fans cheering him on as the segment comes to a close and the show transitions to a commercial break.

The Iconoclast
[The scene opens with a dimly lit alleyway, the sound of distant traffic and the occasional flickering of a neon sign providing the only ambiance. The camera zooms in on Hate Watson, the Scumbag Superstar, leaning against a graffitied wall, a smug smirk playing on his lips despite the visible bruises and cuts from a recent match or bar fight.]
Hate Watson: You know, last week at ‘Dance of the Damned’, Adam Garcia and I went to war inside that steel cage. Blood was shed, bones were broken…
[Watson reveals his left hand heavily casted at the wrist.]
Hate Watson: …and the crowd witnessed a match for the ages. And yeah, I walked out without the title around my waist. I’ve got no problem admitting it – Garcia, you were the better man that night…physically.
[Watson chuckles to himself and flashes a blade of a smile.]
Hate Watson: But you see, here’s the thing, Garcia. You might be holding that belt, you might be walking around with your head held high, but deep down, you know it. I beat you mentally. Every time you look in the mirror, you’ll see me staring back. Every time you hear the crowd cheer, you’ll hear them chanting my name. You’re the champ, but you’re now living in the fear of my shadow.
[Watson stands up straight, the smirk turning into a more serious, intense expression. He paces slightly, the camera following his every move.]
Hate Watson: The thing about Hate Eternal, about me, is that we don’t play by your rules. We’re the agents of chaos, the dark cloud over Project:Violence. Titles, accolades, they’re just trinkets to us. We thrive on mayhem, on the destruction of so-called ‘heroes’ like you. We’re iconoclasts… And trust me, the future is very uncertain, but one thing is guaranteed: you haven’t seen the last of me.
[Watson stops pacing as the neon signs buzzes out for the last time and only a dull street lamp lights the scene now.]
Hate Watson: We’re everywhere, Garcia. We’re the whispers in the locker room…
[An unknown voice of screen speaks empherately.]
Unknown Voice: WHISPERS
Hate Watson: ..the shadows in the backstage…
[Haunting shadows appear to the left and right of the ‘Scumbag Superstar.’]
Hate Watson: …We’re the nightmares that keep you up at night. You might have won the battle, but the war? The war is far from over. Hate Eternal is just getting started, and this is just a temporary setback.
[Watson steps closer to the camera, his eyes burning red with intensity.]
Hate Watson: So hold that belt close, cherish your little victory. Because the Scumbag Superstar is coming back, stronger, nastier, and more determined than ever. And when I do, there won’t be any cage, any ref, or any rule that can save you. You’re on borrowed time, Garcia. And when the clock runs out, I’ll be there to collect. Hate Eternal doesn’t forget. We don’t forgive. We just destroy.
[Watson steps back, the smug smirk returning to his face.]
Hate Watson: See you around, champ. For now, sleep tight.
[The camera fades to black as Watson walks away, his laughter echoing in the alley.]

A Whole New Ball Game
The camera cuts to the backstage interview area where Elena Cruz stands with a microphone in hand. Beside her is Dutch Ramirez, the tough-as-nails biker, still riding high after his victory over his long-time rival, Puck, at last week’s PPV. Dutch adjusts his leather jacket, looking ready for his main event match tonight against the former TV Champion, Jakucho Akechi.
Elena Cruz: Ladies and gentlemen, I’m here with Dutch Ramirez, who is fresh off a hard-fought victory against his rival, Puck, at last week’s Dance of the Damned PPV. Dutch, tonight you face Jakucho Akechi in the main event, with the winner earning a shot at Adam Garcia’s P:V Heavyweight Championship. How are you feeling going into this high-stakes match?
Dutch Ramirez: (grinning) Thanks, Elena. Beating Puck last week felt great, no doubt about it. But tonight’s a whole new ball game. Jakucho Akechi is one of the toughest competitors in the business, and I know she’s not going to make it easy. But that’s just how I like it. I thrive on challenges.
Elena Cruz: Jakucho Akechi, known as the Queen of Queer Style, has a reputation for her innovative and unorthodox wrestling style. How do you plan to counter that tonight?
Dutch Ramirez: (nodding) Akechi is definitely a unique talent. She’s got moves that can catch you off guard if you’re not careful. But I’ve faced all kinds of opponents in my career. My plan is to stay on my toes, keep the pressure on, and use my strength and experience to my advantage. She’s tough, but I’ve got a few tricks up my sleeve too.
Elena Cruz: Last week, you finally put an end to your rivalry with Puck. How does it feel to move past that chapter and focus on the P:V Heavyweight Championship?
Dutch Ramirez: (with a determined look) It’s a relief, Elena. Puck and I had a lot of bad blood, and it was time to put that to rest. Now, all my focus is on tonight’s match and getting that shot at Adam Garcia. I’ve been in this business a long time, and a shot at the Heavyweight Championship is what I’ve been working towards my whole career. I’m not going to let this opportunity slip through my fingers.
Elena Cruz: Any final words for your fans and for Jakucho Akechi?
Dutch Ramirez: (smiling) To my fans, thanks for all the support. You guys are the fuel that keeps this engine running. And to Akechi, I respect you and everything you’ve accomplished. But tonight, it’s my time. I’m coming for that title shot, and I’m not backing down. See you in the ring.
Elena Cruz: There you have it, folks. Dutch Ramirez, ready for the fight of his life against Jakucho Akechi. It’s going to be one heck of a main event tonight! Back to you at ringside.
The camera fades out as Dutch Ramirez nods confidently, ready to take on the challenge ahead.

Revenge
The camera cuts to the backstage interview area where Elena Cruz stands ready with a microphone. Beside her is Maverick Matthews, who looks smug after his earlier interference in the match between TV Champion Setsuna Kojima and James Mendoza. Matthews is grinning, clearly pleased with himself.
Elena Cruz: Ladies and gentlemen, I’m here with Maverick Matthews, who earlier tonight interfered in the match between TV Champion Setsuna Kojima and James Mendoza, costing Mendoza a shot at the championship. Maverick, what do you have to say for yourself?
Maverick Matthews: (smirking) Elena, let’s be real here. Mendoza never stood a chance against Kojima, and I just made sure he stayed in his lane. Mendoza has been a thorn in my side for weeks, and tonight I showed him that he’s not on my level. I’ve got bigger plans, and Mendoza is just a stepping stone.
Elena Cruz: Your actions tonight were clearly targeted at James Mendoza. What exactly is the issue between you two?
Maverick Matthews: (laughing) Oh, Elena, Mendoza thinks he can just waltz in and take what he wants. But this is my world. He’s been trying to prove himself, but every time he steps up, I’m going to be there to knock him down. Tonight was just a taste of what’s coming his way.
Elena Cruz: Do you think your actions tonight will have any consequences? Aren’t you concerned about any backlash from Mendoza or management?
Maverick Matthews: (shrugging) Consequences? Please. Mendoza can cry all he wants, but the fact is, I’m the one calling the shots here. Management knows talent when they see it, and they know I’m the future of this business. Mendoza is just yesterday’s news.
Suddenly, James Mendoza charges into the frame, tackling Maverick Matthews to the ground. The two men brawl furiously, with Mendoza throwing punches as Matthews tries to defend himself. Security rushes in to pull them apart, but Mendoza manages to get in a few more hits before being restrained.
James Mendoza: (yelling) You think you can mess with me, Matthews? This isn’t over! You hear me? This isn’t over!
As security holds Mendoza back, Maverick Matthews gets to his feet, wiping blood from his lip and glaring at Mendoza.
Maverick Matthews: (shouting) You’re gonna regret this, Mendoza! You’re dead meat!
Elena Cruz looks shaken but quickly regains her composure.
Elena Cruz: There you have it, folks. The tension between James Mendoza and Maverick Matthews has just reached a boiling point. Stay tuned for more updates. Back to you at ringside.
The camera fades out as security escorts Mendoza away, with Matthews still fuming and shouting threats.

Adding International Gold
The camera cuts to the backstage area where Edwin Ellis and Stevie Rigg, collectively known as the Anarchy Alliance and the reigning P:V Tag Team Champions, are striding confidently down the hallway. They stop in front of the door marked “COO JD James” and exchange a nod before knocking and entering.
Edwin Ellis: (grinning) JD, we need to talk.
JD James looks up from his desk, slightly annoyed but curious.
JD James: (sighing) What is it, Edwin? Stevie?
Stevie Rigg: (smirking) We heard about the new International Tag Team Championships being announced. And we think it’s time you put some respect on the names of the reigning P:V Tag Team Champions.
Edwin Ellis: Yeah, we want a shot at those new belts. It’s only right that the best tag team in P:V gets a chance to become the best in the world.
JD James leans back in his chair, considering their request.
JD James: (nodding slowly) You make a good point. As the reigning P:V Tag Team Champions, you’ve certainly earned the right to be in contention for the International Tag Team Championships. But there’s a catch.
Stevie Rigg: (frowning) What catch?
JD James: (leaning forward) You need to keep those belts. You need to prove that you’re still the best. If you lose the P:V Tag Team Championships, your claim to the International Tag Team titles goes out the window. Understand?
Ellis and Rigg exchange a confident look before turning back to JD.
Edwin Ellis: (smirking) No problem. We’re not losing these belts. We’ll defend them against anyone, anytime, and anywhere. The Anarchy Alliance isn’t just a name; it’s a promise.
Stevie Rigg: (grinning) Consider it done, JD. We’ll keep these belts and then take those International Tag Team Championships too.
JD James nods, a slight smile on his face.
JD James: (standing up) Good. I like your confidence. Now get out there and show everyone why you’re the champions.
The Anarchy Alliance nods and turns to leave the office, their determination evident.
Edwin Ellis: (over his shoulder) You won’t regret this, JD.
Stevie Rigg: (laughing) We’ll see you in the winner’s circle.
As they leave, the camera focuses on JD James, who watches them go with a thoughtful expression before returning to his work.
The scene fades out, leaving the audience eager to see if the Anarchy Alliance can live up to their bold claims.

Vacant?
The camera cuts to Elena Cruz standing outside the locker room door marked “Legends Club”. She knocks confidently and waits, holding her microphone, ready for an interview.
Elena Cruz: (knocking again) Hello? Curtis Knight? Athena? Buzz Marshall? Drew Hendrix?
After receiving no response, she hesitates before turning to the camera with a slight frown.
Elena Cruz: (to the camera) I’m here to get a word with the Legends Club regarding their plans after their defeat last week at Dance of the Damned. Let’s see if we can get any answers.
Elena cautiously pushes the door open and steps inside. The room is dimly lit and eerily quiet. She takes a few steps forward, looking around for any sign of the Legends Club.
Elena Cruz: (calling out) Curtis? Athena? Buzz? Drew?
She walks further into the room, the camera following her closely. The lockers are open, but there are no personal items or signs of recent activity. The room is completely empty. Elena turns back to the camera, looking puzzled.
Elena Cruz: (to the camera) It seems the Legends Club isn’t here. There’s no indication of where they might be or what their plans are. This is very unusual, especially considering their recent loss and the speculation surrounding their next moves.
She glances around one last time before addressing the audience directly.
Elena Cruz: (sighing) We’ll have to wait and see what the Legends Club has in store. For now, it looks like they’ve chosen to keep a low profile. Back to you, Zac and Johnny.
Elena exits the locker room, closing the door behind her as the camera fades out and transitions back to the commentators at ringside.
Zac Brindle: Thanks, Elena. Very strange indeed. The Legends Club is always full of surprises, and it seems we’ll have to keep an eye out for their next move.
Johnny Kaos: Absolutely, Zac. The Legends Club doesn’t stay down for long. Whatever they’re planning, you can bet it’s going to be big.
The camera pans over the excited crowd as the show continues, leaving the mystery of the Legends Club’s whereabouts hanging in the air.
