The entrance video package for Uprising begins, accompanied by the theme song of ‘Uprising’ by Artificial Intelligence as highlights of past action from 2013 to present day are sped up, showing the likes of Bobby Dean, Roscoe Shame, Night, Jay Wildman, Cody Williams & Nathan Paradine. As the video package finally comes to an end with an extended look at the ‘Uprising’ logo, the camera cuts to an exterior shot of the Goodfellas Casino Arena, in the heart of the Las Vegas strip, before cutting to a live shot of inside the arena.

The camera pans around the sold-out crowd, most of them on their feet and screaming loudly whilst trying to get their homemade sign shown in front of the camera. The cameras finally head over to the commentary table, where Julian Fiasco and Jeremiah Sloan welcome the fans watching on the HOTv network on PWA:TV to the broadcast and begin to break down some of the action that will take place on tonight’s show!

Bobby Dean defended the Roulette Championship for the first time, before following this up again on Showdown last week.
The Starr Brothers picked up a surprise win over the Von Drake’s.
Xander Azula of HOW showed up looking for The Empire.
Boyd Jackson won a hard hitting match against Clam Idia.
Kyle McRae defeated Dallas Jordan, but sVo Owner Jon Page wasn’t impressed with the performance.
Son and a Gun defeated Rebel Society in tag team action.

BACKSTAGE
An Opportunity

The cameras return from the commercial break where a disappointed due of Tom Flynn and Sean O’Grady are making their way back to the locker room after suffering a defeat at the hands of British Hospitality. The Shamrock’s have their heads down after the loss, but are suspicious as they turn the corner and find sVo Owner Jon Page waiting outside the locker room door.

Jon Page: “Ah! Just the pair I was waiting for!”

Flynn and O’Grady glance at each other, before approaching Page inquisitively.

Jon Page: “Tough break out there, but then again you were out there against two fighters handpicked by yours truly.”

Page gives a little laugh to himself, as Flynn and O’Grady look on unimpressed.

Jon Page: “Anyway, I am not here for that. I am here to ask you two if you would like an opportunity…. A very special opportunity….”

Page stretches out his hands towards the Shamrocks, and O’Grady and Flynn glance to each other before nodding their heads.

Jon Page: “That’s the answer I was looking for lads, now follow me and let’s talk business.”

Page leads Flynn and O’Grady into the locker room, before closing the door behind him as the scene fades out.

BACKSTAGE
Go Big or Go Home

We head over to the interview area, where Katie Smith is holding a microphone and standing against the ‘sVo’ and ‘HOTv’ branded backdrop.

Katie Smith: “Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to another Uprising! Now I am joined tonight by someone who is looking to pick up their first win, Cherry Bordeaux!”

The camera pans out, revealing Cherry Bordeaux standing next to Smith, to loud cheers from the crowd.

Katie Smith: “Now Cherry, it’s been a little while since we last saw you in action. Tonight, you face Steven Love, and after ten defeats in a row do you think you can pick up your first victory tonight?”

Bordeaux blushes into the camera.

Cherry Bordeaux: “Ten defeats in a row…. Don’t remind me.”

Bordeaux shakes her head again.

Cherry Bordeaux: “Tonight is the night Katie. I have been training hard since my last match, and I realised that if I am going to finally get that first win then I need to put it all on the line! Go big or go home as they say!”

Bordeaux confidently looks into the camera.

Cherry Bordeaux: “Tonight if I can’t win the match out there in front of all the fans, then it will be my last wrestling match!”

Smith looks surprised as Cherry Bordeaux signals into the camera after dropping that bombshell, before walking away from the interview area.

The camera heads backstage and once again to the interview area, where Katie Smith is this time standing by with Amy Page!

Katie Smith: “Amy, thanks for joining me here tonight! Now the sVo fans haven’t seen you in quite some time, what brings you back to Uprising tonight?”

Amy Page looks Katie Smith up and down, and unimpressed look on her face, before taking the microphone away from the interviewer and shooing her away. Smith doesn’t look too impressed as she slowly slinks away.

Amy Page: “I am here tonight on a scouting mission. I am here to find the next client that I am going to take from Uprising and propel them up to the main event of the wrestling business! Until I find that person, the roster of the sVo can consider themselves on trial!”

Amy Page winks into the camera, before dropping the microphone to the floor and walking away from the scene.

Time to Flip the Script

Uprising returns from a commercial break and heads backstage to the locker room of Gunner Lang and Flip Dixon! There is a big cheer from the crowd watching the giant screen in the arena as they spot the ‘Son And A Gun’ tag team.

Gunner Lang: “Right, you ready kid?”

Dixon looks pumped up as the youngster shadow boxes in front of his father.

Gunner Lang: “This is one hell of an opportunity for you to make a name for yourself. BBD is a big name here in the sVo, hell he is a big deal in the PWA!”

Dixon continues to shadow box.

Gunner Lang: “Now I have tangled myself with BBD during the years, and while he might not be in the shape he used to be, he is still a threat out there.”

Dixon doesn’t look too sure.

Gunner Lang: “Honestly, don’t take him lightly out there! He has won match after match since coming back!”

Dixon finally stops shadow boxing, as he puts a hand on his fathers shoulder.

Flip Dixon: “Are you sure you are ok with me taking this match? I don’t want anything to stop us winning those tag team championships together…..”

Gunner Lang: “Hell yes! The roulette wheel picked you for this match tonight so there is no way I am going to stand in the way of you getting a shot at sVo gold! Now go out there and show Bobby Dean what you are all about!”

Dixon looks extra pumped up, as he kicks the locker room door open as the scene fades out.

Kyle McRae vs. El Froggo

BACKSTAGE

The camera follows Kyle McRae as he celebrates the victory in the middle of the ring, before climbing out through the ropes. McRae slaps some hands at the ringside area, before the camera follows him up the entrance ramp and through the curtain into the gorilla area.

In the gorilla area watching a monitor is the sVo Boss, Jon Page.

Kyle McRae: “How about that Mr Page! How about that! That’s the kind of beat down I am going to put on that punk Xander Azula as soon as you let me loose on him!”

McRae looks fired up by the win, but Page looks less impressed. Page looks at McRae for a few seconds, before shrugging his shoulders and turning his back on the young Scotsman.

The camera zooms in on McRae, as he stands in disbelief as Page walks away from him.

Commercial Break
