‘Immigrant Song’ by Led Zeppelin hits and the opening video package for the ‘Ultimate Victory 2021’ PPV begins to play, featuring all of the build up for tonight’s matches, including the Victory Cup Semi Finals & Final where Anthony Moretti, Jacob Izaz, Gunner Lang & Scott Washington will battle it out, and the sVo Championship match between William Vorheez and the challenger Johnny All Star! As the package begins to come to an end, the live camera pans around the packed-out Goodfellas Casino Arena in the heart of Las Vegas, with the fans ready to see some exciting live action!
A video package plays from earlier in the day where fans have been milling around the Goodfellas Casino Arena, meeting the sVo stars and getting autographs, before the camera heads back to the arena for the first match of the night to get started!
Victory Cup Semi Final Match
Anthony Moretti vs. Gunner Lang
‘Woke Up This Morning’ by A3 hits the sound system and the fans boo as the gold lights flash around the arena. After a few seconds, Anthony Moretti steps onto the entrance ramp with his hands in the air. Moretti slowly makes his way down the ramp towards the ring, ignoring the boos of the fans. Anthony Moretti cockily steps up onto the ring apron, before climbing through the ropes and into the ring. Acting like the superstar he thinks he is, Anthony Moretti raises both hands in the air, however receives nothing but boos from the fans.
The familiar riff of AC/DC’s Thunderstruck fills the arena. As the pyro goes off on the entranceway Gunner Lang explodes onto the entrance ramp shooting off his own pyro from a gun while the sVo Tron shows Gunner and a band playing his entrance music. The fans are on their feet cheering and shouting ‘Gunner’ along with the song. Gunner drops the pyro gun and runs down to the ring slapping hands with the fans and giving devil horns. He slides into the ring under the bottom rope and proceeds to take off his shirt and bandanna, throwing them into the crowd.
The fans in the arena are firmly behind the current Las Vegas Champion, as Gunner Lang unhooks the belt from around his waist and hands it to the referee. The referee passes the belt to the outside of the ring before calling for the bell to be rung and the first semi final match of the night to get started!
The two competitors circle around each other, before tying up in the middle of the ring. Moretti quickly goes behind on Lang into a waist lock, but Lang shakes him off with some stiff elbow shots to his opponents face. Lang grabs hold of Moretti by the arm and shoots him into the ring ropes, before landing a short arm clothesline as he bounces back. Lang stomps away on Moretti as the Blood Money leader climbs to his feet, before laying into him with right hands. The fans cheer Lang on, but Moretti blocks the punch from Lang before firing back with some punches of his own!
Moretti backs Lang up against the ring ropes, before taking him down with a side head lock takedown. Moretti lands some mounted punches on his opponent before Lang is able to power himself up to a standing position. Lang swings wildly with some big right hands, but Moretti nails a kick to the midsection of his opponent before taking him down with a double under hook gut buster. With the Las Vegas Champion down on the mat, Moretti makes the cover.

Moretti quickly gets to his feet, almost knowing that he wouldn’t get the win after that cover. Lang tries to get to his feet, but Moretti is already there to send him into the corner of the ring. Moretti lands a clothesline in the corner of the ring, before climbing up onto the second rope and landing some big mounted punches on the Las Vegas Champion. The crowd boo every punch, but suddenly Lang grabs hold of Moretti by the legs and slams him down off of the ropes and onto the canvas!
The fans boo the big move from Lang, who follows up by bouncing into the ring ropes and landing an elbow drop onto Moretti! Lang rolls up to his feet and poses for the crowd, getting a big cheer from the Las Vegas crowd! Lang waits for Moretti to get to his feet before lifting him up into the air and hitting a military press slam! With Moretti down and hurting after the big move, Lang jumps onto his opponent and makes the cover.

Moretti manages to get a shoulder up and keep himself in the competition! Lang signals to the crowd once again as Moretti tries to get to his feet, before landing a Elevated Gut Buster on his opponent! Lang then grabs hold of the legs of the Blood Money leader before twisting them over and locking in a sharpshooter submission hold! The fans cheer as Moretti screams out in pain and desperately reaches out for the bottom rope!
Lang leans back further on the submission hold looking for the submission win, as Moretti sees his dreams of winning the Victory Cup and getting another shot at the sVo Heavyweight Championship slipping away! The referee asks Moretti if he wants to quit as he reaches out for the bottom rope, before finally being able to grab it!
The fans boo loudly as Lang is forced to release the submission hold on the Blood Money member! Lang pulls Moretti back into the middle of the ring by his legs and tries to lock the sharpshooter on again, but Moretti uses both legs to kick him away! Moretti gets to his feet and Lang runs at him, but Moretti lands a knee to the midsection before taking him down with a full nelson slam! Moretti cockily taunts the fans, before signalling for a submission hold of his own! Moretti tries to lock in the Texas cloverleaf submission hold, but Lang kicks Moretti away, only for Moretti to fall backwards and collide with the referee!
With the referee down, Lang and Moretti begin to trade big right hands in the middle of the ring, before both bouncing into the ring ropes and looking for a clothesline on each other. Lang and Moretti both collide with each other and knock each other down!
With everyone down in the ring, the fans turn their attention to the entrance ramp, where after a few seconds there is a mixed reaction as Athena steps out onto the top of the entrance ramp with a steel chair in hand! Athena slowly walks down to the ring and climbs in, as Lang and Moretti begin to rise to their feet!
The fans rise to their feet as Athena seems to be weighing up which man to hit with the chair! Athena finally seems to choose, and runs and aims the steel chair shot at Gunner Lang, only for Lang to duck and Athena to wipe out Moretti with the chair!
The fans pop as Athena looks part horrified and part pleased! Gunner Lang quickly ushers Athena out of the ring and turns to drop down on Moretti, as the referee begins to come to and count the cover!

It’s all over and it is Gunner Lang who progresses to the final! Lang celebrates the victory in the ring, as Athena quickly makes her way backstage!

The cameras head backstage to the interview area, with pretty redhead Katie Smith is standing by with Scott Washington and his manager Amy Page. Washington is ready for battle as the three stand against the sVo branded backdrop, ready to get the questions started. Smith looks excited as she brings the microphone up to speak.
Katie Smith: “Ladies and gentlemen, I am standing here with one of the men that is considered a favourite to walk out of tonight with the Victory Cup, Scott, Amy, great to have you here.”
Washington remains focused, as Amy Page cuts across Katie Smith rudely.
Amy Page: “Let’s get this moving Katie. We are here because we are contractually obligated to be, but we have an important match up next.”
Smith looks slightly put out by Page, before nervously asking the first question.
Katie Smith: “Well with Jacob Izaz only having one match in the sVo so far, how much does the prospect of facing a relative unknown ruin your chances of preparing for tonight’s semi final match?”
Washington doesn’t even look at Katie Smith, as again Amy Page answers the question on his behalf.
Amy Page: “Izaz was impressive in his debut match, but unfortunately he is coming up against the meanest fighter on the sVo roster tonight in the ‘O-Town Outlaw’. That means he is going to lose tonight. He needn’t feel bad though, whoever the opponent in tonight’s match was going to be leaving the arena a loser tonight.”
Katie Smith: “Well if you are able to get past Izaz in the semi final, we now know that Gunner Lang awaits you in the final. How much of an advantage does it give you knowing you won against him only a few weeks ago?”
Smith holds the microphone over to Washington, but again Amy Page grabs it to answer.
Amy Page: “I don’t think you are getting this Katie, it doesn’t matter who else is in the tournament. There is no one that is bad enough to step into the ring with my client and come out victorious. The Victory Cup is ours. Now are you going to ask any sensible questions or should we wrap things up?”
Katie Smith: “Well one last one if you don’t mind. Yoshi Ono is noticeable for his absence tonight, how does he feel about how the match went down a few weeks ago on Against All Odds in the quarter finals?”
Page angrily grabs the microphone clean out of Smith’s hands.
Amy Page: “This interview is over.”
Amy Page throws the microphone, before marching out of the scene, Scott Washington following her as she goes. Katie Smith looks into the camera and shrugs as the scene fades out.
Victory Cup Semi Final Match
Scott Washington vs. Jacob Izaz
The fans are on their feet as ‘California Vacation’ by The Game hits the sound system and the lights in the arena dim. Golden sparks rain down from the top of the giant screen onto the entrance ramp as Scott Washington step through them and holds his arms in the air. The huge ‘O-Town Outlaw’ taunts to the crowd who boo loudly as he walks down the entrance ramp with his eyes focused on the ring. Scott Washington jumps up onto the ring apron before climbing into the ring and warming up in the corner of the ring for his upcoming battle.
‘Not for Radio’ by Nas hits the sound system and the fans cheer as onto the top of the entrance ramp swaggers the confident looking Jacob Izaz. Izaz holds his arms in the air and stands motionless for a few seconds as flash bulbs go off around the arena, before he slowly continues his swagger down the entrance ramp towards the ring. Izaz hops up onto the ring apron and again throws his arms up in the air to poses for the crowd, before climbing through the ropes and into the squared circle.
With Scott Washington the clear favourite to win the match and progress to the final to face Gunner Lang, the referee calls for the bell to be rung and the match to get started! Izaz and Washington circle around each other in the middle of the ring, before Izaz springs forward and lays into the sVo vetern with some big right hands. Izaz backs Washington up against the ring ropes, before bouncing off of the opposite ring ropes and running back at his opponent. However Washington cuts off Izaz with a big clothesline to take him down to the mat!
The fans boo as Washington scoops Izaz up off of the mat and throws him into the corner of the ring, before picking him up and dropping him with a stun gun over the ropes. Izaz stumbles away holding his throat in pain, and Washington follows up with a deadlift German suplex to take him down! Izaz holds his neck as he gets to his feet, but Washington lands a snap suplex before floating over and making the cover!

Izaz manages to kick out before the three can be counted! The fans cheer the kick out from Izaz, but Washington quickly pulls the unbeaten newcomer up to his feet. Washington lays into Izaz with some right hands, but this seems to bring Izaz to life as he cuts Washington off with a knee to the midsection. Washington doubles over in pain and Izaz takes advantage with a stiff DDT! The fans cheer Izaz on as he rolls back up to his feet and signals to the crowd!
Izaz waits for Washington to get to his feet before aiming a superkick at his head, but Washington ducks under the foot of his opponent! Izaz looks shocked as he spins around, but walks straight into a belly to back suplex! Izaz holds his back in pain as he gets to his feet, but Washington follows up with a full nelson slam before making the cover!

Izaz shows his determination to make his mark on the sVo and win the Victory Cup by getting a shoulder up before the three! Washington however doesn’t look impressed as he rises up to his feet and signals for his finishing move. Washington waits for Izaz to get to his feet, but as he does the fans boo as Yoshi Ono begins to waddle down the entrance ramp!
Washington looks confused by the appearance of his tag team partner, as Ono waddles down to the ring and climbs up onto the ring apron. Washington walks over to Ono wondering what he is doing at ringside, but Ono just stares down his partner! Washington finally turns around back to his opponent, but as he does Izaz catches him in the face with a superkick! The fans pop as Izaz leaps onto Washington to make the cover, as Ono climbs off of the ring apron and makes his way back up the entrance ramp!

It’s all over, and it a huge upset it is Jacob Izaz the newcomer who has made it to the final of the Victory Cup to face Gunner Lang! Izaz celebrates the victory in the ring, as Ono stands at the top of the entrance ramp watching with a smirk on his face!

Backstage
The Secret
The cameras head backstage to the locker room of Blood Money, where there is a frosty atmosphere as Anthony Moretti paces back and forth.
Anthony Moretti: “That bitch. That fucking bitch!”
Moretti continues to pace as he angrily shakes his head. With the Von Drake’s and Money Malone both involved in the next two matches, the Blood Money leader only has Joe Barone for company in the locker room.
Anthony Moretti: “That absolute bitch! Tonight was supposed to be a massive night for Blood Money! I was supposed to win the Victory Cup and then everything else was going to fall into place. Then that bitch ruined it all, after everything I have done for her!”
Moretti kicks the nearby table over in anger, causing the drinks on it to go crashing to the floor.
Joe Barone: “Maybe we should go and find her and teach her a lesson boss.”
Moretti seems to think about it for a few seconds, before shaking his head.
Anthony Moretti: “No, no not yet. Athena might have screwed up big time tonight, but she will fall back in line. She knows what happens if her secret gets let out into the open….”
Moretti and Barone laugh at the thought, as the scene fades out.
Tag Team Championship #1 Contenders Match
The Canadian Connection vs. The Von Drakes
‘Welcome To Toronto’ by K Money hits the sound system, and there are loud boos from the crowd as onto the top of the entrance ramp step Jake Hughes & Scott Cole of the Canadian Connection, accompanied by Alissia Young! Cole and Hughes signal to the crowd with sneers on their faces, before slowly walking down the entrance ramp bopping their heads to the music. Hughes and Cole climb up onto the ring apron on the side of the head camera, and slowly remove their ring jackets. The team throw their jackets into the crowd before climbing into the ring and running to opposite corners of the ring. Hughes and Cole climb to the second rope and stand staring out at the crowd with their arms folded, before jumping down and preparing for battle as the music fades out.
There are boos in the arena as ‘JVD’ flashes up on the giant screen and the arena is basked in a pink glow. The pink glow is slowly changed to a dark red glow as the letters ‘JVD’ slowly fade to the words ‘Blood Money’ on the giant screen as “All My Life” by Foo Fighters blares out of the sound system. After a few seconds, James Von Drake walks out from behind the curtain and onto the top of the ramp, with his wife Lucy Von Drake as always by his side. JVD signals to the crowd before walking down to the ring and sliding in. JVD holds his arms in the air in the middle of the ring as Lucy Von Drake stands on the ring apron clapping on her husband.
After both teams picked up big wins on the last episode of Against All Odds, they both square off in the middle of the ring as the referee reads them the riot act! Alissia Young lurks menacingly on the outside of the ring as the referee finally calls for the bell to be rung, and JVD and Scott Cole get the match started in the ring for their teams!
JVD tries to tie up with Cole, but Cole ducks under the arms of JVD and grabs him in a waist lock before taking him down with a waist lock takedown. Cole slaps JVD on the back of the head in a sign of disrespect, before JVD finally gets up to a standing position. JVD angrily gets to his feet and throws a big right at Cole, but Cole blocks the right hand and lands some stiff knife edge chops across the chest of his opponent. Cole backs JVD into the corner of the ring, before stomping him down to a seated position and then making a tag out to Jake Hughes.
Hughes climbs into the ring and pulls JVD up to a standing position, before landing an impressive suplex in the middle of the ring. Hughes rises up to his feet and taunts to the crowd, but as he does it gives JVD the chance to get to his feet. Hughes grabs hold of JVD and looks for a German suplex, but JVD counters with a back elbow to knock him away. JVD follows up with some forearm strikes to Jake Hughes, before taking him down to the mat with a scoop slam. With Hughes on the mat, JVD bounces into the ring ropes for extra momentum before dropping a knee across his opponent! JVD quickly rolls and makes the tag out to his wife Lucy Von Drake, with Hughes still down on the mat.
Lucy Von Drake quickly climbs into the ring and lands some stiff knife edge chops across the chest of Jake Hughes as he gets to his feet. Hughes aims a clothesline in the direction of Lucy Von Drake, but she ducks under the arm of her opponent before taking him down to the mat with a jawbreaker. Scott Cole calls out for the tag, but Hughes can’t get to his corner as Lucy Von Drake stomps away on him as he tries to get to his feet. Hughes finally reaches a standing position, but Lucy nails him with a knee to the back before dropping him on his head with a reverse DDT! With Hughes down, Lucy Von Drake doesn’t waste any time in making the cover.

No! Scott Cole is quickly into the ring to break up the cover sensing his partner was in trouble! The fans boo loudly in the direction of Cole as the referee forces him back to his corner of the ring, but with the referees back turned both the Von Drake’s pull Hughes further into their corner of the ring before taking it in turns to drop elbows on his chest!
JVD finally exits the ring as the referee turns around, just in time to see Lucy Von Drake make the legal tag out! JVD looks fresh as he jumps back into the ring and chokes out Jake Hughes with his boot. Young prowls around the ringside area as JVD finally lets Jake Hughes back up to his feet, before landing an impressive spinebuster in the middle of the ring. JVD follows up the spinebuster with some big mounted punches, before making the tag back out to Lucy Von Drake. Lucy Von Drake quickly climbs into the ring and bounces off of the ropes, before hitting a running leg drop onto Jake Hughes into the cover.

Again Scott Cole is in to break up the cover! The fans boo loudly, but this time as the referee forces Cole to the outside of the ring, Alissia Young is ready as she grabs a steel chair from ringside and smashes it into the back of JVD as he stands on the ring apron! Young then rolls into the ring and smashes Lucy Von Drake in the face with the steel chair before rolling back out!
Scott Cole finally climbs out of the ring to stand on the ring apron, and as the referee turns around he is confused to see Jake Hughes still down along with both of the Von Drake’s! Jake Hughes slowly crawls across the ring to his corner of the ring, before making the tag out to Cole! Cole immediately climbs up to the top rope, before leaping off high and landing a diving elbow to the heart of Lucy Von Drake, before making the cover!

Alissia Young celebrates on the outside of the ring, and once again thanks to her being the difference maker it is the Canadian Connection who pick up the big win and earn themselves a future shot at the sVo Tag Team Championships!
Young rolls into the ring and celebrates along with Jake Hughes and Scott Cole as the referee raises their arms in the air in victory. With Young as the difference maker at ringside, can the Canadian Connection finally overhaul Darwin Jones & Hugo Ryzing to become the sVo Tag Team Champions?

The crowd packed into the Goodfellas Casino Arena are disappointed as they all thought that they were about to see hometown hero Johnny All-Star crowned the sVo Champion right there, but All-Star doesn’t look as disappointed as he retreats to the corner of the ring and signals for his finishing move!
The fans rise to their feet as All-Star shouts at Vorheez to get to his feet whilst standing in the corner of the ring in the stance for his finisher! William Vorheez slowly stumbles up and doesn’t seem to know what has hit him as All-Star sprints at him and lands the ‘Touchdown’ which nearly snaps him in half! The crowd pop for the finishing move as All-Star makes the cover on Vorheez and we have a new sVo Champion!

Suddenly the third man in the match Pat Fullam is back into the ring, showing no sign of his earlier knee injury! Fullam pulls All-Star up off of Vorheez with authority before grabbing him around the throat! The fans look confused as Fullam lifts All-Star high into the air before nailing him with the ‘Crippling Cool’!
After drilling All-Star in the middle of the ring, the fans boo loudly as Fullam takes a step back as William Vorheez slowly begins to come around. Fullam could win the sVo Championship right here, but he stands back as Vorheez crawls over the body of Johnny All-Star!

It’s all over, and William Vorheez has retained the sVo Championship!
Boos ring out around the arena and fans angrily throw trash into the ring as Pat Fullam helps William Vorheez up to a standing position! A weary looking Vorheez is handed the sVo Championship belt by the referee, and Pat Fullam lifts the hand of Vorheez into the air in victory!
Natasha Ortiz ‘The winner of the match and STILL sVo CHAMPION…. William VORHEEZ!!’
Fullam looks delighted with his actions as Johnny All-Star lays motionless at the feet of ‘the Coolness’ and the sVo Champion William Vorheez as Deadly Habits 2013 heads off of the air with the Vegas fans looking like they are ready to riot!
….
Inside the locker room of Horizon, a slightly different looking Johnny All Star picks up the remote control and hits rewind on the stream of ‘sVo Deadly Habits 2013’ and rewinds it back to the start of the match again. Sitting in front of the TV set is All Star and legendary manager JD James, the rest of the group noticeable by their absence.
JD James: “How many times are you going to watch this tonight Johnny?”
Johnny All Star: “One more JD, I want this burned into my memory for when I walk down to the ring tonight. This is my justification of what I am going to do to Vorheez tonight.”
James places a hand on the shoulder of his friend.
JD James: “Look Johnny, I know not winning the title back in 2013 has eaten you up since…”
Johnny All Star: “You don’t know at all JD. I spent seven years thinking that was my own last chance to win the sVo Heavyweight Championship. The belt that I have been trying to win since 2007. The sVo shut up shop the day afterwards and I spent seven years thinking that Vorheez and the Company had robbed me of that one chance to make history. Now tonight I have the chance to avenge all of that.”
JD James: “Just keep your eye on the prize Johnny, the aim tonight is to get the job done, not to get even or get revenge. The job is bring that sVo Heavyweight Championship to Horizon!”
Johnny All Star: “JD, whatever you do tonight, just you and the rest of the boys stay away from the ring. I don’t want you guys caught up in what is going to go down tonight.”
All Star stares into the eyes of his long time friend, until JD James reluctantly nods his head. With that, All Star hits play again to watch Vorheez once again screw him out of the title in 2013 as the scene fades out.
Las Vegas Championship #1 Contenders Match
CJ Dreamer vs. Money Malone
“The Champ is Here” by O Fresh hits the sound system, and boos ring out as the arena is basked in a dull red glow. After a few seconds the boos get louder as Money Malone steps out onto the top of the entrance ramp wearing a ‘Blood Money’ t-shirt and holding a roll of dyed red dollar bills in his hand. Malone taunts at the top of the entrance ramp, before slowly walking down towards the ring. Malone throws the red dollar bills into the crowd before slowly climbing up into the ring and taunting on the middle as the music slowly fades out.
‘Break Stuff’ by the Limp Bizkit blasts over the sound system and there is a pop from the crowd as CJ Dreamer slowly walks out onto the top of the entrance ramp and stares out at the fans packed into the Goodfellas Casino Arena. Dreamer smirks at his hometown fans as he stops for a few seconds to signal to them, before briskly walking down the entrance ramp and rolling into the ring. Dreamer quickly rolls to his feet and skips in a circle around the ring whilst shadow boxing. Dreamer slowly returns to his corner of the ring as the music fades out and is replaced with the sound of just the cheers from the fans.
The bell rings and the match is quickly under way, with both men keen on getting a shot at the sVo Las Vegas Championship which is currently held by Gunner Lang! Malone and Dreamer tie up, but Malone quickly takes down Dreamer with a hip toss before locking in an elbow lock. Dreamer quickly counters his way out of the submission hold by getting to his feet and free himself with some back elbows in the midsection, before hitting a standing dropkick to knock the Blood Money member down.
Malone quickly gets back to his feet, but Dreamer grabs him by the arm and shoots him into the ring ropes before taking him down to the mat with a mule kick. The fans cheer Dreamer on as Malone staggers away, allowing Dreamer to follow up with a big German suplex! Malone holds the back of his neck as he gets to his feet, but Dreamer is straight back onto his opponent with a back suplex before making the cover!

Malone gets a shoulder up and the match continues! Dreamer lands some mounted punches on Malone before pulling him up to a standing position. Dreamer bounces off of the ring ropes and looks for a clothesline, but Malone ducks under the arm of his opponent and lands a spinning heel kick to get himself back into the match. Dreamer holds his head in pain, but Malone quickly pounces on him and lands a brain buster in the middle of the ring. The fans boo Money Malone as he gets to his feet and taunts to the fans, whilst Dreamer struggles to his feet. Malone is straight back on the offense with some stiff knife edge chops across the chest, before taking him down with a backstabber! With Dreamer down, Malone quickly hooks the leg and makes the cover.

Dreamer kicks out and saves his chance at getting a shot at the Las Vegas Championship! Dreamer gets back to his feet, but Malone lays into him with some more knife edge chops across the chest. Dreamer returns the favour with some knife edge chops of his own, before grabbing hold of Malone and taking him to the mat with an impressive double arm drag. Malone quickly gets to his feet, but Dreamer follows up quickly with a reverse DDT to take Malone back down!
Dreamer stomps away on Malone as he lays on the mat, which gets cheers from the sold out Las Vegas crowd. Dreamer allows Malone to get to his feet before landing a half nelson suplex! The fans cheer even louder, as Dreamer quickly makes another cover!

It looked all over right there, but somehow Malone manages to get his shoulders up off of the mat at the very last second! Dreamer holds his head in his hands, having thought that he had the match won right there! Dreamer quickly rises up to his feet and taunts to the crowd for his finishing move, before stalking his opponent!
Money Malone slowly rises up to his feet, and Dreamer grabs hold of him and looks to finish him off with the ‘Sweet Dreams’! However Malone manages to counter by landing a reverse kick to low blow Dreamer out of the eye line of the referee! The fans boo loudly having seen the move, as Dreamer sinks to his knees! Malone takes advantage by bouncing off of the ring ropes before returning with a knee to the face of his kneeling opponent! Dreamer crumbles down to the ground and Malone signals for his finisher!
Money Malone climbs up to the top rope of the nearest turnbuckle, before leaping onto Dreamer with the ‘Money Shot’! The boos continue to ring out around the arena as Malone makes the cover!

It’s all over, and despite Dreamer looking poised to pick up the victory it is Money Malone who scores the three count and earns himself a shot at the Las Vegas Championship!
Malone rises up to his feet and has his arm raised in the air in victory by the referee! With Malone continuing his impressive start to his sVo career, can he win his first gold by finally prising the Las Vegas Championship from the grasp of Gunner Lang?

Gunner Lang vs. Jacob Izaz
‘Not for Radio’ by Nas hits the sound system and the fans cheer as onto the top of the entrance ramp swaggers the confident looking Jacob Izaz. Izaz holds his arms in the air and stands motionless for a few seconds as flash bulbs go off around the arena, before he slowly continues his swagger down the entrance ramp towards the ring. Izaz hops up onto the ring apron and again throws his arms up in the air to poses for the crowd, before climbing through the ropes and into the squared circle.
The familiar riff of AC/DC’s Thunderstruck fills the arena. As the pyro goes off on the entranceway Gunner Lang explodes onto the entrance ramp shooting off his own pyro from a gun while the sVo Tron shows Gunner and a band playing his entrance music. The fans are on their feet cheering and shout ‘Gunner’ along with the song. Gunner drops the pyro gun and runs down to the ring slapping hands with the fans and giving devil horns. He slides into the ring under the bottom rope and proceeds to take off his shirt and bandanna throwing them into the crowd.
The fans are pumped up for the final of the Victory Cup, as the referee holds the Victory Cup in the air to signal what will be on the line in tonight’s match! Both Lang and Izaz look up at the cup, before the referee passes it to the outside of the ring and calls for the bell to be rung and the final to get started!
The fans seem behind both men, as the veteran Gunner Lang and the newcomer Jacob Izaz lock up in the middle of the ring. Lang begins to use his strength to push back Izaz, but the newcomer goes behind on Lang into a wrist lock. Lang counters with a side head lock takedown on Izaz, before landing some stiff knee strikes to his midsection. Izaz stumbles up to his feet, but Lang grabs him by the arm and whips him into the ring ropes before hitting a short arm clothesline as he bounces back.
Izaz picks himself up off of the ring apron, but Lang lands a scoop suplex in the middle of the ring and then hits the ropes before landing an elbow drop! The fans continue to cheer for Lang as he rises up to his feet and taunts to the fans, before pulling Izaz to his feet! Izaz fights back with some right hands to the midsection of Lang, before taking the Las Vegas Champion down with an impressive brainbuster. Lang holds his head in pain as he gets up, but walks straight into a spinning heel kick from Izaz that takes him down! The fans cheer for the move as Izaz leaps into the cover to try and pick up the tournament win!

Lang manages to get a shoulder up off of the mat and the match continues! Izaz pulls Lang up to his feet and slams him face first into the corner of the ring. Lang stumbles backwards holding his face in pain, and Izaz hits a backstabber to more cheers from the crowd. Lang looks in pain as he gets to his feet, and seems to realise that his chance of winning the Victory Cup and earning a Heavyweight Championship shot against Vorheez is slipping away! Izaz nails Lang with some stiff knife edge chops across the chest, before whipping him into the ring ropes and landing a stiff spinning spinebuster as he bounces back. Izaz taunts to the crowd, before waiting for Lang to get to his feet!
Lang slowly staggers up, and Izaz tries to kick his head off of his shoulders with his superkick, but Lang ducks out of the way! Izaz looks shocked as he spins around, but Lang is there with a back suplex to turn the momentum in his own favour. Izaz struggles back up to a standing position, but Lang lifts him up into the air to hit an impressive press slam. With Izaz down and hurting, this time it is Gunner Lang’s chance to go for the cover!

No!
Izaz kicks out and shows the Las Vegas fans just how much he wants to win the Victory Cup and keep his undefeated start to the sVo going! Lang looks slightly impressed with his opponent, before grabbing him and laying into him with some stiff mounted punches. Izaz fights back with right hands of his own, and fights his way up to a standing position, before landing a face crusher on Lang! Izaz again taunts to the crowd before trying to grab Lang in a figure four leg lock, however Lang quickly grabs hold of the ropes before he can really get the move locked in which causes the referee to call for a break.
Both men look exhausted from their earlier matches as they slowly rise to their feet, with the fans cheering them both on. Lang and Izaz trade big chops across the chest in the middle of the ring, before Izaz cuts Lang off with a knee to the midsection. Lang doubles over in pain and Izaz hits a head butt before grabbing his opponent by the arm and shooting him into the ring ropes. However Lang bounces back into the middle of the ring to hit a head butt of his own on Izaz!
The fans cheer as Izaz staggers backwards as Lang hits the ropes again before returning with a big boot to the face of Izaz! Izaz pops straight back up off of the mat, but Lang follows up with an elevated gut buster before taunting to the fans! Lang pulls Izaz up off of the mat and sends him hard into the corner of the ring before hitting the ‘Boomer-lang’ followed up with a ‘Gunner-Struck’! The fans rise to their feet as Lang makes the cover!

It’s all over and it is Gunner Lang who is victorious in the Victory Cup! Lang rises up to his feet as the roof nearly lifts off of the Goodfellas Casino Arena such is the noise made by the fans! Lang quickly has his arm raised in the air in victory by the referee, who then makes his way to the outside of the ring to collect the prize!
Lang continues the celebration in the ring, before being presented both his Las Vegas Championship & the 2021 Victory Cup by the referee! Lang celebrates with his gold as Jacob Izaz watches on from a seated position in the corner of the ring, knowing that he came so far only to fall just short of making history.

Time for History
The cameras head backstage once again to the interview area, this time with the sVo Heavyweight Champion William Vorheez looming large over the interview Katie Smith.
Katie Smith: “William, we are moments away from you defending the sVo Heavyweight Championship belt against Johnny All Star in tonight’s main event. How ready are you for this match?”
Vorheez pats the sVo Heavyweight Championship belt that is around his waist before answering the question.
William Vorheez: “I am more ready for this fight than I have ever been. There has been a lof of talk about my rib injury heading into this, but I am ready to show the world why I am the greatest sVo Heavyweight Champion of all time.”
Katie Smith: “Well your opponent has a massive amount of motivation heading into this match, not only it being for the belt but also due to the history that you both share in the ring. How much of a challenge will overcoming Johnny All Star be tonight?”
William Vorheez: “All Star is one of the names you think of when you think of the sVo, but this isn’t the Johnny All Star of old I am facing. Lately Johnny All Star has shown his desperate side, he might be able to convince the rest of Horizon for now, but I know that he isn’t the same force he has been in the past, hence his recent actions.”
Katie Smith: “Well speaking of Horizon, you told us months ago that you would be going it alone in defending the title no matter what. After all your battles with different groups, are there any worries about facing a member of another group tonight?”
William Vorheez: “I think the recent issues between All Star and his friends have shown that sometimes going it alone is the safer option. If Horizon wants to get involved tonight I will be ready, and I will be walking out tonight with this in my possession.”
Vorheez holds the title belt up to the camera as the scene fades out.
sVo Heavyweight Championship Match
William Vorheez (c) vs. Johnny All Star
‘Viva Las Vegas’ by Metal Elvis hits the sound system and the crowd give a mixed reaction as the ‘Welcome to Las Vegas’ sign appears on the giant screen and pyros shoot up from both sides of the entrance ramp. After a few seconds the man himself, Johnny All-Star steps out onto the top of the entrance ramp and throws his arms in the air. All-Star makes his way through the pyros down towards the ring. All-Star salutes to the fans as he climbs into the ring and jumps to the second rope of the nearest turnbuckle. All-Star throws his arms in the air and gets an even louder reaction from his hometown fans, with a mix of cheers and boos for the #1 contender.
The arena goes pitch black as the opening guitar riff from “Abominator” by Doyle plays. Smoke billows up from the bottom of the staging area, as green laser lights dance across the stage. Just as the opening riff comes to a close, two large hits of a drum can be heard, and pyro goes off syncing with them. The song dives in, as Vorheez makes his appearance at the top of the ramp. Wearing a long black, sleeveless coat, that has green stitching and it covered in small spikes, as well as a black, beat up, cowboy hat covering his eyes. Vorheez marches slowly down to the ring, his eyes fixated on the ring, looking determined, and focused. As Vorheez climbs onto the ring apron and climbs inside the ring the lights slowly come up and the music fades, Vorheez undoes his jacket and reveals the old sVo Championship underneath. Removing the belt he lifts it high in the air showing that he is the real reigning sVo Champion.
Vorheez and All Star stare at each other from across opposite corners of the ring, as the referee takes the sVo Heavyweight Championship belt from William Vorheez and walks to the middle of the ring, before holding it in the air to signal that it will be on the line in tonight’s main event match! Vorheez and All Star briefly take their eyes off of each other to look up at the belt glistening under the spotlights, before going straight back to staring a whole through each other!
The referee passes the belt to the ring announcer Natasha Ortiz on the outside of the ring before calling for the bell to be rung and this sVo Heavyweight Championship match to officially get started!
The two old rivals slowly walk to the middle of the ring as the noise in the arena continues to build. The 6’4” Vorheez towers over the challenger, but All Star doesn’t seem intimidated as he trash talks the Champion! Vorheez trash talks All Star back, before All Star has heard enough and throws the first punch! Vorheez fires back with a punch of his own, and the fans cheer as the champion and challenger trade big right hands in the middle of the ring. Vorheez gets the upper hand of the exchange, before grabbing All Star by the arm and whipping him into the ring ropes. All Star bounces back into the middle of the ring and Vorheez drops him with a big boot to the face which gets cheers from the sold out crowd!
All Star struggles back up to his feet, but Vorheez lands a big haymaker which sends him straight back down. All Star looks in trouble already, as he scrambles up but Vorheez takes him down with a scoop slam, before bouncing off of the ring ropes and landing a running leg drop over the upper body of the challenger! The fans cheer Vorheez as he climbs up to his feet and looks dominant in the early going of the match! All Star struggles to get up to his feet as Vorheez decides to try and end the match early and signals for the ‘Wrath of Vorheez’ that has put away so many opponents over the years. However All Star seems to have the move scouted as he counters with a back body drop.
Vorheez quickly pops back up to a standing position, but All Star takes him straight back down with a short arm clothesline, before hitting a second as Vorheez pops back up again. All Star pulls Vorheez up and lands some big right hands, before shooting him into the ropes. Vorheez bounces back into the middle of the ring, but All Star takes him down with a knee to the midsection. With Vorheez down on the mat, All Star leaps down onto him and lands some stiff mounted punches.
The fans continue to give a mixed reaction to Johnny All Star, as he waits for Vorheez to get to his feet before grabbing him by the back of the neck and smashing him face first into the turnbuckle. Vorheez staggers backwards holding his face in pain, and All Star follows up with a back suplex to take the Champion down. With the Champion on the mat, All Star quickly grabs hold of his legs and locks in a knee bar submission hold to try and negate the height advantage of his opponent!
All Star pulls back on the submission hold, but Vorheez only has to scream out in pain for a few seconds before being able to use his big frame to reach the bottom rope. Johnny All Star keeps the move on for a full five count as the referee threatens to disqualify him, which draws some boos in his direction from the Las Vegas crowd.
Vorheez looks in pain as he limps up to a standing position, and All Star wastes no time in nailing him in the middle of the ring with a kick to the midsection and then the ‘All Star Stunner’! The fans rise to their feet to see the crowning of a new Champion as All Star crawls over to make the cover!

No!
Vorheez kicks out at the very last second to save his Championship reign, just when it looked like All Star would finally win the big prize!
The fans in the arena can’t believe that Vorheez managed to kick out of the All Star Stunner, and neither can Johnny All Star as he rises up to his feet with his head in his hands. All Star argues with the referee for a few seconds, before pulling the Champion to his feet and looking for a second All Star Stunner! However this time Vorheez catches the foot of All Star to block the move, and then hits a Spinning Spinebuster to counter! The fans cheer Vorheez on as he rises up to his feet despite still feeling his knee from the early submission attempt.
Johnny All Star also pulls himself up to his feet, but Vorheez keeps the momentum in his favour as he lands a kick to the midsection followed by a double arm DDT to drop the challenger on his head. All Star looks in pain as he staggers up, but Vorheez follows up with a brainbuster in the middle of the ring before making the cover!

The… NO!
All Star kicks out at the very last second, just when the fans were rising up to their feet to celebrate a win for the Champion! This time it is Vorheez’s turn to look shocked, as he glances to the referee for confirmation that it was only a two count. Vorheez slowly pulls himself up to his feet, before signalling to the fans for the Wrath of Vorheez!
The fans in the arena rise to their feet in anticipation as seeing the finishing move of the longest reigning sVo Heavyweight Champion of all time, as Vorheez waits for All Star to get up to his feet. All Star slowly staggers up, seemingly almost resigned to his fate, as Vorheez grabs him! Vorheez lifts All Star up for his finishing move, but as he does the lights suddenly cut in the arena!
There is confusion in the arena as the initial excitement from the fans turns to confusion!
After a gap of maybe at least a minute the lights in the arena come back on, only for in the ring the situation to have completely changed!
William Vorheez lays face up on the mat, a bloodied mess as All Star looks at him from a sitting position in the corner! All Star looks slightly surprised, but suddenly realises that he is in a sVo Heavyweight Championship match as he crawls over and makes the cover on Vorheez!

Three!!
The referee looks confused as he slowly counts the cover, before hitting the mat for the three and calling for the bell! Boos ring out around the arena at the way the match has gone down, as All Star struggles up to his feet and throws his arms in the air in victory! Vorheez still hasn’t moved from since the lights went out, as the referee almost reluctantly presents Johnny All Star with the sVo Heavyweight Championship belt, a belt that he has been chasing since his very first appearance in the sVo back in 2007!
All Star enthusiastically celebrates the Championship win, ignoring the mood of the sold out Las Vegas crowd who are now peppering the ring with trash! The referee checks on the bloodied William Vorheez who has still not come around, as All Star lifts the Championship belt high above his head as the PPV slowly goes off of the air to the soundtrack of booing fans, with the new Champion showing no regard for his opponent or the way the match went down!
